Well I don’t usually come to Applebee’s, but a few weeks ago I stopped in and had the loveliest little waitress who just made my whole night. She took her time to stop and chat with me and my husband, made us laugh, and truly brightened our evening. We decided to come back tonight and wouldn’t you know itwe got her again! Same wonderful service, same sweet and bubbly personality. She is just a delight. Highly recommend everyone ask to be served by Cass! She’s a real gem.

On point 100. Recently made the move from westland Applebee's to canton...what a difference. Originally seated at small table, asked to be seated at larger booth, no problem. Raven waited on me and my guest and made us to feel like a priority. She had a trainee which added to our experience in a good way. Food was prepared as requested. Dont know if I need to mention what should be granted, courteous and warmth. Coming to canton for Applebee's will be my "go to" from now on.

We walked in at 11:45 and didn’t know they closed at 12. The to-go lady was EXTREMELY dismissive and really didn’t want to deal with us. The ONLY reason I’m giving this a 5 star is because of your wonderful and accommodating bartender Chey W. I think she saw what was happening and warmly and openly took care of us with a Smile♥️. I could hear the complaints from the kitchen staff and waitress fussing about the lateness of our arrival. Chey continued to treat us with respect as paying customers which I would think everyone else would do as well. Great job Chey, we will definitely come back because of YOU

Never had a bad experience here. A waitress actually helped encourage me studying for my MTTC back in February when I showed up to dinner with flash cards. I went in June with a group of 10 and we all got exactly what we wanted & quickly. I went with a group of 8 on Thursday night and we also all were seated quickly & got exactly what we asked for. The waitress was very patient as we needed lots of time to look over the menu and decide how we were splitting the bill. Again, never have had a bad experience here. I will say tho, I’ve only been here on weekday evenings. I’d imagine the weekends are likely busier.

Harlan is the best!!! Every time I come in here he has been super attentive and a wonderful guy to sit at the bar and chat with. He even helped me get a creeper away from me to make my experience safer!! 10/10 would recommend this location

08-01-2024 Update My wife and I were both craving Wonton Chicken Tacos, so we decided to visit our favorite Applebee's. We were so glad that we did! We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Logan G. Logan was tending bar and also serving all patrons seated in the bar area, making sure everybody's needs were being addressed. I truly appreciated that he kept checking on all of the guests, not just the people seated directly at the bar. We started with beverages, my wife choosing a Blue something, and I had a tall glass beer. Since we got there after 9:00 PM, they had some late-night happy hour appetizer specials, so we opted for some pretzel sticks that came with Beer Cheese dip and some honey Dijon mustard. They came out hot and fresh. Next, we ordered the Wonton Chicken Tacos. Something about the wrappers has changed. They are no longer light and crispy, it was almost like they were in a light corn chip. The chicken and slaw filling was the same, delicious flavor we love, but the wonton "taco shell" change was very off putting. For my meal, I ordered another appetizer, the Chicken Quesadilla, with double chicken. That is truly an amazing dish! Very Southwest, with just enough jalapeno in it to give it a light kick! My wife ordered the new Bacon Ranch Crispy Chicken Sandwich. After receiving it, her first reaction was WOW! The chicken was a full breast that extended over the bun! The chicken was crispy, yet juicy when she bit into it. Truly a delicious sandwich. We were so pleased with the service and the food, we asked Logan to please get the manager. Logan seemed a bit surprised by the request, probably figuring we were going to complain about something. A few moments later, Brandon arrived and introduced himself. He asked us what he could do for us. We told him that we wanted to share with him that we had an entirely enjoyable dining experience because Logan had done a great job with mixing our drinks and taking care of us & everyone seated in the bar area, and the kitchen put out hot, fresh, and delicious food! Thank you, Applebee's Canton! We'll continue to make the trip to this location for our late night dining needs! Tonight, we stopped at three Applebee's to finally get good service. We wanted their chicken wonton tacos appetizer tonight, and because we were close... The first one was on Middlebelt across from Costco. We decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was busy chatting it up with some guy drinking out of an empty Margaretta glass. After being ignored for 5 minutes, we left. Next we went to the one in Westworld on Warren. The greeter was low energy and we told her we'd sit at the bar. There were dirty plates and glasses at most of the seats. To make room, we moved them to a corner of the bar. The bartender was moving like she was walking in sand, slow. After six minutes, the bartender finally came by the beer taps near where we were seated and asked us if we wanted a drink. I ordered a beer, my wife an ice tea with lime. I got my beer, and after another five minutes, she came back with my wife's tea, no lime. My wife asked her for the lime and she turned around and went into the kitchen. After another 5 minutes, she came out with food for a lady sitting at bar, no lime. People seated at the bar were leaving without being served. We paid for our drinks and left. Off to the Canton location we went! Waking up to the bar, Erin greeted us and took our drink order. We shared with her our issues getting the tacos and while found that, she put in the order for them! Pretzels were ordered as well. Dinner was awesome second to the service we got from Erin! Our new haunt is now located in Canton!

I enjoyed my date. It was busier than I expected. We got there about an hour and 15 minutes before they closed. Our waitress was nice but just a little overwhelmed. They were under staffed but we were patient. The bar took forever getting out our drinks. Our waitress said her other table just waited 45 mins for their drink as well. We got an appetizer, boneless honey bbq wings but there was a chip in our bbq sauce that looked pretty gross. Our waitress fixed it for us. The food was really good though. I enjoyed it. Took half home and it didn't make it thru the night. I like coming to this apple bees because the food is usually made right and good and it was besides the chip.

Came in to eat here and that’s definitely not happening ever again. For 30+ dollars I was served uncooked onions, half made chicken and shrimp that looked like they just microwaved it. The survey doesn’t even work to tell them that there food sucks and chefs should be fired. If u want fast food styled food just go to canes right next door. Good Luck eating there. There food is hardly edible.

I will never order food from this Applebee’s location again. It’s honestly shocking that I even have to write such a negative review, especially after being a loyal customer at this location for years. I’ve never experienced anything like what happened today. I ordered pickup for my family, and when we got home the food was unacceptable. The fish and chips were burnt on the outside, yet the fish inside wasn’t fully cooked. My hamburger was so burnt that black, crispy pieces were falling off. Even the lettuce and tomato were far from fresh. I called the restaurant to let them know, and when I asked to speak with a manager, someone hung up on me. That made it clear that professionalism and customer service are not priorities for this location. Considering the amount of money I’ve spent here over the years, the very least I expected was decent service and edible food. Lesson learned. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Applebee’s Ain’t What It Used to Be Ordered curbside pickup. Waited 15 minutes, no one ever came out. Went inside to see what was going on and there our order…sitting there. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal…except there was a dessert in there…..melting. The ribs were tough and all of the food was cold. I bid you farewell Applebee’s. Never again.
