It was our first time here and the food was so yummy. I had the salmon tacos and they were so good I ordered a second round. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really chill and fun. Our waitress was Maria and she was so sweet and friendly. Definitely some of the best service I’ve had in a while! Will be coming back without a doubt. :)

New to the area from Atlanta and saw there is jinya which I frequently went to, this location is excellent. The service and atmosphere is leaps above our previous Georgia experience. The bar is beautifully lit and very inviting. Our server Ares was friendly and more attentive than what I’ve experienced before. And the food is just as wonderful as what we are used to. Also 10/10 on the music choices!

JINYA Ramen Bar has really good food and a great overall experience. I tried the taco and ramen noodles, and both were full of flavor and very well prepared. The alcohol drink with the cinnamon-burned flavor was unique and really awesome. They also offer a good variety of side options to choose from. The ambience is very nice—modern, lively, and perfect for dining with friends. If you like spicy food, I highly recommend this restaurant.

our server was super nice!! food was out fast. we had the crispy chicken as an appetizer and it was good. and i got the spicy chicken ramen as my entree. it was pretty good, but i wish i would've gotten the spiciest option because it wasn't spicy to me.

Amanda was so patient for my first time. The Ramen was soooooooo good I didn’t want to stop eating. Amanda also recommended some other options for my next visit, ( a vegan dish)which will be soon. Thank you Amanda!!! The environment is nice and warm and not super rushed or busy. Bowls are $17 which I feel like is perfect for the size. And the shrimp app was so filling by itself.

Wow, this place sure did impress me! With almost 3k reviews and a high rating I had to try it and honestly I was not disappointed. To start off I had my one of my favorite dish, Takoyaki! When it first came out I thought it was going to be overpowered with sauce like most places do. However it has just the right balance and it was refreshing to find big octopus chunks in it that I can actually bite on! I believe it also sat on a bed of something like egg salad. I am not too sure but it was a very nice addition to the dish! For my main I got the Premium Tonkotsu Red. Now when it first came out a few things I notice that kind of threw me off. The first was the egg was not cut in half which made me think this was going to be an overcooked hard boil egg. Second the pork chashu did not have the typically charbroiled marks on it which made me question it. However, like I said, I was impressed! The flavor of the ramen itself was indeed good and with a spice level of 5/10 it had a good kick but did not kill your taste buds. The noodles were perfect, I love the texture and thickness of the noodles. Not to mention the portion itself was a good amount. When I bit into the chashu you can bet I apologized to it, “I’m sorry I’ll never doubt you again 😭!” It was so flavorful! Very well seasoned and just overall delicious. Best chashu I’ve had in a ramen! Then I grabbed the egg. Using my chopstick I could tell it was a soft boiled egg. It was not runny but do not underestimate this egg. It too was beautifully seasoned and made my taste buds dance! And of course green tea mochi always hits the spot! Now the food was good, base on the food itself I would still give it a rating of 4 stars. But this was a complete meal due to the overall experience. The vibes were hitting, the atmosphere was welcoming but honestly I have to give HUGEEEEE props to my waitress Chloe! She was just the sweetest and really made the whole dinner very enjoyable! Now I am notorious for not signing up for rewards just because I don’t know how often I will come back to eat. But with a waitress like Chloe it was a no brainer I would come back! Owner, manager, whoever make sure Chloe gets her appreciation!!! Definitely recommend this place! Gotta go try their delicious food!

Second time here and it was as delicious as the first, the tonkotsu original is incredible and the eggs are perfect and runny. my boyfriend got the tonkotsu red which he said was the perfect spice level at 9. Sol was a great waitress and very attentive. Def recommend especially for a good date night or even a quick ramen bite like we did tonight.

Addilyn was our server and she was great, very friendly and attentive. Food was amazing as well. Had the tan tan men, and the broth was hot the whole time, did not get cold quickly like other places I’ve been. 10/10

Came here on my birthday to try out the demon slayer special. We also got the tonkatsu black ramen with the fried chicken to start. We had Rachel as our server and she was amazing! She catered to our son, was highly attentive, and gave good recommendations! The kids meal was great for our son, who likes switching between dishes! (Kids chicken ramen not pictured) Over all the environment was clean and fun. Definitely will be trying the other ramens soon!

Deliciously tasty and hot ramen on a cold November day! Hubby got the birria ramen and I got the chicken yuzu. Started with the tempura Brussels sprouts and they were yummy! My only complaint with this place is the excessive upcharge for additional toppings. I get it with eggs or broccoli, but mushrooms and other veggies? A little disappointing. But the quality was top-notch, so just good to know. Our server Rachel was pleasant and friendly. We will be back.

Buns were amazing, ramen was the best I’ve had in a while, and the matcha tiramisu was great. It was very busy and they were short staffed so service was a bit slow, though they warned us upfront so we didn’t mind. More expensive than your average ramen place but definitely worth it.

The menu is a twist to some of the more traditional ramen menu. Love the Birria Ramen - fresh cilantro/onion/lime added to spice up the citrus feel. The matcha Tiramisu was so good. Light fluffy and not too sweet.

I had an amazing experience at Jinya Ramen Bar! The food was absolutely delicious — the broth was rich and flavorful, noodles perfectly cooked, and every bite had that comforting, authentic taste that makes you want to come back for more. The appetizers and drinks complemented everything perfectly. A big shout-out to Lanna, our server, who made the entire experience even better. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional — she checked in at the right times, gave great menu suggestions, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to see that level of service these days, and she really stood out. Overall, the combination of amazing food and top-notch service made it one of the best ramen experiences I’ve had. Definitely coming back soon!

It’s my first time eating dinner at Japanese restaurant. I absolutely loved it . I liked their authentic shrimp starter and main course chicken soap bowl . And Jgirl drink 🍹. I only suggest them to improve is , the quantity of shrimp starter was little less quantity and they should add more items like egg in chicken soup bowl without charging extra . Because I absolutely paid the prices are little expensive compared to others . Other than that everything is good 😊 I give 5 star And recommend this place . Thank you jinya

Our First Time at JINYA — Definitely Not Our Last! This was our first time dining at JINYA, and my wife and I absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic, and the drinks were just as impressive. I had the Smoked Old Fashioned, which was perfectly crafted and full of bold, smoky flavor. My wife ordered the Matcha Lychee Lemonade mocktail—and enjoyed it so much, she ordered a second one! For our meals, I had the Birria Ramen, and the rich, flavorful broth really hit the spot. My wife chose the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen, but swapped the tofu for birria meat—and it worked beautifully. The broth had a clean, fresh taste with just the right amount of kick. The service was outstanding, and the ambiance struck a great balance between modern and cozy. Whether you’re planning a casual night out or a special date night, we highly recommend JINYA.

Some of the best Japanese cuisine and experiences I've had. A bit pricey but if you dont mind Ballin a bit, its all around a really good experience, our server/bartender Kyle was welcoming to us and absolutely amazing at his craft.

We were in the area and saw Jinya Ramen Bar and decided to give a try. Very pleased with the food. Good selection of vegetarian items. For appetizer had the miso glazed eggplant with brussel sprouts and bok choy. Other dishes ordered: Spicy Creamy V Ramen with vegetable broth which was nice and flavorful. Also tried V Red Fire Opal, with spicy yuzu flavored broth and had perfect level of spice and very tasty

I went to Jinya for the first time last night. If a restaurant has specials or recommendations I always try them the friat time as I believe these are dishes they specialize in on their menu. My server and bartender, Natalie, was quick with the 2 specials that night. For drinks, the Toki sour. It was delicious and beautifully presented. I would order this again. For starters their special was Takoyaki (octopus balls). These were overly, and I mean overly breaded. It had too much mayo and really not a lot of flavor. I had 2 of the 6 and couldnt see wasting the calories on something so bland for basically 95% breading. For entree there was no special but Natalie did recommend the Tan Tan Beef with bok choy. This was delicious. Sorry I forgot to take a pic before I mixed it all up. Presentation was great and flavor was nice. My only disappointment with this dish was I only had 2 leaves of bok choy. I did have to add a bit of heat to it for my preference, however all the flavorings and oils were on the table already. The service was great even at the bar. All the servers were friendly and chatted with me as they were picking up drinks. The atmosphere was nice, not too loud, comfortable, nice color scheme. I will go back, however I will choose carefully on items they bread as that is not something I enjoy.

Great location and staff! This is good ramen, no doubt, but I want to share my subjective feedback as a seasoned ramen lover. The Tantanmen was good with a beautiful presentation, but too heavy on the peanut sauce. I was also disappointed it didn’t come with a soft boiled egg, like my favorites from Marufuku or Hakata. The wife’s spicy tonkatsu was good but didn’t wow, the broth was watery and tasted similar to instant ramen spices, salt, and msg. The crispy chicken appetizer was delicious and juicy. Service was excellent!

Makes me so sad that we came here because my friend was in town from out of state and since we had a cloudy rainy day she really was craving some ramen 🍜 She had been to JINYA on a previous trip and loved it so we came here. We drove about an hour to get here and when we got there had to wait bc we really wanted a booth. Their big windows and open concept make it worth the wait. Enjoyed a beer while waiting and soon we were ready to order. The ramen was disappointing It was think and warm… due to the fat being cold so it was a bit nasty. As I mentioned before we drove about an hour to get here and to be this disappointed… Our server was great! - we did let her know about our dissatisfaction with the ramen and she said she would let the chef know. The ambience here is great and they have ample cocktail option and found out as we were leaving that they also have a happy hour 🍻 so will definitely give them another try for that. Also., they have a small space for patio sitting so will definitely give this place another try now that the weather is cooling off here in Texas.
