Honestly... Some of the best pizza and service I've had in the area and in a long time! Love these guys, they do great work and the girl on the phone and delivery driver are so nice! Definitely will continue to order from here for sure

The staff is great! We called to order a pepperoni pizza but forgot to mention we wanted the cup char. They were kind enough to remake the pizza and not only they didn’t charge for the second (since it was our mistake), they offered the pepperoni they had made! I love the cup char pepperoni more than any pepperoni in fancy and expensive pizza places. The young lady at the counter was super pleasant as well as her manager. Would recommend 10/10,

It's just a pizzeria, but it's a very friendly and clean pizzeria and the pizza was OUTSTANDING. They nailed the dough and crust and absolutely scored a home run with the toppings. This is a great place to get your pizza.

I just ordered a toasted chicken finger sub at the Victor location and WOW! This is probably the best sub I've had in a very long time! The bread this time was an artisan style bread, and to have it toasted was a great choice. I just mowed down half of it in record time because of how good it was. Went in and the staff was super nice making sure I was taken care of and they joked around with me too! My tummy's so happy I had to write this review!

This Mark's is the best!!! The employees are welcoming and always willing to accommodate you, whether you go in for a slice or go to pick up an order. Their pizza is ready fast, cooked thoroughly and the dining room is always clean with ample seating. Keep up the great work!!!!

I always order thin crust medium cheese pizza. Sometimes I add mushrooms but I like to keep it simple. Tonight was perfectly done! 02/12/24 around 5:45pm. Delicious! Oh and I just started ordering my pizza without being cut. This makes it less oily on the bottom of your crust. Great job Marks Victor Pizza!! Friendly Team!

This Mark’s used to be the best. However the past few times the pizza is under cooked and doughy. We ordered pizza and wings last night, the pizza was super thick and more sauce than cheese. We always order wings well done and last night they were completely soggy. Need to focus more on quality than quantity.

Rude Manager ,when asked to see the pizza in the showcase than ask how much it was... he gave me a shoty look And said, what! Lik he was in shock! Never a smile.i Walked out and will never Return first time at Marks from out of town..talk thin build guy blk hair. He suppose to answer Quest I n needs to be updated trained again

VERY Disappointed that my online order of extra well done wings were delivered instead as very slimy and barely cooked to the normal temperature.

Wife ordered me a Pizza, mozzarella sticks and a marshmallow bar. She specifically asked that the pizza be cut in squares and not triangles, which they said they would do. She also asked for extra cheese and to cook it a lil longer so the crust was hard. The mozzarella sticks came here cold. I had to nuke em in the microwave to warm them up but they were delicious after that. The pizza not so much. While the sauce was good as well as the cheese, there was not any extra cheese on it which is what she paid for and it was not cut in squares nor was it a lil more well done. I prefer my pizza to not be bendy or foldy. I peeled the topping off the slices and ate it like that as the crust was not to my liking. I am an OTR truck driver so my wife likes to order me food every now and then when I am in the road. I am here a lot and will not be ordering from here again. Driver was pretty friendly and drove right up to my truck to deliver the food. Wife said the woman who took the order was a ditzy kinda a gal and she obviously did not pay attention to detail, because if she had I would have got what my wife ordered and would have left a better review.

Horrible quality control coming out of the victor story. This is not the first issue we have had but it is the first time I’m leaving a review. Its supposed to be a Philly cheesesteak but it’s just cheese. It’s in edible I don’t know how they let something like this go out for delivery. Wrong topping as well. Very disappointing

I was Marks loyal until last night I placed an order. They gave me the wrong order -the order I received was gluten free. I was just calling to tell them so that the gluten free person didn't get sick from getting my pizza that was not gluten free. The MANAGER got on the phone to yell at me and Insist he knew what I ordered (it was not what | ordered) .... I wasn't even calling to say I needed a new pizza. I was trying to be nice and he was incredibly rude... the interaction ruined my night. I haven't never been spoken to that way... especially over a pizza. Insane.

Usually I don't have a problem with this marks. So I make the extra trip to go to this specific one. Well tonight I'm not sure what happened but since when do we just throw customers food in a box and send it? Everything is stuck together and mush on top. Did we get a change of employees? This is ridiculous.
