I love Jersey Mike’s already and this was probably my best experience ever at a Jersey Mike’s! The customer service was incredible! They were so fun, friendly, and accommodating! My wife is pregnant and needed some of the meat on the cold sub cooked, and they eagerly adapted for us. All three of the workers we had were talkative and made you feel special. I would definitely comeback again not just for the food but also the customer service! Highly recommend this place
Finally we have a jersey Mike in the Roc. My wife and I always go here when we're in NJ the subs are 🔥. So now we have one closer, Even though they just open the staff is friendly and very helpful. Amazing!! Just like we get in Jersey if you haven't been you should go .
This place genuinely cares about its customers, and it shows in every interaction. Yesterday, my partner and I visited, and let me tell you, this man is a pickle enthusiast. To the person with the BOYLE tattoo on their arm, a reminder that not all heroes wear capes. My boyfriend’s sub was loaded with an astonishing 45 pickles! Whoever you are, I hope your pillow is perpetually cold, your coffee is always hot, you always get the green light, and you live a fulfilling life. The childish reaction my boyfriend had to this incredible feat demonstrates that this place genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service and spreading joy to its customers. Thank you so much!

Excellent subs. Great bread, meat and portions! “Mike’s Way” is the way to get your sub topped; it includes their sub juice (what we call sub oil, and it is delicious). The produce was very fresh, very thin sliced onions were delicious. I like that the bread had a crusty-ness but still had bready interior without getting soggy. Overall, a great experience. Fresh, flavorful, and good size portions. Yes, more expensive than subway but the quality is so much better.
3/1/24: It's in a nice outdoor plaza. It was clean. The workers were professional. The #7 sub. was excellent! I appreciated the free refills on my pops! 10/29/24: The blonde 👱♀️ gal is always friendly & professional. She changes her gloves after using the register & touching meat 🍖 when you want the #14! So important! Give the gal a raise! This location is my favorite!

Went in for my favorite sandwich and their credit card reader was down. Had an AWESOME employee that helped to problem solve and move through the line quickly. I was in and out per usual despite the hurdle of the machine being down. I wish I got this gentleman’s name because he truly made it seamless and it was much appreciated after a long day. This location is always spot on. Thank you!
Management should be proud of the two gentlemen working today. They were understaffed and yet the maintained a great attitude. Way tow busy to have only two people working.

Dude that worked tues, september 9th (his name is joe) made me a REALLY good looking and tasting grilled cheese, like gah dayum give him a raise NOW.

I was sceptical at first but am now a BIG fan! You really can't beat the freshness and quality of the products! My pick-ups have always been winners, and I have been able to cash in on the frequent flyer app for free subs! Whoohoo!
Our visit to Jersey Mike's in Victor was an amazing first visit! The sub was large, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Probably one of the best subs I've ever had! We will definitely be going there again and again!

This location is pretty reliable and overall good. The dining area is clean and the bathrooms are always clean enough. Sometimes the music seems surprisingly loud and there are inconsistencies in portions of meat and cheese based on which person makes your food. Still, they get more right than wrong and none of our visits have ever been disappointing enough for us to complain.

Ordered online a Chipotle chicken sub on Rosemary Parm sub didn’t have any peppers and not the correct bread got home to a sub they can’t make properly or let you know wouldn’t go to the victor location again.
Waited 10 minutes to get what I didn't order, was ensured they could make 2 subs at once and completely botched it
I went to Jersey Mike's approximately 7:30-7:45 on 6/29. I don't have a receipt because I was never given one. I ordered 2 boxes of cookies and a large Philly cheese steak sub. We then took our food over to Five guys to get my son a hamburger. Everyone was eating their food when my son screamed out "dad you have hair in your food." My husband spit the food out with the hair still attached inside the sub. The hair was stuck between the cheese and meat. I grabbed the sub how it was and brought it back to Jersey Mike's. The young girl offered to make me another one, and immediately I declined, so she went about her business cooking. As I stood there, stupid me thinking I was getting a refund, I had to ask for 1/2 the money back for the sub. She went to get the manager, he grabbed the hair out of the sub, and proceeded to tell me it was my hair. I will include a picture, but think of strawberry shortcake, my hair is RED, RED!!!! The guy cooking at the time had a long pony tail with brown curly hair, the girl had dirty blonde hair which looked more wavy, but regardless all the hair was hanging out except for what was under their ball cap. The guy making our subs looked like Jeremy Allen, I even showed him a picture. But this kids hair was down into the middle of his back, curly, curly. The manager proceeded to tell me it was my hair. I started laughing, I said, "Really, because that piece of hair looks brown and curly, absolutely nothing like mine." Please keep in mind strawberry shortcake. The manager then placed the hair on a white napkin, I don't know if he thought the hair color was going to change colors, but ok. The piece of hair that was found in my husband's half of the sub, we were sitting on different ends of the table and was not possible for my RED hair to turn brown and get STUCK between the meat and cheese of our sub!!! I finally told the manager I wasn't arguing about the price of half a sub, so he finally decided to give it to me, but it had to be put back on my card, so I had to go back to Five guys, then back to Jersey Mike's for half of the sub. Again, I wasn't given any receipt, so I don't have a time or name for the manager. He was clearly out of line, to argue with someone about a piece of hair that looked nothing like mine. At this point, he should have stopped. He knew he was wrong, but he kept trying to argue. I hope he saves that piece of hair to show the owner a piece of RED WAVY HAIR to BROWN CURLY HAIR. I'm definitely done with Jersey Mike's. *** One picture from inside, and one from outside. Just so you can see how red it is. *** Big difference between RED and BROWN hair!!!
I ordered the buffalo chicken sub but got a chicken soup instead! The sub was mushy and probably had a full bottle of buffalo sauce on it. Wasn’t able to eat the thing

I went there today at 1130. Two people in front of me who had just got there subs. Then the guy making the subs tossed all these onions on the grill and the other guy was putting subs in a box. Nobody offered to help and do shit , so I walked out. I would recommend training your employes because obviously they dont know what to do when people are standing there waiting to be served. First and last time in this place , you aren't the only ones who make subs so get your shit together or find another plaza.
This place is the worst! Everytime I order from here they screw up the order. I just ordered a new sub on the menu, I asked for it exactly as it comes on the menu and they added Mayo to it, which I can't stand! This is a constant with this place getting orders wrong!
Was warmly greeted upon arrival. Placed our order and noticed one worker carrying on with a female acquaintance. When our food was ready the worker literally threw my sub down the counter and said nothing. No napkins, etc. We dined in and had to grab our own napkins, from behind the counter. Food was mediocre, overpriced. Service was poor. The floor was filthy behind the counter. I grew up in a restaurant and realize sometimes it gets dirty. There was no other customers the entire time we dined in. We should have gone next door to 5 Guys! Never coming back. We drove over 30 miles to try it, not impressed!!!
Was this a sub above? This was 2 dozen subs BELOW!!! The guy facing the wall threw my bag at me and said nothing UNTIL I trurned to head out the door. He said loudly, "No Thank You," probably in regards to my not tipping electronically when I'm picking up my own food. These kids think they deserve everything. The kitchen was FILTHY and that sub was the lousiest piece of junk I ever had. Do not bother asking if you can make this right, I will never return and I suggest others eat at a reputable food service vendor. I should have known, when I placed my order electronically, that 3000 plus locations screams **fast food** Avoid
I ordered a new Hot Italian sub the way it came for a coworker. After driving 15 min back to work the sub was soggy and had mayo (the one thing my coworker hates, also not listed in website as on the sandwich). It’s one thing to always take forever for lunch at jersey mikes but at least make the food correctly!!
Edit update: I’d like to make it a point to update this concern. Jersey Mikes and specifically the manager made it a point to reach out to me. They agreed with my concern and made things right today 9/28/25 by giving our family an entire new order. I would be remiss to not mention this because we are living in an environment that often seems to just not care. Hats off to Zach Boyle and his crew and the Jersey Mike staff at the Victor Ny location. I ordered two giant subs and one regular at 8:53 am online for pick up at 12:30. I walked in the door at 12:20. Though it was fairly busy it didn’t seem heavy at the counter until after I’d been there a few minutes . 27 minutes later I had my order. Normally I’m a pretty patient person (Im retired .. what do I care🤷) that said; what’s the point in online ordering if you’re waiting 30 minutes anyway. I walked out the door at 12:58 with our order. My point of ordering ahead was not to miss the Bills game start. We’ve been doing Mikes a long time and seek it out in the South. I hope this situation improves. I’d have been fine waiting a few but almost 30 is a bit off the mark. We haven’t ate them yet, we will see about the quality because the service needs an uptake for sure. I do want to point out that a young man who originally wasn’t involved in waiting on me apologized for the wait when giving me my order. He, at least acknowledged it had been a wait.
