Love the dipped cones here as they also have cherry and butterscotch in addition to the standard chocolate dipping. Wish there were more DQs in the South Bay, but this one has been great every time I've been in the neighborhood.

The soft serve from here was great. It’s always so creamy and flavorful. I’ve never gotten anything but ice cream here but it’s still 5 stars.

Place is small but employees were quick to make our blizzards. Only thing I can say is I hope they remodel the bathroom a little bit. It looks like a room for the homeless. It's connected to the kitchen and it looks like anyone can burst in at any moment; it gives me anxiety because there's a gap in the doorway.

Recently remodeled this place has been here for as long as I can remember. Fantastic ice cream delights but their food is quite good also from classic hamburgers to chicken tenders.

The food and service here are top-notch. The length of service and proprietorship shows in every way. The best soft serve in the area. I recommend the misty freeze.

What you see is what you get, delicious vanilla cone dipped in a hot chocolate shell is my go to since I was a kid, but blizzards are bomb and love the banana splits and parfai's.

They had a current menu, processed orders efficiently and had actual ice cream, unlike another local DQ that wanted to clean up instead of serve customers 20 mins before closing...

A great place to order with the app, pick up and drive away. The app has lots of specials and bonuses, and the food is always ready when they say it will be on the app.

Seriously the best fast food experience I've had in a long time. Friendly and fast staff, organized even though there is a constant stream of traffic. Fries were cooked to perfection. Burger was tasty. I highly recommend the 5$ lunch. Well worth the money. Great staff, thanks again.

It is a bit dated, but that doesn't sway me. I've enjoi the place where they have the Bay Area's only place where there's burgers served- the other Dairy Queens, they're just treats. The burgers were different and tasty, the service I got was top notch and I really appreciate going there to have the best hospitality there.

Been coming here since we moved to Campbell. Usually for a blizzard every few weeks and sometimes their chicken strip basket. No issues with their online system, food is ready to go when we roll by 10 minutes or so after ordering. Keep it up!

Dairy Queen has the best strawberry shakes around. The food is also pretty good awesome fries, chicken strips everything we have had from there has always been good. It's just too bad that there is not too many locations around the central valley .

If you grew up going on road trips, this is the place. The blizzards are amazing. This location makes the peanut butter crunch from back in the day. But you have to ask for peanut butter can chocolate crunch. Down to earth Americans come to Dairy Queen. Great staff too.

I don't know how many dairy queens are around but this one stays very busy. We found a shady outdoor table so we could have our dog join us for lunch. For $6, we got chicken strips, fries or a salad, a drink and a small sundae. We couldn't eat everything. Definitely 5 stars.

This locations has been here forever. Been coming here since a midlde schooler. One of my old jobs often did field trips for my special needs students to this location and the OGs that run this location have always been tremendously patient and kind towards them. As a special needs person myself, the manager/owner and his seemingly right hand man that's in charge of cooking, are amazing people.

Who doesn't like ice cream. I ordered their toffee blizzard. Wow. Chucks of brownie, and toffee with ice cream. Ordered the small it was abundant and well couldn't finish it all in a sitting. Going back to try other flavors

There are not to many Dairy Queen’s in the Bay Area. I really enjoyed this location as they have wonderful outdoor seating, staff was quick and courteous. Enjoy!

Family friendly. Long time owner (at least 45years). The employees are trained well. Love their soft serve cones and blizzards. Fries are hot and fresh. I haven't had their other hot foods but a lot of people seem to like it as well. They have their own parking lot and 1 bathroom.

All I can say was I truly enjoyed the soft serve ice cream it was very delicious. I did not have anything else other than the soft serve ice cream If I’m ever around another Dairy Queen, I would have it again

Went there for a strawberry 🍓 sundae. It was so yummy 😋. I just love going there especially in the summer time. They have such great ice cream cones. Again I go there for there hamburgers and fries and drinks. They have such a great deal right now you great a hamburger 🍔, fries 🍟,a drink and sundae all for seven dollars. I'm telling you that if you are from out of town and visiting Campbell you have to stop at The Diary Queen. It will be worth it believe me. The place is located on Winchester Blvd in Campbell CA. They have a really good deal going on you get a coke chicken strips & Fry's+Sunday that can be upgraded to a blizzard for 2 bucks.so it cost you like 9.23 for every thing this is as of the 18th I I'm not sure when it is over though.

Great blizzards. They’re willing to add whatever toppings you want. No drive through. They have plenty of parking on either side of the restaurant. Blizzard portion sizes are very generous so check the cup size if you haven’t been here before.

Ordered one of the best ice cream cakes I have ever had from Dairy Queen. Go figure!! Nicely decorated and great quality cake. Employees here were helpful and kind.

Got my birthday cake here and it was spectacular. I hadn't had an I've cream cake in so long and this location lives up to it's cake awards. It's not too expensive and it'll feed maybe 6-8 people. You can call or order online and pick up when needed.

It's Dairy Queen and one of the very last ones in the Bay Area - what's not to love?! Friendly staff who quickly and accurately deliver your order in a classic-sized (super small) roadside restaurant. Nowhere better on a hot day and you need a sweet treat (although the burgers are pretty good too!)

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My individuals love eating here.

I was trying to understand why 999 others had taken time to review a Dairy Queen. After coming here myself, and experiencing such value for the money, in such a nice atmosphere that the employees clearly take great care of, I now get it. The cashier, Ruby was very kind and patient with me and my many questions. There’s another worker gent that won’t stop cleaning whenever he’s not busy. The cook was efficient and his work is delicious and he handed my food over with a smile. The restaurant, while not the newest on the block is plenty comfortable, even for my generally food snobby self, and the covered patio is someplace that I’d generally pay a lot more to eat in. It’s not dusty and that says a lot for a roadside spot. This place deserves to be kept in mind next time I want a simple burger, fries and shake instead of sushi!

Coming from the Midwest, it's great to have a local Dairy Queen. Their specialty food items are good (like the flamethrower), but their ice cream is unbeatable. This location has a nice outdoor area, it can get noisy inside. Their blizzard technique could use some pointers from the Midwest experts, get the addins down to the bottom.

Fun retro place for ice cream and burgers. The onion rings were the best I've had in a while. The onion rings are made with real rings of onion, not the onion puree that some burger places use. The kids and I went there for a post-flu shot treat. 😋

Great location and fast service. It was a hot day and I took my daughters out for a chocolate dipped cone. All 3 cones were out before I was done even paying. The first one took me by surprise really. Friendly staff, just the location is dated and a bit dirty. All things considered, I will be coming back.

DQ is a longstanding fun and good place to go when you want food or a treat. I chose a treat and had ice cream. Dairy Queen is a bit of the last century crammed with great tasting food and comfort. Check-it-out.

I've been going to this place for over 45 years. It's had the same owner for 40 or the 45. He still goes in and works around the place. I talked to him on my last visit. I talked to him when he bought the place. I asked if he was going to do like most new owners of a business and raise the prices? He asked me if I wanted to pay more? After my reply of no, he said ok we will leave as they are, would that be alright? I didn't see any prices change for over a year at least. Super nice guy.

There isn't s better chocolate dipped soft serve ice cream cone anywhere! The peanut parfait was also yummy... and the fries are really good- thin and crispy

Delicious treats it was certainly helpful onto 95° day. This Dairy Queen didn't seem fresh clean and crisp like some others. Nothing was out right dirty but just seemed less organized in new inside.

It was an unusually warm day. Had my favorite off menu selection... Mr. Misty Freeze. It's a must slush with ice cream mixed in. I'm old school. It used to be on the menu years ago! I also had a hamburger and was pleasantly surprised it was actually pretty good for fast food! DQ has another old favorite of mine... The Orange Julius. I'll go back for one of those.

DQ has IMHO the best tasting soft serve ice cream. It is still my go to place for their desert menu. Lunch/dinner items are so so, nothing to distinguish them from other fast food outlets.

Yummy of course! I recently got the app on my phone. My only issue is that the specials on app are limited to only 1 person. It'd be better if you can use it for your whole party not just 1 person. Not that great of a deal.

Food is usually pretty good, but fries are unfortunately usually cold, love the plushies and milkshakes, the service is bad cashiers are always rude unfortunately, shouldn't work somewhere if you don't like your job.

I never had Dairy Queen before so my experience eating there for the first time was surprising. The food was pretty good, inexpensive as well. The atmosphere was alright for the most part, it was clean and there wasn't a lot of people since it was an hour before noon when I got there. I noticed they don't have a restroom, unless it is located outside the lobby. Would definitely go again, especially for their signature Blizzards.

Been a decade since I've been to one since none are really close but honestly they're ice cream is pretty solid. Nothing that special but it is passable and while I do like other spots better Dairy Queen is fine. Pricing wise it's pretty decent with some meal deals as well so worth a try.

Had an urge to relive my childhood. There are no dairy Queens in my area so I took a drive down to San Jose. Hasn't changed much since my childhood. The burger was actually pretty good. A lot bigger than I remember though. Maybe because I got a double. Never tried a blizzard. So I thought I'd give one a try. Not bad actually. I like that. Most of all The young people behind the counter. We're very pleasant, helpful. Something I'm finding less and less of today. Thank you!

I came here because I had some good deals through the mobile app. $1 chocolate dipped cone and 85 cent small Blizzard which I got in the pumpkin pie flavor. The taste of the ice creams are very good. The regular price of these items is too high, but for the deal price I paid, it is worth it. The restaurant itself was very small and quite busy. Had to jostle around to get to the pick up counter. Service was okay.

Th majority of th staff are delightful &are almost always smiling. Except for a few snotty youngster employees, this place is a comfortable retreat for a cold, tasty dessert, any day of th week. Not very generous with their ice cream toppings even when you ask for aNd pay for extra. 3stars for this DQ.

Often give vanilla only when the choc/vanilla twist is specifically requested for the sundaes. Not worth going back and redoing once they give it to you, but disappointing, not good customer service . Also at least twice they have been out of Diet Coke caffeine free. When it happened today, they said it would not be refilled because they were going to have somebody look at it tomorrow. Not working right. Meanwhile. Then had to wait till after a couple more orders before someone would ring up a refund for me because that was the only kind of soft drink I wanted. At least I did get money back. But meanwhile, our Ice cream was melting.

Fast food. Oldie timey feel with a futuristic soda machine. Walked into an empty restaurant with 3 employees within view, but wasn't acknowledged or greeted. I did get a smile when walking up to the counter to order. The lady was helpful and patient. When asking "do you have anything vegetarian?", they immediately said "side salad." Sounds like one small speaker in the back is the only music for the whole place. Decent ice cream, bland salty fries.

I realize that Dairy Queens are not known for their ambiance but this one could definitely use a good scrubbing. Counter service was very friendly and fast! Blizzards are as good as ever and even the burgers looked tempting. Definitely not a place for those who scrutinize nutrition labels but once in a while it's fun to indulge.

Nice employees, but inside could be a bit more clean. Sidewalk on the side of Dairy Queen really sticky had not been cleaned in a long time. Frosty cone was good.

It was hot last week and I went 3 times. This is what iI noticed... Lines are always longer in Summer ... it bothers me that the ice cream is melty when I get it. Also, that the blizzard and shake machine as well as, the counter space is so dirty... I know they get busy, but that is cross contamination or allergy problem waiting to happen being so dirty. It should be cleaned ... no matter what. Just saying.

I love the chicken tenders if they aren't burnt, I love the ranch if they didn't over water it because they ran out and needed to get by for the night. Not a great experience when your starving, craving dairy queens chicken and ranch and then it's burnt and watery. Yuck. But if all is well and not burnt and not watery, we are good 👍

OK My brother chose this restaurant for his Birthday dinner. I ordered a bone-in ribeye medium rare; it came out more like medium......the texture was not good. Honestly, you'd think a steakhouse would get that right.

This place is ridiculously expensive $5+ for smoothie, milkshakes, etc. A $5.89 bacon cheeseburger was small & tasteless. Orange Julius tasted like bad cough medicine. Upon complaining about taste, they offered to replace this $6 item with a $2 soda & refused to refund the difference. I will NOT go back.

The burgers are so SMALL. One patty is like 1/8 lb. Whole burger is smaller than a computer mouse

The Dairy Queen in Campbell, California sells gift cards, but they do NOT redeem them! When you go to use your DQ gift card at this location the staff always tell you "the system isn't working". My mother called to complain about this, but it's $50 lost to us. This is a dishonest way of doing business and they should refund the money I paid for their gift card!

We came in right before closing while staring at the menu, we saw a cockroach on the wall, another by the stove and another on the countertop where the sprinkles are kept for blizzards. Walk straight out, never again to return. RIP Dairy Queen Campbell 🪳🤚🗑

Went to eat dinner at Dairy Queen! Sadly ....a new young guy didn't put love into the food!! Chicken basket....toast not toasted, asked for gravy...got ranch! Fries...were worse then McDonald's so much salt we couldn't eat!! Deluxe burger meal....meat pink, lettuce and tomatoe....Bad produce! Fries ....Salter then flower seeds!! Sadly we been cooking here 20yrs and this was the worse!! Dq management.... Encourage this young careless generation how to put love,quality into a SIMPLE burge and food! It's not hard yall!! Its too common these young ppl people don't get trained the proper way and redirected as we should have pride!

Terrifying experience recently. I placed an order online for a blizzard and was sitting in my car by the pick up window waiting for it. The guys making the food in the back were touching it all bare handed!! Handling the fries bare hands. Sweeping the floor. Handling a hot dog bun then opening some boxes then back to handling the fries! One of the guys had one glove on but he never changed it between touching all the other stuff and his phone and all the food. I will NEVER eat here and I told all my family never to eat there. Fortunately the people up front making the blizzards were changing their gloves regularly. And also they never touch the ice cream. But I digress. In review, never eat there. So horrible.

Ordered through UberEats, bought a plain hot dog, medium fry, medium Coke. The Coke tastes like water, barely any flavor. The fries have more salt on them than a Cheetos has cheese. My hands feel like I'm picking up sticks of sand. The PLAIN hot dog, came with Ketchup and Mustard. All around, the entire meal was ruined, my disappointment is immeasurable. I can't understand why anyone would rate this place 5 stars, other than that they must've been paid to do it.

Worst location to go!!!!! Stay away!!! Very unprofessional staff and very childish!! Got my order wrong 😑 with me waiting already 7 minutes in line and 15 minutes wait. So had to order my 2 missed sandwiches and wait another god knows how long while the rest of the food got cold. Very unpleasant service wish I would have not brought my family here. The prices are so high, it is ridiculous! 🙄 I saw the ad on TV for a blizzard, and they looked good. We get there, like 5 bucks for the Jr. It's NOT even a small. And the large is like 10 bucks each. Was not expecting to spend 20 dollars for 2 milkshakes. It's not like this is a fancy restaurant.
