Very good pizza! We got a large (a true large) pepperoni & onion pizza. The sauce has a nice balance of savory & sweet with a good tomato flavor. High quality ingredients: the pepperoni doesn't release a lot of grease & the mozzarella is good & stretchy. Great crust that's not soggy in the center. The dining area only had a few tables with diners, but the people coming for take out was very steady...that door was open more than closed. The young man who took our order was very polite & professional. Thanks for a great dinner!

Five star pizza. Five star service. Super clean location. Large eat-in dining area. Large selection of pizzas. The cheese pie is one of the very best in the capital region. Distinct flavor really stands out. The folks working there are happy to see you and treat you like a friend. The rest rooms are super clean, don't discount that. This is the Paesan's that use to be on Central Ave.

I ordered the Calamari but it looks very under cook calamari is crispy brown but this is straight white but other than that overall food was good just upset about the calamari

I ordered chicken bacon ranch. Couldn’t taste the ranch. Pizza was a bit crispy. But will try again

Imagine owning a legit pizza place, and being ok with shipping “Kens blue cheese dressing” out as your blue cheese for your wings….embarrassing It really shows a complete lack of care for quality. Disgusting sauce. NOT blue cheese at all. They demoted the sacred blue cheese to a throwaway condiment. Sad. The pizza and wings are good here, just don’t expect to get the all important blue cheese with your wings. It’s white ketchup sauce.

This is based on the location in the Schenectady/ Rotterdam location. The employees are usually not very friendly during pickup. A lot of people rave about the pizza but I think it’s so-so from this location. The frozen pizza Paesan’s sell at the grocery store I think tastes better than here. Can’t wait to be called a “Stunad” on Facebook for the review lol It is what it is.

Even though the food was great, the girl working the counter needs to get a crash course in customer service. When you walk in, NOT A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER greets you. They just stare you down. The only thing the girl asks is if you are picking up, then grabs the food off the pizza oven and drops it's on the counter. I also placed an order for a salad, which was placed in a box with garlic knots, which was ok. Only problem was that the box with the salad was sandwiched between 2 pizza boxes and left on the pizza oven til pick up. I personally like my salads cold.

Just ordered 65$ worth of food while having covid and had someone pick it up, everything was wrong and the one thing that was right was disgusting. The mozzarella sticks were over cooked with no cheese in them.

Sad to say, the $37.00 I spent for a large pizza and 10 boneless wings was a complete waste of money. The pizza was ordered with 1/2 mushrooms and 1/2 sausage while the "wings" were allegedly garlic parm. The mushrooms were from a can and not fresh while the "wings" tasted more like potato hush puppies - the absolute worst I ever had. The sausage was so bad I had to take them all off and throw away. Only went to Paesan's in Rotterdam only because my usual pizza house was closed for the day. Do not order anything from here.

It’s 6:02 he’s handling cash and not changing his glove I told him to plz change his glove he never did I took this pic so you can see he hasn’t taken it off or washed his dirty hands is this really acceptable behavior bc this is horrible business and it’s not fair as I am a paying customer

They are charging $1 for a cup of tap water. Claims he pays a lot for cups.. BUT Coca Cola and sprite give FREE paper cups if they serve there products in the restaurant. Wouldn’t walk in that place even if they paid me to. Disgusting business practices!! UPDATE, no fake review buddy, honest review. Video is the proof.. how can this be a fake review with your own face saying you’re charging for water? Fake Italian food is what you’re serving, You’re not even an Italian yourself.:: chicken parm 🤮. Who’s the stunad now ?go take a trip to Italy with that chicken parm and see what your ancestors will say to you.

I will never order through door dash as well Paesan . My first time ever using door dash and ordering from paesan . I order 10 garlic knots, pepper sausage onion roll ,turkey sub and 1grape soda is what we ordered but what we got was a flat pizza box and a diet Dr Pepper. Paesan said everything was in a pizza box even my cold sub which anyone knows a sub would not fit in a pizza box and still be flat lol smh. When the door dash guy was at my door my husband refused it . (Thinking paesan gave us the wrong order ) . So long story short . Because we never open the pizza box we can not prove it was the wrong order . So no refund or store credit from paesan . I lost out on $50 worth of Money and the door dash driver made out great with a tip and whatever was in that pizza box. Door dash gave me a $20 give card .

Completely unprofessional staff unwilling to fix their own mistakes. When you call to tell them how bad their service was they will call you back to argue with you. This is just one pic of their terrible food served here. We literally tip them $15 on a pickup order and they refuse to fix the mistakes. Take your business elsewhere they do not care about you as a customer.
