This location is very clean and smells refreshing when entering. I like that the lounge area is large and accessible 24 hrs. This place is pet friendly which is great! Happy to have locked in a fair rate for the next school year in an apartment near campus. Imani was very helpful, thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Imani who was very professional and helpful! I stopped in with my daughter and we both were very satisfied with the property and the amenities. Imani was extremely friendly and polite and she did not rush or get impatient with the amount of questions we had! The tour overall definitely exceeded our expectations on what we are seeking! I am looking forward to signing our new lease and being new residents in the community!!! Thank you!

This is the BEST part of attending Syracuse Law School. This apartment building, and the gym. The law school itself would get maybe two stars. But this building is great. Thanks especially to Chris and Jasmine!!!

I’ve lived here for the last 2 years & have absolutely loved it. The location is the best part is it’s walking distance to campus. Management & maintenance are extremely helpful. In terms of the office staff, Jasmine is amazing! She’s always so helpful and nice when I stop in for packages or questions. I would recommend this complex to any student looking for a place to live!

As a member of the SU community, I have heard nothing but positive experiences about Campus West. Whenever I am asked by anyone about suggestions for living arrangements, I tell them to go here. Specifically, I tell them to speak with Jasmine M. Not only is she trust worthy, but she is attentive, caring, and ready to answer any and every question. She has been such a pleasure to know. Finding a place, moving in and getting adjusted can be very a daunting experience for many, however, Jasmine has the skill set, knowledge and personality that makes anyone living here comfortable and assured.

I have lived in Campus West for about three years. Throughout my time, I have always appreciated the clean facilities, prompt maintenance fixes, and convenient location right across the street from Syracuse University’s Law School. While all these reasons alone justify a five-star rating, what I appreciate most and will truly miss is the friendly staff, maintenance employees, and administrative personnel working throughout the building. With so many residents, I do not doubt that the job can sometimes get a bit hectic, but I have always been greeted with friendly smiles and a helpful demeanor in all my interactions. At this time, I would especially like to thank one of my favorite Campus West employees, Sarah S., for the assistance she has provided me with during my residency. Worth the price when you can walk across the parking lot to get to the law school. I'm especially grateful for this during harsh winters and rainy days. The maintenance team are always quick to respond if I need something and so friendly. The residential staff is always helpful and great to talk to, I like dropping in to pick up packages and talk to Sarah. I haven’t had any issues living here and I’ve lived here for 3 years of law school.

Proximity to campus is unbeat, opportunities for free gifts/food/events. Seems to be making more improvements too. Shoutout Derrick for being a good help while I lived there!

A very poor , awful apartment, I advise everyone not to choose it. 1. This apartment has a basement. I live in the basement. The environment and ventilation are very poor. The main road is outside, and it is very noisy when I sleep at night. I often see bugs, there is a video below. And the rent is the same as that of the higher floors, or even more expensive. 2. You will be charged an extra half a month’s rent. The agreement I signed at the time started on 8.15, but the manager told me that you have to pay one month’s rent. 3. The sound proof effect is very bad. There are often parties or moving things upstairs at night, and the noise is very loud. I have complained to the apartment several times, but they simply ignore it. 4. Because I complained about noise, rent, and basement issues, they thought I was annoying, and they started to target me intentionally, and canceled my Internet account. I couldn’t access the Internet for nearly two months, which seriously affected my study. 5. There are pictures below. My bedroom window was broken by someone outside and needs to be reported for repair, they are very inefficient and warned me not to open the window in the future. That's about these, hope it helps future people avoid renting this disgusting apartment. I hope this apartment disappears from the earth quickly.

The two ladies in the leasing office always have a passive-aggressive, unfriendly attitude and will do everything in their power not to help you. Maintenance requests takes months to complete. Packages get lost, and it’s impossible to rest because of the highway noise. On top of that, they’re scammers—you have to pay full rent for only half a month of living. Every month they will make up something and add it to your rent. Not worth the price.
