On top of their game! That said, Bring back the Double Decker Taco please tho, losing that is a kind of a nightmare. The new chicken stuff looks great but I can't digest chicken. Need more affordable beef options pretty please. $2.99 is definitely *not* value! Get the so-called value items back under two bucks each, and definitely charge less for crunchy tacos and bean burritos. We all started eating at T Bell because it was good and it was cheap! It ain't cheap any more.
Taco Bell There are only so many reviews that can be placed on this location. A mojority of the purchases appera to be completed via the drive -thru. The greeter and staff have always been friendly and helpful. Typical wait time is 3-7 minutes. Parking lot is clean, however the enterance can be a little tricky. Review Update. I have returned to this establisment the past weekend and had a fantastic experience. I was traveling with my fur child and therefore used the drive thru. The staff was fantatstic and provided exceptional service and a SPECIAL treat for my fur child (puppy). Thank you
I went through the drive-thru on 7/27/21. My server was Brandon. I just want to say it was such a pleasure to have him speak to me in a friendly, happy & upbeat voice both over the speaker & in person at the window. Thank you for having a great person working there. I commented to Brandon on his upbeat personality. The food is always great.
The customer service here is spectacular. Every time I’ve been to this location the person taking my order in the drive thru is always cheerful and very nice. This location could probably smash everything and give me the wrong stuff and it would still be top tier compared to the Geneva location. I recently wrote a review for that location.. ugh.. awful. I wish the Canandaigua location was closer. Definitely recommend this location.

After a recent bad experience at the Waterloo Taco Bell, I had a great experience at this location! Drive thru was fast, the employee was very friendly, and the food was delicious. Probably the best tacos I’ve had from a Taco Bell!

Glad to see this branch of Taco Bell is open again. Missed the crew and primarily Mark. He knows what I like and always has a pleasant welcome. When not at the counter taking orders he is constantly keeping the place clean. He is a good representative for Taco Bell.
Tall super nice guy there that always calls me dude is incredible at his job. I let him know that too. It's great when an employee can establish good conversation and discern the way they can talk to somebody and establish a friendship just through a minute or two of conversation. Hats off to this guy for being a good example of being the best you can be no matter what you do. God bless this guy.

Despite price increases nationwide I will have to say that NEW YORK is probably on the list of least inexpsenive fast food restaurants. I want to start by saying this location in particular knows fast food. This is the only taco bell that is consistent and has high quality standards. Anything you get here takes like it is hot, fresh and crispy etc. It doesn't matter what is orders all food is fresh anytime of the day. That standard usually only applies only during peak hours. Highly recommend this location and avoid other taco bells
Does Taco Bell is always efficient, clean, and I've never had an issue with an order. The staff has always been very friendly, and this location has been there as long as I can remember. The manager will even come out into the dining area to make sure that everything is fine with your meal. It's a well-run franchise, and I've never had a bad experience. They have great iced tea, and the soda fountain is always clean. The building is a little old and dated, but that's to be expected.
It's a Taco Bell. You know , you know. Staff were helpful and my order was quick. Restaurant is clean.
This is the busiest Taco Bell around and somehow they managed to never screw up. Kudos to management and crew. There is another taco bell by my work and they're constantly forgetting stuff. 😐

I had to P for being burritos from Taco Bell in Canandaigua. The beef and bean burritos were done very good. The staff was very nice and very responsive to help me out they also were pretty speedy at giving the order done. The Taco Bell was clean and cleanly inside and have decent space. My friend was with me to and she liked what she got two and she like the size of the restaurant and the speediness of the orders. We would go back again and we enjoyed our experience here.
I haven't been to Taco Bell in awhile due to renovations at this restaurant. I have to say. My burrito was just great and service here was also great - quick too. One thing that could have been better was the sidewalk needed some snow removal attention especially near the handicap parking.
Staff is quick and serve the food hot. The food is never a mess like at other taco bells and the dinning area is clean, modern, and comfortable. I didn't give five stars because when you go through the drive thru they usually forget to pack something that was ordered. Other than that, the food looks good and taste good.
It's taco bell, not gourmet food
Admittedly, we go to this taco bell often and always have a good experience! Service has always been quick to take our order, never have to wait long, and food is 'better than typical" taco bells. They do not skimp on taco/burrito portions as we have seen at other locations.
I am being generous. The food was typically Taco Bell. But the wait was ridiculous! I waited 35 minutes for 3 soft shell taco combo.
No one told us to use the kiosk so we just stood at the counter for 5 minutes while various employees looked at us and continued working without any acknowledgement or direction. Food also had less tomatoes than usual.
Came by for a quick taco fix. I usually don't go to Taco Bell, and it is most likely to stay that way. Drive-thru wait was a bit long, so long I wanted to pull out before the order box, but the curb blocks it. Got a box with a crushed taco shell inside. Food wasn't awful, but it wasn't great. It's Taco Bell. You know what you're getting.

Employees must have decided there wasn't enough activity because they were all walking out just as we pulled up to make an order at the drive thru around 1:30AM, 30 minutes before closing. A little frustrating considering they're the only fast-food place that stays open late.
Very slow service. When I did get my order it was someone else's. I gave it back and waited some more. Other orders were being completed and sitting there causing the customers behind me to end up with food that was had been sitting on the counter. My Tacos were also smashed into chips held together by the cheese

We waited over 35 minutes for our food at the drive thru. when we went to eat all of our food was still cold in the middle. Our cheesy roll ups, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The quesadillas were still cold in the center and our burritos were completely flattened in a patty.
44 minutes waiting in the drive thru line til I got to the window Inquired why such a delay - 3 people working but 1 was new in training and chicken enchilada burrito was refrigerator cold.

All for the 12 to 15 min I stood in this place .. all could hear was this one employee running his mouth about wut I ordered like " eww that's a no for me that's disgusting... or bla bla y would u order it like that it's cheaper this way.... I didn't think I pay for an employees opinions... ntm I can order it how I want I'm paying for it!!! Everyone was doing their job n it looks like he gets paid to run his mouth... I don't usually do this but I'm gna say I work on the side as a secret shopper... this place would get more stars If u get that employee under control... that would be an automatic fire where I work... I'm sad to give this one star because everyone else did their job perfectly except for that one full of opinions.
this shouldn’t be called fast food. on multipul occasions i’ve waited in the line for 30-40 mins with only 5 cars in it. currently been waiting in line for 17 mins and haven’t moved once, 6 cars in front of me and no way to leave the line. this is ridiculous
Waited for our food for over 45 minutes. Our order was not correct. Manager sitting in a booth, not helping his staff. A staff member was outside having a meltdown with no support from the manager. Will never return yo this location.
I ordered around 9pm, my order did not arrive until 11:08pm. I know UE is separate but I called and asked for it to at least be remade and it DEFINITELY WAS NOT. if there are no delivery drivers don't take the order!! At the very least remake it because the employee said it has been sitting around "for a while" I will never use this service again!

I ordered my food with the app. When I went to pick up the food from inside the restaurant they said I had to go to the drive-through. Then after waiting for 15 minutes in the drive-through we got our food there were three modifications that were wrong on the order and they did not give us any utensils.

How about you do the orders for people in the store rather than prioritize drive thru, me and 3 other people waited 20 minutes, as 11 drive thru orders were completed. This is disgraceful! This is the most poorly operated food option in the Finger Lakes and I am not exaggerating at all! The management and staff should be ashamed of themselves for being so incredibly incompetent.
Everytime I go to this taco bell even if I am the 1st or 2nd person in line I have to wait over 10 mins for my food. Today I waited that long and they forgot part of my order but I live about 15 mins away and had to get back to work so I wasn't about to drive back. I didn't even order that much
Line for the drive though is super long I've been in the line for over 15 minutes and they just took my order and they were extremely rude to me when I was picking my order up. They yelled at me for no reason I was being very kind I can understand if something went wrong
Been in line 20 minutes and am trapped because there is no way out. Taco Bell is considered FAST FOOD. I haven’t even ordered my food yet so I assume by the time I get my food it’ll be at 40 minute wait.
Fast food ? 30 min later. It's most likely they are short staffed but maaaaybe you pay people more and you'll get employees. Then your reviews wouldn't be littered with people waiting a redic amount of time not wanting to come back.
If I could give zero stars I would. Just ordered food through the app, went to the restaurant to pick up the food and after 30 minutes of waiting I still had no food. Told manager I was leaving and wanted a refund, wasn't refunded. Went here on my lunch break and ended up not having lunch today because of poor management. This location has gotten worse and worse over the last 6 months. They will never receive another order from me. In the end I paid almost $15 to learn that this location just shouldn't be open any longer.
We waited in drive thru line for over 25 minutes when there were only 3 cars in front of us. Their food is overpriced and the quality is not great. Staff need to get better at their jobs. This time was the last straw for me.
Did online order ...arrived at location to find a long line at the Drive thru...waited in line for over 30 minutes, only to move FOUR car lengths, and still not make it to the order station ...gave up ...as did about a dozen cars who had lined up on and off behind me... obviously, this location has severe management/employment issues, and the end result was an extremely poor experience

I walked in to the manager, having a screaming match with some DoorDash drivers. I am not coming back
Came in at about 9:30, all lights outside were off. We saw two workers sitting a table in the window and tried to get their attention to see if they were open, and they look at us and ignored us. When we were inside the workers were very unprofessional, they were yelling very loudly, singing children’s songs and screaming swears from the back.

The app wasnt working on Monday so i had to use doordash to place an order. I went in the drivethrough and the perspn at the speaker told me i have to come inside so i had to reverse out of the drivethrough to park. I went inside and there was another guy waiting for his food too. He placed an order on the app and the app said they were making his food but one of the employees kept telling him that its not in their system. The entire time i was in there both of our bags of food were ready and just sitting there with no sticker. They then asked thw guy his name and put the sticker on the bag of food that has been made. Since they left my food sitting for more than 10 minutes i got to the car and it was literally cold. I wish i had gotten the employees name. It was this past monday around 3:30 pm. All of the employees were just in the back talking and laughing.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
Suuuuper unfriendly person working the window, couldn’t be bothered to interact with us but had no problem talking to my dogs! Got home with our food, pulled out not ONE but TWO LONG HAIRS out of TWO different food items. We immediately stopped eating our food and threw it away. 30 bucks down the drain!! Absolutely disgusting to have a strangers hair in your mouth. I’m not sure who is running this place but they need to get it together! So disappointing!!!!
Got there at 12:30pm and the doors were locked. The drive thru was open but my work van does not fit through those so I just left. Kind of weird they would have the doors locked when it is lunch time.
RUDE staff the bigger man yelled at the female co worker with drive thru window open. Reason being is because we asked no tomatoes and no peco de mayo due to allergic to tomatoes and we checked our food due to two diffrent people talking on the intercom to us. However when we got our food there was tomatoes. When going back to tell them politely the man got aggravated and over all rude to other customers and when we got our new taco it was poorly made with much grease
What is the purpose of this Taco Bell? It is literally the slowest Taco Bell in the area. It’s slow inside and outside. Unfortunately don’t join the drive thru because it’s locked in. So you are forced to sit and wait as it drags along. I will NEVER purchase from this Taco Bell again. Get it together.
I have never in my life spent 30 minutes sitting behind only 3 cars in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous, this location used to be speedy and had great customer service, idk what happened to it but I won't be returning.

Waited over 25 minutes for our meal which wasn’t a difficult order. Food was very underwhelming. It wasn’t busy at all when we went in and they had at least 15 people in the dining room by the time we got our food. Everyone waited for at least 20 minutes. One employee came in and “saved the day” as she seemed to actually care about her job. The rest of the staff seemed to lack the ability move at a pace faster than slow. I love Taco Bell and as a family, we get it pretty often but this was a top 5 worst fast food experience of all time.

Went there at 730 this morning and the doors were locked even though someone was in there and they open at 7am. We cant use the drive thru because we have a bucket truck.

Every experience I’ve had here has been terrible, it may seem convenient at first but you wait in the drive through for at least 20 minutes even if you’re the only one there. I’ve given it second and third tries and this time around my two beef tacos were soaking wet and 90% lettuce. This has to be the worst Taco Bell location. Never had an issue with any location but this one. I wish I could give this less than 1 star.
Waiting times never used to be a problem at this location. Now it’s terrible. Staff is walking around very slow and lethargic almost looking confused all the time. Please hire better staff and up your standards. It’s not fast food, it’s slow food now.. Also, the seating area and tables are disgusting. Food everywhere, and tables not wiped down. Door dash order took over an hour and a half to prepare before it was released for delivery, on delivery all food items except for a single taco and a crunch wrap were delivered. We received 10 dollars worth of items for a 47 dollar order, this has been a consistent pattern and I am extremely dissatisfied with the continued poor service.
It's minute 30 of waiting in the drive thru here. And I spent most of this time reading other reviews about how slow the service is. I have to assume that the franchise owners, after responding to many of these 1 star reviews, simply do not care about this location enough to do anything about it. I've been to this particular taco bell several times in the past year, hoping this time it won't be so slow, only to be disappointed. Each time there has been a different set of workers, and each time I have ordered different items, so I cannot blame the staff entirely. I assume this location is chronically understaffed (the "we're hiring" sign has been up each time, too), so I ask the franchise owners: are you simply not offering enough pay for people to want to work here? Are you having your employees operate with slow or faulty equipment that cannot keep up with the demand? What is so different about this location compared to the many other taco bells i visit in a 25mi area? I do not want my review to be a reflection of the staff, but moreso a reflection of the leadership allowing this location to disappoint its customer base. Shame on you for allowing this to continue.
I understand being understaffed, but two guys standing at the drive-thru shouldn't be a thing… we arrived at 9 PM and finally got our food at 9:15 (we got two dippers that weren't even made right). The person in front of us also seemed to have not ordered much, but I watched them pull back in because stuff had been forgotten. Get your stuff together.

Waited 25 minutes for two soft shells and a lg drink- got to the window and the drive through worker didn’t apologize or even say hello. Also got two fire sauces which just seems ridiculous. Usually this place is spot on and much better than the surrounding area Taco Bell’s like Geneva & Waterloo. Hoping they are just short staffed but attitude goes a long way and the worker could definitely have just been a little nicer.
The wait is always long at this location. I think every time my partner and I go, we're at least waiting 10 - 15 minutes in the DT. The staff tries to be as welcoming as possible, given that almost every time we go they are understaffed, I applaud them for their professionalism. The poor woman in the DT stated that she was one of the only was there working that night and she looked so exhausted! Please try to keep this location staffed, everyone is human and has their limits. Because of this, I think that's why I think our order was wrong. For example, I ordered the Dorito tacos, and were given the regular. Granted I did get an extra taco than I was expecting, but there was no sauce this time around, and plus the extra nacho cheese sauce I ordered was also missing. Overall, the food was adequately made. This is not the first time we have come across this kind of disappointment as we also frequent the Macedon location as well. My partner and I will be taking a bit of a break from TB for our Taco Tuesdays after this one. We'll always love TB, just wish the experiences and management were a bit better.
Safety risk to give me my credit card after 10. Was forced to wait in a giant line in the drive through with crying baby to get my card back. I understand companies having policies for safety but sometimes you have to have a little discretion and understanding. Spoke on the phone and saw varidy at the door but was told to go through the drive through both times. It took around 30 minutes to get through the drive through. I must be pretty scary/dangerous
I order Taco Bell almost everyday that I work. It’s close and the food is fast. But not this time. It took someone way too long to come up front to take care of customers. I ordered food and drink, but when I got to the restaurant; there was a line wrapped around the building and one person still waiting at the speaker, no other cars in front. I ended up canceling my order in disappointment and disgust. I did order a drink. But I’m sick and tired of the staff.
Having to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get to the speaker with only 2 people in front of me is beyond unacceptable. And on top of that, you can’t cancel your app order with any part of ease
This seriously has to be the slowest taco bell on earth. Im sent there at least once daily for doordash and every single time the order isnt started until at least 5 minutes *after* its supposed to be picked up by (which is another 5 minutes after its done). Orders are always messed up, incomplete, melted freeze drinks, etc... Either hire competent employees or close your business to avoid customers having to suffer through their 30+ minute wait for a *fast food* taco Edit: I've been forced to stop here with Doordash twice more since this post. The one time, I waited 25 minutes for an order for 1 single chalupa and when I mentioned that to the staff, they forcefully threw the chalupa into the customers bag, most likely totally ruining it. The second time, last night, I ate the hit to my order completion % and dropped the order because about 10 customers inside the store said they had been waiting *over a full hour* for their orders. I get being short staffed, but BRING IN CREW FROM OTHER STORES THAT ARE COMPETENT AND CAN TEMPORARILY FILL HOLES Edit #2: 1 month later and NOTHING has changed. Maybe fire the pink haired "manager" that would rather spend his time screwing off doing nothing while yelling 'I run this store!' across the lobby to his friends & distracting employees that would otherwise be working Also, since theres no way to reply to a comment: Apparently the corporate office is *also* garbage considering they just spam the same message as a reply to any comments without actually taking any sort of action to fixing their restaurant. What a joke of a business *and* corporate office.
We have waited for 55 min so far. When we got here we put order through on our app. I understand short staff/ new employees but 55 wait time ? My husband stayed inside the whole time waiting. Our toddler in the car with me throwing a tantrum towards the end. No refund no customer service ? This is ridiculous !!
I went through the drive thru, ordered two seperate orders for myself and another customer around 12:00 pm. At around 10 pm, I felt sick and vomited everywhere. Around 2 am, I had bloody stools, excruciating stomach pain/cramps, and was unable to keep anything down. Around 4:30 am I developed a fever, and a severe migraine which prompted an er visit where I was tested for food poisoning, and was positive for ecoli.found out that the other guest was also severely sick and has the same thing. Emailed manager and explained. And have heard nothing back. Contacting the health department asap!

DO NOT eat here. The bathroom smells like dirty private parts all the time. If you go any time after 5 pm you’ll wait at least 15 minutes for your food that they WON’T get right. It’s just a disgusting store overall
Put in a mobile order...went to the drive thru to pick it up.. only had 5 cars in line and no way out once in.. 40 min wait to get up to the window and another 20 mins to get a cravings box and 3 cheese roll ups.. meanwhile the rest of our familys food from another place got cold.. burned up near a 1/4 tank of gas... Moral of the story.. if you wanna lose an hour of life for a meal that takes every other taco bell 5-6 mins to hand to you. By all means enjoy wait.. hope you have Netflix... Dude at the window asked our order name and didn't speak to me again for 20 mins.. no sorry... No nothing... Avoid this place if you can.

The wait is incredibly long here, no matter how busy it is. The employee's are rude if you just asked them about when you'll be able to get your food. purposely, pushing your order if you ask about it. it also reeked of manure when I walked in. i had to assume that it was an employee because the dining room was empty.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Tragically slow, like wait 20-40 minutes for your order slow. No one knows what is going on, the pink-haired manager seems to completely derail every night he works and everyone is in a foul mood. I exclude from this the girl who figured out our order issues and made everything after we sat inside for half an hour waiting, and the guy who was cleaning and mopping the store, he was a real one. Drive the 15 minutes to the location on Route 332, it will literally takes less time.
Ordered my food at 8:15pm on the app. Got the food and I have never had an order that was more messed up than this it was ridiculous. If I could give this place one star I would. Came through after work and the guy at the drive thru is very rude and seems to be high. Very aggressive when answering the drive through when I first pulled up. I ordered the new Baja blast midnight and he hands me a regular Baja blast wasn’t even going to tell me and I asked “are you guys out of the midnight Baja and he goes ya” and shoves it in my face.

Yesterday I was the only one and i sat at the pickup window for a good 10 minutes. I even place the orders online to try and speed it up…nope. They need to either hire more people or different people.
I ordered via the app. I showed up at the estimated time. There were people standing there who had been waiting for their food for an hour. I asked them to cancel my order. They could not cancel my order. They were continuing to take new orders on the app.
Waited 35 min for food after going to the counter 3 times. Manager said they had a rush at the window. I did not realize drive thru was the priority. They were very busy with many people in the dining area. With all this going on the manager took a break and sat down. The food area was a mess as well. Clearly they are understaffed.
We spent 40.00 on food and waited 15 minutes in an empty dining room for an order and literally every single item was wrong, even drinks. The food we did get was cold and stale. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was garbage all over the floor of the dining room and food covering every surface including seating. Do not go here!
