Love this Buger King!!! Amazing customer service

The food was excellent as always. I find Eli to be a great employee. He is always careful to get your order just right. He is always chipper and pleasant. He can put me in a good mood even when I am not. I have been coming here for over 30 years and rarely have any complaints. Eli is terrific.

There are fewer and fewer Burger Kings around, and I'm not sure why, because in my opinion, they have the best fast food there is. We don't eat out even fast food often, but when we do come to this location, the employees have always been friendly and good, and the food so much better than that other place nearby. I love their Impossible Whopper, and there are always a lot of specials available through the app, which is a plus!

Sucked. Stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting someone to take my order and all (3) people asked me if I was there to pickup an order. I said no I needed to place an order and they all walked away and didn't even take my order. I left and went elsewhere. I guess they didn't want or need my money. Will never go there again. Poor customer service.

Very good. Good menu. Love the fries and onion rings. Dollar menu is great for us seniors. We can never understand why people go to mcdonalds

We like stopping at this Burger King. Easily seen from highway and easily accessible. They have the freestyle machine inside. Never had an issue with them getting my order wrong. Only thing is if you eat in your car in parking lot be prepared to be seated by seagulls.

I came to Burger King to give the new Spider verse whopper a try. I got it without onion and tomato but I should have said no cheese to, but it was still good. I like that the color of the buns are not artificial but beet juice to give it the color which I could kind of taste but it was not bad at all. I recommend if you want to try something new please try it you wo t regret trying it.

Used the free Whopper coupon off the back of the receipt. Did not know you had to order a small fry and drink with that until we got the receipt. We would have ordered differently. Got Whopper Jr meal no onion no mayo and chicken bacon meal and the free Whopper. We would have ordered just a chicken bacon sand only if we knew about the other requirement to get the free Whopper. Got my Whopper Jr with only lettuce and ketchup. So brought it back. Then the remake had onion. Finally on the third try got it correct.

The service is always friendly and attentive. The lobby is clean every time I visit. It's pretty standard unhealthy fast food from Burger King however.

Eh, it was okay. My food was made super sloppy, my cheese was half way of my burger and my bacon was rubbery. I was super hungry and craving a burger and thier fries so I did my best to fix the burger and ate it. I was just thankful to make the craving go away. I was reminded why I don't like that location, I prefer the one in Victor.

It is a normal fast food restaurant but I gave it only 3 stars because of the upkeep and the food was not as good as it normally is in other burger Kings. Bk fries are my favorite but for some reason the fries I got here did not taste like them. They weren't all that great and I ended up throwing most of them away. The burger was dry and bland so I ended up only eating half of that as well. All in all bk in canandaigua needs to up their game a bit.

We stopped in to try their "Inpossible Burger " When we heard the cost, we were going to walk out when the manager at the time offer 2 for $5 but with the "upgrade" of an additional $1.50. So we basically got 2 for the price of 1! Was initially impressed with the flavor but as I continued, the flavor faded. Don't know why, just half way through eating it...it didn't taste good any longer.

Although the employees were nice and helped me with my order, etc. - I ordered a crispy chicken, but ended up getting a spicy crispy chicken. I usually wouldn’t have minded but it also had the wrong toppings, as it was probably made for someone else, and was not very fresh at all. On the other hand, the fries were 100% fresh. 👍🏻

Order will almost always be wrong. If not wrong then the food will be horrible. I've gotten sick several times from eating here. The lines do go quick witch is good.

So this is happened twice in a row at two different locations about 30 miles apart. Burger King has decided to grace me with a single whopper instead of a double whopper. Not entirely sure if this is happening everywhere but the fact that it’s happened at two different locations back to back kind of makes me wonder. I hope Burger King sees his review and decides to at least reach out because find it interesting that they’re giving single whoppers instead of doubles.

My friend and I love to go to Burger King for their whoppers they have good prices at this location for their whoppers sandwiches. They come out nice and warm and juicy and their fries are normally fresh and their service is normally quick and friendly occasionally they need to do better and making sure that their tables are cleaned off better during the bigger rushes throughout the day but generally not that bad looking inside usually pretty clean but we like it here a lot to get our whopper or a hamburger fix. Good for families and good for kids enjoyable and will go back again thank you for reading this review.

Food was good but the restaurant was dirty and kitchen was the worst. Staff were extremely unprofessional, singing, dancing they had music on to loud and were just out of line. At one point a girl came to see if there were any people in the dining area to make sure no one heard or would see them. Too late!!!!!! CLEAN IT UP PLEASE.

I have not been to Burger King in months because the last time I came my chicken sandwich was plain , nothing on it and my fries were cold. So this morning I thought I would give it another shot. This time I ordered a number 3 . My sandwich was cold. The cheese was not even melted and the hash brown bites were greasy and cold. I don't know what has happened to this Burger King in Canandaigua. It used to be one of my favorite foods years ago. Very disappionting

Couldn't get anyone to take my order. Walked out. Will never go back to that so called Canandaigua fast food place again. Will go elsewhere. When 3 people asked me if I was there for a pickup order and I tell them no , I was there to place an order and they just walked away and treated me like my money wasn't good enough for them to take my order, I walked out and went elsewhere. Never again, they lost our business for good.

My aide brought me a whopper Jr with cheese and French fries. When I received them the whopper Jr. was great, but the fries were so hard as a rock and cooked so it was cooked alway through. It was so greasy that I had to toss them out.

Ordered Breakfast. Two double egg cheese and ham crossanwiches (not sure how to spell it!). Now people, how do you make the sandwich (one of them) with no egg?! Worst of all, I called the restaurant, left a message and did not receive a call back. Unbelievable! That and these folks get north of 15.00 an hour?!

The nuggets were cold and oil they were fried in was old and burnt tasting, fries were the same. The whopper was on point. Drive through person didn’t even speak or engage when I got my food just handed it out and said nothing

Have ordered multiple times over the last few months and every time my order has been messed up. I can usually get it fixed but tonight the store was closed by 8pm and I couldnt get anything fixed.

Food and service at this Burger King are consistently subpar. Food is commonly lukewarm or cold. Service is generally pretty unfriendly. Much better locations in the area to choose from.

Went here to grab a bite to eat. Placed a mobile order with pick up through the drive-through. Line wasn't too long, got to the window, they were understaffed, so it took a minute to get our food around. Didn't have an issue with that. Got our food and went into the parking lot to check we had everything, we were only missing a chicken nugget meal. I walked over to the building, and the doors were all locked (at 4:15pm on a Tuesday afternoon). They had a paper sign on the door that said the dining room would be closed till 3:30pm. So I don't understand why the door was locked. I waved at a few employees because I just needed my missing chicken nuggets for my daughter. 2 employees looked at me and then gestured to a third employee on the phone. I'm not sure who the employee on the phone was, but I assume she was a form of management as she was talking on the phone. She looked right at me and then walked away. The employee gestured to me again, and the woman made this hand wave like she was telling her to leave her alone, and then she walked back out of my line of sight. The drive thru attendant motions for me to go back through the drive-through (which now had a line of cars). We told them we were missing part of the meal, and she told us to go our front and park and they would bring it out to us. It was extremely frustrating that we had to wait another 10 minutes to get our missing food. Hopefully, management hires some more people so they can have a properly staffed restaurant.

Drive thru operator he had a tank top on,underwater hanging out. Unprofessional!!! Employees were yelling back & forth. My order was wrong but I wasnot going back in to deal with that. So much mustard on double cheese burgers that it was seeping all over my clothes. I like Burger King but I will never go to this one again! I spent almost $50.00 I wish would of went elsewhere!

Got a whopper meal and took literally 2 bites out of it and felt sick!

The Whopper meat was very dried out and tasted like it had been sitting in a food warmer for quite a while. Not pleased at all with the taste or Texture. This was during a lunch rush. The food should have been fresh and hot.

Was looking forward to BK, had been a while . Order bacon on our sandwiches, it's like they just took it out the pack and warmed it. We both removed our bacon, waste if $ and bacon. . The onion rings were cold and flimsy, been sitting a while. Won't bother going back.

Really poor experience when their drive-through order-taking machine "broke" mid-order after a failed attempt to order online. We attempted to use a digital coupon, but they refused to honor it. It's sad that after two errors on the stores side, they wouldn't honor a small discount. We won't return.

Went through the drive thru. No one was at the first window when we pulled up so we went to the second window. The employee made us back up in the drive thru to the first window because she didnt have a cash register at that window. That is so unsafe.The girl could have taken the card and walked to the register and run the card. Ordered food for 3 people and received zero napkins. Is this some kind of joke. This lication is shot.

While the staff was friendly, at 8 am on a Sunday they had no ice, no croissants and the restaurant was filled with smoke. We were the only ones there and only 1 other person came in when we were eating, so I guess people are avoiding this place.

We could see a lot more better service through our local Burger King. Tables wiped down after use, ice in the soda machine, leak in roof fixed, men's bathroom out of service. Needless to say no more..

I used to love BK, but as times changed, so did Burger King, and not for the better!! I ordered one of their melt meals, and it was NOTHING like the picture!! I ordered a large meal, and it was everything but large!! Skinny small sandwich, with a smaller than they used to be large fry that was barely filled and barely warm and a Coke that came with no ice as they were out of ice!! The cashier had ZERO personality, no hello, no thank you... The cost was $12 and change, and they do NOT offer a military discount!! Overall, it's very disappointing!! Large meals were very small and grossly overpriced!! Look at the pics and tell me if what they advertise is what I received.

Never can get the order right!

Got there at 8pm on May 2. Door is locked. This is the second time driving from penn yan and couldn't go in. It's also the last time.

Went through drive Thur today...the worker at window was rude...didn't greet...in fact didn't say a word.handed food out window and practically grabbed the dish they had our bag in before I even had ahold of it. Didn't even say a work..like have a good day..just let window Alam shut I got the worker attention and I asked for supervisor..supervisor came to wi Dow and explains she might want to train her workers in how to greet customers..she says...were to busy.i said well it's your job to train them and if you cant I will speak with corporate..she yells do it....

I give Burger King a try at least once a year, but nothing has changed the burger patty is still cold or at least not warm enough to melt cheese. Always been a fan of the Whopper. I guess if I'm really craving one the best thing to do is to order it to go and warm the beef patty up at home

How can you not make an order correct. I mean when someone asks for Apple Sauce that means apple sauce not two apple juice. And not a single thing of food was even the slightest bit of warm.

Store was dirty, food wasn't correct, service was poor. Employee tied their shoes then went bake to packing orders without washing. Overall poor experience.

Food is great! However customer service is ATROCIOUS. Advertisers mini shake for a $1, informed with attitude "we don't have shakes!" Kinda odd since the menu CLEARLY SHOWS that they do. I would understand if there was a note say that they no longer serve said item.

The hours posted say they close the lobby at 8 PM. Here I am at 7:30 PM and the doors are locked and chairs are placed on the tables. Some people prefer dining in.

Stopped in for an early morning breakfast before fishing. Breakfast sandwich was not even room temperature and had black specks on it...the hashbrowns were barely warm..I barely ate any of it before throwing it away. Needless to say. I won't be back.

Impossible burger wasn't as advertised, not all that. We also got the new tacos. Tasted and looked like they were made way in advance. Grease from the meat was through the shell. Probably won't have them again.

The bacon burger meal I had sucked majorly! The burger was dry and tasteless. The fries were ok, but I could have had better fries from my freezer. The counter person acted like he didn't want to be there. Overall, just a bad experience. I will not be going back there anytime soon.

I usually have no problem with this Burger King until now. Recently I have had terrible service. Both drive through ladies had an attitude with me and would not accept a coupon I had from the app since I showed them at the window instead of telling them at the speaker. I have done this multiple times and have never had a problem.

Went through the drive through around 5 pm 9-20-24 several cars got through ahead of me I pull up to the soeaker and had to wait over 5 minutes to speak to someone i had to ask if anyone was there a young man answered and said to give him a moment which I obviously obliged he took take my order til several minutes later me thinking there short staffed I didn't wanna be rude and help my composer while I pulled up to the window I got hit with a strong odor of Marijuana also not a big deal to me personally but you guys had 2 people working the drive through it shouldn't off took that long to get my order WRONG having to come back in to get the rest of my food I was once again hit in the face with this odor I'm unsure if your employees are smoking in there or customers are but that's not very welcoming smell to travelers and tourists also the man working the front counter I watched him handing cash with no gloves on take a drink from his which his dipped his finger in then grab my food they forgot all without washing or putting on gloves extremely unsanitary

This burger king is very dirty inside and out. Spider webs and spiders everywhere on the outside. Much needed power wash or at least wash the outside windows.

If I were to pick a fast food establishment that would give me reasons to avoid eating such food, this place would be right at the top of the list. The food here is absolutely gross and judging by other reviewers this place really needs to be closed down for good .

They don't even deserve one star. They told us that something that is on their menu in front of us was no longer there. All the drinks were out and the ones I weas able to get were at the end of the box because they all tasted awful. What BK doesn't have coke?? Restaurant was dirty and bathroom has a fowl smell and was also dirty. The staff seemed very put off because they were asked to do their jobs. Pulled in ay 10:30am no cars in drive thru...pulled up got told give them a minute. 5 min later I drove off. If you don't wanna answer and take my order than your loss. Wendy's and mcdonalds down street don't tell people wait and then completely forget they had a customer.

Went through omw home from the hospital, took 20 minutes just to place my order despite the dining area being closed and there only being one car ahead of us, then the girl tried handing me all 4 meals shoved into one bag and falling out. Food isn't even warm. Better believe I'll be calling tomorrow morning for a refund.

I've never had a good experience at this location. They either mess up the order or it's cold. Today I ordered 2 whoppers and fries and Dr. Peppers. It was delivered. I get it's not going to be freshly hot but it was cold like it had been sitting for a while. The Dr pepper was warm and flat. I live about a 2 minute drive from the location. Another time I ordered a whopper with bacon and they gave me a different burger. I returned it for a whopper and they gave me the same thing. I explained what I wanted and the staff seemed like they were under the influence. I get people may toke on their lunch break but if you can't comprehend basic directions, you don't deserve bud on the job. I'm done going here.

Terrible place... Employees not trained, running around not knowing what their doing. Wrong food, cold food, waiting 30 minutes for food. Owner needs to shut down and re- organize before the business goes out of business!

Horrendous...dont bother with your time or your money. I swear they only make food once in the beginning of their shift. My son wanted 2 whopper juniors and mozzarella sticks, plus a sprite. They had no ice, the soda was luke warm. The whole order was cold, mozz sticks, meat and all, so it had to be thrown away when we got home so he didn't get sick. (We live 5 minutes away). You could tell the food had been sitting out for a looong time. The person taking our order was rude, and on her phone the entire time, so it wasn't even worth it to go back that night. Never again.

Ordered BK Big Fish with Extra Tartar Sauce. Fish Square Was Burnt, Shriveled and Over Fried and Had to Return It for A Fresh Sandwich. Replacement Fish Sandwich Was No Better, Over Fried and Tasted of Old Grease and Barely Any Tartar Sauce. Dining Room Area Tables and Floors Were Dirty As Well the Order Area. Staff Was More Shocked and Unresponsive to My Complaint!!! Wow!!! Thanks!!!

The employees here at around 7:30 on 3/6/22 were more focused on yelling at one guy in the back doing all the work while five of the others laughed and joked around in the front by the registers. Took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and fries. I am typically very understanding of waiting and rush hours and inexperienced employees, or young employees. But this was absurd. Did not feel safe here - one man walked in and immediately threatened my husband and I for looking at him while we waited for our food. Another man without a uniform hopped into the back and immediately started handling food. I presume this was an employee...? Was looking to grab a quick bite to eat after cleaning for 6 hours, and was incredibly disappointed in the service, and total lack of professionalism shown by the staff. I typically only get fast food three times a month, and this is one of the reasons why. I will not be visiting this location again.

I like burger king but this specific location is the exception. Something is always cold, sometimes everything, and they always mess the orders up. There's several other fast food places on this stretch of 5 and 20 and I have no idea how this place is still in business.

Went to drive thru. Was told to look at the menu. And was forgotten about. I was the only one there. Finally they came back and asked me what I wanted, and I ordered two spicy BK wraps and an 8 piece cheddar bacon tots. Pulls up and sat there for 13 freaking minutes. I figured atleast the food would be fresh, maybe they didn’t want to have any pre cooked since they weren’t busy. Nope!! Wrongoooo!!! Cold. Chewy. Disgusting half ass preparation. Hire adults who know what they are coming in to work to do. WORK. Because god forbid I come order something from YOUR JOB! Disgusting! Horrid customer service. HORRIBLE experience. And shotty food.

Spent $21 on an ice cold bacon king burger, fries that were hard, stale, and probably from YESTERDAY, then onion rings which hadn’t even touched hot grease. The cheese on my burger was still cold enough to be fresh out of the fridge. Bacon tasted like literal dog food. So disappointed i will likely never eat at another Burger King; it was disgusting. Won’t be recommending this location to anyone I know.

I ordered 3 burger's and a large onion ring. The onion rings were very cold, burn and hard as a rock. My sons burger was completely wrong. No other vehicles in the parking lot or parking lot so they definitely were not backed up, busy or under staffed. They cannot get an order correct if they had to. Separate day, just another problem with ordering 6 breakfast sandwiches. Tell them 6, I get 2. Like how DIFFICULT IS YOUR JOB? For real.

I really hate complaining and never really do. I tend to door dash here often, but I'm starting to get fed up. My last four orders there have been problems—most of the time, something is missing or a condiment was added that was clearly specified to be removed, or, for instance, bacon that is advertised on a burger is straight up just removed for no reason. I got two meals today, and NEITHER fry was in the bag. I worked in fast food for 2 years and understand it's not an easy job, but PLEASE just READ what is on the order and make sure everything is there and correct, especially when it's delivery. Even if you have to check it off on the receipt so that it's right. I am not going to drive there to get the missing food when I got it delivered for a reason. I have better luck with the Farmington BK regarding delivery orders, even though I live in Canandaigua. I am not trying to be mean, but keep this in mind when training your staff, please.

I hadn’t had Burger King in almost a year. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, and unfortunately, while eating one, I found a long, thick piece of hair in it and got stuck in my mouth, I had to pull it out. It was disgusting and completely ruined the meal. Maybe it’s time to reinforce hygiene protocols—like wearing hats or hairnets—especially when handling food. This experience reminded me why I prefer cooking at home, where I don’t have to worry about someone else’s hygiene affecting my food or health

Rude rude rude. Do not go to this BK. So I ordered a 5 meal and it rang up like 8.36, so I asked how a 5 meal rings up 8.36. I pull up to get my food and they would not give me the food. They said I was rude when I complained about getting screwed on the price. So I left, group of idiots, not well trained at this BK. Do Not go here, wendys is just down the street avmuch better option and better food.

A majority of the time when I come here they have no bacon. I generally place mobile orders and they dont tell me at the speaker that they have no bacon, nor do they offer a refund or even a partial refund. If they're really are out of bacon they need to be better with stock. If they just dont feel like making more they need to stop being lazy. Also not sure if the employees control this or not, the lights in the parking lot aren't on some nights making it look like they aren't open.

Last night my family ordered food, some items being onion rings and cinnamon cheros . They both tasted like FISH. I'm allergic to fish so this being said I did have a reaction to this. I tried calling several times with no answer. Today we ordered food and didn't get 2 items and instead of the cinnamon cheros my daughter wanted to try again she got chicken fries and she ordered ranch with her other food and got chocolate syrup! Seriously do better people! You don't even deserve 1 star honestly.

This is without a doubt one of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been too. I went through the drive through,made my order, went to first window. The fast food worker asked me what I ordered. So I told him. After 5 min he asked me again. So I re ordered everything. Food was ice cold. Drinks were wrong. Service was terrible. Check out these 3 day old Mashed Mozzarella sticks. Coming to a Burger King near you :)
