Tip: Be prepared for a potentially long line, especially on weekends, but the service is usually fast. Try the bagels with lox or a breakfast sandwich with Old Bay seasoning for a Maryland twist.

THB has good and fast service. The online ordering is easy and you get a text when it's ready. The bagels are Maryland good which is great. Easy parking on the street or a lot.
I’m from nj and i can honestly say this has to be one of the best bagel shops ive ever visited, the bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are so delicious and theyre not stingy with their portions! Going to be one of my new fav spots!
Best bagels in town! Place runs well, the staff/managers are friendly and welcoming. My order always comes up quickly and fresh. They have fast service and great food! The Michael J Fox is amazing!
If it weren’t for gaining weight, I’d go here every day to eat bagels! My very first experience was great; Cash not accepted (during Covid) which I was not aware of. I must’ve seemed bummed about it because as I walked out the door, staff member (Dilan) stopped me to give me a coffee on the house since I could not buy anything due to no credit card. That sweet gesture and great customer service won me as a permanent customer!!!
THB is the closest I've been able to get to a NY bagel since moving to Maryland. Easily the best bagels in the state. Absolutely love their breakfast sandwiches and use running errands as an accuse to stop by in the morning. I'm there every other week at least but probably more like once a week. Definitely a staple of mines.
Best bagels and bagel sandwiches in Baltimore! Good service and great management... I got a club sandwich on an everything bagel and found that I was about $1 short, at which point the manager walked over and applied a discount so that I could cover the cost of my order!!! Some of my faith in humanity is restored!
Best Bagels in Baltimore hands down!!!! This location w/ St Paul street. I tried another bagel shop today and instantly regretted my decision. I will no longer cheat on THB. BEST bacon egg & cheese I’ve had since my middle school deli in New York
I have been a New Yorker for 12 years in the past. So if I like bagels, all can like. This is a very good bagel place in the area.
I love it! I stop in on my way to work. Place my online order, and when I arrive, the employees always greet me with a smile and a good morning
I only ever order one thing which is bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel with cream cheese. I’ve had their home fries. I didn’t like them but to each it’s own or whatever the saying is lol. I also recently tried their ice latte with my own special works. It was decent just wish it had more ice and a tad bit more sugar.
Quite literally my favorite bagel shop. The breakfast sandwiches are THE BEST! Update- I do have to update my review. Still my favorite bagel bakery in the city. Breakfast sandwiches are still amazing. Really loving the scooped out bagel. There’s only one issue that needs to be resolved. Since they put in the online ordering system only. You cannot order coffee online. So when I get my bagel sandwich, I still have to wait in line for coffee. So now I have to go get my bagel. Then I go to Dunkin’ Donuts and get my coffee. It would be way better if we could do this all in the same place at the same time.
The food is good but they need to fix their website because while scrolling through their online ordering system, I accidentally added avocado (which I am allergic to) and peanut butter (which I hate) to my lox and cream cheese bagel. Double check your order before you hit submit I guess 😆
Had an amazing bagel for breakfast with sausage egg and cheese. It was soft and warm. The line wasn’t long when I arrived. There is both inside and outside seating if you would like. Offers many different bagel flavors and you can basically build your own bagel. Overall it was great!
It was early on a Saturday morning, fairly busy already. We placed our order, the food came out exactly as ordered. The bagels are amazingly fresh, you have to try the strawberry cream cheese, amazing. The staff was fast, friendly and eager to help. The house brew coffee tasted fantastic! We will be returning to this establishment!!
Love this place for breakfast and lunch. Tons of good options. Really great value for what you're getting. The portions are really delicious, everything is so fresh, and I've not found better bagels in the city so far. Definitely have a customer for life.
Only my second visit but man this place is amazing! I crave it. Great service, too! I live in Fredericksburg so not close by thankfully or I'd be much fatter.
Great breakfast sandwiches. Would rate 5 stars if not for the fact that they consistently get orders incorrect. Ie: one time I ordered half dozen bagels and half pound of cream cheese, received 11 bagels and no cream cheese. Another time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on everything and egg and cheese on sesame. Both sandwiches had bacon. Small mistakes but has gotten annoying over time. Food still amazing though. 2022 update: service seems to have gotten better, have not received any incorrect orders in several visits. 5 stars 😊
I finally got to eat at THB. I had the tuna melt. It was pretty yummy. It was my 1st time there, so I wasn't sure how to order food. A staff person walked me through the ordering process and actually completed the whole order herself. Great customer service, Thank you!
Although I live far from Canton, I always enjoy driving through this wonderful section of Baltimore. I have seen the Bagelry and Deli of Canton sign from the road, but I have never visited this shop. That is until the other day when I was fortunate enough to order carry out from this excellent Deli. I consider myself somewhat of a Maven when it comes to bagels, and now I have found the perfect and most delicious bagel I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Everything about my visit was delightful, and I also want to mention the excellent service and servers. Don’t miss this great Baltimore Bagel experience!
My absolute favorite lunch and breakfast spot! I have been go to 3 different locations and started with them at there very first one in Towson Md! Best bagels in town, excellent imported breakfast meats and lunch meats. Coffee is top of line and everything here is consistent! I have known the owner for years just from going to the restaurant great customer service! The only issue I do have is there bagels seem to be getting smaller! I COULD be wrong but it seems like!
Wonderful food, great atmosphere! Inside seating is nice. I have only gone when it's cold out, but they have a huge, dog-friendly patio overlooking the water! Can't wait to return when it's warm and sit outside while enjoying my Chicken Salad Panini!! I highly recommend!
Fresh, hot, delicious 🤤 🥯 And I don't mind waiting if I don't order in advance. Good things take time. The staff is very nice, and helpful. I go every few weeks. My favorite is the Egg Bagel with Jalapeno cream cheese and bacon. Sooo Good🙌😍
This is literally the best place to eat from when it comes to breakfast. Don't even waste your time at Panera or Dunkin if you want a good quality sandwich for the same price because THIS is it. Literally so amazing, amazing smoothies, amazing service even when busy, and always leaves me full. Literally DEVOURED.
OH MY GOODNESS!! These bagels are super soft and pillowy. The flavor permeates every bite. I purchased the Monday special for $15.99 (16 bagels). Two days after purchasing, the bagels were still just as soft as the day I purchased. The manager answered my questions while setting up the app. Always a plus, when I find exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend visiting this location located in Canton, MD.
Great bagel. Avocado was yummy! Generous portion size.
THB is my personal favorite Baltimore bagel place. I usually get the Ravens bagel or a bagel breakfast sandwich, my wife gets an everything bagel with flavored cream cheese. All their food items are consistently good. I recommend placing an online order ahead of time, it’s always been ready on time when I do that.
I am personally all about customer service this place is a little expensive as far as food goes but the customer service is above and beyond I would love to have a 20% off discount for submitting this this is my favorite eatery very nice very clean definitely a five-star rating
I discovered THB a few months ago and it's been a favorite ever since. I travel the state and thanks to multiple locations there is usually a location close by. Good food and coffee. It's frequently busy so I'd recommend ordering ahead. Also, Canton building is under construction but still open. Good parking lot, so there is no need to find street parking.
Updated review. Canton THB has unfortunately declined a bit. It's become more common for them to be out of some of the most popular types of bagels, and not keep up with making more in time. Also, the service speed seems to vary by who is managing at any given time. Some clearly keep the operation going smoothly, with the speed of order filling being very efficient and fast. Others, not so much. Hopefully they'll bounce back and become the tried and true bagel place I've frequented since they first opened their tiny place in Towson. Former review: Really good bagel sandwiches, and this location usually runs like a well-oiled machine and handles a LOT of volume-- especially on weekends.
Stopped in for bagels after a doctor's visit next door - even with a busy early lunchtime service, bagels to-go came out quickly and they were so delicious! Always happy to find a place with a generous serving of cream cheese. And, a winning lox sandwich. Coming back a lot!
Great spot for breakfast! On weekends definitely order ahead since they get busy. Great prizes, great options (even some vegetarian and vegan). I come here regularly to eat and read. Highly recommend
SUCH delicious bagels. So chewy and thick and tasty! This is my go to bagel location in Baltimore. The cream cheeses are adventurous and yummy too! My go to: everything toasted with chive. The service is quick and I love how efficient the staff is! I just can’t get over how phenomenal the customer service is. The manager (I think she’s the manager) is SO kind and helpful and can help you with ANYTHING! Dare I say, the customer service here is the best customer service of all Baltimore customer service. They make me so happy, I can’t wait to go back :).
What a great place! The staff was really friendly. Everything looked so good. I had a little trouble parking and there is construction in front, but, when that's cleared up, it's going to be a fabulous little plaza.
Update 2: I've gone back a couple times since and enjoyed both the bagels and the customer service, increased to 5 stars! Update: increased to 3 stars because they reached out and rectified the situation Never had a worst egg bagel in my life. If I hadn't gotten two very burnt, dry, tasteless bagels I might have been more willing to take this as a fluke. But they both sucked and I was already home by the time I opened the bag. Waste of money.
Edit: this was 7 months ago so I don’t have the order number. I sent proof of my order via email from what your app had I love THB and this location specifically. More recently I have seen a decline in food such as cheese when asked for no cheese. Today I got a meat and egg but had no egg
This place is a freaking TREASURE. I'm so impressed by how fast and accurate they are with orders especially considering how busy, ordering online and picking up is easy, UberEATS works great with them, and they have the most delicious bagels. I'm bagel obsessed and they've finally made me happy about my Baltimore bagel situation. 😆👍 Ps. Purple bagels. 💜
Awesome chicken 🐔 salad sandwich on their everything bagel. Our go to for weekend morning practices!
THB is a staple for a reason. Great bagels, awesome specials, and quick turnaround. The cinnabagel (offered in February) is a can't miss.
The bagels are soft and the service was great! Limited parking spaces along the street, but was able to find one in the end.
This location is always so friendly. But I’m really leaving a review as a compliment to the general manager, Frank. I had missing items from a recent order so I contacted THB. He replaced the items, and with more! When I went in to pick them up, he was also really friendly and helpful despite it being crazy busy inside. Thanks again Frank!
I ride or die for THB. Not only do they have fantastic food, they give back to the community. They have offered so many donations to my local school. We are forever grateful. And If my order is a tiny bit late, they always offer me a complimentary drink. I've never been anywhere that's ever done that and it's happened to me twice at THB! I love that place!
The Canton THB is the place to go for breakfast!!!!!! The food is top notch especially their bagels with bacon on top!!!! They put a pile of bacon on your sandwich instead of other places that give you 2 pieces. When it comes to the service at THB CANTON…….THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!!!!! Their team always aims to please you with a great breakfast and a Smile!!!! Please check out the CANTON THB location and find out for yourself how great the food and service really is!!!!!!!
still love this place as a way to treat myself. It's July 1st but they still had rainbow 🌈 bagels available, so I had to get it for Uncle Gigi's sandwich. Delicious and refreshing sandwich as a great way to start my weekend. The display board predicted an 18min wait until my order was ready, but it was ready in maybe half that time. Love this place, highly recommend it, and will miss it when I leave the area.
Bagels were pretty good, not as chewy as the ones we've had in New York City. However, I thought the prices here were pretty reasonable and the amount of cream cheese that came with one of the bagels was perfect. The egg bagel sandwich with the Old Bay seasoning is a good Maryland twist. The coffee latte was ok, so we'll just stick with bagels the next time we visit.
Visited recently while in town for a conference, and got bagels here based on a review. Speaking as a former New Yorker, these are outstanding bagels! Also got one with lox, etc., and it was fantastic. Wish I could get such great bagels where I live! Can't wait to visit again. Very nice and fast staff as well.
Very busy place for Sunday brunch/lunch, but the service was fast and people cleared out of the tables quickly too! My bagel with lox was delicious - a good balance of cream cheese, capers, lox, etc. to have everything blend together. The latte I had was also great! Not too bitter but still full of flavor.
Store was pretty busy but they had plenty of staff so line went quickly. I got a bacon, egg, cheese, everything bagel. It was very tasty. Dining area was clean. Some of the coffee choices were empty. I mentioned it to the staff and they immediately started making more.
This places runs like the original Ford factory assembly plant. A total 10 man operation happening behind the counter made me confident in ordering (and getting) a fresh made bacon, egg and cheese on asiago bagel. Waited just a few minutes in total but they were churning through orders efficiently. My order was a good pick, but not the best I've ever had. Used standard American cheese and bagel was decent. Bacon was GENEROUS :) A good operation overall and if I lived in the area this would probably be the quickest way to bagel satisfaction on a hungover Sunday morning.
They were in the lunch rush. Staff was very friendly, helpful and definitely know their menu inside and out. Service was outstanding. The prep area was a mess -- dirty and needed cleaning, dining area was spotless. I think the prices are comparable to restaurants who have table service and the deli doesn't. Overall 7 out 10. I may go there again to try their breakfast.
I have ordered twice from here. And spent over$25 then $32. The sandwich are good but the lettuce and tomatoes that should be on the sandwich is very thin and or little to nun throughout the sandwich. I like this place and it's close and convenient. But I have no problem taking my business somewhere else. So please stop skimming on the lettuce and tomatoes. If it happens again I will make it known in the store.
Lots of space better parking than the st. Paul's location. My order was ready, and the store looked great.
THB is a great hangover breakfast place. Bagels are decent, but not the best ever (though great for Baltimore). It's a simple deli-counter style place where you walk up to order and wait for them to call your number to pick your order up. Decent selection of bagels and sandwich options. Wish they had Coke products instead of Pepsi but that's just personal preference. Prices are a bit high but they are everywhere now.
This bagel place is one of the only ones in the area, so my husband and I go here often. They have a lot of flavors available (my favorite is the egg everything bagel) and are pretty efficient in preparing online and kiosk (in-person) orders. The view of the water from the outside patio is very pretty and peaceful. However, the bagel quality leaves a little bit to be desired. They’re always a little on the hard side (whether toasted or untoasted) and occasionally taste a little stale. If you order cream cheese and lox, be sure to specify “less cream cheese” unless you want a thick slab of cream cheese on both sides of your lox. I love cream cheese and it’s even too much for me. This being said, a bagel here does fill my craving so I’m glad Canton has a THB.
Everything bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. It was good, I'd return, but it's not the best bagel I've had in the area. I screwed up parking across the street in the lot it was $10 for 0-2hrs. Next time I'll find street parking, but that's my bad. Need to return and try more options.
The smoothie I just got from here is one of the best smoothies I’ve ever had in my life!!! I got my kids the bacon, egg and cheese bagels with strawberry banana smoothies… They gave me their happy dances so I say it’s a win. The food is a bit pricy but you can’t put a price on quality.
Im from NY and im impressed with the chewy quality of these bagels.. i got a bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel, the bacon was fresh and nit greasy which I appreciated. I also came before opening since I traveled in from NYC and I was allowed into the store a few minutes before their official opening time, and I appreciated that courtesy as well.. They have a sparkling clean seating area with wall outlets (again, what a wonderful courtesy for travelers that need to charge their devices). I got a mediun green tea with a bacon, egg and cheese on a everything bagel for $9. I would definitely come back.
Very friendly staff but the food was just ok. Had a sausage egg and cheese and it was very standard. I guess our expectations were high because of the price. 2 Sandwiches and 2 coffee was $25 with tax and tip. A little high for what we got.
I love THB! The wait was super long, but the bagels were so good. They have a nice bathroom. There’s a lot of indoor seating if you want to stay there, but I’ve often picked up and gone. They were a huge variety of bagels and drinks. It’s a good place for families as well due to their selection. They have both hot and cold drinks. There’s an online ordering system or you can order at a tablet or with a person at the front when you arrive.
THB Can be one of the best bagels in the area, but it really depends on when you show up. If things are moving quickly during high traffic times, then good luck getting anything toasted. The last time we went during a Saturday morning rush, we waited over 30 minutes to 2 bagels with cream cheese as they had forgotten our order twice...
Been eating THB since 08 in Towson. Been a frequent visitor if the Canton location for the last 3 years. Not sure what has happened recently but it’s standards have dropped. The last couple of times I have ordered my Taylor ham it has barely been cooked. I have asked them to make it extra crispy and it’s still been undercooked. Hard to post this review because it’s one of my all time favorite bagel shops but I’m hoping they can get back to being the best in the business. Still great service as always.
Tried this deli based on a neighbors recommendation. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and a nitro cold brew coffee. The customer service, as well as quality & taste, were fair but I prefer the competitor across the street, especially since they cost less.
I'm going to give this place 3 stars. It's not the fault of the sandwich I got, because that was actually pretty good. Not is it the fault of the staff, who you have very little interaction with. But it will mostly be to the ordering system which you either have to do before you get their, or on their little kiosks. It's not difficult to use, but if someone doesn't know how to navigate it you will have to wait while they figure it out and get their order than. Then the cost of the bagel sandwich was almost $12 , but I did add some avocado.
I have mixed feelings the food came out quick service was good and food seemed fresh but was wrong. I do not eat meats and I ordered Turkey sausage on the side for a friend and they gave it to me on side and still put some on my bagel. Very disturbing to me …..It was on the bottom of my sandwich so I didn’t know until it was too late. Once I found out I couldn’t even continue eating. Bad first impression for me and I don’t wish that on anybody.
Nice place, but had problems with the self-ordering machine because the sandwich I selected seem to be limited to 2 bagels, when all of them should be available. I also think all the meats should be available for breakfast sandwiches also - an egg/corned beef/avocado would be an interesting combo. What I truly appreciate was that you get what you pay for. Unlike other food places that put cheese on everything and when you don't want cheese, they'll remove it, but still will charge you for it, THB Bagelry itemizes their ingredients. I look forward to trying my next breakfast sandwich there.
Food is fine but not as good as the rave reviews I've read previously. Neither of our orders came out as requested, including missing toppings. I also tried the gluten free plain bagel hoping that it would be yummy since this is a bagel specialized place. It was chewy and tasted a bit stale. Wishing it were better!
Overpriced okay bagels 10$ for half a dozen and plan ahead buy your own creamcheese unless you wanna pay 3$ for little more than a heaping tablespoon which may cover 1 bagel half. Just some food for thought
They need to fix their online ordering provider. So many issues trying to place an order online. The site they use always automatically adds a tip that you have to keep taking away. It never process is always an error It's just too much Just stick with something more simpler I don't know why you all remove toast. Paytronix is horrible. Anyways.. I always get my bagels scooped and thin. Definitely a hearty sandwich shop for breakfast and some coffee when your on the run and dont want to go to McDonald's or Dunkins. I always get a steak bagel and their wedges.
Visited with my family and had mixed experiences. My nephew ordered the pizza, my mom had the chicken salad sandwich, and I got a BLT on an Asiago bagel. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the bagel—the texture wasn’t great and the bacon was soggy, which made the whole sandwich fall flat. My nephew barely touched his pizza because it was extremely greasy—you could actually see the grease pooling in the container. He kept saying, “It’s greasy. It’s just so greasy.” Not a win. The chicken salad sandwich was decent—no complaints there. The real highlight was the smoothies. They were fresh, flavorful, and probably the best part of the visit. Overall, I wouldn’t rush back for the food, but I’d stop by for another smoothie.
We order here at least once a week from our office. Food is always good, but today I had to call right after placing my order to ask for something to be added. I was handed off to a manager who was very rude and condescending, she spoke to me like she was scolding a child.
I was not impressed with my first (and last) visit to THB. I walked into the store and was asked if I was picking up? I said no, I want to place an order. The employee points to a kiosk..... I HATE KIOSKS! I wanted to pay cash. Having been pointed to the kiosk gave me the impression debit card is the only way you worked. This kiosk only reminded me why I hate kiosks. I did not find it user friendly at all. I figure out how to place my order for a bagel with cream cheese. I'm frustrated that it was not a user friendly setup and I was even more aggravated that a kiosk ask me if I wanted to include a tip. No I do not want to tip a kiosk that made me do the work! While I'm waiting for my order I realized I forgot to order a coffee. Well I'm not going through the hassle of dealing with the kiosk and debiting my card with the price of a coffee. When I get my order and I'm about to walk out a lady walks in and is pointed to a kiosk. She tells the employee she wants to pay cash. I could clearly see the employee was not thrilled that she was going to have to ring up a cash sale. I go to my car and started eating. While eating I began looking at my receipt. I was charged $4.05 for a bagel w/cream cheese. $0.75 for asiago $0.65 for cream cheese. I didn't realize I was going to have additional charges for a bagel w/cream cheese when that is what I ordered! The bagel was an average tasting bagel. Nothing I would recommend and I wont be returning.
Too often, I’ve seen them re-use close proximity orders. So if you get a turkey sausage, egg and cheese, you might get the same order, but cold and with bacon on it, because they made a mistake and want to re-use an old order; resulting in an ice-cold sandwich you didn’t order. The food is good when it’s good, but this has happened too often to be excusable.
Very much a modern fast food type of place where you order at a kiosk and wait to pick up. I've reached an age where standing and waiting for an order is not comfortable. So be warned. Also could not make requests like "home fries without onion" at the kiosk (I think you can make requests like this at a Wawa kiosk, so it is possible.) Three egg omlette and home fries was above average, to be honest. Came with a bagel. Typical chewy New York style, not bad. Cream cheese is additional ($1.65!) and it's an insane glob of cream cheese, so I wouldn't recommend that add on. I scraped most of it off.
Previous review in 2020 was 5 stars: Always a great spot to treat yourself or visiting friends. Great selection and always delicious. Current review 4/26/24 : this was previously a go to spot . Recently, I've noticed bagels nearly half the size they used to be. Prices are higher and you get less. Disappointing. Looking forward to Good Boy Bagels opening. I hope THB gets it back but I won't be returning. Coffee is also not very good . I have been a customer since they opened in Canton-- stinks it has gone downhill.
What’s the point of charging $4 for “extra meat” if you just are going to put one slice of Taylor ham on a sandwich? Horrible service
I wouldn't leave a review unless I felt it was really necessary - I have ordered from THB several times but today my boyfriend found a LONG hair in his Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel. This has really changed my view of this establishment - I doubt I'll ever trust them again or recommend them to anyone locally. I live so close in the area and wish this could have stayed a local favorite. Super disappointed.
Didn't enjoy the set up inside. I couldn't get a person to take my special order so the clerk tried to help me create it on the order machine. It didn't work and because I wasn't using cash, I couldn't order my bagel from a person. I tried to eat the $6.75 bagel when I got home. YUK!! Needless to say, in all honesty, it was the worst bagel I've ever had. Maybe if I would have paid cash I would have gotten better service and a better tasting bagel. After spending $6.50 I felt ripped off. Not an enjoyable experience at all.
Amazing bagels, extraordinarily rude management. I accidentally picked up an order that was not mine. My partner returned to bring back her half and pick up the correct order and management would not allow her to leave the premises without paying for both orders, including the returned order. This place is good as long as you don’t have to talk to the management. They should have called me to resolve the issue instead of holding my partner until she paid for two orders that she never placed herself. I will not give this location my business again. Disappointed in the treatment to customers. Not a friendly service.
Placed an order this morning in store at the Canton location through the kiosk (unfortunately it's the only way). Ordered an omelet which came with a bagel. While ordering on the kiosk you order the omelet first and then the screen asks you which bagel you want. After that, it gives you an option to choose a "spread" meaning cream cheese or an avocado spread. I chose avocado with the assumption that the spread was for the bagel. I received my order and when I opened the container the spread was inside of my omelet and not on the bagel to my surprise. I went back in the location and inquired about my food being fixed and explained that when the kiosk asks if you want a spread a normal person would assume its for the bagel. (for an example, if I chose cream cheese, I'm pretty certain that they would NOT have put it on my omelet, but INSTEAD on the bagel or in a separate container, FOR the bagel). I spoke with a lady who stated that she was the "Manager on Duty". She refused to assist me with fixing my order and repeatedly told me I didn't tell them. I'm explaining since its done through the kiosk there's obviously no way to add a comment on the order (to my knowledge) to specify anything, but the kiosk doesn't clarify that the spread is for the omelet. I requested a new omelet, she refused. I requested a refund, she replied these are our "rules", which is also a refusal. I left the food at the location, and I'm out of the money that I paid for it. There was no need for me to take it since I wasn't going to eat it. The bagel and avocado spread was being given to a co-worker since I DON'T eat avocado! I explained repeatedly what the kiosk showed and how one could be confused by that. Basically an honest error/ mistake. I took the time to write this review because I asked for a business card or the actual manager/owner information (an email or phone number) and she refused to provide that. I went to the website and attempted to submit an inquiry and there is no actual "submit" button once you type your concern. Extremely disappointed and won't be returning, as if I have money to give away.
Food is ok but not worth a long trip (outside Baltimore). Additionally I used the electronic menu pad to order. Pad wasn't working properly and ended up charging my card twice. One of the employees said not to worry as the charges were pending and they would refund the charges at the end if the day. Nothing refunded to date. My first and last time. Not worth coming into city, speed traps and atmosphere.
Been coming here for about 3 years now and at first food was great and customer service...I'd have to say the quality of food has went way down can't even compare to the towson location there in different worlds!! The setup inside is atrocious smh...alot of the employees aka older women that stand around in the waiting areas are extremely rude and bossing people around customers, drivers,to go orders etc ppl like we're not adults and this is some elementary school in there!me and my wife will drive all the way out towson from here on out as customer service is piss poor and food has significantly went down in quality truly ashame!!!.the woman in the picture thb employee needs to learn a thing or two about being respectful towards customers!
I just ordered on Uber Eats I ordered two open faces bagels one was open and toasted and the other one was not open at all and there were no utensils to cut open the one that wasn't open the one that's toasted is not edible because it's toasted and I didn't order it toasted without utensils I have no way of spreading the cream cheese on either.Theres no way of reaching a live person
