I love the breakfast bagels on jalapeno cheddar and the local coupons. I do wish they had bagel dogs! I did see some negative reviews about staff not wearing masks. Fortunately, I have never had an issue with the food or service here. Everyone was wearing masks the times I have been in. Now I go in really early in the morning so maybe the staff adjust their masks later in the day after wearing them so long?

They have rosemary olive oil bagels! I just got a basic bagel with cream cheese. It was $5, a great deal for a bagel that tasted so good 🥰 The staff was very kind, had great personality and made me laugh.

I love this place and always make sure to eat here at least once while visiting the area and then take a bunch of bagels and their awesome cream cheese home. I'm so sad they closed their Sacramento location. They have a great selection of different flavors of bagels and cream cheese you can't find at other bagel shops. I also really love their bagel sandwiches.

Delicious bagels and lox,many types of bagels, with choices of toppings included, plus sandwiches with deli meat as well. Pleasant personal and nice table seating. Have been here many times and always had a good experience.

Found this great bagel spot while I was looking for a good espresso place. I wish they did more than just regular coffee but the quality of the bagel sandwich’s make it worth making a second trip to get a espresso.

Coming to Bruegger's Bagels for 3+ years I am accustomed to excellent service. Recently this has changed, there has been a lack in the work environment and it looks like kids are beginning to run the store. For example, in the La Casta location a young girl, who seemed new there, when trying to make my skinny bagel didn't cut out the middle and glazed off the top of the bagel and proceeded to text on her phone and chew gum as she helped me. I love coming into this bagel joint to begin my morning, its in a great location right next to Starbucks but the workers don't seem motivated, if its being checking there phones in the middle of work of goofing off and causing a longer line there needs to be a change before this is a 4 let alone a 5 star bagel joint. If you are coming in for service I would recommend coming in Mondays - Fridays, but the weekends there are usually teenagers handling your food.

Sausage egg and cheese bagel has been off the past few orders too. Bagel didn’t taste fresh and something about the item tasted off. Disappointing when food service workers get complacent like that. Probably won’t order again.

Clerk walked away and showed up with manager who suggested I take something else. I wanted gluten free and he reluctantly said he would refund the gf bagels but couldn’t do it right away. I liked going here since its convenient, but I won't be going back again. Sitting in their restaurant, my daughter asked 'What kind of bug is that?' and turned to see a cockroach in the middle of the day go across the booth and then slip between a crack. Take care of the infestation please.

The mask ‘memo’ recently came out and we went to order lunch. The staff at the el Camino location is usually not as friendly as they could be, but today they were exceptionally rude. I explained that I am 8 months pregnant and find it difficult to breathe with a mask on and they refused service. They then told me to order and wait outside. So for 1 minute while they prepare my meal, I have to wait outside. There were people sitting inside without masks on, just a few feet away. Extremely rude, unsympathetic service. We won’t be returning.

CLOSE THIS LOCATION! ADA VIOLATION! If you support your troops and recognize the selfless service, and understand some veterans have disabilities. Invisible, physical, lifetime struggles. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came to enjoy a peaceful lunch. One employee in particular, female - shaved high and tight style- had given me grief in the past questioning my psychiatric task trained service dog. I came today, this SAME female told me I could NOT dine in. I reminded her of my ADA rights. I reminded her that kicking me out is against the law with huge fines. She told me " I have a dog too." I have a psychiatric task trained service dog from my service connected disabilities. Completely different. Her ignorance triggered my entire body. She continued to yell at me. Making a huge scene in front of the other guests. I sat down to calm down, using my service dog. This employee makes a phone call and in Spanish calls me crazy! I'm a former US Army Sergeant that is 100% disabled. She needs to be fired. I was completely triggered to my core because of this employee! Corporate office has been contacted. Be better. Respect those who sacrificed and some who gave all. For you and that employee. Disgusting! Never again! To the one male employee, Thank you for being kind. Professional. Who gave me a clear, " have a nice day." Whereas that female employee turned her back to me and ignored me. To the owner, this who YOU hired. Shame.

Frequent customer of this place when I travel to Carlsbad. I normally request the same sandwich, today a worker, that I have not seem before, started questioning and correcting my order, and when I said that's not what I ordered he started arguing with me. Never have had a bad experience in this place before. This dude needs to understand that they are not the only bagel shop in town. Good luck keeping customers.
