We came in with a large group (just over 30). Miriam served us, and did an exceptional job. The majority of our party was children, so it could have been very hectic, but everything went well! Miriam was all smiles the whole time. Most would be overwhelmed... she handled it with complete ease.

Good place, Sundays are kinda full in the range from 10-12, and besides that, the wait time (like 20 mins) it was quick, wait for the food like 10 mins I think, but all good, food good, pankakes good, coffe and eggs. The lady was nice too.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a great time at IHOP today! 🍽️ Unlike many places these days, they actually had salt and pepper on the table, which was a pleasant surprise! 🧂👏 My wife and I both ordered the Breakfast Sampler 🍳🥓, which came with 2 eggs, 2 bacon strips, 2 pork sausage links, 2 pieces of ham, hash browns, and two buttermilk pancakes. I switched my bacon for two extra sausages and upgraded my pancakes to the Cinn-A-Stack 🥞😋, while my wife went for the Double Blueberry pancakes 🫐🥞. This visit really revitalized our hope in IHOP as it was our first time back in 4-5 years! 🎉😊 Everything tasted great, the portions were generous, and we left full and happy. 🍽️👍 We'll definitely be back sooner this time! 😄

Server was great but so much food was messed up. My mother ordered chicken quesedillas and didn't get them until everyone was done eating except my sister who waited almost as long. We were a table of 14 at 10pm so our expectations were not super high, but they didn't even take the quesedillas off of the ticket... or my sister's omlette. Very disappointed with the kitchen.

Never coming back again!! First and last time. When we walked in at 8:15 it was only one family here and it still took him over 5 mins just to seat us. I had to ask for menus. Its only two families here and its, 9:21 still no food, no offer for refill or drinks. I cant believe it literally takes this long, and no one is here, thats insane!!! Definitely dont recommend and wont return. If only one server, should be efficient.

i wish i could rate this place 0 stars. i find it absolutely appalling how this lady that goes by miriam gets so many good reviews, when she is very unprofessional, rude, and overall very disrespectful. usually most of the ladies there are welcoming but this lady was just plain rude. won’t be coming back thanks a lot to miriam.

This review is specifically for lack of staff training at this location. I hope this review will save other customers some frustration and also help management improve their service. I placed a to-go order “over the phone” and the staff didn’t seem to have any idea how the old style phone orders work anymore. They have order pickup shelves where pickup orders are left for customers to pick them up. But that would only work for pre-paid orders (like DoorDash or grubhub). It would not work for orders placed over the phone which are unpaid yet. I arrive at the restaurant and ask for picking up my order and the front desk person blindly points me to the order pickup shelves and tells me it’ll be there when it’s ready. I mentioned to them that I haven’t paid for my order yet and they didn’t seem to have a clue how to process that. They said let me call a specialist to talk to you. If we need a specialist to check the status of an order then something is seriously wrong. After waiting for several more minutes ( 50 minutes since I placed the order) I called their phone line and asked where is my order. They said oh it’s ready let me bring it out. It’s been sitting in the kitchen all the time I was waiting outside. Fellow customers if you place a phone order just call the number once you reach there and tell them you’re here to pick up. It’ll save you a lot of time. Dear management, please train your staff on basics. DoorDash and Uber Eats have only been around for a decade . There are many customers who still place orders over phone. Finally their menu says 6 triangles for original French toast and all I got in my order was a single slice of thick bread. I’ll just assume that was a one time error but front desk definitely needs training

My recent visit to IHOP was nothing short of underwhelming. The food was of poor quality, lacked any real flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp far too long. "Warm" would be generous — most of it was barely lukewarm, and certainly not fresh. The restaurant itself was in terrible condition, particularly the restrooms. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Mold in the urinals, filthy sinks, and an overall sense of neglect made the experience even worse. To top it off, the HVAC system looked like a fire hazard waiting to happen — exposed components and a concerning amount of dust buildup. It’s honestly shocking this place is still open in that condition. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Good luck if you decide to give it a try. The server was good and attentive at least.
