It's definitely my favorite Chinese place in the area. Price and service speed considered I don't have any complaints. Whenever I'm out this way this is my go to take out Chinese restaurant.

Usually very quick and plenty of food for the price. My one complaint is that the wrapper for the dumplings is too thick. We especially like the Beef with Scallions and Onions, Singapore noodles, Moo Shu Pork, House Special Lo Mein, Broccoli with Oyster Sauce, and pretty much any of the chicken dishes.

Affordable and flavorful Chinese takeout with fast service. I don’t believe that they deliver, but 99% of the time your order is ready when you walk in for pickup. They also have a small table service area for eat in customers.

I was away on business is the first time I was here to get anything to eat and the food was very very good. I would definitely recommend to anyone and would stop here again when I was in town

Kings Wok is definitely the best around. Their sesame chicken is crispy, bursting with flavor. Their chicken fried rice has the perfect moisture, and the lo-mien is amazing.

I used to do extra chores around the house so that I could order Chinese takeout from here(and rent videos from Wade's) on Friday nights! That was over twenty years ago and they are still around.

My partner and I love this place. They're always super fast, the food is AMAZING and comes in big portions, and sometimes when we spend a lot (we like to get a bunch of food and eat it over the course of a few days) sometimes they give us free drinks :) The singapore rice noodles are my all time favorite.

They have some of the best dumplings I've had, outside of the tristate area (where I grew up). Discovered this take out place in 2016 and have been loving it ever since. Its recommended to call ahead as they can get busy quickly.

Always fast and friendly. My order is always correct and made in a very short amount of time. I don't know how they get food put so fast with so many customers. They're always packed when we go in but we never wait long. I wish they had delivery, we would order a lot more often!

Kings wok has been around for a long time. I’ve never had anything less than excellent food from there and considering Chinese food and who serves it, they do serve the real deal. Enjoy!

One of the best chinese foods in the area. Crab ragoons are a must. The general tso and sesame chicken is also absolutely delicious. Some how it's got a nice crispy texture and the sauce is delicious. Deserves 5 stars for food, quickness, and overall quality.

🤤🤤🤤I've been coming here since I was a kid. Still the best egg rolls in the whole world out of all my travels. And I don't know how they do it, but they're hella quick, even when they're slammed. Sweet people, de-licious food. Local legacy if you ask me. For real, sometimes I just order 6 egg rolls for my whole dinner. Sometimes I just pop in for 1 or 2 when in the area for a snack. Gotta do the shrimp or pork ones tho. The veg are yummy, they're just smaller and more like spring rolls, as a heads up. They just don't have the same *CRONCH* Note/Hot Tip: You gotta ASK for chopsticks if you want 'em. They don't throw them in automatically like some spots do. No biggie, and no charge, just something to know if you like them like me. I like to sub lo mein for rice with me meal as well. Don't remember if it's an upcharge. Probably, but just so you know if you ask they'll do it. Fortune cookies included! I usually also get: Egg drop or Egg drop w/wonton soup, beef w/ veg or broccoli, sesame chicken, lo mein (all kinds), fried or white rice... all bomb (as in good)

We live in the Canandaigua/Gorham area and gave this place a try based on very good word-of-mouth reviews from several local friends. Our conclusion, the food here is well worth the 20 minute drive! Everything we ordered was excellent, fresh and tasty, especially the egg rolls and the spicy chicken and mushrooms (custom order). We will absolutely be back. 😀

I live in Canandaigua and all of the Chinese restaurants are mediocre at best but this place WOW delicious. The food actually tasted great and I mean all of it. I will making the 20 min there and 20 back just for good food

We got the general tso's + orange chicken combination platter with pork fried rice and egg rolls. The chicken meat was lightly crisp and the sauce was not "gluey" from too much starch, it was on the lighter syrup consistency and not overly sauced! We have tried several local places before coming across this one and they all were disappointingif not inedible. This place is our new favorite for Chinese take-out🥡 Also two full combination plates were less than $19 and it was done in 10 minutes!

I ordered my favorite once again Singapore noodles with no shrimp and extra veggies. Wow! The chef this evening made it the best I ever had. Not oily and so flavorful. Very fast service! I ordered 2 eggs rolls with beef and broccoli. The price was very reasonable. The eggroll was good and a decent size. Didn’t care for the fried rice. Overall good experience. I would order from here again

I've been going here for years. It's the best Chinese place around. When I was pregnant I'd stop every Friday on my way home. They are usually very quick, but there have been times where they are so busy I had to wait 40 min to an hour and it's well worth the wait. They had probably 30 orders before mine that day with the phone constantly ringing and they still took phone orders and walk ins. The family is very nice and work their butts off to make good food.

We order from here often. Egg rolls were missing tonight which was not discovered until we were home. Not the first time food was missing. Looking for different places.

The only problem was the rice was packed 2 orders in one container and we all eat alone. We pick up four different houses on the street not all one house. So you need to tell them exactly how you're eating too. Save you the problem figuring out dividing the rice her house.

My favorite local chinese food place. The only thing is that if they are busy and you order they will tell you a certain time , but expect much longer than that and lower quality because of the heavy business. I just think they need to work on that

Good but not great. I have only eaten here once and I got a lunch special, orange chicken. Very sweet compared to other restaurants but it was enjoyable.

Love the food, but prices have definitely gone up. They can usually get the food done quickly, which is nice, but there's no delivery, and if you use a 3rd party app like Door Dash there's a good chance of not getting the whole order.

Love this place. Eat here like once a week. Always order ahead, they can get pretty packed. Just call and they'll tell you 10 minutes, but wait 20 just in case. The food is good most times but like every restaurant they have off days.

Great food. But when their really busy they still say 20 minute. But I get their 25 minutes later and my order is under a stack if 10 other menus. Just tell me when it'll be ready bc the foods great and worth waiting. Just be honest.

How do you judge a restaurant? By the consistency and quality of the food they make, by their staff and demeanor, the timeliness of service, and of course, location and cleanliness of the establishment. The ONLY non-star has to do with the space the restaurant occupies and the ventilation issues consistent with oil frying the majority of the food. I never leave without knowing I have been there. THAT said, the food is consistently delicious, the portions excellent - as are the prices for those portions. Been going to New King's Wok for pretty much 10+ years, on average once a month, and not once have they missed an order, made an order that wasn't consistent with the last time I ordered it, or made me wait more than a few minutes. When they say 20 minutes they mean 20 minutes. Best Chinese on the east side. My go-to and I do. Cheers!

Food isn't bad but they messed up my last 3 orders in a row. Even when ordering in person and circling the items it was still wrong by a mile. Didn't notice til I'm home and too late by then. The pepper steak had no spice to it.

Walked in and ordered pork lo mein to go. Got it quick and it was clean tasting with crisp vegetables. I wasn't dazzled but they met the standard of what Chinese take out should be.

Not bad food, but not anything special, either. The bag looked a little rushed in getting put together when it arrived at the door - menu smooshed in and one box was not completely sealed so the other containers were wading in garlic sauce. However, time from order to delivery at door (ordered through GrubHub) was not long. If you need Chinese that is fairly cheap, and you're not particular with flavor, then this is not a bad option.

We were passing through on business trip. Food was typical no complaints. Props for the chili sauce. I asked for hot sauce because I didn't see the usual takeout packets, and they gave me a little container with a really good Chili sauce 👍.

So this is basically it. The food is overpriced, there is better american Chinese food around that charges less and you get more. We ordered steamed dumplings (ling ling in Newarks are better, the place in Palmyra is better) wontons (which were good but again you don't get enough) pork spare rib (pretty much dog food, bland and tasteless maybe old pork, just low quality ... General tso which is not remotely spicy but chicken was well made and rice is well done. Got the orange chicken, it was good for the kids. The Singapore noodle is ok. Came out to $70+ ... Not really worth that. It's worth $40. Places are literally throwing slop together in smaller portions than what you can get elsewhere. What's crazy is how busy the place is, literally due to location. They are making money hand over fist overcharging the area for a subpar product. They probably won't care but for as much as we spend we just won't go there again.

Food was ready when they said. When I got there they had about a dozen orders ready so it was a busy night. I saw 3 cooks there. The place was clean and is fairly large so I didn’t see people standing on top of one another. The egg rolls were very good but I rate a Chinese restaurant on the quality of its hot & sour soup, which I found to be mediocre at best. There was a decent amount of heat but I had to add some Chinkiang vinegar when I got home to up the sour. There seemed to be too much starch too - not sure if it was cooked enough as I seemed to actually taste the starch. I did like the fried dumplings. My son got a beef & broccoli combo (his go to) and he said it was ok but the fried rice was meh.

So I used to order from here regularly and have always loved the food, this past time however. .. I was so disappointed tonight. Not sure what they changed with the recipes and types of food products. The rice was not the same for the pork fried rice. The cabbage rolls were different. The taste and texture inside were not the same as previous times. I'm disappointed and hope they can change back to what they used to have. I included and old photo of what the pork fried rice looked like versus tonight in my combo meal it was very disappointing.

Quick order taking, finding this place (if you’re not local) good luck a hole inside a hole... Food was excellent only if you were in a hospital on a strict no sodium diet. I ordered fried rice... rice was hard still white with meats and green peas.... I thought it would be at least brown in color because of soy sauce is used on fried rice. To go order paper bag had: Fried rice Crispy fried dough (useless...ew) No soy sauce No spoon No napkin No fortune cookie (thank goodness) Lesson learned; skip this place if I ever come to this area...

This pace has really good food but it's never ready on time. They told me 30 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later and then waited another 30 minutes. If I had known it was going to be an hour I would've been fine with it. I've worked in restaurants so it get it but not even an apology was offered 😒

Somebody this kitchen has difficulty hearing about the orders i order Lo mien with Shrimp noodles taste lik spaghetti noodles chopped up instead they put pork in it ..Big Mistake

Ordered shrimp and got chicken. I called and got the line " the manager will call you back". That is s blow off line and an old one st that. NEVER go back. Rather drive 12 miles before going. All because of the B.S. excuse, not so much the order. BOO on them!

I threw out the items I purchased after I tried to eat them. Easily the worst “Chinese” food I’ve ever had.

BE AWARE - They do not offer dine-in seating at this time (2/11/23). I called to make dinner reservations and was told by the woman who answered the phone said that they only offer take out. She apologized but, they need to update this listing to reflect that change. Glad I called ahead first.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO RUN A BUSINESS AND WANT REPEAT BUSINESS DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. I CALLED AN ORDER IN AND THEY SAID 1 HOUR, IN 1 HOUR I CALLED AND ASKED IF IT IS READY FOR PICK UP. THEY SAID YES. WHEN I ARRIVED THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED THE ORDER YET. I HAD TO STAND WITH 10 OTHER PEOPLE IN CLOSE QUARTERS FOR 45 MINUTES. I WILL NOT BE BACK. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE NOT STARTED AN ORDER UNTIL WE ARRIVED. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.

Food was not good at all was nasty and a waste of almost 50 dollars. I ordered food an brought it home to eat and if I wasn’t almost 45 mins away I would have definitely brought it back we were not pleased at all.

I'm 67 years old and this is by far the worst Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. And I have been eating Chinese food since 1965! I ordered beef and broccoli and beef fried rice. The beef in both dishes wasn't meat but appeared to be tofu! The fried rice had can pea and carrots in it!! Who does that!? And to top it all, they charged me $27.00 for that garbage!!! So don't waste your money! I did it for you!
