Fast friendly service. Good food. Clean atmosphere. High recommendation.

We have been having our family gatherings here for several years. They always accommodate the size of our party and seat us right on time. They are friendly with good service and food. Everyone can select from the menu even though we are a larger party. They always allow for separate checks which works for us.

Heather was fantastic, even remaking my order after a communication mistake. She was friendly, checked on me through my meal and always had a smile. I had the Gilbert Bleu sandwich and the pumpkin cheesecake and both were perfect like always. Thank you Peppers staff!

I am a bariatric surgery patient and I have a little card that requests if I can have a smaller portion (be it a senior portion or kids' portion). I gave it to my waitress (Heather) to have her check with the bosses. She came back and told me I could have whatever I wanted on the menu and they would accommodate my request. Heather was an absolute rockstar. She was quick with the meals, and even when she came out to let us know the lasagna was done for the day, you could tell she was worried we were going to complain (even though it wasn't her fault). We just went with the flow and she was great I'm not from the area, but I will definitely make a point to come back!

Very busy restaurant. The Friday fish (both ways -minus the noodles) was great. Will definitely be back. Only issue we had was under the Kids menu it says pulled pork sliders & it’s a normal bun cut in half. NOT sliders, would be closer if cut into 4s so my child was expecting what it said.

My partner and I love coming to Peppers after a long day at work. I always get the wings—the skins are perfectly crisp and the blue cheese is chunky! The chicken in the chicken Philly is juicy and tender and their fries are delicious. Service is super friendly and warm and food is served quickly even when they are busy! They offer Gluten free options too! We love Peppers. It’s a great local hotspot! Very affordable as well.

I've been coming to Peppers for a while now, and I've always been blown out of the park every single time. From their wraps to their specials, and especially their desserts, you will come hungry and will not leave disappointed!

We had the orange pineapple cheesecake made by Christine and it was so good! My Asian salad was delicious! Our server Krista was great!

We have been enjoying this place for many years now, and it's always nice to go have a nice meal in a friendly atmosphere. Tonight I tried the pot roast for the forst time and not only was it generously portioned, but it was so delicious. The meat melted in my mouth, and the home made mashed potatoes were creamy and garlicky. I cant wait to have my leftovers for lunch tomorrow! My husband has a soup and salad and he said it was perfect. My son had a burger and fries and wasn't able to finish it, but he said it was one of the best burger and fries he's had in a long time. Krista was our server tonight and she was spectacular. Not only was she very friendly and personable, but she check on us often to make sure we didn't need anything. She made our whole experience that much better! The manager who rang us out was also very friendly, and I'm glad he is one of the faces we get to see! While we didn't have room for desert tonight, I usually grab one of the cookies from up front when we check out, and I highly recommend them! Thanks again for another wonderful family dinner night!

My server was Judy and she was very pleasant! I had the soup special Beef Barley with a chicken salad sandwich on rye toast served with chips. Everything was fantastic! The rye bread was high quality and the soup I could have eaten another bowl! Atmosphere was excellent with music playing which I love. So many restaurants keep the music way too low and you have to whisper for privacy. Not here….it was perfect! I can’t wait to tell others and come back sometime for dinner! Thank you Peppers Team!

I had a great experience! I had the ravioli which was great, the chocolate pb brownie and chocolate cherry cake desserts are both really good. Our server Sue and everyone else who we talked to were very helpful and friendly, even at a pretty busy time of day. The restaurant is also very clean and nice looking. I love coming here :)

I ordered something I wasn't totally happy with - which was completely my fault for not fully listening to what was in the pasta dish. It was good - just not my type of meal! The manager insisted on getting me a different meal. Which was very kind. I picked a cheaper dish and he changed the price on our bill to represent the new meal. All in all, great strides were taken to accommodate me, which was not necessary but fully appreciated. Great, friendly service. And yummy food!

I went with my mom for lunch, I ordered the turkey club wrap and she ordered the Italian wedding soup. We also shared some chocolate cherry cheese cake. Everything was delicious and homemade, the cheese cake was especially good! The service was excellent as well, our server Mark was very nice and attentive. Today was our first time going to Peppers and it will now be a Monday tradition!

First time dining here. The staff is so friendly and the food was amazing! Typical of me..going off roading with the menu. They let me get what I wanted, no issues and the prices are fantastic! Highly recommend. I am a super picky eater as well! The food is not over salty..you know how when you eat out and then feel the need to drink a truck load of water.. doesn't happen when you eat here! :)

We found this place while in vacation. It was amazing. Everyone raved about the food. Burgers were juicy, quesadilla was fantastic, and my husband's soup was excellent. My 8 yr old daughter is the only one that didn't like her food. That was because her Mac and cheese was NOT Kraft. It was homemade and delicious. We will definitely be back.

Went to get something for lunch since I had an hour break. I was quickly seated, the waiter was polite, and the food came out quickly for a sit down restaurant. My burger not only tasted good, the presentation was perfect as well; genuinely what I believe a perfect hamburger should look like. Fluffy and golden fries filled the rest of my plate and I was quite full at the end of my meal. Cost of everything plus tip was about $15, which for a half pound burger and plate of fries is a better deal than the fast food joints. Definitely worth dining here if you aren't pressed for time; I finished my meal with enough time in my break to walk back to class.

My son and I’s favorite place to eat is Peppers! The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is welcoming to families, and the staff/management is always friendly; specifically Sue, Heather, and Alex. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is great, even when they’re busy. We’ve never had a bad experience and it’s our top pick in the area for lunch :)

One the best hidden gems in the area, amazing food and amazing staff. Todays trip was quick with my server Heather checking in regularly and bringing things out fast! Love this place and would 100% recommend. (Especially the tomato and Gouda soup) :)

Had dinner here after a cruise on the Canandaigua Lady. There was 20+ of us! We were all served quickly. The waitress at our table of six was a young lady who may have been training. She did a bang up job! The food is delicious and the servings are generous. I had Italian wedding soup and a patty melt. Brought home a generous slice lemon meringue pie for dessert!

I had the BBQ Burger and Fries. Burger was good, but the fries were great. Server seemed like he had too much on his plate, although he was very pleasant and gave good service. Kitchen took a while but I chalk that up to the weird time we ate. Will definitely be back to try some of their pastas and the Prime Rib sandwich

Mark was wonderful - rockstar Server and service. Our 1st time here and had no idea Peppers existed and cant wait to come back again. Absolutely outstanding pasta and calamari. I can't wait to come back though. Pasta Flight - awesome idea and great portions. Straw and Hay - tasted fantastic - cream sauce was really good with sausage. Group of 10 of us & they were willing to give us separate checks. Many restaurants today won't do that. I explain that we are all retired & in no hurry but they still refuse to do separate checks so we just go where they are able to accommodate us. We had excellent servers & they came to our table twice to make sure we had everything we needed. Food was great.

We had such a great time at Peppers Family Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a true family-style diner—cozy, welcoming, and full of charm. One of our favorite touches was the tables, each one featuring advertisements for local businesses permanently shellacked into the surface. It gave the whole place a warm, community feel. The menu was packed with so many incredible options, we genuinely had a hard time deciding what to order. But what really stood out was how fresh and authentic everything tasted. You could tell that care went into every dish. Everyone in our group was visiting for the first time, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Peppers is the kind of local spot you hope to find on a trip—delicious food, friendly service, and a great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Quiet family restaurant. The kind that is still enjoyable to visit, because there is no loud music dominating the room and it doesn't break the bank. Visited here on a Thursday evening and had about a 20 min wait. They were busy but not crowded. The food was good, and my plate was large. Definitely give them a try!

Amazing service I believe my server was Krista or Kristin she was behind the bar. She was very attentive. I ordered a BBQ pulled pork quesadilla for my meal I got the shrimp scampi which came with a side salad. It was delicious my dessert I had a butterfingers cheesecake slice that was my favorite part. Everything was for a reasonable price. I will be going back.

1st time visiting this restaurant as friends were highly recommending it. Friday Fish Fry was delicious! Husband had the Gilbert's Bleu (?) and the prime rib was rare as requested. Friends had the Prime Rib, as cooked to their request! Service was excellent, Gina was attentive but not overly. Only be aware that alcohol is not served. There is no bar area. As advertised, it is a friendly family restaurant!! Will definitely stop in again in the near future!

Service was quick and our server, Sue, was extremely attentive and friendly. We were just looking for a place to eat and found Peppers on the road! Place is comfortable and the atmosphere is homey. Would dine again.

Went for a family lunch and was pretty good. Got a bbq pork and ham wrap with a side of French fries. Got onion rings and loaded fries for an app and those were amazing. The entree was simple but super good. The coconut cream pie was to die for!

We ordered a two person meal for $40. Eggplant, Chicken Parmesan, and Lasagna and a little bit of spaghetti with sauce. The eggplant and chicken parm were tasty. The lasagna had too many over cooked noodles and not enough fillings and sauce. Overall, for the price for two people I thought the portion sizes were small. Not bad, just not amazing. I would return.

Great lunches at an affordable price. We visited on a Saturday. While the parking lot was not very full, we were disappointed to have to wait 15 minutes for a table. Service throughout our meal was slow and spotty; the 1st time that's ever been the case. The tomato Gouda soup is incredible! Sandwiches are large and filling. This used to be a spot to grab a quick bite, but we're not so sure now. We'll give them another chance.

I always loved coming here for the gluten free chicken parm. As someone with celiac disease, I have never had a problem with the entree only one other time than today & that was 3 years ago, was takeout, and was a misunderstanding with the waitstaff. I was taking out my granddaughter for lunch & this time, however, the entree came out & it did not look like the gluten free version like I had previously. The waitress said she would double check it & she did. She came back saying that it was gluten free. Because I was hungry & bc that waitress has always been good to us, I ate it. Three hours later, I started getting sick and have been since (3 more hours). I realize that Peppers is not a gluten free establishment. I get that cross-contamination occurs. I have dealt with cross-contamination before and it ends up showing up as little blisters on my fingers. This was obviously a more blatant “glutening”. So either the waitress did not double check with the chef (doubtful, as she has always been great) or the chef said it was gluten free bc s/he didn’t want to remake it. I even paid extra to have this prepared gluten free…almost $30 total for the meal. So my celiac friends, don’t trust it. I’m not going to ever again. As a local small business owner myself (& an advertiser on Peppers’ tables), I will continue to recommend this place to friends and family. Just not for anyone that has celiac disease.

Peppers has the best steak salad I've ever had in my life. Their French onion soup is delicious too. The service is quick and the staff are kind. I highly recommend this restaurant. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the parking lot is always full and the spaces are a bit tight.

I ordered the clam chowder. This was not authentic clam chowder. I didn't care for it. Something was off no seafood taste at all. So disappointed!

Pasta with peas, mushrooms and bacon. Very good!! Have always had great food and desserts. Cookies and cream cheesecake was excellent. But the coconut cream pie(my absolute favorite) was very disappointing not Only was the crust soggy but it was topped with vanilla icing, which was unexpected and very odd!! They were very busy with friendly and attentive hostesses.

Peppers is a very cute family restaurant with some great food and nice people. My wife ordered the soup flight and it was nice. It was a great way to try a few different soups and it came with half a grilled cheese. She said she knows which soup to get next time. I believe she enjoyed the Italian wedding soup the most. I had the fish fry lunch special, which was honestly perfect. It was a half of a fish for $12 and it was cooked very well. Honestly, I would get it again. They had some tasty desert options too, but those change daily. Overall, it’s a nice family restaurant and I would come again.

Service and food was very good. One BIG COMPLAINT... How they present the ketchup.... Cute little bottle HOWEVER ..... ketchup VERY DIFFICULT to get out.... Have to have cap on to smack it down, ketchup now makes cap messy got all over fingers still didn't come out until I used straw in jar to scoop out because butter knife or anything else would fit in it. Expressed to 3 different employees and all same responses... They've told owner but owner likes and keeps it.... Well they need to try using it as a customer would.

Mid priced place with good food for the price point. Black and blue salad is my favorite and my sister always gets the hay and straw. Nothing spectacular, but solidly good and satisfying. There is a vent near the restrooms that is literally leaking frigid outside air into the place. Not sure how they'll stay in business with that heating bill, but I hope they do.

The only complain I have is the advertisements posted on the table. It seriously ruins the overall aesthetic and mood. I believe the management is trying to increase revenue by posting local business ads. I recommend you put them on a board or on a wall but definitely not on the table. The service and foods are awesome btw. And the staffs are nice too.

Food was great. One member of our party was a salad that was surprisingly nice for a family restaurant, great presentation. The service was meh. I'm sure the server was busy, they seemed understaffed, but she could have at least been friendly. Five for food quality, 3 for service.

The acoustics make for a very loud dining experience as well as some structural issues that seem to accentuate people's footsteps as they're walking by the booths near the front door. Just loud. Our waitress had too many tables or something. She kept cutting us short and barely allowed us to speak. She also was very defensive when our food took a long time. Instead of apologizing, she inferred that we should expect delays based on how busy they were. I have been to this restaurant multiple times and it wasn't as busy as usual... in my opinion. Her overall attitude was abrasive. On a positive note, I have never had a bad tasting meal here and the prices are not bad either.

The food quality has gone down over the years. DO NOT order the chicken French. It's gross. Tastes like cafeteria chicken. I tried to give them a second chance but my fish fry was so greasy. I couldn't even eat it. I went through 4 napkins to soak it up and still couldn't eat it. I should have just gotten a sandwich or something... 19 dollars for coleslaw. Our server Madi was very nice. It's not her fault the food is so terrible. And who the heck puts mushrooms in pasta salad?!!

I took my son and friend out to eat here and the waitress was very pleasant however the food wasn't so pleasant. My son got what every kid gets chicken tenders and fries I got a club sandwich which I thought came with fries but I got maybe 4 chips . The sandwich didn't have much meat at all it didn't taste the best either. I paid $15 for something I took maybe 2 bites of. My son are maybe 1 tender and he ate most of the fries. I definitely wouldn't recommend if your looking for good food . Overall The service was ok the waitress was great but def wouldn't recommend The prices are way way to much for what u get it's def not worth the money. There's no wifi either.

3 stars atmosphere. Perfectly average American family restaurant. Nothing notable either positively or negatively. 4 Stars service. The server was quick, friendly and accommodating. No complaints! 2 stars food. For an appetizer we had the beer pretzels. They were probably the best part of the meal. The cheese sauce they were served with was... fine. The pretzels again were fine. They were a cross in flavor between soft pretzels and the hard crunchy ones you get at the grocery store. I had the pizza and my partner a wrap. My pizza felt cheap, and mediocre. It was horribly bland and the sauce deeply unappealing. I ate my fill and left the rest. It was not worth taking with us. The meat in my partners wrap was flavorless, and the Mac and cheese was again, merely fine. For my partner, the best part of the meal was their side of kettle cooked potato chips, which were actually rather nice. From our experience with the food, we would not return, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone I enjoy speaking to.

they continue to have very good food, the quality of the service on the other hand left a great deal to be desired they were at maybe 25% capacity yet it was a full 15 min. no utensils were present, none offered, no napkin was present, none offered, coffee was burned - but not to worry because no refill was offered - when we were ready to leave, not to worry i was able to hunt down the waitress for a bill and some take out containers, lastly - i normally leave a cash tip but i honestly did not feel the service warranted a tip, this is the 1st time i have been poorly served here and will continue to stop from time to time - but it is more likely be an after thought as opposed to destination

I feel compelled to leave a review after two back-to-back bad experiences at this restaurant. The first was in September '23 (party of 7) and the second was January '24 (party of 8). We thought we would give them another chance after the first visit that did not go well. Unfortunately, the service was awful, both times. It was painfully slow and the wait staff is not attentive, with a 15+ minute span between visits to the table. We had hungry children that became very agitated waiting for food. It was an hour wait. The kids meals are a joke. Macaroni and Cheese looks like Kraft brand, from a box. It came with no sides whatsoever. WAY overpriced for what you get. The menu did not give accurate descriptions of the food. Two of us received meals that we would not have ordered had we known they were not going to be as described. The other meals were fine, but not enough to justify returning. Speaking up to the waitress didn't make a difference, and had we not been SO ready to leave, we would have asked to speak to management. Sometimes it's easier to just choose a different restaurant next time and call it a lesson learned.

Went there for lunch on a Saturday. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a bad experience. We are very patient people… but the waitress told us a ‘big order was ahead of us’ and the proceeded to bring food to our table twice which was not ours.. then a chef brought out a burger which was also not ours. He then asked what we were waiting on. He apologized and brought us our onion rings appetizer and stated that he didn’t know where the wait staff was. There couldn’t have been more than 12 customers in the whole establishment. I also overheard another chef asking the waitress who had certain tables as they hadn’t been cleaned at all. I feel bad writing a one star review, but I like to read reviews before going anywhere to see what I might experience. I do think they have several things to figure out. We ended up canceling our meals (which were not started after 20 minutes) and then paid for the onion rings and left.

Went for lunch yesterday, no coleslaw with fish sandwich, my husband ordered fries with his meal, which he had to wait for, waitress forgot, had our server asked if everything was OK, I would have asked for coleslaw, she brought the check told us we had to take it up to the cashier she was too busy, but did take the check up for the table next to us, and the frosting on the cake was when I checked my bank account this am the amount was more so I checked my receipt I was charged $2.30 for using a debit card, there was no mention of an extra charge as in a posting in the restaurant or by the server or cashier, a little deceiving. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK

It was just me dining tonight. Im in town for work. I sat down, 20 minutes later still no waitress. I figured they were busy. Then another group was sat down, and they had their order taken. Thats when I got up and went to the front hostess. Handed my menu and said its been 20 min and I think you forgot about me. She said "oh okay. Sorry"
