Excellent service and Danixa Fernando and yessica were amazing and so hospitable. The ceviche mixto was delicious and so was the passionfruit margarita. So many surprises for it being my first time. Would definitely recommend. The ambiance is amazing
The food was really nice. I loved the tacos and the seafood paella — both were cooked perfectly. The coconut dish was also very interesting and worth trying.
We chose this seafood restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere stood out—beautifully decorated, stylish, and welcoming, it really set the mood for a special evening. The food was absolutely amazing. For our main dish, we ordered a seafood mix and added a lobster tail, which was a fantastic decision. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The cocktails were equally impressive—well-balanced, refreshing, and clearly made with care. What truly elevated the experience was the service. The servers were attentive, friendly, and genuinely tried their best to provide the best possible service. To top it all off, they surprised me with a birthday song at the end of the meal, which made the night even more special and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday dinner with excellent food, drinks, atmosphere, and service. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!!
We visited this restaurant for our anniversary. We were not quite sure what to expect, but were very pleased. The building is very unique and fun, but some of the decor and atmosphere was a little kitschy. (TV’s on the wall certainly detracted from the experience.) The menu has plenty of options without being overwhelming. The menu is very seafood focused with a couple of non-seafood options. We had guacamole, which was generously portioned and made table side. We also had fish tacos and ceviche (the pacific mixed with shrimp and tuna specifically) both of which were some of the best we’ve ever had. We had anticipated also ordering an entree, but that did us in. We did split a brigadeiro for dessert, which was a chocolate cake that was fine but nothing special. The prices were very reasonable, especially for this type of restaurant. All in all, we were very happy with it!
Fantastic food - enjoyed a ceviche as a starter, really well balanced and tasty, and a pulpo for main. Well cooked, tender, flavoursome. The habanero sauce they had was insanely good Waiters were very friendly and efficient!
Great place as a sea food destination. Great atmosphere and ambience. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were celebrating our sons birthday and they did a show for him with cake and performance. That made it extra special. Food was amazing. There were option to pick your fish fresh catch and they cook it for you. They came multiple times thru our stay and asked if we are doing OK. At the end, when they brought the bill, they did not added a tip unlike most other restaurant in the area. They left it up to our discretion to tip and demonstrated that they are people with integrity. Would highly recommend the place and will visit in future when we visit cancun.
We really recommend this restaurant. Jose Luis made our food experience one of the best we had in our life . He was so helpful with his recommendations and prepared the guacamole at our table and allowed us to film. He brought the dish we were interested in eating before it was prepared in the kitchen . 5 stars for the waiter and for this amazing restaurant. We had pescado frito con camarones y guacamole. Completamente rico!
What a wonderful place just across from Costco. The Restaurant is open, airy and beautifully decorated. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Our server José was excellent as he explained the dishes and offered recommendations. Come hungry as the portions are large and they also give the table a couple of free starters. We will definitely be back🥰
El Oasis is a lovely restaurant with amazing service, food, and ambience. Everyone there is so attentive and stops to check in on you. Someone who may have been the manager or owner noticed I wasn't eating the chips they bring out prior to the meal and brought out a special pre-dinner treat for me. I ordered the paella and it was delicious with fresh seafood and amazing flavor. A guest at another table was celebrating their birthday and the staff makes a big deal for birthdays. I highly recommend Oasis and can't wait to go back!

This restaurant was absolutely stunning. We had Jonathan as our server. He spoke incredible English and had great recommendations. The cocktails were super yummy, not too sweet and very well priced. The food was incredible as well.

Great Experience, Peaceful & Joyful Vibes. As an appetizer we got Ceviche de Pescado which was super delicious. My girl got a salmon & it was delicious as well! I ordered the Caribbean Lobster. Of course the lobster was pricey as it was a whole one. ($313) but it was HUGE!! They made my requested sauces that I eat with my lobster & I even got created & made me some tacos out of it! Obviously not everyone will get it, but the other items in the menu are affordable. Our drinks were great as well. I wanna give a big shoutout to Fernando, he treated us with great respect & customer service, we got along & it was a pleasure meeting him. The fellow staff members work as a team & were also very courteous!
From the very first moments we arrived at the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed. The waiter helped us choose what to eat and which cocktails to try. We ordered a mixed seafood platter – everything was delicious. Since we were celebrating our honeymoon, at the end of the dinner they congratulated us, gifted us a little cake, and took a photo for us to remember the evening. Thank you!
The atmosphere here was truly something I have not experienced before, the staff were really welcoming and made sure you were comfortable all the time, the service was ready good and the food was excellent, I had octopus for the first time and let me tell you. The flavours and the seasoning was really well done. I would recommend everyone to visit this place once you're in Cancun. The portion sizes are really huge and you get value for your money. It's definitely a have to spot 😌
The best place I’ve eaten so far here in Cancun. Service is top tier and their Ceviche is to die for. They also gave me a complimentary small taco and it was good. I recommend visiting this place if you want authentic Mexican food experience.
Our favorite seafood restaurant in Cancun. We love the octopus and paella here. So fresh! Not too far from hotel zone by bus and you can get a taste of authentic Mexican food. The staff is always so friendly and welcomed us with little sample items! The owners are very nice as well, always checking in on customers. We did have one bad experience in August. It was so hot and we were literally sweating through our clothes. The restaurant roof is basically open by design so all the hot air was coming in. They did have some fans on but it was not helping at all. I do believe we got food poisoning from here during our trip because our ceviche likely went bad. The owners were very apologetic to guests eating at the restaurant because it was so hot. The bathroom has an AC so my husband and I took turns running into the bathroom to cool off. Despite our bad experience in August, we still love the restaurant. We will just make sure not to visit in August 😉

This place is a perfect example of style over substance. Yes, the restaurant is beautiful and the service was excellent, but that’s where the positives end. The food was a disaster. We ordered the empanadas, ceviche, and the seafood grill. The ceviche was served with raw shrimp completely unacceptable and unsafe. Not long after eating, everyone in my family felt sick, and I personally ended up throwing up right there at the restaurant. The rest of the night was ruined. For food this careless, the prices are outrageous. No meal is worth getting poisoned for. On top of that , they were still trying to charge for the RAW ceviche that wasn’t even touched. I would strongly advise staying away from this place.
