This is located in capitola mall and it’s the only place in the food court. Although not a pretzel person decided to order one, just to support business. Gave clear instructions being a vegetarian not to mix pepporoni ones and plain pretzels. Requested to serve without using common oil brush spatula etc. then the owner or Magee suddenly popped out and totally did opposite, the attendant didn’t even bother to pass instructions. Worst of it they threw prepacked Heinz mustard sachets not freshly ground mustard.

This is a really awful experience all around. The cinn-a-bitz are the toughest, driest, worst sort of pretzel you will ever encounter. The staff is extremely unfriendly, and if you need something like a napkin, be prepared to beg. Prices are also unbelievable, $6 for a cup of mediocre lemonade is outrageous.

Cashier isn’t very friendly, they don’t greet you just stare at you like you’ve bothered them, rude and prices are not up to date. Food tasted fine, portions suck for the price.

Usually a must-have for me when I go to the mall, but yesterday the pretzel bits were not only stale, there were at least 6 that had been bitten in half in the bag! At first, I thought maybe I had bitten one in half, but, looking further, I saw many further in the bag. I am completely disgusted that I ate any of these and will not return.

The owner is such a rude person, I stopped coming here months because he yelled at my mother in law and today I was yelled at. At first I thought I was over thinking him yelling at me until a friend behind me told me that was weird that he yelled at you. Do not recommend.

Came to the mall for a stroll and brought my mother to get a pretzel and the man behind the counter was so rude for literally no reason. He had such a bad attitude. He was darker complexion I think middle eastern or indian. Definitely won’t be stopping by there ever again. He also threw our order on the counter after and yelled “NEXT”. Overall just a weird experience.

I absolutely will never go back to this place and strongly suggest no one go there either. They didn't even offer a refund for crying out loud.

For years the men working here have been labeled by everyone I know as creepy, i watch girls walk by their store and they stare at them up and down, and watch them from the moment they see them to the moment they are out of sight. every girl that passes by. ordering from here feels so uncomfortable and it has been for years. they are so focused on staring you up and down that they give you your order wrong. i tried to sit and eat but they STARED the whole time. a response from the owner of an old review saying the same thing says they would have this resolved but lol they never will. it has been the same guys doing this for over 5 years. also its too pricey for them to be staring at you and getting your order wrong.

My pretzel was stale tasting, like it had been in the case for a long time, in addition the cheese sauce was seperated (cracked into solid pieces with a pool of oil on top) if i hadn't already left the building i would have returned it....what a waste of 7 dollars, i couldn't even eat it. So gross....

The people who work here and manage this location are horrendous They suck and they suck at making pretzels imagine that!
