We stayed at the Giardino from September 14th to 24th. The family-run hotel is very well-maintained and clean, the breakfast and restaurant are excellent, and the highlight is the rooftop pool with a view of Lake Maggiore. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

We ate there twice. We had delicious pizzas, as well as primi and secondi. Beautiful, authentic Italian cuisine. The red wine was also excellent. Service was friendly, and the food came quickly.

A fantastic, centrally located hotel with a restaurant, just a short walk to Cannobio town center and the beach. Great rooms, excellent service, very friendly and attentive staff, delicious pizza and pasta. I highly recommend it, and would gladly come back. Thanks Sandra and Leo for the stay 👌🥰

Best pizza in Cannobio! The place is simple, but the staff are really friendly and the pizza is just excellent. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in town

A very nice, centrally located hotel. Very friendly welcome, attentive staff, delicious food, and a generous breakfast... Lake Maggiore is just a stone's throw away, as are the supermarket and the promenade. Parking is available at the hotel. The hotel also has its own rooftop pool 👍

The hotel has a prime location overlooking the lake, the beach, the town center, and many excursions, including hiking, biking, and more. The rooms are very comfortable, cozy, and clean. There's a lovely rooftop pool and an elevator. Parking, though sometimes a bit tight, is free. The restaurant/pizzeria offers a variety of dishes and pizzas. The pizzas are generously topped and cooked in a stone oven. Whether pasta or meat, the food tastes delicious, and the service is very attentive and courteous. The value for money is top notch. We were lucky enough to get the Timo Suite, which offered endless space with a bedroom, living room, kitchen (kitchenette), two balconies, a hallway, and a bathroom. Wi-Fi, of course. Simply wonderful! The welcome from the German-speaking owner was very warm and pleasant.

Had a lovely 4 nights stay at this hotel. Very clean & perfect location. Rooms had air con, spacious, comfy & clean with a balcony with lovely views. Hair dryer and towels for room/pool provided. No tea or coffee facilities. Wifi good. Breakfast had everything needed. Self service for cereal, toast, bacon, eggs, fruits and more, freshly replenished. Had a car park to the side of the property with lifts to all floors. Roof top pool & sun lounge area was lovely with scenic views. Staff were very friendly & helpful. There is a restaurant but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to eat there due to visiting friends, but wouldn’t have hesitated to visit. Would definitely love to return again one day. Only downside is the air con was a little noisy and it is on a main road so rooms at the front could be noisy early in the morning but didn’t bother us.

Great Hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. fantastic view from the rooftop Pool area. The Restaurant is famous for its Pizza but has a lot more to offer. The breakfast Buffet offers a fine variety and the cappuccino machine is best. We hat a great Variation and will return next summer

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. Basic but it had everything you need. The only thing I missed was a little refrigerator. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They refilled everything till 10:0

la struttura si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal lago! l'unica pecca, e che la stanza con il balcone, se trovava a pochi metri dalla strada, molto trafficata, ed era abbastanza rumorosa!

Abitando a pochi chilometri in questo hotel io e mio marito abbiamo pranzato....tutto ottimo....personale gentile e disponibile....come hotel non posso esprimermi ma come ristorante si....super consigliato!

Buono il servizio e i primi sono veramente gustosi. Prezzi nella media. Dispongono di una bella sala ariosa.

Freschezza e gusto delle pietanze, attenzione al servizio e alla presentazione dei piatti.

Posto accogliente, camere spaziose, pulite e con ampio bagno. Consigliato

I can't comment on the rooms, but we arrived at the restaurant around 9:30 pm and were still able to order pizzas without any problems. I had a special request and wanted the Diavola with Gorgonzola, no problem. A 50 cent surcharge, that's it, and we're talking about 9 euros for the pizza, no service charge. The restaurant was clean, the waiters were young, and there was even an Italian clientele—what more could you want? The pizza was good, and so was my girlfriend's, perfetto!

Ristorante con nuova gestione, pasta e base pizza fatta in casa. Decisamente caro se rapportato ai piatti serviti. Buona la pulizia e l'accoglienza.

Dopo la mia ultima visita ho purtroppo constatato che è diventato piuttosto caro, ma ahimè è in linea con la tendenza dei locali del paese.

Servizio buono, qualità da pausa pranzo, ampia scelta, prezzi da zona turistica

Purtroppo i tempi di attesa sono stati molto lunghi. Quando abbiamo chiesto, abbiamo ricevuto una risposta poco amichevole. Peccato, perché il cibo è ottimo.

La qualità del cibo può andar bene giusto a un turista straniero con prezzi quasi da svizzera

Sono stato tratto in inganno dalle recensioni (la maggior parte riferite al ristorante) e dalle foto trovate online, e ci siamo ritrovati in una stamberga più che un hotel, che non avrei pagato più di 50€ a notte, se non fosse stato invaso dalle formiche. La vista lago delle camere, in realtà è una vista parcheggio. La piscina che sembra figa in realtà e un tinozza lercia. Roba da mandarci i NAS

No comment, un disastro di ristorante, negativo su tutta la linea
