Opinions de Trattoria 360 Campbell
We celebrated our anniversary here and it did not disappoint. You HAVE to request Chris as your server if you dine here. He was so knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations. Chris went above and beyond in terms of service. We felt like we were in the tv show "The Bear" because of how good the service was. The food was equally as great and their homemade pastas definitely shine in their own right. I would highly recommend the carpaccio as a starter.
My husband & I have found a new fave special occasion restaurant! 👏 The staff (especially our server Brian) at Trattoria 360 treated us sooo well last night when we had dinner there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary & the food was absolutely incredible!! We already can’t wait to go back!🍷🍝😋
We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back again soon! I had done a search on OpenTable for romantic restaurants in Campbell and when I read the reviews for this place, we booked it for our weekly date night. Among the reviews, I read that the tables are small and the restaurant can feel cramped when it is at full capacity, so I made a point to request a window table and it was lovely. The table was still very small - hence the 4/5 stars for atmosphere - but we felt like we had our own little corner of the restaurant for dinner because no one was sitting at the table closest to us. I also read that their gnocchi has been been voted "best in the Bay Area" and it did not disappoint. Big portion, soft texture, and super creamy cheese sauce. I couldn't eat it all so we took some home and reheated it for lunch today. Just as delicious as it was last night! My husband had the Pinot Noir Niner and I had the Amalfi Sunset (mocktail). Both were delightful. For apps, we had the lobster bisque and the beef carpaccio, which melted in our mouths. We used the warm, fresh baked bread they brought to the table to swipe up every last drop of the soup. For his main course, my man had one of the specials, a filet mignon with mashed potatoes, garlic spinach and a side of julienne veggies. It was scrumptious and well worth the price point. For dessert, he had an espresso and I ordered the chocolate mousse, which was light and creamy but honestly my least favorite thing we ate. I should have ordered the vanilla gelato and plan to do so next time. The service was attentive and personable, the noise level was minimal, the lighting was warm and the location was ideal, as we decided to take a stroll around the block after dinner and even popped into the book store across the street to buy a used book before we headed home. If you are looking for a mouth-wateringly fantastic Italian meal in an intimate setting with excellent service, you can't go wrong with this gem!
Definitely a restaurant to visit if you enjoy delicious Italian food. The freshly made squid ink tagliolini with Lobster tail and Brandy and Tomato cream sauce was fantastic 😋
This place is amazing. You need to try sitting at the bar. The bartender Brian and the owner Pinot are a riot and the food is spectacular. Best gnocchi in town.
Trattoria 360 presents a warm, welcoming atmosphere, offering classic Italian dishes with fresh ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The restaurant's interior is stylish yet inviting, creating a comfortable space for both casual and special occasions. Trattoria 360 offers a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, serving classic Italian dishes made with fresh ingredients. The lobster bisque and casareccia con carne are standout choices, featuring rich flavors and generous portions. The restaurant’s service is generally attentive, though peak hours can lead to longer wait times. On different visits, we sampled strawberry panna cotta, melon panna cotta, and chocolate panna cotta, ordering no more than three desserts per visit. The strawberry panna cotta was smooth and delicately sweet, complemented by fresh fruit toppings. The melon panna cotta had a light, refreshing taste, while the chocolate panna cotta was rich and indulgent, perfect for those who enjoy deeper cocoa flavors. While the desserts were well-executed, some diners may find the portion sizes slightly smaller than expected. Despite this, Trattoria 360 remains a solid choice for Italian dining, offering thoughtfully crafted dishes and a cozy ambiance.
Pretty nice food and good selection. I am surprised to the quality of their pasta in particular. The place is a bit small and if you have things like stroller it is a challenge. Parking is also a bit tight around. The staff is very attentive and helpful.
Campbell has become a booming little town and Trattoria 360 is the heartbeat of it all. Wife and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary here. Be sure to get here at least 20 minutes earlier than your reservation to allow for parking. The restaurant is on a lively corner in the heart of Campbell blvd and you can't miss it. It's a very intimate setting and perfect for a night out. This establishment offers both indoor and outdoor seating depending on your preference. We started off with Zuppa di Legumi, a great bean and lentil soup and Vellutata di Aragosta, the lobster bisque, both beautifully presented and held their own in terms of flavor components amd texture. The lobster flavor in the bisque definitely stood out, as you can tell it was very nicely infused into the dish, but you could barely tell it was in your spoon. Great first impression as a scratch kitchen. To cleanse the palette, we were served prosciutto wrapped canteloupe and it was a pleasant surprise with the hearty fruit/protein combination. It was a nice balance of fresh, sweet and savory. Our meal finished off with the Tagliolini Neri alla Pescatore and the Scallops. Both seafood dishes shined within their own distinct elements and left us wanting more. Between a squid ink pasta in what I call a perfect italian seafood sunday sauce or U10 Scallops seasoned and seared to perfection over a saffron infused risotto, we could not decide what was better. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. We were then surprised with some panna cotta desserts that ended the dinner nicely. We tried both the Vanilla and Strawberry variations and both were excellent. Our server, Chris was on top of everything and made our anniversary dinner an excellent experience. A big thank you to Chris and the Trattoria 360 establishment for a wonderful time. We can't wait to dine here again!
Best dining experience I’ve ever had. The food is very delicious. Highly recommend the fish and the noodles in the pictures. Both Mediterranean. Along with the food is the friendliness from owners. As we were not used to the fishy smell of the mussels, we wonder if they were bad. The owner explained to us that it’s Mediterranean so it could be different from regular ones. Even more he thoughtfully asked us if we wanted to try some freshly cooked mussels. Since we would like to know more about the mussels, we took it and found that the smell was indeed unique from the species. We also had a small chat with the owner couple. It added a lot more to the pleasure of the dinner. The lady gifted us a dessert - we surely couldn’t resist it :) The people here really made our day!
Fantastic restaurant. All the food presentations are great. Service is with high standards. We were amazed by two dishes. The other one may be not cater to my taste. Lobster soup is a must order. I feel the squid ink noodle has a coffee-like flavor.l, and i liked it! The lobster is tender and stringy, not like those frozen lobsters with bad meat texture. Duck liver pasta has room to improve. It is too watery, and the sauce is not able to cling onto the pasta noodle.
The appetizers, drinks, entrees & dessert and essentially everything was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend had made a reservation in advance for us for my birthday today. Everything was so rich in flavor and delicious, & the service was excellent they are very attentive & sweet. They are extremely busy though so there was a little bit of a wait for our entree but I think it was definitely worth the wait. We had the Salmone Affumicato, casareccia con carne, the tagliolini neri all'aragosta, and a virgin purple parrot drink. They almost made my birthday extra special by surprising me with I believe the vanilla panna cotta dessert. It was so delicious, I loved how creamy and smooth it was! Thank you so much for making my birthday dinner so special and beautiful!
Just as good as it was 4-5 years ago when we first visited but this time, I am updating my review with photos. The staff is friendly and attentive; our server Michael just happened to be very funny as well. The restaurant is always busy so that says something about the food. They offer wine but also have a full bar as well. The food is really good, and portions are quite big; plenty for sharing but if you want your own entrée, just come HUNGRY. I forgot the names of the dishes we ordered, but if you’re reading this and like the photos, just show it to your server; they will know. The ambiance is great for family, date night or even a girls’ night. There’s plenty of parking around the area, whether street parking or garages.

This is a hidden gem in Campbell downtown. We’ve been here twice to celebrate important dates. The food is super delicious and very nice in presentation. We liked the squid ink pasta with lobster tail the best. You can taste the quality with every bite. It’s a bit pricy but definitely worth it. The service was also very attentive and friendly, we had reservations in advance so no wait. Highly recommended!

Perfect for casual dinners or celebrations with friends and family. Rating: 4.3 / 5 ---
walked to this hidden local gem early in the evening without realizing how lucky we were to be there. It filled up quickly and was a great dining experience — cozy atmosphere, authentic flavors, and genuinely warm service. Every dish tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the staff made us feel like regulars. A true Campbell favorite that we’ll definitely be returning to.
Great location and wonderful vibe. Service was good too. The food is where Trattoria can improve. The appetizers were good and I highly recommend the homemade gnocchi. But the main dishes were hit and miss - some were great, some were a miss. My steak was a bit thin and too cooked for a medium. And my friend ordered the sea bass and got a really small piece - the waiter even apologized and took it off the bill without us asking (again, great service). And I didn't taste the desserts but my friends thought one of them tasted sour. Will I come back? Probably once more, but I'll be more particular about what I order.
Discovered via excellent Google reviews, this restaurant is conveniently situated in the Prunyard area. We relished the fresh pasta prepared on-site. While our views differed on the fish dish, we plan to revisit in the future. With shops and restaurants nearby, a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood post-meal is a pleasant option.
Trattoria 360 offers a generally satisfying dining experience with some standout dishes, though at this price range, it's okay but not exceptional. The mussel appetizer set a great tone for the meal, while the 'Tagliolini Neri all’Aragosta' truly stood out alongside the daily special ribeye. Although the 'Casareccia con Carne' was a bit disappointing—with both the beef and pasta coming off too hard, the perfectly cooked scallops redeemed the experience.
Trattoria has so many things going for it. It is just a fantastic Italian joint serving home-style Italian classics. Fresh ingredients, prepared not cutting corners, and you can absolutely sense the care that goes in. As far as Italian comfort food is concerned, it doesn't get better than this. The restaurant is somewhat small and gives a cozy vibe. Yes, it is nestled in the cute downtown of Campbell but you could easily imagine such a layout and snug settings in NYC or a small Italian town. It is upscale but done comfortably. Doesn't come across haughty or daunting, but rather welcoming. You can dress up or down and either will work. So the food. The chefs present the dishes almost as a piece of art. But it isn't just presentation and looks done for the sake of pleasantries. There is a functional aspect guiding the layout and dressing of the food. And fundamentally the food tastes great - fresh ingredients, home-style cooking, bursting with flavors. Bold and definitely not timid. Absolutely would recommend the squid ink tagliolini with lobster. This is so good, there's very few ways to describe the balance. The dish stands on its own, is filling both in quantity and flavor, and makes a clear statement that nothing was held back. One of the best pastas I have tasted in the Bay Area, perhaps only rivaled with Belotti in Oakland. The Panna Cotta was also something out of this planet. The texture was absolutely silky yet firm. Not too sweet but garnished with fruits and condensed milk. So then, why only 4 stars? The tables are so stuck closely to one another that it becomes almost uncomfortable dining next to other parties. You aren't bashing elbows with the folks at the next table but it comes pretty close. They have squeezed as many as possible in a small space and it certainly starts to impact the experience. Regardless of this, I'll be returning to Trattoria 360 rather sooner than later. This is a true gem of Campbell and would love to come as often as I can.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was cozy, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly. They even surprised us with a complimentary cake for our anniversary, which was such a kind gesture. I highly recommend trying their: Vellutata Di Aragosta, Tagliolini Neri All’Aragosta, Tagliolini Carbonara. Thank you again for making our evening special!

This is a cozy, intimate spot serving Italian food with friendly service but some room for improvement in downtown Campbell. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. As for the food, it was decent, but we found it to be a bit too rich for our taste. The flavors were bold, but some dishes felt overly indulgent. It took long time for food to be served. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit steep for what was offered, which slightly dampened the overall value. One small but noticeable issue was with the water served. There was a lingering soapy taste, which was a bit off-putting. While it didn’t ruin the experience, it’s something I hope they address for future guests. Overall, while the restaurant has a lot of potential, especially with its cozy ambiance and friendly service, there are areas for improvement in the food and minor details. There are better options for Italian food in Mountain View, Cupertino, San Jose, and other nearby towns.
We went to this place seeing great reviews. However, it didn't meet the expectations. The place is small and you can easily bump into servers and other diners. The food was mostly okay. Lobster tail pasta was good - seemed freshly made. The red pepper soup wasn't as good as I have had before. Disappointed with Tiramisu as it was extremely sweet and mostly cream.

I made reservations at Trattoria 360 for my wife and a friend, but their experience was disappointing. Another party was somehow seated under my reservation, and their table location was uncomfortable; their chairs kept getting bumped by people walking by. Service was inconsistent (water wasn’t refilled until the end, and leftovers weren’t offered to go, they just stacked plates after asking if they were finished), and they felt rushed once it was time for the check. The food was good, but not great. Based on their experience, I’d choose another Italian restaurant next time.
