No unfortunately I did NOT visit Coach's Bar yesterday but I have in the past and it's a Grrrrrrreat place. But because this Review request showed up on my map ((Timeline)) asking for a comment I'm gonna drive by there right Now for the hell of it. So I'm gonna give it 5 stars because I've been there a few times but it's been at least 8-9 years ago. I recommend your place. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

This is a very inexpensive, fun bar. The food is extremely average, but go there for the drinks and banter and *extremely* low prices. It's a favorite for locals.

Passing through from the east coast and searched for best dive bar nearby. Coach's popped up toward the top of the list so I checked it out. The bartender Lailani (sp?) was very personable, on the ball, and a very cool gal! Locals and transients, working from out of state like myself, were there but it maintained a very local feel. Highly recommended if that's what you're looking for. Food wasn't bad either. I got the french dip on ciabatta (?) bread, which was different, but good none the less. I recommend adding onions (I didn't add the shrooms or cheese) so I can't speak to that. Cheers!

Nice pub with a kitchen. Food was good, drinks were strong, bathroom was clean. Pool table. Not a big place, but I'll be back.

Free Wifi,11 Flat screens, Pool Table, Music Box, video games and best burger in the south bay. Soooo good they call it after the cook Fernando Burger. Made at your liking. The Hot Italian Sausage Sandwich is Bomb! made on the grill with bell peppers and onions and bun is toasted OMG! off the hook! The Mushroom Bacon Cheese burger is so delish! Steak Sandwich is real steak and the breakfast they have on Game Day is all American! Perfect spot off Winchester Blvd. close to highway 85,17 and 280. No excuse not to go. Prices are right for any wallet.

It's small and loud, but great little watering hole. A favorite with the locals. Kitchen was closed when we went. Will go back to try the food.

Coaches was awesome, the bartender was quick to serve everybody attentive there was plenty of parking and best of all many people offered to buy drinks which I gladly return the favor my kind of place.

Bartenders are the best, could use more craft beers (but they have the usual California stalworts of Lagunitas and Sierra Nevada), dart board, pool table. My usual spot other than UFC fight nights.

They have turned part of the parking lot in to a seating area food and drinks just as good as ever. Service was amazing as always!

This is truely my "Go to" local bar. The staff is friendly, the clientel are kind and have no issue in speaking to anybody. Drinks are not expensive and the Taco Tuesdays are phenominal! Also very good are the tater tot nachos with taco meat!!

Definitely a regular's spot and since I am not one anymore, service is a bit slower tbh. Messed up my drink order due to the volume of chatter and sports but minor issue and they didnt recharge for it. Friendly staff and customers. Nice blast from the past. Great place for a quick drink or to watch UFC/basketball.

A good local bar; laid back atmosphere and neighborhood locals on a weekday but it can get crowded and draws a crowd for sporting events. My favorite bar as it is close to my house.

Coach's is a very fun spot. The drinks are stiff, the owner's a badass, and the bartenders are cute. Avoid the food though.

20 dollar steak dinner is delicious and a really good deal. 👍 The medium rare steak was juicy and cooked MEDIUM RARE. Came with a baked potaro with sour cream and green onions and butter. Salad was just lettuce and dressing. Garlic bread was good, fresh roll cuts. The drinks were stiff but not too stiff. Just how I like them. Highly recommend this place.

So off went to get some food and a beer. We ordered food from the menu. It was or is your basic appetizer, fried food, snack Shack menu. For what it is, it was tasty enough, delivered in a timely fashion and plated to a visual appeal. Of course the brews and cocktails were up to par. As far as I am concerned the star of this drinking and eating experience was the bar keep. A young women named Nikki (spelling?) who's charm, bubbly personality, controlled high rev engine kept everyone engaged. She work the bar pouring drinks and conversation masterfully....if the rest of the staff are like her then a perfectly acceptable small bar place to go and wet one's whistle. Just remember the ambience is not the deal, it's clean and small, with a few things on the wall that are the same.

Definitely a local spot. Extremely happy with the relaxed feel and a few really good local beers. The burger was good, but I wouldnt order a side a fries again.

The working Bartender was more interested in talking with friends than serving drinks. The place wasn't crowed while 4 customers had to wait about ten minutes before she even noticed . Thirsty customers should not have to wait so long to order.

The crowd ranges from late 40's and over. It was chill but it didn't quite hit the vibe for me. Limited beer on tap.

Big screens, local vibe. everything you want in a dive bar

Complete ignorance, would not accept a Swiss ID card OR a Dutch Driving Licence (both of which you can travel with in Europe by plane). Stay away if you are not American!

They double charged us for our drinks. Poor business practice don't open a tab if you drink there, just pay cash.

I guess if your a local / regular your ok... If your visiting try somewhere else. First night was fun, came back the next night and the “regulars” was asking to skip music etc... no manors here I’m assuming. Sorry for the poor rating, just my thoughts.

He won't help you or listen to complaints about his bartenders drinking where they work while also causing verbal altercations with other customers (Really?). Alexis is highly unprofessional and rude. Bar patron, beware! Edit: Tried giving them a second chance during the first week of April, it didn't happen. Got the manger's name, business wouldn't even serve me a soda. A female bartender that was working daytime on 4/4/22 said that a "deal" could be made and insinuated that there were other men at the bar (no one got involved mind you, so that should tell you something). It is never okay to threaten a bar patron no matter what the circumstance, especially if you are working there. They have also banned me for writing this review

A dog walking around unsupervised begging for food in a busy bar definitely doesn’t meet that standard. I love dogs, but this just didn’t feel safe or sanitary, especially with food being served and so many people moving around. I really hope management starts enforcing the rules because it’s not fair to everyone else (or to people with legit service dogs).
