I have worked with Raymond several times on large orders for our school, like donuts/coffee for Donuts with Grownups, coffee for teachers, and hot chocolate for events for the kids. Every time, he has been so easy to work with and has such a good attitude. Everything is hot and fresh when I pick it up, and he usually throws in extras for us. I can always count on Raymond and Dunkin' to support our school!
Team members went above and beyond for a special request I had , particularly Kyla it was super helpful. Although at times it’s hit or miss when ordering drinks, when they get it right the quality is very good.
I am so happy this location reopened. Their drinks are always made to perfection. They are currently running a promotion for a free medium coffee which is much appreciated!
love love love this location! I go everyday sometimes twice a day. One guy has my order memorized!!! The customer service is always amazing and friendly faces behind the counter. My iced Carmel lattes with 6 Carmel swirl is always perfect! They keep me coming back! I drank Starbucks exclusively for 20 yrs. And switched to dunkin bc I tried it in Cincinnati and it changed everything lol. I hope the staff sees this review and know they are the absolute bees freaking knees.
Happy Easter! Whoever made my plain bagel with cream cheese like 10 mins ago, God bless you. That was one of the most top tier bagels ever. It was toasted TO PERFECTION. The PERFECT amount of cream cheese. That first bite was amazing. Soft, crispy, and the cream cheese didn’t go everywhere. Thank you for this most awesome yummy breakfast.
I visited this dunkin today at around 12:30-1 on 1/28/26 To the girl who was working the cash register that gave me extra hashbrowns because you said “I feel like yall could use something warm” you have no idea how much that kind gesture meant to me. I know it may have seemed small to you but my dad and I were on our way to go visit my mom in the hospital who I hadn’t seen in a week because of the freeze and it genuinely brightened my day so much. You’ve been my cashier a few times now when i visit Dunkin (the best coffee shop ever literally, especially this one) and you are always so sweet. I know this review may seem silly like “it’s just hashbrowns” but it’s really the kindness that means so much to me. Thank you dunkin! see you tomorrow (probably) !! 🤭
This Dunkin is very consistent and fast. I never have an issue with how my drink tastes nor food. I recommend it, over the 3216 E Hebron Parkway location. Give it a try, if you get a chance.
I came here for the first time this morning (7/12 around 6:50AM) and was greeted so warmly over the intercom. The person also took time to help me figure out what I could have that was dairy free and not too sweet. They got the blend perfectly and I am giving up Starbucks now for this Dunkin’! I didn’t catch her name (Shayla or Shayna?), but she was so sweet and really made a terrible morning into a happy one. Thanks again and see y’all soon!
Good visit at this Dunkin location. Courteous staff and efficient service. I ordered coffee 2milks, 2sugars. Tasted very good. I also ordered two Bacon & Egg Cheese Wraps. Served hot, cheesy and tasted good too. The outside trash can needed to be emptied, but everything else at this Dunkin location was excellent!
My drink was made wrong twice in a row. Management really needs to provide better training for the person making the drinks to ensure accuracy.
Let me start by saying how much we love Dunkin’ Donuts. However, this morning, this is the second time this has happened, and I did say something to the girl who was standing talking to a manager loud enough for Customer’s children to hear her she was complaining about another employee who was another manager, and apparently there was an issue with them however, she was cussing and boasting herself up to make herself look better like using cuss words loudly enough in front of us, customers and children. I did ask her to come to the counter and I said please can you watch your mouth in front of the children she just walked away. Manager didn’t say anything. She didn’t say anything. That’s very annoying. I guess we’ll have to go to Shipleys from now on. And sad Manager’s teacher employees better about how to talk in front of customers. A managers if you want to hear that kind of talk from your employees that’s on you, however we as customers and children don’t need to hear it and we don’t need to hear that you have internal issues very upset by this.
First time at Dunkin’s and this was my first location, and I thought it would be great, the hype about Dunkin drew me in. Yeah, so I got some donuts this morning and it wasn’t as good as the family donut shop near me. It’s cool you have baristas but I could careless about coffee at a donut shop. I wanted crisp fluffy donuts. That I didn’t get. And my youngest stop eating your donuts, because they were too chewy like grocery store donuts and she tried 3 of them, the coffee I got is just okay.
I went to go get the new munchkins which they didn’t have. No big deal. Then they were also out of the everything bagel so I ordered a plain and when I got home I noticed it was pretty burnt. Really disappointed by the food when the staff was so nice.
I was so hungry and looking forward to my plain bagel with cream cheese this morning, possibly the easiest thing to make. And I when I got to work I was disappointed to find this atrocity in my bag. Where is the cream cheese ? Why is it burnt ? I have so many questions
The lady at the drive thru doesn’t ask drink size she says large correct. That’s the most scummy upsell tactic you can do for drink sizes. I only just started to like Dunkin’ now I am debating whether I should give my money to a location that thinks this type of service is ethical.
I enjoy Dunkin Donuts when I am not in my Starbucks mood. This one is okay, nothing great but it works. Customer service isn't the greatest as training isn't important clearly. I enjoy their ice tea and breakfast and suggest those for you to enjoy. Easy to spot from streets and hardly ever a line to wait. They need to inform the teenager workers to understand the value of customer service that creates loyalty. One time I waited 4 minutes in line while a cashier was closing out and she was talking about the tips she got. After 3 minutes she finally said hello and will be with me in a few minutes. Not good at all. Luckily the coffee,tea and breakfast is good enough to make me come back. Just saying...GOOGLE GUIDE LEVEL 8 reporting and signing off!
Placed a mobile order today, got there and the employees seemed utterly perplexed. I’m not sure if they didn’t get my order or didn’t know how to make the drinks, but I had to repeat the whole order back to them and even then it wasn’t correct. Left with only 1 or my 3 items correct. I definitely won’t be going back to this location if this is how things work.
not worth it to stop here, go to a different location because they can’t afford to listen to your order because they’re too busy watching tv on the drive thru, might as well not clock in and go home to do that in your own bed. very simple order that got confused and ended up spending $18 for two people!
Worst customer service in the history of customer service. I would never come here again. I walked into the store for a delivery pick up. Not 1 person said hi or acknowledge me. Someone came in the store 5 minutes after me and was acknowledge before me. I never was greeted or asked what i was there for. I was about to cancel the order after waiting 10 minutes untill someone finally asked if im here to pick up. I dont care to wait, but why would you not acknowledge a person that comes into your business. They wasnt busy inside at all. A Few Drive Thru, but not busy enough to not acknowledge my presence. I was the only customer inside and all 4 people ignored me like i was invisible. Thank you to the one making the food, he was the only one out of all 4 that said something to me after 6 minutes of waiting. What kind of business are yall running. First and last time coming here. Never experienced this service ever.
I went to a Dunkin’ Donuts in Allen, TX yesterday for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed it so much that I decided to go again this morning to the Carrollton, TX location near my home. Unfortunately, this visit was completely disappointing from start to finish. I placed an order for both myself and my brother-in-law. He got a $6 meal with an iced French vanilla coffee with liquid sugar, and I ordered a frozen French vanilla coffee with Splenda instead of cane sugar, plus six munchkins (three powdered and three pumpkin). When I received my order at the window, I noticed my drink looked very light. I pulled away, took a sip, and realized it was incorrect. The receipt showed they had rung up a Vanilla Bean Coolatta instead. I went back through the drive-thru to let them know and explained what I had actually ordered. At the window, I was handed a new drink and asked if it had Splenda instead of cane sugar. The employee said no and offered to give me side packets of Splenda instead. I politely declined and explained that I’m pregnant and trying to carefully manage my sugar intake. He then said he would remake the drink for me. The remake I received was not full, had no whipped cream, and tasted completely different from what I’d had the day before. It didn’t taste good or have the same smooth texture. My brother-in-law also said his drink didn’t taste right either. At that point, I decided I just wouldn’t visit that location again—but when I got home and went to share my pumpkin munchkins, I discovered they had given me blueberry instead. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store, but the number listed does not work. I’m highly disappointed that I spent money on products that I couldn’t even consume. I’ve worked in food service for over 11 years, and this level of inaccuracy and carelessness is just outrageous. I would sincerely appreciate having my order replaced—preferably at another location—because this experience was unacceptable
I ordered a Large Dunalatte from this store for delivery. They were out of the creamer and substituted regular milk. Come on you all need to do better. Running out of a primary ingredient is unacceptable ! And you could have asked what I wanted substituted. I have had stores call me when they are out of something. And I have also had stores put a coupon for a Free drink in my delivery bag.
I only gave one star because I had to. I stopped there this morning because I always go to Shipley's....wanted to change it up a bit ya know? Besides I've always loved DD. There are 6 employees behind the counter and not one asked me what I wanted or even acknowledged my presence. I even asked if anybody was going to take my order and still...NOTHING! One was training someone, 2 were at the drive thru (one working and one standing around) and the other two were just back there in the back. I was taken aback with the lack of service or even acknowledgement of my presence!! I left there super disappointed...and with no food!!! The whole situation took me out of my character and I said a few choice words as I walked out. Needless to say....Shipley's got my business this morning and will ALWAYS get my business!! First and last time I will ever waste my time and stop here! You may wanna check up on ya peeps and reconsider who you have working for you. I didnt get any names, but you scoundrels know who you are!! Customer service is the key to a successful business....but I'm sure you know that. No shade, no hate...just saying is all! Byyyye!! 👋
Very disappointing experience. I ordered matcha latte and when I got there they told me my order got cancelled because they ran out of matcha powder. It’s ok. But they never refunded me. I tried to reach out at their app, 3 times, been told an agent will reach out to me but no response at all. I will not order again.
The staff didn’t acknowledge guest as they walked in. When I came in to pick up a delivery they just said it will be awhile… How long for an iced drink and a donut? Been waiting 10 minutes when I ask a question they just nod their heads and laugh. So I speak up and tell them to use their words. No orders up and no acknowledgment. 1 star
When did good customer service become out of style? Who hires these unprofessionals? The white girl at the register was acting like taking our order was such an inconvenience to her. It makes the whole experience super uncomfortable. The other girl was lovely tho. (7:10pm on Jan-10-2026)
I ordered a matcha, and was handed a grey drink in a half filled cup. I asked if it could be remade, and was given a slightly more full mysterious gray liquid. I asked for a refund which seemed to REALLY upset the cashier (a brunette white woman) who proceeded to demand I try it first. I refused, which upset her even more, she then cussed at me while angrily processing my refund. My first and LAST time at any dunkin.
Just had the worst drive thru experience at this location whoever was taking the drive thru orders at 2:27pm 8-18-25 did not know what she was doing. I have a certain order I get from every dunkin location I go to and I pay the same price everywhere. She kept charging more for my order and told me that other locations didn't know what they were doing if they were not charging me more for the order... clearly she had no idea what she was doing.
It is craaazy how inconsistent they are. It is almost like they want to attempt to tweak your drink order with as much difference without you telling, just to see if they can. We can go here 4 days in a row, order the same thing, and receive 4 different things.
I didn’t get a receipt so it’s difficult to determine where the disconnect lies. However, I’m highly disappointed in my order. The hashbrown are soggy, greasy, and cold. The coffee tastes like watered down warm sugar water. I believe this is because two shots of caramel swirl and two sugars were added…. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered from Dunkin so I’m not sure when the caramel was changed to a cream however I loathe cream/dairy/milk in my coffee so this was very disgusting. Perhaps they should ask for clarity if they offer both the caramel shot and caramel swirl. I was headed to work so I didn’t check before leaving the drive thru. I visited this place once before and vowed to never return because their menu is pricey but the items are subpar… I gave them another chance they’ve proven to me why I’ll never return. They also didn’t give me a single napkin with my order… tuh… smh do better…
Disappointing Consistency at This Location I love starting my mornings with a coffee from Dunkin’, but this particular location consistently falls short. Every time I order a cold brew with French vanilla syrup and extra almond milk, I receive something that looks and tastes like plain black coffee. It’s as if adding the requested ingredients is a personal inconvenience to the employees, even when they acknowledge my request. I usually don’t write reviews, but this has become frustrating—especially when I’m paying for a specific order and never receiving it correctly. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction seem to be lacking here, and I hope management takes note.
I have been going to this dunkin for a while. I don’t know what it is but they always mess my drink up.Nine times out of ten I have to send my drink back because of its taste. Sometimes I don’t have a chance to send it back or say anything.They didn’t add enough of this or enough of that. After chance after chance to get it right and it’s still incorrect it’s really irritable knowing as a customer you give them those many chances.This has happened countless times .How aren’t they knowing how to make drinks or trained well enough to do so?Although my drink does taste good for at least once this time ,the one you see in the picture below is a large churro latte no ice no whip.I had to wait twelve minutes for that at least. The first one that was made was taken by someone else. How could my drink get taken away when they should’ve said the name of the drink but didn’t when handing it out?I’m annoyed by the inconsistency and inconvenience. How aren’t able to pick up the pace of things as well. The lady with purple and brown hair was responsible for my drink being handed out. I think she is a manager of some kind. Another lady that took my order at the register was newer with dark brown hair and a wedding ring. She had the best customer service. Friendly demeanor and she was super fast with the cash register. She made my drink over by being showed by the lady with purple and brown hair and it was good. Even when that lady with purple or brown hair makes my drink or anyone else makes it, it doesn’t taste good. Please do better Dunkin!!!!
By far, the worst donuts we have ever had and we aren't picky at all. Ordered 9 Boston crème and 3 "jelly" filled. They waited until the driver came to have HIM call me to say they only had 2 Boston crème. Umm ok? I wasn't going to cancel the order on the driver because it wasn't his fault and he wouldn't have received a tip. Ended up with 8 jelly filled, 2 glazed and 2 Boston crème. The jelly is artificial yuck and it was like a sweetened biscuit and all of them were dry as if old. Better off getting them from the local grocery store or even prepackaged donuts. Seriously, don't waste your money unless you want to be extremely disappointed. My kids didn't even like them which says a lot. Never again. I did get a "sorry" note on the back of my receipt.
This specific Dunkin location is absolutely horrible! The only reason I’ve come back to this one is because it’s the only convenient location near my home. Every time I go they mess up something in my order whether it’s my simple coffee or food. The workers are very rude every time without fail. This specific trip I ordered an order of hashbrowns and it looked like someone literally crumbled them up in their hands and threw them in the bottom of the bag. I can’t understand why any employee would be okay giving a paying customer their food like this. I will now be making the drive to go to ANY other coffee shop in my area because this place absolutely sucks!
