Went with my sister and her boyfriend to eat here on their last night visiting me from out of state. It was good, the service was excellent. I know next time to make sure when I ask for butter garlic sauce with herbs. To make sure to tell them zero spicy. Mine were still to spicy. The Peach Daiquiri was delicious! This was still definitely a good place. It was laid back place. Very good atmosphere.

I met a friend here for dinner last night... I started with chargrilled oysters which were delicious! I also ordered the Artic boiled seafood bundle, with the “extra Shazam” sauce it was soooo good but it was a LOT of food for one person. My friend and I could’ve shared it. But flavor was great and I got some extra “extra Shazam” sauce on the side. The margaritas were really weak to me and were super frozen so it made it hard to drink. I also tried dessert, bread pudding and it was ok, but wouldn’t recommend- tastes nothing like homemade. But overall, we were sat quickly and most of the food was a treat! Would return.

Food: I was kind of disappointed with the crawfish for the price. It’s in season so I expected them to be decent size, but they were on the smaller size. Service: I had to ask hot sauce twice from 2 different waiters because the first one never came back to give it to me. I waited over 15 minutes, by then I was already done with my food to need it anymore. It wasn’t completely packed when I asked for the sauces, it felt a little unorganized when they were asking who ordered what to different tables, I’ve never had an experience like that at a restaurant where they didn’t know what tables ordered what.

It looks like the crawfish is not that fresh. It's soft and small. Just have only 1 flavor, so bad experience for my parents' first time trying here . Oysters over cooked, so you can feel the bitter

I'd say to be fair 3.5 stars, because the food was great, the restaurant was clean and decor acceptable. The only issue was the service on the terrace seating area. We were seated promptly, but they took our orders after 20 minutes. They were clearly understaffed outside, because there was more than enough staff inside. The table was set after 30 minutes and we had to ask for it. Fortunately the food was able to compensate for the lack of service.

We went today for late lunch And honestly customer service was horrible It was a sweet bartender who was the only one who was nice the server “male” with shorts 🩳 Had 0% customers service no even one time ask if we need anything My husband thank him a couple times he never replied back how rude! I only left tip because of the bartender “female “ Food good as always

Visited on 1/17/2026. Food was ok - pricier than what we expected given the atmosphere. Service was actually great and I left a $50 tip however when I checked my bank statement the charge was $30 more than the total I wrote down on the credit card receipt. That's a huge difference after a great tip was already given.

Good/friendly service. The lobster roll should be more of an appetizer or listed under kid's meal. The serving size is not worth the price.

Food was not good. Presentation was good but my dad's lobster was tough, overcooked, and bland. My shrimp were ok. The peach lemonade was terrible. My mom's lobster roll was just ok. Overpriced for the low quality and amount of food. I can't understand how they have 4.2 stars.

Server was very sweet and helpful. But when it came to the food I ordered it was dry and unfavorable. A custom boil with garlic butter with herbs, the lobster tail I added was completely inedible, dry and chewy and would not come off the shell, spit it out after a single bite. Absolutely no flavor and had mounds of garlic that almost seemed like paste. I did get sick after eating here and would not go again after spending $100 not including tip.

The food was ok, the flavor wasn't really there and the crawfish didn't have that juice or flavor you get when you suck into the head. The waitress that served us was nice though. We tipped them still because the waitress deserved it, but there was a male waiter that was trying to rush us out and would not let us use the restroom. You can tell he was upset that we were there. The price of the food is not worth the flavor we got and the male waiter could have been nicer. We spent $120 for food that did not taste good flavor wise. Would not recommend if you are looking for a good crab place to eat.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The food was terrible and the service was just as bad. We spent around $400 combined, and nothing we ordered was worth it — the drinks were poorly made and the food lacked flavor and quality. Toward the end of our visit, staff took the napkins off the table while we were still seated, which felt rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they refused to let our friend use the restroom, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Do not order the blue crabs — they tasted off and seemed like they were poorly handled before cooking. Overall, for the price, this place is absolutely not worth it. We won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a 1pound of blue crabs and the meat was mushy it was definitely overcooked I drove a whole 1hour to get them just for them to be this way . I contacted the store and they told me that I would have to drive another hour to bring the product back customer service was not great to me

Ordered crawfish, because in March or so it was fantastic. Ordered live crawfish. Got very not fresh crawfish. Only the first layer of ten or so was fresh, then they all started coming up bad. Tail mushy, falling apart in the shell... Blackishness on the shells... Shells bendy and rubbery. I am no biologist, but I know when something isn't fresh. This was out early mother's day dinner my kids paid for... Never eating from here again.
