Love this place and the PIZZA is the best. Super clean, super friendly atmosphere. Jeff made me feel right at home. Once again, the pizza is the BEST (especially the Pepperoni ) Patio dining is great!! I can't wait to come back. It was my first time but surely not my last - I'm new to the area and am not sure I'm eating pizza anywhere else!! Thanks Mounatin Mike's!!!

I had the salad bar was fresh, clean but was missing boiled eggs IMO. The pizza, personal pepperoni, was tasty but a little greasy but just dabbed it with a napkin. Good service, cashier was accommodating. Clean tables and chairs.

This is a small pizza shop off of busy Hamilton Ave. Although it was mostly empty when I was there during dinner hour, it has a nice hole in the wall atmosphere. The food I ordered was ready on time. One thing I appreciated was they let make my own salad when you order the custom salad option from the menu (of course you could not do this if you order delivery!). That makes the salad bar menu option quite a good deal when you are dining in or getting takeout. They don't overdo the cheese which I appreciate but the toppings overall are generous. The pizzas are a bit expensive (over $21 for a 12 inch medium) but the ingredients are fresh and of good quality. They are also quite generous with extras like parmesan cheese and pepper. Service is prompt and friendly.

Having grown up in Campbell mountain Mike's on Hamilton is a go to . They recently changed ownership and the place looks great. However after going there to watch the niners game there were definitely a few things that stood out. Numerous TVs,which is awesome but only 3 TVs on with the same game on all channels on Sunday night football. Also new staff staring at us all evening while we are ,talked,cheered on the team. After an hour it was just creepy. Also fruit flys everywhere. So bad we had to cover our beers and drinks with napkins because they kept flying into our glasses and we lost a few beers to drowning flys . The pizza was decent but I definitely wouldn't get the salad bar.

Ordering has become very troublesome at this location. We love the pizza, but my last 2 orders have been delayed >1 hour past the promised delivery time. They also don’t pick up their phone or get back to you if you have an issue with your order.

The food is ok but they have a very bad service. They prioritize online orders instead of dine-ins. We waited like 30 minutes and they didnt even make the pizza, THEY WERE ON THEIR PHONES instead of doing the food.

I've done the lunch buffet 2-3 times now and I would suggest you stay away from jt. I've been hoping each new visit would be better but doesn't appear to be the case. Last time I was there, they only brought out only two smallish pizzas during the 2 hours I was there. Most of the popular ones ran out quickly and employees did not seem intent on replacing it. It would have been better to just order a regular pizza. I've also ordered large pizzas from here before and it took almost an hour for them to make it for take out.

Been to this pizza buffet a number of times in the past. Apparently there was an ownership change and it's pretty obvious. I came in for their pizza lunch buffet(runs through 2pm) at around 12:30 I stayed until 1:30. During the whole hour I was there, they brought out ONE small pepperoni pizza?? The pizza was finished off almost instantly by the customers, and all that was left was three old, cold veggie slices that no one wanted. $18 for a pizza "buffet" with one tiny pizza is a joke. I left hungry and feel scammed. Could have bought a small pizza and gotten more. I've also been to other mountain mike's pizza buffet locations and they are great, so I know it's just the new owners being stingy. Dont expect to be fed. Would not reccommend this location to anyone anymore nor would I eat there again.

If you like cold pizza this is the place for you! I have been eating Mountain Mikes every Friday since I can remember. The last 5 pizzas I've ordered have been cold when arrived. 35 minute delivery estimate is never realistic. Hour to an hour and a half for delivery and you get a cold weird tasting pizza. This place used to be on point but not anymore. Pizza isn't what it used to be and always cold when delivered. I live within a mile of the store and order delivery for convenience. I'll have to find a new spot as the disappointment isn't worth the 50-100.00 spent. I hear it's changed ownership and it definitely shows.

We placed an order an hour before closing. We called prior to closing and the man who answered was very rude. We asked what the status of the delivery was and he said "its on its way" and hung up. Now it's well past closing. I don't appreciate being lied to and we already payed for food we never got.

Ever since the ownership changed I've had nothing but bad experiences here but I kept giving it a try. This last time we ordered delivery. one pizza was missing, after delivery and the one delivered was cold. I called the location to let them know and to see how this would be resolved was greeted by a very rude man who yelled at me and ended up giving me a number to call for the manager after having to ask him to please not yell or talk over me. The manager tried to remedy the situation but when the missing pizza was delivered it too was cold. I let him know and asked if I could just get a refund instead because at this point I didn't even want the pizza. He said yes. I texted him the next day to confirm the refund had been issued as I did not get a confirmation he asked me to not text them again as they were not going to steal my money and be patient. I was simply looking for a confirmation as I expressed to him. I am yet to receive a refund.

Ever since the ownership changed the service has gone down hill, terrible attitude and in general rude. Going to miss this location, but even if the food is good they lost a customer due to poor management/employees.

My second visit in 2 weeks, total of $96. Place was empty, a tip was requested after spending over $60? 5 employees went to the back after my order? Made me uneasy. I'm in the system, long term customer over 10 years. Today, 2 weeks later, I call for a delivery of medium pizza, totalling $36 after delivery charge. I was asked again for a tip? I'm outside waiting for convenience of driver, with a substantial, cash tip. He drives around back, leaves pizza on ground, drives off? But he was door dash. Still shocked and happy to keep my tip. I eat 2 pieces and have been sick for 3 hours, hoping not to visit the ER. I called back, but could not understand the male's broken English. I will not be able to finish this poison pizza, nor ever eat there again unfortunately. Seemed a little racist, zero customer service. The people there before them (its been a little while) at least faked a welcome

good service from the employees but it's useless if they don't have good food the pizzas they had on were already old and they don't put different ones. we paid almost $60 dollars for nothing. because it didn't even have pizza flavor. You can only taste tomato sauce. too much money for nothing
