Love the Louisiana Dip Flavor wings😍 The crews are friendly and nice👍👏 The way they cook on the wings are good, I may say "well-done", I like it Next time though that don't put too much salt. These ones that I ordered was too salty for my taste, I still like them though (lemon pepper) The fries are good. Will still recommend them👍👍👍🤞👍

Busy but the wait is not as long as other locations and they do NOT cheat you on fry seasoning!. I live in Burbank but I'd rather come up here because the customer service is alot better than many of the other locations

Should seriously be renamed Frystop because the fries are way better than the wings. Service is pretty slow though. Ordered my food online, arrived 6 minutes late, and still had to wait another 20 minutes. There weren't even any diners eating there.

Its always slow and disorganized, I frequently get bone in when I order boneless and/or the opposite. It has terrible music and makes you listen to it while you wait for your food which again takes about 15 or 20 minutes because its slow... But then you get your food and its an explosion of flavor in your mouth. You get taken away into this whole new world. I keep coming back for the food, even though the atmosphere is terrible and service is slow.

Service is slow. But wait!!!!!! That's 'cause they make your order fresh. The wings don't get made hours before and sit in a heat drawer drying up. Seating is limited. At least 50% of orders seem to be take-out. Music is kind of loud. Sometimes it sounds like a club in there. But the wings are truly delicious.

As far as the actual location goes I would probably never stick around to eat there. The location is extremely small and more than likely waiting in line to order will consist of bunching around the entry way and constantly having to move to let people in and out. Many people in the restaurant were complaining about their long waits, however, I felt ours was pretty average (a little on the slower side, but not too bad). Food was pretty good (pretty comparable to chain standards), but I had to knock a few stars off for a cramped location, average to slow service, and an uninviting seating area.

The wings are great here. But the place is always filthy and it takes forever to get your order. Last time I was there, there was a large open bag of raw chicken just sitting on the floor!! And it was leaking all over the floor. Staff just kept walking around it totally ignoring it!! It was crazy. There was trash all over the tables the floors were dirty and sticky. Considering the didn’t have eat in dining obviously no one was on cleaning duty. However. The wings are always sooo damn good that I still come back. I always order them naked with the sauce on the side so they stay crispy. Then throw them in the toaster or air fryer when I get them home. Best wings around.

Made my takeout order about 30 minutes before I arrived at the store and still wasn’t ready. Disorganized and inefficient. Service standards are terrible. It’s not busy yet I’m waiting an additional 20 minutes for my order. None of the employees check back on takeout orders that come to the desk or check the people who are waiting. Employees look like I’m bothering them when I come up to the counter for a question. I do like their wings. That’s why I always get takeout. Not worth it to dine in.

Might got for the veggies on the side next time! The wings though were excellent. I got the Hawaiian sauce and Parmesan Garlic. I got the ten piece meal which comes with a drink as well. It’s the perfect amount for a dinner meal. You can order through DoorDash as well for pickup or delivery so it’s nice they have options for people who live close by. Plenty of parking in the shared lot.

I hate to write bad reviews when the customer service itself isn't bad. However, this Wingstop location is always busy to the point their usual 14 minutes it takes for an order takes over an hour. Being busy is not something the employees have control over but they do have control on how they process and organize orders during that time. Yesterday, I order on Uber eats and after the delivery being delayed an additional 40 minutes, once I received my order, almost everything was missing. I called the restaurant and whoever answered the phone did their best to make things right. They said to come back in 15-20 minutes for a fresh and complete order. When my partner went 25 minutes later, she ended up having to wait an additional 10 minutes. Overall, when this location is busy, I would recommend you avoid it or risk waiting a long period and your order still being incorrect. I hope management steps in and incorporates better processes for their rushes to ensure efficiency and accuracy of orders.

Been here 5 times just because I want to make use of the proximity, but I've never had a good experience. With the service or the quality of the food. Staff is far worse though in competency. Always. Dirty. 1 correct order out of the 5 that I have had all year from this location and it is solely because I placed it third party myself. So sad guys

Pretty good customer service. But my order was completely wrong. I had to drive back to the restaurant. It took almost an hour to finally get my food when it was originally estimated at 22 minutes.

Plus they give it to you super oily and salty. The fries get soggy there's no crispyness to them just limp oily fries. Mehhhh I've stopped going. Always double check your bag because they tend to forget your order and then you go home without everything you ordered.

Really grossed out by the wings that we got. This is the second time we received wings with feathers on them. It’s almost like they don’t care about the quality of the food that they prepare. We tried giving them a second chance after many months and the exact same problem occurred this time. I love wings but places like this makes me never want to eat wings again. How gross to bite in to a wing covered in feathers hidden with sauce!! NOT ONCE BUT TWICE….

OK I really like Wingstop it’s delicious the flavor all of it but today they left a bad impression on me this is the first time I ever had Wingstop where I had more sauce than I had wing. Honestly I felt offended because it was almost like they gave me scraps, like literally. I have never went to a Wingstop and been unsatisfied but today marks the day. I don’t know if they were trying to be funny or what. But if I were you it would be best to avoid this Wingstop. I’m still hungry!! The wings were smaller than McDonald’s chicken nuggets like I’m really offended I think they gave me scraps.

This has got to be the second review in my life that I had to write regarding professionalism and service. I come to this particular WingStop all the time because it is right by my house and I’ve never had a complaint until now. I called prior to coming to place an order and the team member informed me it would be about 25min. I go in to pay, not only did I no one greeted me but also it was like I was invisible. Others walked in after me and was asked if they were picking up as I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. After the 3rd person they called, I went up to the lady and told her I had been waiting for awhile and no one asked me anything and I told her to cancel my order because I was frustrated due to the lack of service and professionalism. I will think twice before heading back to this location.

The food is excellent, no complaints there, but it is extremely noisy, the music is full volume, causes a headache. When I requested if they would please lower the volume they did for less than a minute, then raised it back up, I guess they need it that loud so they can hear the music in the kitchen, I thought the music was for the clients, this affected our dining experience negatively, a little consideration for the customer would make it so much more pleasant.

Worst customer service!! They set an order pick up time for 30-35 min so I arrived after 45 min and they still made me wait an extra 30+ min. The manager and team members are rude af. There were multiple customers upset about their order due to the team members making everyone wait longer than their expected pick up times. The manager had only offered to cancel customer orders and just walked away when questioned about our order.

After 2 hours they did not have my order of 15 wings these people are so annoying and telling me that we just have to keep waiting 20 minutes every time, And if we wanted a refund we would have to wait three days which ended up been two weeks. This place suck.

My husband ordered bone out and received bone in. They saw my husband holding my sleeping 6yr old in his hands a sleep well waiting for our food. I called Wingstop to let them know what happened about the mix-up. They asked to bring the food back. I explained to them that my 6-year-old is asleep ( which they remembered him holding her) & my 2-year-old is sick. I can't go back it's 11pm. No accountability from the manager. The manager could have gotten on the phone and could have said sorry for the mix up but nothing at all but to bring the food back as if it was our fault. This will be the last time I go there.

Came here January 22nd. Placed an online order of combos for myself and 3 others. When I got there, no rush at all, got our food and went home. Once we sit down one of our combos is entirely missing. We call the store for 20 minutes straight and no one answers the phone, but when I was there I recall the phone was working perfectly fine and ringing when I got my food. So it seems the employees wanted to make their shift easier by not taking any phone orders. Also my friends wings were all literally as crunchy as some chips. And also had a few pieces the size of the top of my thumb. So we had received basically less wings, and also wings that I could have made better myself at home. But I’ve noticed over the last year I’ve had this issue a lot at this location. Also wanna say I’m sorry I had to leave this bad review and come off as a Karen, I really don’t care that much when I go out to eat, if my food isn’t horrible and I GET my food, we’re cool, but this location has let me down so many times that they deserved to have a review. And the fact that a person can forget a whole 10 piece combo in an order makes me question how the person in charge of that task is even employed and trusted when they can’t do the simple task of counting. There are children who could do a better job that would work for half your money. Thank you for reading my review.

Placed my order online ahead of time so that I can just pick up and go. Arrived to location 25 minutes after placing order. Order wasn’t ready. Waited another 20/25 minutes In store on top of that. Very inefficient, workers more worried about checking out the woman leaving than paying attention to customers. Was in such a hurry by that time I didn’t even think about checking order. All my dips were missing and the fries were cold. Most disappointing location I’ve ever been to tbh. Every customer there had the same complaint there. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION IF THERES ANOTHER NEARBY.

Not only the food is not up to par at this location but the kids that work there have no respect for customers and worse respect for the delivery drivers picking up orders.

A young white unshaven boy was working the front counter. When I asked for my food he became angry and cussed me out before handing it over because he was talking to a young lady and didn’t want to be interrupted. He has no business talking to elderly customers or anyone like that and should be fired promptly

How do you guys eat this? … It was my first time ever trying wings at this place. And I’ve tried a lot of wings in my life)) Dry, tasteless chicken, i was very disappointed

Went earlier today at 6:21pm order in store they said they only take 40 minutes which I totally was okay with. I went over the next store to get a few things to kill time. AFTER 40 minutes later I went to check if my order was ready and some what seems like an Asian guy told me to wait 6 more minutes so I waited. After awhile of waiting I asked once again if my order was ready (the same guy) he left and never came back. After 10 minutes I asked some chick with a piercing on her top lip and curly hair I believe she’s black, she went to check and said that the order was “somewhere back there” very unprofessional at this point it was already 7:10 and I asked if I could know how much longer because she was the one who had taken my orden when I placed it and I even told her that she had told me 40 minutes and it had all ready been 40 minutes and she went to the what seems to be like the manager some rude lady who couldn’t even come up to me or say anything some short lady very twitchy maybe because she works under too much pressure or she uses drugs. After waiting an hour I asked if I could get my money back and they acted like they didn’t listen to me and still laughed it out and about 10 minutes later they gave me my money and I left leave. I don’t suggest going to this location if you’re around canoga park I really suggest if you can go to the west hills location because this location is always a joke I always have issues with my orders here but never like this never going here again. The staff is a joke when the place is really busy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service AND quality of food BLAH !!!! Will NEVER go to that location on DeSoto Ave AGAIN !!!! Took over 50 minutes to get our food (which was NOT correct : fries were soggy and over seasoned …when asked for medium well and lightly seasoned (and one of the fries was even put in the bag upside down)….while SEVERAL customers came in , ordered at the register, got their food and left. MANAGER had ridiculous remarks about “oh I assume they ordered boneless wings , you didn’t. “ So you’re telling me EVERYONE of the 8-10 probably even more customers that came in behind us ALL ordered BONELESS wings ? That just sounds DUMB . Even if they had ….over 50 minutes to get a chicken sandwich combo , 10 piece bone in combo , and 5 boneless wings ? Come on now , really ??? Horrible , HORrible , HORRIBLE ! I there was a NEGATIVE rating I would def give that ! Btw , we wanted to eat there but by the time our food was ready I couldn’t stand being there one more minute.

The reason that I'm putting one star is because I went in today to try to place an order and I was told they couldn't take my order because after 4:00 they don't take walk-ins according to their manager nowhere in the store or on the front door was it posted they only said we're not taking walk in orders so I was refused service because there aren't able to fulfill my order so I just went to Subway.

Update: 26MAR2022, this place always misses the mark. We decided to try again.. and yet again our order is missing something. I am missing the voodoo fries. I don't understand why this operation finds it so hard to complete an order. 16OCT2021 I ordered wings online and half my order was missing. When called they tried to lie that I didn't place my order here.. I spent $85, I expect to get my full order. Customer service is terrible as I called multiple times before they even bothered to answer the phone. Lost a customer. I've never had an issue with this restaurant. The wings are delicious, and the staff is great only reason I put four stars is because of one employee I don't remember his name. Other than that. Great service!

At the end of the day everytime I try to just give it one more change they always back me off. Never had problems like those before until this year. I have never had a worse experience. They messed up my order. I called the store and they told me to come back and they would make it right. When I got there I got nothing but attitude from Crystal the manager. She was arrogant and very nasty. I would never go there again.
