I got a chicken biscuit this morning and it was seriously the best biscuit I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. The hashbrowns were fresh and hot cakes were yummy. Thank you guys, keep up the good work

Stopped by today with my niece around 2pm. I placed my order using the kiosk and by the time I took her shoes off for the playground, our food had arrived. The entire restaurant is clean and the employees are kind. Came for the playground will return because of the great service ✨

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to! For real, the employees were so nice! The chicken sandwich was actually delicious yall! They were even nice to my daughters. My expectations for chain restaurants is pretty low honestly, however this time I was extremely impressed with the service. Keep these employees happy is all I can say!

Stopped for super-early breakfast on the way to competition with students. Told them to get whatever sandwich and hashbrowns they wanted. Haven't smelled McDonald's for ages... hashbrowns are STILL the same and look to be the same size. Lol They thoroughly enjoyed themselves it seemed. I was impressed with how quickly they were served.

The food has always been hot and fresh at this restaurant. The workers are all so helpful and nice. The dining area and restrooms are always clean. Keep up the great work!.

Was served quickly and professionally by probably the nicest manager I ever met at a McDonald’s. Paige brought out my order with plenty of condiments on the tray. When I asked for salt, she unfortunately had just given the last on the tray to the car next to mine. She apologized so profusely that rather than take her up on her offer to go get more, I opted to walk in myself to save her the trip. Being nice to customers works; take notes Wendy’s!

I honestly enjoy eating McDonald's; and these were one of the many times that I fully satisfied on McDonald's. Even though it was the evening, the place still was open and I thought to stop by for an evening grub. I got a Quarter Pounder with the meal included too. The burger was tasty and was hot as well! The fries are always a hit, they're crispy and salted most of the time.. the drink I also got was nothing too special, but I did also enjoy it too. The employees at the front were very nice and friendly! They also helped out mistakes with other customers if they see a customer dissatisfied with their order. You may not find good service all the time, even in a McDonald's; but this one goes to show that it is keeping up with good service even with views being both negative and positive about it, I still like eating here. Definitely going back to this place again! Thank you, McDonald's!

I love the play place here it's decorated to look like you're underwater. They have a mini submarine and dolphins hanging from the ceiling. My kids love this McDonald's, and we have three in the vicinity of where we live. So a lot of competition 😂 I would have given all 5 stars but the service here is a little slow. BUT that doesn't mean that they don't have a good staff because they've always been very nice and courteous here.

It was great. McDonald's isn't usually known for their fast service, but this was really fast. I was about the 10th car in line in the drive thru and I got my food within 2 minutes. The people working there were very nice and friendly.

Slow service due to lack of employees most of the time. Never go after 9pm. I find that service is worse after 9 and most always fries taste a day old. One experience lately the night manager walked out on the ONLY employee there and left her with a line wrapped around the building. My wait was well over 30 minutes and the manager and I had words because she was cursing the employee as she was leaving. I felt bad for the teenage girl and if it would have been my teen they definitely wouldn't have returned to work before I spoke to the franchise management about their managers.

I've always had bad experiences with this place in the past but today was a different experience. I used to avoid McDonald's all together because I hated the food and the service. But today my daughter convinced me to take her and wow I was so surprised. The service was quick and the best part is that my burger was actually very good. The bun was not stale and the patties were cooked perfectly and warm and fresh, and for once they were not stingy with the pickles and condiments. Very pleasantly surprised. You guys really stepped up your game.

I always use the drive through hoping there is parking close so my grandson can be with me as we eat and it's not uncommon to be in a fix because this place is always packed at lunch time. But they were quick and got my special order correct everytime! Thanks to the crew there you rock!

I come here during the late hours of the night and it's very slow around that time that cars are wrapped around the building in the drive thru. They definitely need more reliable workers for that time of night.

Bagels are BACK!!! Got the steak, egg, and cheese bagel... something I've been craving for years, since they discontinued it. It was cooked to perfection, the service was top notch as always from this location. My only complaint would be to clean up the dropped trash under the second window in the drive thru. It will attract flies and I'm not trying to get them in my vehicle.

Food is good, about half of the employees are friendly for the most part. Service can be extra slow at times. And you may end up missing stuff, if they don't just go ahead and give you the bag belonging to the man next to you in line. Bottom line is that i would try to skip this place if possible

It's a typical McDonald's. Moderately clean facilities. Staff was not rude but not friendly either. As with most McDonald's this one ranks lower than other fast food restaurants in food quality. The seating area offered a few options with low chairs, high stools, and bench seats. McDonald's is a middle of the road fast food restaurant and this one is no exception.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s on several occasions and each time wasn’t pleased with the flow of orders and freshness of food. I even went at 2:30 am and it took me 35 minutes to get a large coke and two biscuits. Management really needs to work with their employees to offer a faster, fresher food and professionalism. I try now to avoid this McDonald’s even if I have to drive across town.

They take the fast out of fast food. I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets, fries and drink for my son, and a cheeseburger and drink for myself. 20 minutes later, I'm having to say please give us our drinks, we've got to leave. So much for squeezing in McDonald's before our 6PM. The food was good though. I was worried it would be cold.

Usually very nice staff. They get my order wrong sometimes. I love they give Emergency Services a meal when working — nice touch. They have a big Playplace for the kids. I wish they were open all night like they used to be, for those of us who are night shifters.

I love the app. Great desls and easy to use. I love fast food because of the simplicity of it. You ofder your food and pick it up at the counter. Calorie difference is no difference than a sit down restaurant. But now most McDonald’s make you go to the counter for drink refills and they ignore you. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes. I go to Wendys if i have a choice because the food choice is better. Great salads help yourself to more drink choices. Also the frosty is bigger than McDonald’s hot fudge sundae

My order gets messed up almost after each visit like i could carefully call out my order and they would still get it wrong. Sometimes my fries taste like they've been sitting for a bit. Normally the best service is near rush hours

None of table had been wiped off had to get napkins and do it my self . Saw a big puddle of liquid on floor in middle of dining room had to bring to employees attention.. first time I ever seen it dirty like it was . I'm sure they fix it.

The lady taking orders had a bad attitude. While playing my order you could tell she was irritated bc I order 4 McFlurrys. I asked what happy meal toy they currently had. She refused to tell me. Then I asked to purchase the toy separately. I was told no they weren't allowed to do that. In the past I have been able to purchase the toy separately. I asked awe what changed? All she would say is she doesn't know. This isn't the 1st time the customer suckes either.

Today 9.1.25 had a burger made improperly & the Frapp was not blended well, over half the cup was huge pieces of ice that cant fit through the straw. Seems like food is rushed & they have not been that busy & they are fully staffed. Big plus is they play area for kids. They need a team meeting on food prep.

I go to this McDonald's to order cookie totes every two weeks. I used to go on Wednesdays and always had exceptional service (which is why I have 3 stars instead of a 1). Recently, I changed the day to Sunday and the service was been subpar. The first Sunday I went there, I stayed outside waiting on my mobile order over twenty minutes. When I went inside, I realized they had given it to someone else. Today, I tried again. When I arrived, I couldn't get the mobile app to work so I went inside. The cashier (who told me he was the manager the last visit) walked by me twice before addressing me. This is what the cookies looked like when I got them home. They were all smashed together. It's unbelievable that a day during the week service is exceptional and then on the weekend it's trash.

The McDonald's on maple St. In Carrollton ga messed up my order and I had to wait over an hour just for them to come out and tell me 2 times that they didn't have the coffee drinks I ordered and the main one was caramel and they said they didn't have any of that one so I ordered a different one and they came out again and said that they were out of that one but they had the caramel and I told them I wanted that one to begin with and I had to wait another 20 minutes and I got out of my car and went in there and got it myself. It was a bad experience I will not be going to this McDonald's again.

I swear it's became an expectation for something to be missing or wrong EVERY SINGLE time I go here (& we eat mcdonalds at least twice a week). Then they act like it's your fault if you go back through the drive through 4 times until your order is right & they get an attitude if you speak your mind & actually want the correct food you order.

It took over 30 minutes to get my order, a cheeseburger and a fry. They were out of sweet tea in the lobby and the floor was sticky. An off duty employee stood at the counter and talked to the ones in the back. I would not come back again.

This place sucks. I get McDonald's at least 4-7 times a week and 95% of my orders are messed up. Then when you call them or go back up there, they get mad and act like it's your fault they can't do their job. The workers are rude and slow and act like it's a problem that they are at work. Thank God for the comparable cheaper prices and the fact that they are one of the only restaurants around open 24/7 (but more than half the stores have now changed to where they close, or either they only accept cash during the overnight hours) because McDonald's wouldn't make any business anymore if it souley relied on its employees.

Good food, but if you go when they're starting breakfast at 4am, they almost always say they're only taking cash. I waited 30+ minutes and the card machine was still down. They really need a better system that doesn't require so much downtime.

You know how it seems there are two of each fast food restaurant in a medium sized town? Well, this is NOT the better one. They don't use phrases like 'please' and 'thank you', or 'have a nice day' which used to be the norm. Instead you get some disgruntled employee barking out the cost of your order and nothing else, expecting that you'll just drive through. Then stating the cost once again at the window as if you were a burden, and once they've run your card, thrusting your bag of food at you and turning away without saying a word. "I'm sorry, is my patronage a problem for you?" The food is not the greatest, even for McDonald's and not always accurate as well. Civility matters! This restaurant needs an attitude check.

Not only was the cashier rude but the manager was rude as well. My husband had 3 kids while I went to an appointment and no cash on him..his visa would not go through for some reason and cashier told him in front of manager "well you probably don't have any money on it" I am reporting this to corporate. People working there are great. But the way the inside was redone looks like you are eating in an industrial zone. Not much space!!! And they cater to foreigners offering non English speaking people by offering them a education not Americans. They have also done away with jobs by using order boards! The restaurant wasn't clean at all! Waited forever for our food just to have them forget part of our order. The employees were to busy on their phones and dancing around instead of working! Only a few good employees at this location and get attitude from here almost worse than any other McDonald's I have eaten at. Takes 20 minutes no matter what is ordered and have multiple girls at this location that love to argue and call names. Employees also enjoy locking out customers when five or more customers enter so employees are not overwhelmingly busy.

Avoid this location!! Visited this location after leaving a nearby theater one evening and the restaurant was extremely nasty and employees acted as if they were being inconvenienced when customers approached to order. Approached the counter behind another party whom had been waiting several minutes to order while employees behind the counter discussed cell phones, the latest rap songs and hair styles. After about 10 minutes an employee acknowledged the couple in front of us, gave them a cold stare and the couple spoke up and asked the employee if she was ready to take their order. Employee's only response was "go ahead" as she continued to stare at the customers with an irritated look as if they were inconveniencing her. Anyway, long story short, employee treats us in the same manner. After ordering, we wait about 20 minutes for our food and when we receive it the order is not correct. It takes another 15 minutes before we get our complete order. Dining tables were very dirty, covered with spilled drink and/or food. The kids area was absolutely disgusting with food/spilled drink scattered about the tables, on the floors!! Several dead flies around the window frames in the main eating area. We had to wipe down a table and spread napkins out so we could sit our food out on a clean, non sticky surface. Drink machines were extremely messy with spilled drink on the machines, around the counter and on the floor which was sticky. No ice in the machines and had to ask for ice at the counter and again got the cold stare from the girl working the counter. The place was just sickening inside and out!! Trash scattered about the parking lot with plenty of shady characters hanging about the area and this is exactly the way it was on a past visit. Instead of giving the appearance of a clean, safe, family-friendly fast food restaurant, the place resembled a gangster rap video. If they added a few amusement park rides one would think they were at Six Flags Over Georgia!! This seems to be the standard with McDonald's restaurants in the area. The place is very disgusting inside and out and the teen employees clearly would rather be somewhere else. Place is in desperate need of qualified management and competent employees. We have never experienced this type of disgusting environment at area Chick-Fl-A restaurants which are always busy. We definitely will not be back. It's amazing how restaurants like this stay in business or pass health inspections. Apparently many people are not concerned about cleanliness, customer service or their families safety while visiting these establishments - all comes down to cheap eats I guess...

I don't know what the deal is with this location. They have been really slow with their service and today was just god awful. It took nearly 30 minutes (felt that way, didn't actually time it) to get my combo number 9, large, and the fries and sandwiches were cold. The fries tasted awful and the buns were hard. The location is convenient, but the service is just terrible. I heard them talk about being low on staff, but this was just a plain horrible experience and I do not know if I would ever go back there.

All the McDonald's in Carrollton ga are pretty bad. This one I thought was better than the rest unless it's after 7 at night. Then the young kids are working. They do not want to do nothing. Young kids that don't care about customer service or even there job. This has to be the worst team I've ever witnessed. It's all about customer experience and mine was less than poor. I waited to place my order, I was second in line. There were three employees behind the counter and no one seemed the last bit inclined to welcome me to McDonald's. It took less time for my order to be fulfilled than it took to get service once I was first in line. I went to get my soft drink filled and there was no sweet tea in either dispenser and there were no straws. A child spilled a soft drink and the way the young man was ordered by one of the girls from behind the counter to clean up the spill lacked any form of respect for the fellow employee nor was it respectful to the customers in the restaurant. These employees are in dire need of professional customer service training. The cleanliness of the dining area was sub standard as well.

The food is good; the facility isn't kept clean, employees pass by you repeatedly without taking your order or asking if you need help; the overnight manager tries to freeze you out of the restaurant (during winter), he doesn't speak and rolls his eyes at you when questioned. Mind you, I always make 2 purchases: 1) for me & 2) one to take home to my roommate. Yet, he could care less that I'm a paying customer, stays out of their way, keep my area clean, and helps other customers who needs help. I see him being attentive to one gentleman who comes in - he's given free food, doesn't need to go to the counter to order and the manager sits with him and serves him. It appears to be a date to me. I honestly think this is the slowest drive-thru in town. I was next in line to place my order at 5:33 paid at 5:45, and got my food at 5:50 on the dot.

The service is extremely slow and employees are unfriendly. I waited 30 minutes for Bic Macs and nuggets that were supposed to be fresh, but were cold. The food made my husband and I sick for two days after we ate from this location. The tea had little ice in it and tasted old. The employees acted like the customers were bothering them and cutting into their hanging out time while at work. Do not waste your money and time at this place.

Waited for 20 minutes & when we got to the counter, server said they couldn't take orders because they were too backed up. We told her we only wanted drinks.... nope. She even went to parking lot to look for a missing employee only to return and tell the other workers he had left & she didn't blame him. This goes into the category as one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I just spent 30 bucks for your employees to make their mistake my fault. I come in order a cup of coffee and 2 for 4 the first cashier a guy takes my order walks away because he can’t get order right, next cashier comes up after 10 minutes tries to correct order calls the manager to fix it, the manager said it’s only two breakfast sandwiches you can order and walks away neither cashier trained manager didn’t seem to care. After 20 minutes of watching and waiting I walked out very unorganized bunch.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Waited on a sauce for 10 minutes while the lady was on the phone with her boyfriend in jail, yes I stood there long enough to know those details. Never got one. I hate that this is the closest one to my house.

I called to ask what time this location closes because we have several locations that closed at 11pm and it was 10:58pm at the time, and Google can be wrong. The employee answered the phone repeatedly asking me, “ What do I want?” I simply asked “What time do you guys close?”. The man’s response was “Do you not have Google?”. I am not sure what type of shift this man has but his phone customer service was very poor! We did not go to this location!

There's no sense of doing a real review on McDonald's. Everybody knows what McDonald's is. It's good for what it is. Services up and down just like any fast food chain. I'm just very outraged about them. Charging 50 cents for extra tartar sauce. It seems crazy to me. You get a whole cup of sauce from most places for an extra 25 cents. Why would you pay 50 cents for a smidgen of tartar sauce?

Just Hass to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever in my life been to. They are so slow it’s beyond any type of normal being slow or being busy. I took my granddaughter last weekend and had I not promised her McDonald’s I would have gotten out of the drive-through and left because we waited for one hour and three minutes in the drive-through To get our food. I did not wanna break a promise to her no matter what so are went ahead and said there’s one but I would never do it again. On top of being extremely slow they’re also very rude. The inside is not open right now so you have to use the drive-through. Also I do door Dash sometimes and I have had to go to that particular McDonald’s a lot lately because it’s the only one that’s open really late and it is always a 20 to 30 minute wait no matter what time of day.

Came in around 8:30 PM on a Saturday. Took 15 minutes to get an $11 order, with only 3 other people inside and little to no one in the drive through. The order wasn’t completed correctly and all of the food cold. All the tables were dirty in the dining area and the playground was area was trashed 😬

So I think this McDonald's is struggling a little bit bc I put a doordash order in for a bacon egg and cheese meal that comes with a hash brown. I also ordered two additional hash browns and so in total I would need three there was only one in there. I find it very funny that there was only one in there when the receipt was taped on the bag saying three it just seems like no one checks to see if they put it in correctly.

Waited 10 mins at drive thru speaker and nobody answered. Meanwhile, watched 5 cars in the other lane move through. We proceeded to pull up to the window since we had a mobile pickup order. The lady shut the window on us mid-conversation and when they opened it back up, they told us that we couldn’t go inside to get our order and we would have to go around the drive thru again. Even though nobody answered the first time around. Cancelled our order. Wasted our time. Won’t be back. No wonder this location has a ton of bad reviews.

It's always something here. If it's not the food, it's for sure always the people. They do NOT want to be there and IT SHOWS. The food is always wrong and usually cold and the whole restaurant usually breaks down between 12am-4am so I don't know why they even stay open. Go somewhere else....taco bell at the college is pretty good for fast food places - at least they are friendly and the order is made correctly and well. I would recommend the iced coffee but they would probably get it wrong. Js

Today, I visited the restaurant so my nephew could play in the indoor playground. I decided to order my food through the app in order to have it brought to my table. However, my order was never delivered and when I went to collect it, I found that it was already cold on the shelf. I made sure to check my order to confirm that I had requested for it to be brought to my table, which I had. The restaurant was not busy as there was no one at the front counter, although I did see someone at the drive-through. I ended up giving the nuggets I ordered to my cats and have decided not to purchase food from there again. Despite feeling frustrated, I chose not to confront the staff and instead decided to leave and leave a negative review.

Burgers cold as hell if you want cold food come over, consider this the last time I got to McDonald's.

Went thru the drive thru, they asked me if i was going to use my app and i said yes and give my code for 2 happy meals for $7.50 then ordered 5 cheese burgers 2 with onions and 3 without, they charged us $30, so the guy that took the code didn't apply it and i was charged for each happy meal instead of 2 for $7.50, then they didn't give me the happy meal drinks, then the burgers were incorrect, no pickles at all and no onion or pickles on 2 of the other burgers. When i went in to get it corrected, they acted like they didn't want to fix, told me that when they ask if the screen is correct to be sure it's correct, i said well the food looked correct on screen, the person here never makes the burgers correctly, so i should have checked the food, i should have sit there and ran their time up in the drive thru til i checked every single item and sit there til they did it the correct way. Also, I didn't know the guy didn't put my code in, he asked for it but he didn't apply it, they didn't give me my drinks or Re- make my burgers, just give me $6 and told me they won't keep doing that. It amazes me how people can do you wrong then try to make you think you did wrong. Seriously, if you do go eat here, DO NOT leave the window unless you check your food, each item, and make sure they didn't overcharge you. They do not care here, from the young kids working there or the adult MANAGERS. They are always hit or miss here, but MOSTLY MISS. Me and my husband have gotten to the point we just eat elsewhere. Go to Firehouse sub or Burger King! I am not the only bad review here, that says a lot about them, they can't do their job right. Hope this helps your decision, to not eat here, unless you want bad food and to be robbed.

The older lady who wore a green shirt that worked the third shift on December 28/29 is extremely rude. I usually wouldn’t complain, I would just go to a different location but I just moved here and I door dash, meaning I’ll have to deal with this lady often. She blamed me for something the DoorDash app did automatically, then an hour later I go back to get myself food on my way home and she was so rude! She doesn’t need to work customer service at all. I have a dash cam that recorded all of it, both encounters. The only reason I didn’t leave 1 starts across the board is due to the very kind and professional young man who was working with her. He was so kind and he tried his best to go behind her trail of verbal destruction and fix things. I’m more than happy to bring the footage to the GM for review. This was my first time at this location and it sucks my first interaction is me sitting in the drive thru almost crying because she tried to make me feel less than a human for an automatic interaction the door dash app makes. She has short hair and wore a green shirt today with a thin zip up jacket.

There wasn't a line in the Drive-Thru and the inside had maybe four customers. The food was messy stale and cold. They had six cars parked in the numbered parking spaces because they're so slow making the food. The workers were rude and speaking about customers out loud in the back. I don't know if something's in the water in Carrollton but it has some of the rudest people I've ever met.

To whoever reads these reviews!! Do better !!!a customer walks in and 7 employees stand there and stare at me then they shake their heads and huff and puff about having to help a customer . Customers pay the bills last time I checked . I mean if you want me to take my money somewhere else I can do that too . This isn't the first time this has happened either. At the same location. It's disrespectful at this point . I work in customer service too and I understand that the customer pays the bills . They don't shop with us we don't make money but if you allow your employees to treat your customers this way then you must not care about making money . I can make sure I tell everyone I know that McDonald's 1175 bankhead hwy has poor customer service and I know a lot of people. Do better smile show some urgency act like you want to be there .

The older lady handing out the orders was so nice but the lady who was taking the orders needs to stop arguing with the other worker in the back where everyone could hear. Mabye if she worried more about taking the orders correctly rather than how people "DESERVE IT"! She would have heard I asked for 2 snack wraps instead of one and she wouldn't have came to the window yelling at a paying customer who even after being yelled at still waited 30 minutes on 2 snack wraps and a fry. I feel sooooo bad for the older lady she's doing all the work while the other 2 are arguing about what people "DESERVE!" Next time I'll drive to mirror lake where I won't get yelled at for the worker taking my order wrong! I was there from 2 am to 2:30 8/27 management should watch the camera and fire her and give the older lady a promotion!

I ordered on the mobile app at 12:20 pm on July 8th, 2025. As I get to the restaurant I am told that I have to cancel my order due to maintenance and that they won’t make it. It should be viewed on the app that they aren’t taking mobile orders at the time so I don’t waste my gas to drive all the way over here for them to tell me to cancel my order upon arrival.

We've been there several times and people not friendly and most of the time something is missing. Ordered through door dash today which is not cheap, and again missing items from my order. Not sure if they don't have enough associates so they have time to do their quality checks, however lesson learned will order from someone else. Doordash delivered order quickly and driver very friendly. Not their fault someone didn't check if all items in order are correct

Won't be going here anymore! Last two times I been the food had been terrible, I get it's a fast food restaurant but the least they can do is give you cooked food & the right burgers my first bad experience was under cooked bacon on my biscuit & then yesterday a double cheeseburger with no ketchup cold patties & only one slice of cheese come on now only pleasant thing was the drive thru workers both was friendly but whatever going on in the kitchen is a shame never coming back to this location

This is by far the worst location this is supposed to be a steak and cheese bagel....it was hard as a rock and completely inedible. Unfortunately if they remember to give you everything you ordered something is still gonna be wrong or over cooked or undercooked every single time
