Love this place! I came across these place 2 year ago when I lived in Craig Ranch. This week, I had an event near by and I came back to order my usual, the Guacamole Burger! It was still as good as 2 years ago. Get the truffle fries too, you won't be disappointed!
I really enjoy visiting the burger bar. I go for lunch during the week. Chill atmosphere, but the service is OUTSTANDING. Food is also always delicious. 10/10 would recommend.
Attended a private party on the patio tonight. My burger and sweet potato fries were great, especially the fries! After I was done eating, I saw a server walk by with a plate of the Buffalo cauliflower. I asked what it was, he explained, and I went back to order some to share with my friend. Seriously, that is THE BEST cauliflower I have ever eaten! I live about 40 minutes away, but I would drive all the way back just to have that cauliflower again. Also, the staff were all super nice and friendly. We had a great time and we will be back for sure!
One of the best curbside experiences we've had in the last few months - easy online order and pay, called when we got there and they brought out the food - server was gloved and masked. Our food was made exactly as ordered. We ordered the fries extra crispy, and they were still great when we got them home. The burgers were delicious - love their "fancy sauce", and the avocado salsa for dipping fries. We'll definitely be back!
We love this place from food, to service to beverage, to atmosphere! The burgers are spot on but we also love how they continue tweaking and playing with their menu, continuing to try and improve what is already pretty damn good! Their beer, wine, and drink selection gives some good variety and fun and then you add some house specialties like the ranch queso or beer cheese dip and this place becomes down right our family favorite! Bonus: they have a great outdoor patio, classic arcade games that play for free, and super laid back but spot-on service! Double Bonus: the new chicken fried chicken sandwich is out of your mind good! An absolutely perfect crunchy fry and amazing compliment with mop sauce and house pickles. Even though the burgers rule here, order a burger as your dessert! I would have added pictures but every crumb of our food is long gone!
Ordered from here for the first time this evening and wow oh wow, this place is FANTASTIC. We ordered delivery, so right off the bat I assumed it wouldn't be as great of an experience but nope. The blackened thick cut fries are just tantalizing. I don't know what seasoning is on there but it will rock your world. Their sauces are all made in house and I think I officially fell in love with their basil mayo tonight. It was SO fresh and had so much flavor. I already can't wait to order from here again. Highly, highly recommend.
We came to have dinner as a family of 8 not too long ago and our burgers and fries were definitely some of the best we’ve had. The burgers themselves were on par, or better than the big name burger establishments- all (including the kids) were perfectly cooked, with fantastic flavor. The 5 stars here is partly due to truly good food, but partly due to fantastic service. The Grind have both Sriracha and regular ketchup available, and the Sriracha happened to be on our table. My husband didn’t realize, and put it on our daughters burger, immediately making it far too hot for her to eat. We asked one of the staff if we could maybe have a new top bun, intending to scrape off as much as possible from the meat and drown the rest in regular ketchup. He told us no problem and disappeared. A few short minutes later he was bringing out an ENTIRE meal- fresh burger and fries- despite the fact it was our fault the other burger was ruined. It was so kindly, quietly and quickly done. Later when we stopped the manager to share our thanks and compliments, he told us that it was exactly how he felt things should always be handled, but he was genuinely glad we were sharing how pleasantly surprised we were. It attests to the fact the owner/managers empower all the employees to make decisions without having to ask, allowing each of them to take ownership in building what is going to be a great neighborhood business, which happens to also serve solidly great food. 😊
Our sweet waitress was wonderful! We had a large gathering and she was on top of it all!
Great atmosphere! We sat outside with our dogs. We had the Buffalo Chick sandwich, the John Wayne burger and an order of loaded fries they were all very good! Service was great also. Great place to eat, relax and enjoy a beverage!
Went in for a beer and burger, service and food were both great! Sat at the bar, Gage was awesome.
Great atmosphere, with a lot of outdoor fun space. I ordered the "John Wayne" Burger. It was a great quality burger on the sweet side. I will return...
Attended a Cowboys XP tailgate event there. Food was good. Parking wasn't an issue.
Truffle fries are a must. Texas Patty melt was delicious! Quick and responsive service. Will definitely be returning!
Came across this cute little spot. Ordered the Sunday Morning hangover and the world’s best burger. Both were made to order and they were flavorful and very tasty. Service was good as well, everyone seemed really nice. Sweet potato fries were my favorite. I’ll be back soon to try something new.
My dad and I went for lunch and we both enjoyed our meals. Customer service was excellent and I enjoyed that it's a family that owns this place. The establishment is clean and they have an outdoor area. The owner mentioned they have live music sometimes. We ordered the World's Best Burger (sauce is delicous), fried mozzarella sticks (crunchy on the outside and the cheese is so smooth), fried pickles (not too salty) and the Grind Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The food is fresh and delicous but prepare yourself to spend some money here. Most main items are about $15 or higher.
Excellent burger! We enjoyed a mid afternoon meal over the weekend. Our meal was the patty melt, a regular hamburger, guacamole burger, mozzarella sticks and Buffalo cauliflower. I was very impressed with the flavor of the patty melt. The burger was juicy and the cheese amazing! The guacamole burger was stacked crazy high with an onion ring in the middle with bacon, and guacamole on the bottom and the top! Excellent food. The service was ok, not amazing but the food here is what you are enjoying!
My new favorite Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Wow. We ordered that and chicken tenders on DD. The food arrived fresh and hot. The Buffalo sandwich has creamy blue cheese, pickles, a toasted buttery bun, and the perfect amount of Buffalo sauce. I will return because the burgers look great as well.
One of the best burger place in DFW. The grind burger was really good, especially the black garlic twist to it. The truffle fries were also good. Service is topnotch and the video game arcade is an added touch of class. Will return again.
Best burger and fries around. Neighborhood feel, friendly service. TV’s everywhere and the patio looks great for hanging out on a hot summer day. Can’t wait to come back

The best burgers in town, hands down! 🍔🔥 The flavors are incredible, the ingredients are always fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. The service is just as amazing—friendly, fast, and they make you feel right at home. Whether you’re craving a classic burger or something unique, this place never disappoints. Definitely a must-try!

The atmosphere is very family-friendly. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is extensive and varied. The burgers are good but not great. The onion rings are thick but the breading has little flavor. It seems to be a popular spot for young teenagers. We will be back but will not reorder what we had tonight (John Wayne burger and BLT+AE panini).
The wait staff was amazing!!!!! Wings were over seasoned but still good. Nice outside area to fellowship.
Had the Blue Boy Burger tonight at the grind. It was excellent! Just a little pink on the inside, succulent and nicely seasoned. The blue cheese had an excellent flavor and the bend was lightly toasted and absolutely delicious. We ordered a round of onion rings and they came out dark and pretty crispy. They were overcooked. We hadn't eaten them yet and when the waitress saw them, she quickly saw that they were quite as lightly cooked as they should have been and immediately got us a second order. That was awesome! One slight downside for us is that it is very noisy on the inside. They have two or three TVs going and they are up pretty loudly. However the burgers are so good, when we go back, we will just sit outside! I can't wait to go back and try a different Burger.
I ordered take out and the burgers were very good. The fries not so much, tough. In general I had a good experience and would definitely go back.
The burger was good and the fries were too but they were overcooked. The place was empty and that was a shock with such good reviews.

Burger was delicious. It could have been cooked a bit more thoroughly though. I ordered buffalo chicken wings and the wings were quite overcooked and barely edible. There was barely any buffalo sauce on them. The ranch sauce it came with was delicious though. Also, the food was just in a plain brown take home box without any wrapping around the food. Seemed lazy and hurt the presentation. I might give this place another shot sometime. I'd raise the rating to 5 stars, if all the food was hot and fresh next time.
My wife wanted to try this place so she ordered for delivery. My wife got the turkey burger, and I had the grind burger. The food was delivered quickly. The food was hot and appealing to the eye. My burger was a nice size, but the buns were greasy. The fries tasted alright but the burger subpar for the price my wife paid. However, My wife enjoyed her meal. I guess I have to order something different then update my review. #Staytuned
This place was way overpriced for the quality. I had the BYOB which was $15 I assumed it came with fries like every other burger but was charged 2.50 for tator tots, I requested jalapeños which menu stated was a 50 cent add on. She asked fresh or sautateed and said fresh, which was a 1.50. One jack and diet coke was 8.99. My total bill was 32 dollars for a freaking lunch. The tots were way over salted and I only had a couple. The burger was good but nothing stood out to me. Whataburger or In and Out have tastier and better priced options. We went around 1:30 on a Saturday and we were the only customers. (Aside from a couple guys at the bar that appeared to be the owner/manager and cook).
Nice place to catch a game. Order at the counter or table, self serve drinks. Decent bar choices. Lots of options on the menu, but on the pricey side. Food was ok. Service was nice.

First the good. The guy made a great margarita. The bad? My $10 pretzel bites were inedible. They had been burnt so badly that there was bubbling on the outside. We are talking about something that is clearly a frozen appetizer and all they had to do was heat it up. My son got a cheeseburger and didn't like it. I looked at it closer and the meat was basically raw inside. For what it's worth, he has never disliked a cheeseburger before and he orders them all the time. There were tiny arcade machines outside, however only one of the 4 worked. The others essentially didn't respond to any controls and they looked pretty beat up. The patio TV looked like someone had nailed it with a ball and knocked out some of the backlighting. My take away here was that the local kids are destructive, but who knows, it could have been adults too. So, overall, a decent place to grab a drink. But all of the food we ordered was sub par. My friend brought his kids as well and made similar comments about all the food they ordered.
The food did not match the menu descriptions and was of very poor quality. Fries overcooked in too much oil. Beer cheese with the pretzels was just queso with no beer. They left off the mustard sauce for the pretzels. The burger was ordered med-rare but was well done. Total cost for three was about $60 and we didn't enjoy it. Would have preferred drive thru at half the cost.
Good burger, not great for kids unfortunately. We have come twice and not had the best service that I would expect from this area. The Grind burger has been great both times and the sweet potatoe tots are good, the "blackened fries" had seasoning on them and just too much salt for me but not bad. Sadly this time all the outside play equipment was all locked up and the 4-5 kids had nothing to play with other than kick the gravel around and the turf. For about 50 bucks for two adults and one child it was disappointing. I'm sure a date place or for night life it's great but that's not what we came for these times at lunch.
Let me preface this with I love burgers! Even an okay burger is a win in my book. This place was not a win. My family and I came in for lunch this afternoon and the waitress was super friendly and helpful and the only reason I didn’t give it one star. My wife and I both ordered the Sunday Morning Hangover which sounded amazing and we were both very hungry. After the initial bite I thought okay, maybe it’ll get better the further I get into this burger, because I’ll have more of all the sauce and fixings. I was wrong. The further I got into the burger the more it tasted like they had just dumped pepper into the hamburger meat and cooked it up. The fries tasted old, and my kids pizzas felt like they just came out of a microwave. I’m sure it’s a fun environment if you’re there to watch a game or have a few beers with friends, but I can’t recommend the food.
I tried this place out today (Sunday, May 21, 2023) because I wanted a turkey burger. I usually go to Mooyah, but decided to try this place. Pros: Customer service Cons: Very loud inside and overpriced/low quality, underwhelming food I should have just gone to Mooyah. Better turkey burger and waaay better fries! I also got an Oreo shake to-go. I haven’t tried it yet because it’s too thick so I have to let it melt down.
Wouldn't come here again. The menu looks great, but the burgers are small and just ok for the price. Meat was well done when I asked for medium and the bacon was fatty and undercooked. I asked for a lettuce bun and was basically given a small head of lettuce... Which was weird, but I guess ok? My husband ordered a chicken salad and it was drowning in dressing and just ok. There's not a lot of competition in the area, so this place can get away with mediocre. Service is ok. Good outdoor patio and family friendly.
The devilish eggs were good, but unfortunately that's all I have nice to say. The place was loud, the burger patties were greasy (ordered the Short Stack; there was a pool of grease left on my plate - what I didn't wipe on my napkin), the blackened fries were over-seasoned, and the pomegranate margarita tasted a little like watered-down cough syrup. $47 for my wife and I could've been spent better anywhere else.
2 stars for how bad and expensive the food was. My sister asked for a well done burger. Pictured is the burger she got even though they told her it was going to be well done. They also charged us a dollar each on our burgers for pickled jalapeños and guess what?? They were raw on our burgers. They brought the food out kinda fast for the number of people but it was kinda cold. I paid 18 dollars for a burger and SMALL fries. I say stick to bar food and drinks and enjoy the atmosphere and skip the menu food.

I want to like this place. The pretzel bites with the beer cheese is delicious when you get it. I've ordered from them through door dash several times and not once has the order ever been correct. Today I order the breakfast burger but it did not have the egg or bacon, so no breakfast. My wife ordered the Buffalo chicken and they sent it with no Buffalo sauce. Lastly, we ordered the pretzel bites with an extra side of that delicious cheese but they decided that we were to get none of the cheese just some dry pretzel pieces with a little bit of salt. I've called to complain but they say the manager is not available, take my number down and never call back. If you want to go there maybe you'll get a different experience but if you want to order delivery just be prepared to be disappointed on what could have been. I've never written a review in the past but they are so bad that I felt it needed to be said.
Upon visiting this restaurant. Ill describe the people, the atmosphere, and the food. Lets start with the food. Burger was mediocre at best and the food was expensive. The menu have high quality ingredient name with no high quality ingredient from what i saw. Example would be truffle fries... where are the truffles bits? Just salt, bit of cheese and pepper! No truffles in sight. Our server was nice, but there is the one guy who deliver us our food seem to hate me in particular. (We were in a group lunch from work. He was slamming down the plate in front of me, not trying to hand me anything but particularly just putting it down on the table and sliding it my way.) I saw a confrontation between workers and not sure what it is but it is not good in front of the customer. The management/owner seem to be drinking from his own bar! This place seem to be ill-manage and ran insufficiently. YIKES! Atmosphere is like any other burger/restaurant place. In summary with disappointment: The managements are run by tennager/young adults. Owner seem to drink the day away. Food with high ingredient names with no high ingredients on or inside the food. Glad I went here for work group lunch rather than paying this out of my own pocket. 1 star for the lovely lady who served us. I do not recommend nor will return here.
Clearly disorganized. Just drove there and the open sign is lit up and Google says it’s open. No ones there. Now I won’t ever be trying this place.
Horrible service. Kids outside throwing a football around. Parents nowhere to be found. Knocked down the outdoor lights. I was hit in the head. No one ever came back to take our food order. So we left. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
So after reading some other reviews, I decided to make lunch plans with my wife. I think this place has an identity crisis. They want to charge high prices for food but offer service one level up from fast food. When we arrived we were standing at the door blocking the door from people trying to enter. I believe they should have people seating or seat yourself. The place was pretty much empty and tables were not clean. Had to wait for ice. This location is in an affluent area but even then I still think they are robbing this community. $65.00 for 2 hamburgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks. Maybe why they were not busy. Do not know. I just think it is crazy how 2 people can go here and have such a vast difference in experience.
Undercooked food. Across the board. I ordered the Southwest Eggrolls for a starter and the Sunday Morning Hangover burger as my main. The total came to about $31 with the 20% tip (counter order prompted). I always love Southwest Eggrolls, even though they're just things that restaurants order frozen and then reheat. These tasted great, but they weren't cooked all the way. There were some bits that were still cold in the middle. I don't know if the cooks were just impatient, or what. The burger was something I was excited about because I'm a big fan of fried eggs on burgers. They asked me how I wanted my burger cooked, so I said medium-well. When the burger came out, the first thing I noticed was the undercooked egg. The whites hadn't even fully set yet. Then, when I bit into the burger, it wasn't even cooked to medium. It was basically pink or red the entire way through. It's like they just slapped it on the grill for 20 seconds on each side and called it good. The restaurant was not busy. I was literally the only person in there. The staff seemed almost... reluctant. I tried coming here 4 years prior and wasn't impressed at all, but I figured I'd give them another shot since they changed their menu. I don't think I'll be giving them another shot in the future.
For obvious reason👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 One of the lady on register was sooooo excited for walk in customer tips as it was Saturday, that she was totally in different world & forget any one line order was already done. But full marks to her confidence of lying , on my arrival she said Oooo the order can take more then 5 minutes or 10 minutes or a decade she never know , so I decided to wait for the order, after waiting for almost 10 minutes, untill another staff member pulled her ears, that order was already there. Shameless lady instead of asking for apologies, she said I DESERVE IT. May be due to my individuality from other nation. Kindly can Grind burger authorities explain, how do I deserve to get my order late, if your day dreamy staff is unaware of whats going around them. Shame on that lady
TL;DR: Don’t eat here. This place is overpriced and the food is bland. I wish I’d read recent reviews before we came because the other reviewers were correct- I would’ve enjoyed In N Out or McDonald’s better than anything we had at this place. The detailed version: My boyfriend and I came in at noon on a Sunday, not a soul in the place. We ordered chips and queso, two burgers, an order of onion rings, and two drinks. Total was $49, so that’s kind of expensive for two people, and if you compare that to their menu posted on Yelp from two years ago, their prices have doubled. My burger alone (no sides included) was $13.50. The girl working the counter brings the chips and queso out. The queso on their online menu is advertised as having white queso, guac, tomatoes, sour cream, pulled pork, etc, we got plain white queso. Okay, no worries, except it’s lukewarm and already getting too thick to eat. Almost immediately after, she brings out the onion strings we ordered…but it took another ten minutes to get our burgers. The onion strings were the saddest I’d thing ever seen. Hardly any breading at all. Once the burgers finally arrive, my boyfriend’s was overcooked and missing ingredients we had paid extra for. I had the “Sunday Morning Hangover” with added avocado, which tasted like literally nothing. My boyfriend’s burger had black garlic aioli and tbh it looked like a Chum Bucket burger. This was a total waste of money and hunger. Look elsewhere.

Not sure how this place stays open..I guess there is a reason there are 40 people next door drinking at a arcade bar and 15 in Grind. Past 3 experiences are terrible service or should I say no service..Took 15 min to get first beer and waiter/ bartender never came back to take my order...So basically over 45 minutes I had one beer and was never able to order food..
