Outstanding food! Try the pasta arrabiatta.
Best chicken Parmesan !!!first time there I will go there twice a week!!
This place is a gem. Consistent quality delicious food for decades.
Solid meal, the owner is very nice and he gives good value.
This is the best pizza I tasted since many years
Food is great , been coming here since I was 12 , me and tony are boys
Great chicken parm sandwich food is amazing and nice people
Great pizza and antipasto salads!! Great service and always hot :)
Great food the customer service here is always superb.
Great Pizza, Great Customer Service. I appreciate the long hours (11PM!)
Incredible Chicken Parm and Minestroni Soup! A+ FOOD!!
Everything I have tried is good. My favorite is the mustard salmon.
Everything my husband and I have ordered from here has been delicious. No complaints at all.
The gnocchi are the very best thing on the menu. I've tried some of the other items too and have always been impressed, but I keep going back to the gnocchi every time!
Love this place they have plenty of options to choose from services. Awesome atmosphere is very inviting and the price is perfect considering today’s inflation.
Great food! Had some of their dishes catered at an event and so impressed! Fresh and tasty! Love this place!
Very delicious food and amazing service. Overall, very good restaurant for some delicious Italian dishes.
The food is great and the best Italian food Ive had. Has unexpectedly homemade items. Loved the Caesar and Fatoush salad, and Mussels.
Food is delicious and good size portions. I would recommend to anyone!
Love this place! Have been here a bunch of times and have enjoyed every meal!! Food is delicious and the owners are great!!
The food was amazing, and our server Andrew was great. Will definitely be back.
The thin crust pizza was delicious. Easily the best pizza I have ordered from anywhere.
I had takeout and got the lasagna and spaghetti. Everything was packaged nicely, friendly staff and overall a great experience!
Tony is awesome and I've been eating his food for years, every meal he prepares is absolutely phenomenal!
Great employees, friendly and nice. Food always tasting good and ready on time.
Quality and Quantity of the food was excellent. We'll be back here again !!
Super excited for the new restaurant to open up. They are super nice and the food is great
Great menu & all the food is excellent! Best Italian take-out/delivery around!
Some of the best sauce I've ever had just like my grandma used to make!
I have been coming here for years, every single thing on the menu is Incredible.
Been ordering here for over a decade. Good food. Good service.
Delicious food and friendly service! Reasonable pricing and canolli to die for!
Brought my family and a couple of my daughters friend. The food was excellent and fairly priced. Service was excellent as well.
This place is so fabulous we’ve been there 6 times in a month. The pasta, the sauce, the pizza, soup, salads, bry, magnificent!
The food was fresh and extremely tasty!! I ordered the chicken marsala and penne pasta with meat sauce and minestrone soup. I asked for multiple food substitutions and selected home delivery and it was speedy and mistake free. Impressive!! The prices are very reasonable for the quality, and portion size offered. Im a very picky eater. Especially with Italian cuisine. This was some of the best I've had in the area. I look foward to my next visit at Nepoletana!! Job well done 👏
I love ordering from this place. Food always gets delivered hot and fresh; and it’s delicious. The portions are generous as well. Big plus: super clean restaurant.
Love this place. The food is excellent and the bread is so amazing...could eat a loaf. They have consistently been serving the area and is one of the best kept secrets! Love most everything. They also moved to a new location a few doors down with in-dining. It's very nice but with the pandemic they adjusted nicely to carry out!!!
Fantastic food. Was everything I expected from the price points and I would go again. If you're curious I urge you to go NOW. I went on a Friday evening to pick up a carry out order and there was a single customer in there. No business can survive that. I think they chose a bad location perhaps, because the food was good.
Good Food!! Good People!! Definitely Recommend!!
I love catering from Napoletana because the food is always delicious. I feel like I’m family when placing orders. This will always be my go to for family dinners and parties.
Obsessed!! Forget Olive garden or any other “fancy” corporate italian conglomerate and take your business to these amazing people instead! Their food and service is beyond words and I absolutely love their Tiramisu by the way. These folks work hard day and night to deliver fresh, quality food that deserves more recognition for sure. Definitely recommend!!
For what looks like a very non-descript location you will be pleased with the quality of the food. Drove from Detroit just to get dinner for family because we all had been craving it since we stumbled upon this gem over a month ago. Highly recommend and always look forward to next visit.
Absolutely wonderful food. The eggplant parmesan is my favorite. Napoletana succeeds at offering memorable and tasty dishes. I am excited to try more from the menu in the future.
Went her after school with my son before hockey to kill sometime. The food was SO good & very reasonably priced.
If you haven’t ordered food from here, what are you waiting for. We have been ordering from Napoleteana for at least 10 years. The owner Tony is an amazing chef and business owner. Our food is always prepared fresh and correctly. Which I haven’t been seeing a lot from other places lately. It’s a large menu and I’ve tried many items but my favorite is Chicken Picatta, shrimp Napotaleana and steak Marsala. I love his Palimino sauce on pasta and chicken! They are great for entertaining ( for when we do again!)I recommend you give them a try.
Excellent tasting Authentic Italian food that's reasonably priced. I don't know why this place has 4.4 star reviews. Having lived in NY, Boston & NJ, this restaurant gets as close as it can get to a real Authentic Italian food.
I placed a special delivery order for some friends in the area. The delivery driver was very communicative and let me know they received the pizzas. My friends said they loved both of the pizzas and are new fans.
The food is very good, and the place is very clean, but food this good really deserves a higher class venue.
Excellent dinner. We have eaten there (outside) several times and each meal was superb. This is our new neighborhood gem.
Incredible food always! Tony is an amazing chef💛. Chicken Napalanta is fantastic as well as many chicken and pasta entrees. His homemade palmina and alfredo are the best. Delicious house dressing and bread
My limited experience here has been good. Nice people
Recently found this place and it is our new go to Italian spot. Food is outstanding and they give large portions. Highly recommend!
My first time ordering from here, but the Calamari and cannoli was heavenly. The gentleman that assisted with my order was very welcoming.
I’ve only just discovered Napoletana this past year and we loved it so much that we’ve ordered for Company and I’m also going to use them for my mom’s 90th for a small gathering here at the home. Honestly, their food is fresh and the best Italian I’ve had in a very long time! Yes, it can be a little pricey, but so is everything else unfortunately. Looking forward to more delicious meals❣️ Julie K. PS .. I should’ve taken photos, but I couldn’t wait to eat, sorry 😋
Great food! everything on the menu is really good!
We've been getting food here for over 15 years! The food is great, the variety is good, the service is wonderful. Whether you're looking for some pasta or a pizza or a sandwich check out the menu I highly recommend it. Try the gnocchi, yum!! Or grab a delicious pizza with all your favorite toppings!
Came to this place on a whim, walked in absolutely starving with a group of four. We were immediately greeted and seated. The menu had a great variety of food and had everything we could want. Our waiter Andrew was super nice and helped us pick what to do. I ordered the lemon rice soup, gnochhi, and BBQ chicken pizza. The soup was incredible and hot. The gnochhi was served super warm and was delicious. The BBQ chicken pizza experience was great, super different than what I expected and it was a great unique pizza taste. Overall would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try a new Italian spot. 10/10 will tell all my friends to come here.
My daughter and I came to eat here for early dinner. She needed to be online for a class she was taking. The team here was friendly and fantastic. The food was outstanding. Do not miss out on thier salad dressing and cookies. I highly recommend this restaurant on service but the food is amazing as well!
So we ordered from here for the first time using door dash. While there were many issues with D.D, the restaurant was patient and beyond helpful by reaching out when the order wasn’t picked up, calling door dash, etc. They even went as far as refreshing our order once we had a driver in route to get our food. When we got it; it was warm, tasted great, chicken was juicy, and I had a happy family. Thank you Napoletana staff!!!
Great little family owned gem. Super low key neighborhood place with great pizza, pasta and sandwiches. The two kids from their family work there and are very friendly and engaging. Dad l, who was in the back cooking, came out to chat with a regular. It’s very clean. I had the chicken Marco which was perfectly done. Pasta is served on the side and I wished it was sitting under my lightly breaded chicken which had a delightfully bright and flavorful light lemon 🍋 sauce and could have absorbed some of that oh so yummy sauce. The atmosphere and decor are more like a subway shop than a neighborhood dining spot but the warmth of the kids overshadowed the generic decor. Definitely worth a stop. We’ve had take out before and enjoyed their pizza and the meatball sub which was homemade and memorable. Personalized service with a smile was greatly appreciate.
This is a hidden gem near Farmington Hills. We called in and went for a dine in experience. We ordered a garden grilled pizza, linguini ala fresco. The pizza was really good with a deep taste to the sauce. The pasta was equally good or slightly better. The salad and bread went really well with the pasta. There are many vegetarian options available which I really appreciated. The service was good. We were the only ones dining in and I saw a large number of pickup orders. The atmosphere is nice and we liked the dine in experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an Italian cuisine with really good vegetarian options.
Picked up dinner for 3, food is authentic and tastes great! Portions are plentiful, always have had great tortellini, and today I tried their pizza. It was very tasty and highly recommend. On top of it all, the service is great and the owners care about their customers and community. Definitely would check this amazing restaurant Off of Drake/Walnut Lake Road in the Rite Aid Plaza if you are in West Bloomfield or surrounding area.
So impressed! They make their own sauces, their house salad dressing is delicious, my chicken was cooked to perfection, and the palomino sauce is delicious. Late hours too, which is nice (11 PM Tues-Sat, 10 PM Sun). They were friendly and helpful and shared that they’ve been there for twenty years! Can’t believe I just now found them, but glad I did. 😃
Very nice staff. Clean place. Food delicious. Just made it one of my little places to go for a quick Italian meal.
This Roasted chicken….. oh….. my…… gosh. You guys….. you guys…… oh my gosh……this roasted chicken. I carry out ordered(you people who leave bad reviews after ordering from a second party delivery service should try picking it up yourself). This chicken, tasted like I made it myself. Pasta was great. Bread and salad… everything was great. I will be back. I just added this place to my contact list in my phone. I may get fatter.

It’s not just about the food (though the food is fantastic); it’s about supporting a local business where the owners are actually behind the counter making sure everything is perfect. We left feeling full, happy, and like we’d just discovered the best-kept secret in town.
This has to be some of the best Italian food in the Oakland county area. I couldn't stop putting my fork down nor any of my friends. It is well seasoned homemade sauces and the cannolis are fresh and home made. Now a days you see so many chain restaurants where nothing tastes of anything. But this is a local family restaurant that deserves all of your pasta needs.
The family and I stopped in for some food to refuel during our bike ride. Everything from the pizza to the sandwiches were delicious. We'll definitely be coming back for the food, plus it's only a short ride from the WB Trail so it's pretty convenient for anyone looking for an easy pit stop.
Food was fire!!!! I ordered the grilled veggie pizza and added grilled chicken and IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! Will absolutely be back in the very near future!!!!
We got the pizza napoletana for $67 and then we got the Gabagool after ma made anti pasto from the Doritos lyin around, we got the chocolate Italian bread and then cream cheese and jelly on a poppyseed roll
I come here every once in a while for dinner and the food is always fresh and tasty! Today I just so happened to be stopping at the rite aid next door and hadn’t had lunch yet so I decided to stop in for something and the owner greeted me and prepared my sandwich and soup very fast! (literally it only took 6 minutes) I had never had their sandwiches before and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I will be back for it again. Give this place a try if you haven’t yet, you won’t be disappointed.
The food is wonderful. Like out came from an Italian home kitchen. I'm picky about pasta being cooked correctly and it's done to perfection here. They vegetable minestrone is outstanding. I will be back for more. Prices are equal to the style and quality of their dishes. They do a really good take out service.
I used to order from this place when I was in high school and lived in west Bloomfield. I’m 35 now and live out of state. I went back searching while in town bc I remembered the cannoli. still great food. Still great people.

First time here to try their food and it went good so far that's why 4 stars
Locally owned and excellent Italian dishes. New indoor eating area in 2020 looks nice. Cannolis are very good.
Love the food, staff seems a little off/having a bad day when I come in sometimes by the way they don't greet you
The Chicken Napoletana Sandwich with Palmina Sauce is a delightful combination that enhances each other's flavors. I highly recommend increasing the portion of the Palmina Sauce for takeout orders as the flavors are not as pronounced when the components are consumed separately. The seasoned fries are expertly prepared, but I suggest reducing the amount of salt used as it is currently excessive. With a few improvements, this establishment would have earned a 5-star rating.
This is a great little place to get restaurant-quality take-out from a mom-and-pop style business. They have been in business for nearly 20 years and have managed to create a huge menu of Italian favorites. No matter what you order, plan on getting a nice chunk of chewy Italian bread with real butter and a nice side salad with homemade dressing. The entrees are generously portioned and are generally ready in about 15 minutes time. The sauce is rich and full of nice chunky tomatoes, letting the diner know that someone worked hard chopping to make it fresh. Especially good? Caprese salad. Recommended for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking but you want to eat a meal at home.
Just wanted something quick and tasty. I ordered the chicken picatta with a side of butter garlic pasta. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was thin, seasoned and lemony just like I like it. The bread was served warm, just like it should be. So quick and tasty just want I wanted!!!
As a group we ordered a few different options. I ate the linguini ala fresco which is served with side salad and bread and got to try some of the garlic bread and Fettuccini Alfredo as well. It was delicious All vegetarian. Service was slower than what some of my party members liked but great portion size and courteous staff. Looks like lot of online orders. We got a nice intimate setting for our family as we were the only ones dining in at the time. They gladly tolerated toddler mess and were friendly overall.

Good food, busy place. unfriendly staff including Tony the owner Maybe it was a bad day but that ruined my first time experience
Rhe Israeli salad was not good but the spaghetti and meatballs and dessert were fabulous!
Had the Fettuccine Alfredo. It was ok, had a nice creamy texture, but lacked the saltiness and bite of good parm. Good bread and salad dressing.
Seven years living in West Bloomfield and first time ordering from Napoletana Classic Italian. We used Grubhub. One of the dinners ordered, a $23 veal parmigiana, was missing from the delivery. Received a refund on that portion, but most certainly not a great first experience. UPDATE: The owner called to personally apologize for the mishap, which was a pleasant surprise. The gesture was very much appreciated, as most would not bother to take the time. Receiving the phone call will definitely move us to try again.
The service at this restaurant was good. They are courteous and polite and the order was ready quickly. They also have later hours (for the area) which is convenient if looking to eat a meal later than the standard restaurant closing time. The food was okay. Not bad, just okay.
Pizza was really good but the other items were kinda generic. We got carryout but the guys working were very nice and also brought out our food. I was unable to walk and it helped me out alot. If I could I'd give 3.5 stars but it doesn't allow for that. The meatballs were plain and lacking but the pizza was very good. Prices were a little high for the quality of some of the food but all in, I'll definitely go back for pizza 🍕 😋
In my extensive tenure within the culinary industry spanning over 15 years, I have encountered a wide array of dining establishments, each with its own unique charm and culinary prowess. Yet, my recent visit to this particular venue left me rather perplexed. Despite the promising reviews that initially piqued my interest, the stark reality of a near-deserted dining room on a bustling Saturday afternoon was disconcerting. The fare presented a mixed bag of successes and shortcomings. The pizza, for instance, boasted a commendable sauce, yet faltered on account of its evidently frozen dough and lackluster pre-grated bag cheese. One cannot help but speculate whether the dough is freshly prepared daily? Similarly disappointing was the calamari, conspicuously sourced from the freezer rather than the fresh waters one would expect from a reputable kitchen. The pasta dishes, while generously portioned, failed to elicit any extraordinary sensations, especially given their premium pricing. Service, while affable, betrayed a noticeable lack of finesse and experience among the waitstaff, albeit in an impeccably clean environment. The ambiance further compounded my ambivalence. Despite tasteful decor, the restaurant's atmosphere fell short of aligning with its purported cuisine. The subdued, almost sterile ambiance devoid of music and warmth felt incongruous for an Italian dining experience. Its modern grey tones, while chic, failed to evoke the cozy intimacy one seeks in such a setting. For an establishment positioning itself as a hidden gem in the realm of small Italian eateries, a strategic overhaul seems imperative. A more focused, streamlined menu alongside a commitment to crafting exemplary, homemade pizza dough could elevate its standing significantly. Regrettably, based on my experience, a return visit for the pizza alone does not beckon. In conclusion, while potential certainly exists within these walls, much refinement is needed to transform this venue into the culinary destination it aspires to be.

Calamari has fried beyond life. The gnocchi was drowning in sauce and was very mushy. The only flavor I got was from the red pepper flakes added at the table. Used to be much better. My wife got a red sauce penne dish and my comparison had little to no sauce. The bread basket (2 pieces of bread) was dropped at the table without butter or oil. Some machine at the service station kept beeping all meal long. A customer (a regular I assumed) finally turned it off. Won't be back Edit Your response was most correct. No butter with any flavoring was served, perhaps they forgot. I may be sarcastic but not blind or a liar. Gnocchi is supposed to mushy, but did it need to be drowning in sauce. Calamari was eaten, because don't let the fact that we were starving make you feel that we were satisfied. I was raised to not waste money or food. You served I am expected to pay so we ate. No comment on that annoying beep or the dry penne my wife got so I guess that's standard. You guys were much better last year.
Pizza was decent, was expecting a lot more. Really mediocre bread sticks, tasted like they came straight out of the freezer. From the reviews it seemed like I was going to get a great pizza and bread sticks but after eating it it honestly could have been straight from a cafeteria and I wouldn't have even noticed.
Oct 2024 - not impressed; first time and prob last; Ill start by saying it wasn't horrible, just not that good, especially for the price I paid; I had a small pizza as I'm always looking for good pizza so I thought I'd try; the dough was more like a focaccia bread than pizza dough, which made it not so good; it didn't help that they didn't put on 2 items I ordered and paid for as well, hence the 2 stars for service; maybe the thin crust would be better, not so bready, but I'm suspect since typically, the same dough is used, it just gets spread out more to make it thinnner; maybe their other Italian food is good, but the first impression wasn't so good
I didn’t expect 5 star food like at Giovanni ´s but I expected better than this. I ordered chicken piccata - wasn’t even breaded and honestly the cutlets were just on the border of being burnt. There were heard very brown edges they almost made me think it was stale but it was just over cooked. I didn’t care for the marinara sauce either, very acidic and the pasta hasn’t even had time to soak in the sauce. Cheesecake for dessert, sadly it wasn’t much like cheesecake, more like cheesecake flavored pudding. I wanted to like it because the reviews were good but the whole meal was disappointing. I will admit the piccata sauce was good but that’s all.
Ordered pizza delivery. Very mediocre pizza, bland crust, not fresh toppings, sauce very runny. so many choices - go somewhere else. The only reason for the 2 stars is the antipasto salad which wasn't bad.

Got molded bread and got sick horribly the next day , do not recommend!
Are you kidding me, the lady takes our money and doesn't wash her hands and continues making food with her bare hands. DISGUSTING!!!
If I could put zero star, very disappointed from the food and so expensive for nothing.
I hope the food is better than the customer service, sadly I'll never know. I called to make an order for pickup, and the guy who answered the phone can very well be the rudest person in Michigan, as I am making my order of close to $100.00 for my family and I, he starts giving me major attitude and definitely the wrong tone, and then he puts me on hold... so I hang up and go to the Crispelli's website to order from them instead. This guy has the nerve to call me back holler and swear over the phone, and ends with how he's going to give my number to the police for prank calling the business. Wow, what an unpleasant person.
I’m convinced that the gluten free pizza is Costco’s frozen gluten free pizza
Everything tasted horrible. You can tell everything is bought and frozen. Waste of $50.

Ordered the shrimp through Uber eats. It leaks through the bag all over the place. It was mushy and cold by the time I got it I called and talked to the owner I guess and he said well. I’m the one that made it. It was perfect when it went out of here. What a jerk I would never eat there again and the shrimp was disgusting. It was tough horrible experience. I’d never eat there again. Don’t waste your time.
This was my 3rd time ordering from here, all 3 have been pick up orders. The first time was great, delicious food, quick service, and massive portion I ordered the carbonara and one order of the meatballs. The 2nd time I was curious to try their fillet, so I got that and 2 orders of their meatballs totaling total 4, the meatballs were smaller than previously but still totally delicious and the fillet was barely cooked, and covered in fat (not like a fillet should be). The third time, was the last time. I just went for their meatballs, ordered 4 orders for $30, and totaling to 8 meatballs. I came in and there was only 1 guy working, and he had a rude attitude, and was acting like I was trying to rip him off. I thought the box was small, so I confirmed and said "this was 4 or 5 orders of the meatballs right", (I couldn't remember because I had order quickly about 20 minutes ago), he looked at me and said in a rude tone "it's 4". I grab the bag and go, get home check it, only a total of 4 meatballs. I'd understand if it was a busy night but the story was empty and he was just standing around when I showed up and nobody else was working. Will not be returning again, and won't be ordering again.
