Carl's Jr.

I love Carl's Jr and this one was on a road trip and it was delicious. We were tired and hungry and the food was prepare nicely not too messy and the man at the count Ruben was so polite and helpful. I wouldn't write a review for fast food usually but this was a great experience and even my family notice how nice everyone there was. Fun stop. We ate in the parking lot with our dog and had a great time. Road trips are the best.

Food was warm service was great inside the restaurant was clean. But they need to clean up the outside bushes and shrubs are out grown and it looks like it was abandoned that's how it looked to me. But like I say food and service were great inside restaurant was really clean just the outside need some attention

Great place to grab a bite always fast no traffic and staff is friendly. Daniel in special took his time to make sure our food and service was a pleaseant experice. The guy has class and goes above and beyond in customer service please give him a raise.

We just hit the drive thru on our road trip. We stopped early in the morning for breakfast. The food was good. I particularly like their French toast sticks and the hash brown.

Last time I went i was help out by this gentleman I did not get his name. as I was waiting for my food to be ready i was waiting by the beverage someone was glancing at me behind the counter looked like a supervisor it was creepy and unconterble I would not go back there if he's still working there . That was a creepy and uncomfortable experience to be glanced at while waiting for my food

Great location and fantastic staff. Daniel was very helpful and friendly and helped me figure out the app, just a very humble and great guy. We keep coming from montecito to this location beyond the fabulous staff.

When I first pulled into this Carl's Jr I was positive it was closed. It looked closed. No cars in the lot where I came in from the 101 S onramp(!). highway work. Tinuing through the lot. I saw the the front side and it even looked draggled from there but as I came around the main side I could see that the restaurant actually was open. Inside is neat and clean and so are the bathrooms and service was good and the food was great. But they could sure do something with that entrance from the on-ramp.

Not my typical burger stop , but it was on my way, and I was craving a juicy cheeseburger so I gave C. Jr a (2nd) chance . That double cheeseburger was huge, charred just right, and a good deal at 5.99. The person who took my order was helpful and nice, to everyone he served. It was not too busy today. I really good experience. *fries n drink are separate)

They had more that half the dining area corded off so it made the only seating available near the homeless that were inside. I've been to this location many times along the route home from a day up north but I won't be stopping by here again in the evenings. Also, this location does not have a drive through. That really would make a big difference.

Not sure what this is. But it's not chicken!? Tasted like they tried to deep fry a piece of rubber, but they haven't changed out the fryer oil in a few years, epic fail.

I didn't oder cold French fries . Taste is horrible. I never ever ate this kind French fries. Never come back again Carl's jr. I don't went to give you not even one star I went give you negative 5 star. Even though I oder a large French fries, but steel this is basic basic~

So we live near this Carl’s Jr. and we’ve gone by there several times when it’s supposed to be open and it’s not including last night it said online that it was open until 10. We went there at 9:15 and it was already closed. The employees were inside cleaning and the door was locked very disappointing when you walk over there to get food and they are closed early sometimes we go an hour before it’s supposed to close and they’re already closed

So approximately October 2, mother came down to visit me. She’s in senior citizen. We stopped at Carl’s Jr. and car on the way to the train station. We ordered. Buy one get one free biscuit sandwich, a coffee, and then we ordered another single sandwich lady behind the counter when I asked for a cup of ice water, she then charged me for a bottle of water making the total come to $24 when it should not have came to over 12. The lady behind the counter was an elderly woman. She was horrible. She was practically laying on the counter and when I told her there was a mistake she said there’s something she could do about it, contact coupons nothing more. There was no discipline towards the worker here. We are in two days before December and we receive nothing. You do not hit up Carl’s Jr. in the morning and the owner of Carl’s. Jr Well he does not Care about his customers at all!!! Pathetic to treat to 79 On our way to the train at 7:30 in the morning if I could give no stars, I would the owner doesn’t deserve to own Carl’s Junior…

Old hamburger patties that don't look cooked all the way. Every time I've gotten a burger from here it's bad. Fried food only, they are forced to make it fresh.

I’ve got nothing but junk food from these people Cook here I don’t know what they’re doing but somebody needs to go back to school. I’m tired of spending $40 for two burgers, two fries and sodas it’s ridiculous and then getting Poor sloppily throwing together fast food. Don’t waste your money by coming here go to McDonald’s go somewhere else anywhere but here. They must’ve paid those four-star people to put there. Feedback on here. Five dollar onion rings and you get five onion rings. How does that work? It took them 25 minutes to put my food together because they were. down to one fryer. My french fries were Under the warmer for 20 minutes before I got them. I ordered extra cheese on my Diablo fries and I had to keep reminding them or else. I would’ve never gotten it on there. It’s absolutely stupid and ridiculous. Watch out buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere.
