Never disappointed by Starbucks. They were very busy but the person who helped me was very nice and patient with my big order.
Great location! Super convenient right off Josey and 121 with easy access. Customer service was excellent and the drive thru was very fast.
I loved it I orders a 2/3 caff triple ristretto affogato venti, 2 pump mango 1 pump classic, 2%, mango to the second line, 3 scoops protein, 3 scoops berries, 2 scoop matcha, add banana, double blended, with whip, caramel drizzle, salted caramel topping, vanilla bean frappuccino. And they actually got it right I was shocked
This is surely one of the best locations in town. The staffs are nice and they always do a great job. Love their Caramel Frapp taste !!! Highly recommend for a quick on-the-go drink.
This place can get super crowded in the mornings, but they handle it very well and very quickly. This is a small drive thru only location, and thus they do not always have the stock that other stores have. They are friendly and accommodating nonetheless and the coffee is always fresh and delicious.
This Starbucks is amazing!!! The baristas are so sweet and the service is super fast! There is always a long line but I’ve never been in line for more than a total of 10 minutes! I always go to this Starbucks before work and I will continue to do so!!! <3
Great place. The drive thru is efficient, friendly and courteous. I have always had a great experience here. The breakfast sandwiches (spicy chorizo) is my favorite and they also have the Nitro Cold Brews which I love. There is only outdoor seating here and no restrooms. It’s a walk up or drive through place. Works for me as I always have used the drive through.
Very friendly, fast, and fairly consistent. Thus location is walk up or drive thru only. The line unfortunately blocks traffic between other businesses and even prevents vehicles from turning in off of Main St.

I want to commend this Company for the dedication of the employees and the quality of service provided the employee was worried that I would get my coffee as per my order, I don't know what happened but she appreciates paying for the coffee but not me so she said o It's important that you have your coffee in hand. I didn't have my phone to check at the bank, so at the end of the afternoon I checked there was no payment. I went back and paid for the coffee. I don't usually go to coffee shops, now I'm a customer of this company because it has people who really care about customers.
Taylor was so sweet and helpful. She took the time to provide drink suggestions in The drive through and even helped me doctor my green matcha latte when I wasn’t completely sold! She really likes her job and it shows in how pleasant she is!! Give her a raise!
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I always experience great service at any Starbucks I have visited..but today was exceptional. My friend is not a coffee drinker, but the barista worked with her and let her try different flavors until she found one she liked. Of course we know Starbucks has just gained another customer, but today, you have also given us a fantastic start to our workday.
We go almost daily and I don't particularly like Starbucks over anywhere else, I've always usually just made my own coffee. However, the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso is my favorite coffee drink I've ever had!
I have never left a Starbucks review before but I had truly great service here today! The morning staff helped me so much and were so kind and patient, even with it being the morning rush, and the afternoon staff were so friendly and accommodating as well! Keep doing what you are doing!
One of the best experiences Ive had at a Starbucks. The staff is so funny and kind. Taz was especially accommodating after I messed up my order.
I had a delicious breakfast sandwich with Gouda and bacon earlier in the morning and it was hit for fifteen minutes. Not really sure how or why but it was a nice surprise to have the cheese still melts on the bread even halfway through. I ordered my cold brew and it was stop on just right but it was the breakfast sandwich that I was so impressed with.
Five stars for Arthur!!! He makes a FIRE cappuccino!!!🔥🔥👌☕️ The rest of the staff struggles with the concept of ratios and will consistently give you an entire cup of milk 🥛 No matter how many times you emphasize "Extra extra extra extra extra extra extra dry pleeeeeaaaase!!!" 🙄🙄🙄 <<< (my eyes rolling through the back of my skull and through my brain every single time) Service is great across the board. But if i'm speaking honestly I would rather be treated like hot wet dumpster trash and talked down to like an insolent child if the product quality is top-tier premium level. But Arthur gets it and I appreciate that. That concludes my TED talk thank you vermuch.
In town visiting family. This Starbucks with amazing drinks and friendly service. The quality is exactly what you expect - consistent and delicious . The only downside is the parking lot; it’s very tight and can be tricky to navigate. This spot is best for drive-through or carry-out, as there’s limited indoor seating. Perfect if you’re on the go or don’t mind enjoying your coffee outside.
I stopped at this Starbucks wanting to sit and enjoy my coffee. Ironically, you can only sit outside or do the drive through. It worked out because it was a beautiful day. To my delight, the girls working are super friendly. Whitney was very kind, engaging, and showed great customer service which I think is rare now days. I recommend this location.
I drive the DFW metroplex all day visiting clients therefore I visit many Starbucks locations. By far, this is my favorite location. Their baristas are consistent and they always have a few seconds to visit in the drive through. I can tell a difference with the cortado rollout. Here, the cortados never taste burnt and at other locations baristas burn the espresso. Quality product, friendly staff, and the atmosphere is quaint due to its unfortunate small building.
Our local Starbucks that we stop by almost everyday and seeing so many staff changes due to epidemic but waiting times and customer service is still good. We like our Starbucks!
I like this Starbucks. No inside seating but there are a few outside chairs if you don't mind the sound of traffic. Staff is friendly and my drink orders are always quick and correct.
Would put 5 stars but customer service is not always great. We often get cut off after our first drink, they act like we only wanted one don't even ask if we need else.
This Starbucks is HEAD & SHOULDERS above the one at the Target across the street. The folks who work there are ALWAYS friendly and polite vs. the "other place". They always have a smile and a kind word even on the busiest of days. I didn't rate the "food" as I don't eat there and the value as we most know is expensive for coffee but it is a Starbucks and it does allow one to get their Holiday Coffee Lattes fix.
It’s drive thru and walk up only. They’re relatively fast when you order ahead on the app. Very conveniently located at a main intersection. Overall, good Starbucks.
I went through the drive-through today, and I ordered 3 drinks. The breast saw me take a sip of my iced a shaken espresso and ask me, "How does it taste?" I like that because it shows me that He cares, and he's willing to change it out or fix it if something was wrong with it. So for that, I give them 5 stars, and I was inclined to tip a little more as well. Thanks, guys!
This is a super busy super small drive-through, walk-up only, unusual for Starbucks. It's humble but it's ours. Everyone there works hard and stays cool and friendly, no matter how much the crazy. I don't mind that the furniture is out on the porch, or that there's nothing that's not porch or that we can't buy a bag of whole bean coffee and have it ground to order here. I just step up to the window, order a double shot espresso and imagine I'm at a corner coffee kiosk in Mukulteo Washington that looks like a barn decked out in Christmas lights in June, and all the baristas know my name.
Looking for that coffee, tea, refresher or Frappuccino FAST! Here is your Starbucks! Easy to find from the street across from Chic Fila. Great service with fast delivery through drive thru. They do have limited seating outside only to enjoy nature while sipping on your hot / cold beverage. Great for business meeting, first dates or going solo. ENJOY!
Food is too small for the price. A $5 ham and cheese was smaller than the palm of my hand. I thought they had forgotten to put it in the bag it was so small and light weight. It is a walk up or drive thru only.
This Starbucks has a nice outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying your coffee when the weather’s nice. However, it’s a bit disappointing that there’s no indoor seating, especially on cold or rainy days. The service and quality of drinks are consistent with other Starbucks locations, but the lack of indoor space limits its comfort. It’s a good spot if you’re just grabbing coffee to go or enjoying the outdoors, but not ideal if you’re looking for a cozy, indoor café experience.
“Slowbucks” would be a proper name for this location. Mobile orders are usually ready on time but it’ll take them forever just to open the widow while your drink gets cold. Drive through is also super slow and cramped. Edit 7/20/18 Currently sitting in line for the drive through. Cars wrapped around the building. The walk up line for mobile orders is just as long. Edit 11/16/18 I complain but still come to this location because it's on my way to work. Over the past few weeks my service at this location has improved a lot. Hope the uptrend continues.
Nice people, 10 min wait for a drip coffee is a little long. Lots of cars in a little area. I will say the employees are very friendly.
I picked this location because it was on the way between my hotel and where I was working - unfortunately their location causes some problems. They only have drive thru and walk up orders, and getting in and out of there is a nightmare when there's high traffic. Sometimes the drive thru line gets long enough that it's literally impossible to get into their parking lot, unless you plan ahead and park somewhere else.
This location is set up to just be crowded in the drive 🚗 through not a good way in or out. The only other choice is to park and go to the walk-up window 🪟 which was like playing a game of frogger to get to from the parking area.
They didn't get my coffee exactly right, so there was that. I asked for a certain amount of splendas and creamer, and they forget the splendas which I didn't find out until I had already driven off.

Took a long time to get beverages, but this Starbucks is always very busy. They didn’t have any peppermint due to a regional shortage, which I know isn’t their fault, but it’s holiday time and disappointing that they didn’t have peppermint.
DriveThru smelled like dog urine. The out door bathrooms where open so I dunno if a dog or a homeless person was in the restroom but smelled really bad as you ordered at the drive through microphone area...... the server's where extremely busy I don't feel they fill up the cup full enough when they are so busy they don't realize they are handing a cup of 5 dollar coffe to you not 100 percent full to the top . But yeah its a 3 to a 4 star.. I mean its a star bucks McDonald's coffe is much better to me personally but I got that because of location on the side of road and easier to get to away from the no left turn on josey .
Go with what you know when ordering! Not all locations execute the same. Play it safe. Confetti cookie was $2+ dollars and not that great. Grande Passion Tea was a very safe choice. They have a Green Tea Frapp you might like it, it's my G-daughters favorite. They have a lemon bomb or medicine bomb lemonade ...yummy!
It's like any other Starbucks but design mainly for drive-thru, though it's hard to tell if it impacts service at all (orders being correct and speediness). There's nothing that's makes this one better or worse than a normal Starbucks and there's minimal interfacing with the baristas to put customer service at a plus. Still, if you need above average coffee and don't want to go indoors, this is at good as it gets for Colony residents.
It seems like the Mocha has been watered down for lack of a better word. Not in caffeine but in flavor. Weak...
Employees are great but everytime the old lady is at the drive thru window, the lines moves slow AF. Please give her a different job. We don't have 30+ minutes to wait for coffee each morning. That's ridiculous.
The location of this Starbucks is a nightmare - cramped drive-through and awkward walk-up (not walk-in, to be clear) set up. If you are the only car in the drive through, the service is quick. If not, it takes forever. Beyond that, the coffee is what you would expect, although the service can be hit or miss. The general staff is friendly, but there is at least one person who, oddly, always seems a little miffed if you don't customize the heck out of your drink.
It's really a drive thru with a walk up counter for orders. I had to wait longer than you would expect all while breathing car exhaust. Love Starbucks but this location isn't worth waiting for...
This is a small, grab-and-go Starbucks with no dine-in seating. The staff were friendly and got the orders right, but service was a bit slow—understandable given how busy it was. Parking is definitely a challenge, with very limited spots available. Overall, a decent stop if you're nearby and don’t mind waiting a little.
Note that this location is only drive thru & walk-up window. The baristas were nice but they were out of the beverage I wanted to get which in that case they are supposed to suggest other similar beverages but they didn't bother to suggest anything but just told me the were out - room for improvement for sure.
I ordered a raspberry frappucino and they took the right order. The drink they gave me was just milk and foam, the raspberry flavor was completely missing. They seem stingy with their syrups.
Ok, let me explain. Every Starbucks has great atmosphere, service, and food. But drinks are an issue for me. I'm diabetic. They have literally taken away every sugar-free option besides vanilla. Do you know how boring an iced coffee is with just vanilla. I'm over it. Don't get me wrong, someone like me is not that large of a population going into Starbucks, but i can not take it anymore. Moving on to a better coffee place that has more options.
I want to love this location because it’s so close to home but unfortunately the service is just going down hill. I walked up to the window just now instead of going thru the drive thru (I have a huge truck and it doesnt fit well). My son and I stood outside the window and no one ever came to the window, never acknowledged us. 3 people working and all only attended to those in the drive thru. We left ✌🏻 Please hire more people and acknowledge those that come to your location to patron. Without us, you’re not in business.
I would say that I had a great experience from Starbucks today. But that is not the case. I went to order a refresher the strawberry one. Normally I’m asked if I want water tea or lemonade. I was not asked so when I got to the window I asked what they where using she said water. I asked for lemonade. I told the person taking my order not to add the strawberries to my drink please when I ordered but my drink had strawberries. She said I’ll remake it but just took out the strawberries… the service here is starting to get worse every time I go.
20 minutes for a basic latte in the drive through. There were only 2 cars in front of me and my sandwich was cold.
Until recently I have had pleasant experiences here. Now there is a girl who works drive thru, I’m not sure of her name (she has purple hair), but she was extremely rude the entire time and smeared a large amount of cold foam across the top of my lid before handing it to me. Until she no longer works at this location I’ll be going elsewhere.
Please learn what a latte is. Unless someone specifically asks for an iced latte, they're normally HOT. Barista looked at me funny when I asked why my latte was iced even when I asked for foam. Only an issue for the fact that this location has such a long wait time.
Not what you have come to expect from a Starbucks. When you order ahead the pick up window is not always open, that defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Why would you want to sit in the drive thru when the line is wrapped around the building? Sometimes, they don’t even acknowledge you at the pick up window. So your coffee is either cold or watered down!!!!
Drive through literally takes forever. I was sitting in the same spot for 7 minutes which is not acceptable for a drive through Starbucks.
Slow and unorganized. Missed instructions. This location needs a manager to oversee and help the kids.
Last Friday I took my 5-year-old daughter for what was supposed to be her first coffee outing—a special treat we were both excited about. Instead, we faced a long wait with only one tired, rushed barista, no sandwiches available, and wrong drink orders. Even after remaking them, the mocha tasted off and my chai had almost no flavor. What should have been a happy memory for my daughter ended in real disappointment. Please address the staffing and quality issues so other families don’t leave as frustrated as we did.
Update: Check your drinks before leaving. I took a break from this location. I ordered a mocha, 10/15/24, got to work only to see the cup only 3/ 4 full (and no stoppers again). I always stop here in the mornings when I go into the office. Two weeks ago, I ordered blonde roast and they said their machine was down so I ordered a holiday drink (way too sweet). This week I ordered blonde roast only to find out at the pick up window that the machine didn't brew it! They asked me to drive around or offered pike place. I took the l pikes place and asked for a stopper-they had none.
I called before visiting to ask if they had hot cider and was told yes. When I got there and tried to order they said they don't have it this year. Very disappointed I drove all the way only to be disappointed.
Drinks and orders are nearly always wrong. Really bad Starbucks, probably the worst I’ve ever been to. Needs some new managers that know what they’re doing.
Customer service from the actual manager was very disappointing. What happened to lead by example. There are plenty of other options around, I personally will avoid this location. Coffee was Ok.

We love the place and come here regularly. However, it is 3rd time that caramel makiato got messed up. It was busy, but it is disappointing after waiting 30min.
I ordered two iced chai’s with no ice which is what I always get and it was literally just milk. There was no chai in it whatsoever and so I went back and explained that and instead of offering to make me a new drink or refund me they told me “it’s just milk anyway” and basically told me to leave,
This location sucks. Never get served HOT coffee or HOT chocolate. What the heck Starbucks? I’d rather drive to the one further away from me for better customer service. Will be calling corporate on this location.
I ordered my drink non- fat they actually told you mean skinny? Umm no, I've been ordering this for years, it's just nonfat, she said it's the same thing. I get my drink and its skinny , which by the way has sugar free syrup in it and nonfat milk. Disgusting and not what I ordered. Too expensive of a coffee to not give me what I ordered.
A few times now I've ordered Sweet Cream Vanilla Cold Brew. It's supposed to be cold brew with a splash of sweet cream, but lately it's been tasting like sweet cream with a splash of cold brew. I'm actually disappointed because this location is super convenient to me.
Went in today and ordered and cold brew and left in a hurry to then notice my drink was filled exactly to the middle line on the cup! Now I know why the girl in the window was looking so strange and didn’t speak like usual.
I love Starbucks but this location is the worst one I have ever been to. The customer service is not that great. Everytime I order something, I either receive an attitude from the workers ; or my order is not right. The service was so bad once, my little sister walked away without even buying anything. I am not sure if they are short staffed and too busy to handle the work load. I drive miles away to make sure I go to any Starbucks BUT this one.
Ordered Grande chai tea latte, tasted like hot milk. I don't like too sweet so didn't mind the less sweet taste, but there's very minimal taste of chai in this. Disappointed. In a hurry, can't go back, waste of money and time.
If i could give a earing lower than a 1, I would. My boyfriend got me a coffee from this Starbucks today, trying to be thoughtful and it turned out to be a disaster. He brought the coffee home and it was leaking out of everywhere. I thought maybe the barista just forgot to wipe it down before she gave it to him. I wiped it off, but when I tried to drink it, it kept seeping our from under the lid. I tried to sip it down ,but it was too full. The top popped off and it went everywhere. All over me, my boyfriend, the bed. We got burned and half of my coffee was waste. Burned and wasted. Not an experience I've ever had from a Starbucks, since they usually pride themselves on providing a high level of customer service....apparently this shop is the exception. Don't go there unless you want to wear your coffee you paid a lot of money for because these ppl don't know you're not supposed to fill it past a certain point for safety reasons.
Ash was insanely rude! They messed up my order and I asked to speak to the manager and she completely disregarded my every concern. Basically told me to deal with it. Very childish. New management is needed!
Horrible service. Ordered two coffees in drive thru after waiting 15 mins line to only have one coffee ready… Starbucks use to be with the price for the quick hot coffee. Not anymore hard to find a good Starbucks these days. Peet’s here I come
Manager was rude. Ordered an Americano, it was cold and filled with milk. Took it back got a new one, same issue. Got my money back. Won't be going back to this location anymore
I used to be a barista myself, so I know bad coffee when I have it. It’s so watery and disgusting in this location. I’ve tried their iced coffee and their frappes. The frappes are watered down right when you get it. Almost like it’s been sitting on the counter melting for 20 mins. Their iced coffee was gross. It was watered down and tasted like sugar water. Starbucks isn’t the best, but this is probably some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had.
If I could rate zero stars I would. This place is a waste of time and money. As a Starbucks barista myself I know the expectations for the drinks and how they're supposed to be made. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and have ordered here multiple times but somehow it is always messed up, even the simplest drinks somehow are always gross. We got an iced chai with oatmilk today and it tasted completely watered down. My boyfriend comes here all the time and says the same thing. Again I know what to expect from these drinks because I make them every single day. It's just insane how it is every single time the drinks are messed up.
I have come to this Starbucks for the last couple years and it has progressively gotten worse. Call ahead 15 mins and usually still have to wait? Will quit coming to this location until they get it together.. had to pop my head in the window and ask someone to check on the 4 of us outside waiting in the cold for our mobile orders. Come to find out the 15 mins I was standing my drinks were sitting there ready AND when given to me, what I ordered as extra hot was warm.. boooo Starbys. Do better :(
If you don't want your coffee tasting like water I would suggest getting a lot of espresso added to it. Also customer service is horrible. I work customer service and would never speak to my customers the way this employee which happens to be a assistant manager has spoken to me. Will never be going to this location again. If y'all are looking for great customer service and great coffee I suggest going to the Starbucks on 121 and Plano pkw
I’m a regular here, typically come everyday and today my coffee was the most disgusting coffee I’ve gotten in awhile. I even asked for EXTRA pumps of the white mocha sauce and it was still watery and black tasting. Definitely going to be taking a break now. I had to throw my full coffee away.
WORST service ever. They do not deserve to be STARBUCKS. They took my mobile order and asked me to come to drive through for pick up. Whats the point?!?! VICTORIA was super rude on top of it. CARS honking in the drive thru. Road rage almost happened as I witnessed cuz every customer was so frustrated. I suggest going elsewhere.
I was met by the rudest lady tonight, she didn’t answer the speaker to let me know they were close I even came to the window to see was anything wrong and she didn’t have the patience to let me know either, she ignored me, she proceed to look at me out her side eye, and walk away completely and didn’t even say anything or even acknowledge me. I felt that was so rude! I didn’t know you guys close at 9pm other Starbucks I’m use to close at 10 or 10:30pm so I get that but she didn’t have to be rude and ignore a paying customer. This was my favorite Starbucks to come to, but now I’m considering going elsewhere. Being rude in a customer service job is a nasty thing for business! Period!
So.... The food sucks, the coffee sucks. I don't understand how anyone likes starbucks. I got a gift card to Starbucks. The worst gift I've ever gotten. Never in my life will I go there again. Straight garbage. Literally. Yall are washed to enjoy such a thing.
I had done a pick up order and there was three of them in there, and I was waiting after. I already said I had a pick up even though I saw my drink ready sitting there for ten minutes and she literally handed me the same one. It just made no sense to me. The girl who also took care of me ( She was white with a brown bun and kind of big) was giving me a stank look too
This isn't the first time I've ordered here, and I continue to experience the same issue. My mocha frappuccino is either overwhelmingly sweet or has little to no chocolate syrup.
I arrived at the store at 8:56 p.m., walked to the counter, and the male employee looked at me and then went back to their store. After 3 minutes, he saw me again and then pretended he didn't look at me and with an unhappy face he took my order and then gave me the drink a lot less flavors. I drink this every day, and i know how it's flavored. Completely bad experience.
I received the wrong drink after the window lady had no idea what my order was but got my food item correct forgot what drink I order even though I saw it rung up correctly on the screen waited in parking lot for them to bring me my order , instead of remaking the drink I received a altered version of what I ordered. This is what my money went towards
They totally messed my order up and they a new girl taking orders and she was confused and improperly trained to be at the window alone. And when I said my order was incorrect they just looked at me if I was speaking a foreign language. This is unacceptable please put a manager here that has customer service skills
I ordered a mobile order at 1:50 I get being under staffed or being behind. But nearly 30 minutes later without my drink or food and there’s management? Shift leaders? Just sitting at the tables doing paper work not helping there associates… I don’t blame the people behind the counter at all, management should get up and help.
I purposefully go to locations out of my way to avoid this one. I always get refreshers. They come shaken. Even if I request that they come shaken, most of the time my drink is warm on the bottom. Every time I ask them about it or mention it, they act like it’s an inconvenience. I’m paying $7 for a drink that has 3 ingredients. You can shake my drink.
Drive thru line takes FOREVER then when you finally get to the window make sure you ask for extra extra napkins before you get your drinks because the lid will not be secured and you’ll spill your drink all in your car. Then when you ask for extra napkins you get an attitude and no apology. Location sucks!
My jobs rewards us with Starbucks gift cards and I have about 7 years worth. I finally decided to download the app. I was in the drive thru with no other customers and inquired about the special. The lady at the window on 05/08/2025 was very rude. I explained I was ordering thru app as my bank also rewards me for paying for Starbucks. I drove to window and about to place order as same rude woman says she has a line to the road which just had appeared in the 3 minutes. I just drove off and delete app. I will instruct my job to no longer provide gift cards for Starbucks due to rude service. Good riddance!!!!
