I cannot begin to thank Katherine from this location I stopped by early this morning to purchase breakfast. She was very professional, courteous and polite. It was around 7 am and I ordered a #27 it was fresh and I received my food very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this location and will continue my visits to this restaurant.

Jack in the box is great if you just got off of work late and you need to grab some grub before you go home. They have only messed up my order twice in the several years I've been going there, and when they did they gave me my whole order plus extras to make me happy. Very clean inside, even at odd hours of the night.

The food is always hot and fresh. I think their French fries are the best of anyone's. I always use the drive-through but from what I can see everything is always neat and clean. The staff always has a big smile for the customers.

Thanks for reply. One thing that I was uncomfortable is loud noise from the car wash shop next to your shop. It was hard to listen when I make an order via the drive through.

Great for a stop very early in the morning when everywhere else is closed, food is what you expect any time of day. Ordering on the app is convenient and usually saves money, the only thing to watch out for is the time out on the app, if you order too early you will get an order cancellation before having the chance to request they prepare your food.

Nice fast food restaurant that stays open 24 hours. Has a variety of selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are inexpensive. Has daily deals and midnight only specials. Great for eating solo or with family and friends. Their breakfast scramble is good to eat or croissant sandwiches. They have a variety of burgers to choose from. ENJOY!

Went through the drive through on a busy Saturday night and had no issues. Wait time was short, order was correct, service was good, also I only asked for ketchup and they gave me extra hot sauce and butter milk. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Impressed by the managers doing most of the work during a rush. Order service was a little slow but they had the dine-in and drive-through traffic to deal with. Hope the employees are healthy and nobody calls in sick very often.

Stopped by on my way home. Ordered #6 Ultimate Cheesburger. My food was freshly made and very hot. Burger juice and cooked to perfection. Seasoned fries very hot. The food was amazing, however, the order taker was hard to understand and also told me they don't have a freestyle machine as I tried to order a Mellow Yellow Zero. He said they dont have freestyle and that they had coke zero. I took the coke zero but the menu board clearly says freestyle. When I drove to the window, I can clearly see the machine and could see that they did indeed have the drink I actually wanted and that it was not out. This would have been a 5 star visit, maybe next time the manager listening on their headset could jump in and correct the employee. Overall I would recommend this location because the food was hot and tasted great.

The attendant/ drive thru worker was very nonchalant and borderline rude. It was late at night and there wasn't anybody behind us at first but as we waited for several minutes, the line behind us was quite long. He finally gave us our drinks and we left.

Went through drive thru, bought the cheesy tots. Old and cold. And very mushy. Ordered and paid for a Jumbo Jack, and discovered when we got home it was not in the bag. Went back to ask for it. But the people we talked to only spoke Spanish . So there went $3. Tacos were good.

This Jack in the Box restaurant is very hit or miss some days the food is hot cooked properly taste right and fast. On other days like today it was only fair to Medellin . It just depends on who is cooking and who is server that day. the biggest advantage to this Jack in the Box is it's right on 121 and Main Street in The Colony so it's very convenient.

This is not a half-bad location. But there appears to be a rather high churn rate in the staffing so every now and then you'll get your correct order and the food quality will be alright but you'll just be waiting forever. Even when it's not exactly jam-packed so... Overall I'd give em a B+. (Not sure what that grade translates to in stars but you can judge for yourself)

I've been dying for this place to open. Unfortunately our first visit was disappointing. The person that took our order was very short and didn't ask us what size meal we wanted when she gave us the total it was over $20. She ordered large meals for us but didn't specify the size which was frustrating she just said does it look right on the screen. The food was awful my jumbo jack with cheese patty was very thin all I could taste was lettuce tomato cheese and an excess amount of mayo. My partner ordered the spicy chicken meal, the chicken was over fried and hard he ended up throwing it out. The curly fries and tacos were good.

I ordered curly fries, jumbo egg rolls, and stuffed jalapenos. The window attendant limited me to one sauce so I went with sweet and sour. Would recommend a different Jack in The Box as this one is sauce stingy and the wait can be very long even outside of peak times.

Most locations are a hit or a miss. This one happens to be a miss. Everytime I have gone to this location, food has been dry dry dry. Way over cooked. And you always have to check your order before driving away. If you don't. Chances are your missing an item.

This morning I went to Jack in The box and ordered a supreme croissant breakfast sandwich I had to stop somewhere on the way to work and when I sit down to get my food out to eat it was the sorriest sandwich I've ever seen. It had a piece of ham two little tiny pieces of bacon three in an egg that is hardly a supreme croissant and I paid for it when I tried to call them to tell them about it it goes to a fax number so you can't even leave a message or anything. Very disappointed very disappointed. However the service at the window drive through window it was very good It's located on highway 121 in The colony

Jack in the box used to be one of my favorite fast food places around. They have made a lot of changes to there menu which have had a negative impact on my opinion of there food. They seem to hire Hispanics who don't speak much English as they are always very difficult to understand on the intercom of the drive through, without fail no matter if the screen shows the correct order they mess up something, or even worse forget an item all together. Jack needs to focus more or proper training of its employees & less on reinventing the menu.

Not a fan of this location. Only been this once, and will not go back. Screwed up a basic order, server was uninterested in correcting or answering my questions. They weren't even busy, and I was asking what sauces were available. Why the eye roll? If I'm courteous to someone I at least expect the same in return. If your that unhappy with your job you can QC before delivery and/or not give the impression to the customer that you would rather be anywhere else on the planet, then get a different job.

I love jack in the box. This particular restaurant is in a great location.... It’s always empty, but always take FOREVER to receive food. No cars in line and still takes 15 minute to get a few tacos and a burger... Never been here and not had to pull around the front.

This place continues to go down hill. We ordered 4 complete meals this evening and yet they are only allowed to give two ranches out? If that’s the case, then why did we get 17 packets of taco sauce for two tacos? On top of all this nonsense, the order was completely wrong. I highly Recommend driving to the location in Carrollton off Hebron.

The food tastes great, however the service is terrible. I tried to ask what was one certain items and the girl at the front didn't seem to understand a lick of english. I know zero Spanish. Finally, a manager had to come help us. She also never asked me what type of fries I wanted and when I went back to trade my regular fries for curly fries, the new fries were cold. Also the music sucks.

Limpien el aceite de sus freidoras! Piensan que la gente se va a comer lo que les den! We stopped by to eat before a long day of work ahead of us. Our sandwiches were good but the egg roll and hash brown were nasty due to the dirty oil. Or perhaps the items had thawed out and refreeze. The coffee was cold or not at the right temperature, once I added creamer to it coffee became barely lukewarm… Order taker lady was friendly and courteous.

Typically wouldn't care, but they were entirely confused and as a chef, the correlation between the POS and their menu was terrible. I tried to order a number 12. The cluck. A spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and Chipotle mayo something I said nearly 4 times, kindly ofc lol like, she asked and I reciprocated because she rang in a number 11 and then a number 13 and I couldn't understand why. Then once the prices were finally correct and the order was correct, I still received two number 11's which is a regular chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and cheese. And costs more. But I wasn't charged for it according to my reciept. Just confused me why A. Their system didn't match the menu. and B. After the correct thing was rang in and I stated the order out loud I still received something else lmao

Curly fries would be Jack's defacto offering. The staff said they ran out and would have more for 3 more hours. Was a shock as I have not observed Jack having supply issues historically.

I was here a couple nights ago and you can really taste that they don’t change their oil often enough. It had that gross bitter after taste. If they can’t even take care of oil, I wonder what else they are neglecting… Worker was also very rude and yelled at me through the dt?

Got the sauced popcorn chicken combo, didn't come with the cheese, sauce on chicken, nor on the side, which was the reason it is upcharged 1$. The drink cup was sticky for some reason? Poured it into a mug so i could throw away the paper cup Other Jack's I've been to usually get the order right

So they gave me all the left over curly fries from the bottom of the barrell 😡 not cool. And the food was cold . Will probably not go here again. And I do not recommend. I also asked for buttermilk sauce and they gave me creamy avocado lime sauce. How do you mess that up? SMH in case the employees here read this just want to say " y'all suck" and take some pride in your work .

Just writing this because it upset me so much. I never use my card going to places but didn't have cash on me and didn't plan on going here. Got our food, paid with my card and not even 2 hours later I receive an email from my bank saying there's fraudulent activity. Considering I just returned from deployment and this was the first time I used it in over 10 months pretty friggin sure the window person had a skimmer. But hey, the tacos were decent. Use cash when coming to this one or you may get screwed.

Absolutely the worst Jack in the box I’ve ever been to. Took 7 min just to take a order then the order was totally messed up. The guy who took my payment didn’t say a word just kept ed handing stuff through the window. I will never eat there again, i would avoid at all cost.

Halfway through a flawless conversation she said me no speaky English and walked away. Not to mention refusing to take my order at the drive thru but making me wait behind other cars getting pickup and delivery instead of telling me I could have done that to get food. Instead I’m tired and going to bed hungry.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Everytime we go they say the computers are down or the shake machine is broken. And this has been for years. Either they need new equipment or they need to change their hours or train their employees not to be so lazy. But be transparent with your customers of what to expect so we don't waste our time driving there expecting the products and services that they advertise is available 24 hrs!!

This store needs a complete overhaul. 💯 I will never do business with them again. When placing an order thru the drive thru, it doesn't matter who it is, they are ALWAYS distracted and couldn't care less. I have to repeat my order 3 times, each time I've gone (I've been maybe 3 or 4 times total. Never again!). I ordered 3 breakfast jacks and 3 mocha iced coffees. Simple. She rang me up for the coffees only. 🤦 It's ridiculous. Today was the last straw. One bite into my breakfast jack, and I pull out an 8" long brown hair from a females head, that was cooked into the egg of my sandwich! My husband called corporate, and I called The Colony Food and Health Inspection Department. This location is being ran into the ground and NO ONE here cares. I will tell anyone and everyone I can to take their business elsewhere. The bad reviews left behind from other customers don't surprise me at all. Update: no I will not fill out whatever form you want me to fill out. My husband already called corporate and NO ONE from corporate has reached out. No one. Not surprised. This location is a joke. 2nd Update: as of Monday, March 28,2020, still no contact from Corporate even though we left details, pictures, and return contact info for them to reach out to us. Crickets. 👍 Shocker.

I have always ordered the grilled sourdough Jack. One of them used to satisfy me. Y’all keep making the burgers smaller and smaller thinking we don’t notice to save money. Very disappointed. Lousy, lousy service with a team of people who ended up killing my appetite. I wouldn't have minded the low refund I was given with an attitude problem if it wasn't for a team built off of incompetency, especially to the girl that took my order and acted like I came from another planet when I pointed out that she misheard me. Don't get me started on the male clerk, who I could already tell had an attitude problem that needs to be addressed.

Went through the drive thru and spent 20 plus minutes waiting for my order when I was first one in line, then she gets my order wrong and argues with me about it. They were not busy so I dont know why they took forever! I called the number on their window to file a complaint and of course I don't a call back! Very poor service!!!

We sat for 10 minutes at the drive thru order window without being acknowledged. Pulled forward eventually, without ordering and it was very evident the server in the window was high. He wouldn't take our order in the window so we left after being stuck in line 20 minutes.

Worst experience ever, so I pulled in the Drive Thru thinking to my self I hope they don't use a press on my burger! First it took a long time to get someone to take my order I repeated my order like 4 times, for a simple combo order. Paid with a 20 got 2.10 in change back and was missing .3 cents in change, the one taking my money was the manager, I had only 20's in my pocket I told him and he gave me 10 back like if he knew he couldn't get me. I get home my burger was super dry, I called the restaurant they answered after that call dropped called, i got fast busy after that. Very upset with the service.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast. The lady who took our order didn't let me finish our order, and cut me off as I was saying what else I wanted mid-sentence. She spoke in a rush interrupting me and said the order total and we were missing items from the order when we got it. We didn't even come at a busy time and were the only people in the drive thru. The place was pretty empty. Never coming here again.

Customer Service horrible ! Went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order on a rainy day. The cashier didn’t wait until the bag was in my had before letting go of the bag. It falls on the ground into a water puddle. Once I asked her to please remake the order she had the worst attitude. The bag of food was soaking wet and destroyed.

Order is always wrong and/or missing items. Update: 12/28/2023 Tried to give them another chance because it's open late. I received someone else's order entirely. The order accuracy problem at this location is severe, and it has been going on years at this point. Don't order here unless you are prepared to take the food back.

Went to this location last night at midnight and they had a sign on their menu saying they are only taking doordash and Uber orders at this time. Went to the window to see if they would just take my order for 10 tacos and they said I would have to place one through doordash in order to get them. This is ridiculous that I continue to drive over here and they continue to choose to be closed for whatever reason. This time they closed the windows on me and said they are short staffed. Horrible service. This location needs to get its act together.

We went through the drive thru and ordered one order of original tiny tacos, however they gave us loaded tiny tacos. So we went back and reiterated that we wanted normal tiny tacos, not the loaded ones. They took our box of wrong tiny tacos back and gave us a new box. However upon further inspection, we realized that the had yet AGAIN made another mistake. They gave us spicy tiny tacos and not original ones. I give it a 1/10 experience, and that is only because the two women were very nice (even though they couldn't speak english whatsoever), and my ice water was a very refreshing break from my spicy tiny tacos.

Customer service meaning is unknown in this place, wait for be attending for some minutes (I was the only person in the entire lobby) and manager (Hispanic) just laughing with ladies in the back, even when he saw me, he doesn't care at all make me wait more. I finally decided to leave and went to next door Whataburger where they attend me very quick. Supposed this places are fast food chains, but I don't recommend this one specially in afternoon ( incident : 2/24 at 2:30 pm) . Owner if you keep this manager then you have one loyal customer less.

They don’t use gloves. I walked in and witness a worker using her bare hands to fix tacos. Picking up lettuce and loading them. That is disgusting. When asking the cashier if they use gloves she said they do. But clearly not. Don’t go to this nasty location.

I’ve lived here sense I was 5 (now 20) and every time I’ve come here in the 7ish years they have had the worst servers worst managers and honestly the worst looking building. This place thrived for 1 year and then hired a bunch of slacks that don’t even wanna work and when you get food they throw it in the bad half my food is always in the bag not wrapped or my tacos completely broken never come here if you actually value your food. There is a Jack in the box like 2 miles away that is always clean and respectful I go there at 2AM and I get a smile a laugh and a complete full order with maybe 1 in a blue moon mess up

I went up to the drive thru to order and was told to wait. I had to wait for about 5 minutes and after I placed my order of three taco orders and a large curly fries, I was told they didn’t have curly fries, chicken, mini tacos, jalapeño poppers, and a few other things. So I ordered small fries instead. I get up to the window to pay and the lady only had rang up my fries. So they I told her I also wanted three sets of the two tacos. She charges me and I pay. She gives me my order and I leave. When I get home I realize she only gave me one set of tacos and the fries. Won’t be back anytime soon.

I've never had a good experience here. Food blows. Missing food. Maybe one time the drive thru employee was funny... I don't even think upper management cares. they have no help, short staffed and don't care about service, just that paycheck

I have always held back on giving this restaurant a review. But enough is enough! Some of the employees had NO customer service skills, they were so rude, and when I asked to talk to a supervisor, they laughed and said they didn’t have one. I’m every shift there’s a manager on duty! Today they had no tacos, or they don’t sell milkshakes when it’s evident that is on the Menu. The Clerk was extremely rude that wouldn’t even let me finish my order when he was cutting me off. Please get your employees to get the proper training. You will end up with no clientele because of how they treat people.

The person taking orders at the drive through either can't hear (I couldn't hardly hear them either) or does not care. Asked several times for ranch, it was at least a minute of talking about it. No ranch in my bag, no reciept. Also did not get the coke added to the order but they gave me one free of charge after saying "You got everything, it's in the bag." Because I waited at the window after getting food. Every experience here is not good.

The worst experience ever with drive through. Waited for 30 minutes with only one car in front of me. When I asked for my drink the man started screaming and dropping Fword like bombs. Not at me just as he was making the drink. Food was passable. My advice is go to the Whatta burger 100 yards away. Warning do not go here through the drive through. You have been warned.

This place sucks. No wonder the line at the Whataburger next door was longer. Ordered six tacos, large Root Beer, and jr Bacon Cheeseburger. I received two tacos instead of six. I am not about to drive back up there to complain. I will not be back. Do not go here!

Decided to try it for the first time in a long time. Five minutes later and they hadn't so much as glanced at the counter to take orders. Ignored a good 5 people waiting. Cant recommend since you'll never get a chance to order. Just go to Whataburger instead.

Rudeness at the drive through. One car in front of me. Took 30 minutes to get my order man at drive through dropped 15 fbombs while I was there waiting. Never answered at the speaker had to drive up to the window. I am a dasher and I will never except another order from here. Literally the worse experience ever.

Took around 20 minutes for two cars to get through the drive through. It seemed they had only one person working, but that is a crazy amount of time to wait for fast food with that short of a line. The food was only alright, nothing special, but fast food is supposed to be fast not diner wait times.

My burger I ordered came out greasy. Like someone deep-fried it or sum..and the only thing that came out good were the fries.. and those go in the frier!(they weren't as bad as my burger) I'll never go to this location again.

I was charged 9.18 for a meal they have listed as 6.69 for the meal and 8.69 for chicken only. That’s before tax. Someone needs to correct this. And I’d like my money back. I have pictures to back this up

First of all, when we were ordered our food in the drive through, the person couldn't hear us so we spoke louder but then she groaned like she was annoyed. Then she took our order wrong. Then it took like 4 different people to give us our food. Lastly, the receipt had our correct order but the bag of food didn't.

I ordered a Texas double cheeseburger with bacon. When my combo came out my fries were not hot but they weren’t cold so okay there. My burger on the other hand was below room temperature cold, in fact the cheese itself did not even attempt to melt and I have the photos to prove it. This is unacceptable and one of the biggest reasons I typically choose to wait in Whataburgers long line because I have never once received a burger this cold. It is apparent to me that the cooks simply could care less at this location because for this to be served to a customer is the closest thing to robbery I have experienced from a fast food restaurant

Went through the drive through. First the tea that was provided to us was sour and old. The Chicken tenders we ordered was burnt which I expected cause while they were busy standing around on their phones talking the timer was going off for a good 5 min before they went and tended to it. The tacos were old as well and discolored from sitting for long period of time. There were people sitting on the counters and standing around on their phones. The drive through lady, Hispanic with colored hair working night shift, while bagging our food went over and put her hand on the guys leg who was on the counter then proceeded to kiss him and then came back and continued to bag our food without washing her hands. Then the guy who was working in the food prep line came up to the front with his gloves to the same guy, leaned over and touched the counter to look at his phone and then went back to the food prep with the same gloves he cross contaminated. HIGHLY HIGHLY unacceptable and unsanitary for a food service place.

Went to jack n the box and I asked for no mayo.. when I got bag in the driveway I was sure that the order was right because I had said it more than one time and we seemed like we had an understanding.. when I got home and I unbagged my food the burger had mayonnaise.... typical.

I will never come back to this location! I clock in at 4:30am so I know it's early when I come by. The entire staff is usually outside smoking at 4am and seem annoyed that they have to get to work when customers pull up. This morning seemed to bother the manager the most. All the other employees were wearing red t-shirts stayed outside smoking but what I can assume was the manager (guy in the gray shirt) answered the order box "What?"! Not "good morning" or at least "can I take you order?", he said "What??". Feeling annoyed and unwelcomed, I just left. As i drove passed the window, he just stood there as if I was in the wrong. I don't how the service is for the day or evening staff is but I will not be coming back to this location. It's already bad enough they're all outside smoking but getting attitude while I'm just there to get some breakfast is enough reason to never return to this location. I urge anyone else reading this to do the same!

Made a huge mistake coming here. Terrible service. They literally eslked right passed us and had the audacity to ask us to wait. Slow was an understatement when they made our food. I see now why the Whataburger next door has a line around the corner and even with my wife and ai being the only 2 seated customers, again, the service was terrible. Corporate should evaluate this situation immediately. Really gives my guy Jack a bad name. Thanks Jack.

Came in through the drive through around 4:30am today trying to get somethin after a rather stressful ride, only for the guy at the drive thru to say they were 'out of everything.' Seemed less like yall were out and moreso somebody didnt wanna make a sandwich at that time of night. I get it, night shift aint fun, but if yall are open 24 hours yall need to make sure to provide the same quality of customer service day *and* night. That's just pathetic.

Arrived at 7:45pm as a walk in customer. It was 8pm before I was acknowledged. I was told that they were out of everything I wanted, including tacos and a salad. They blamed it on their delivery truck not showing up. Whatever.

I ordered breakfast on the mobile app early in the morning due to it being “open” 24/7. My mobile order went through, I got to the restaurant where multiple cars were in the parking lot and all the lights were on just to be told in the Drive Thru that they were closed. I said I had a mobile order that needed canceled then. I was ignored so I sat there. The guy came back on to again tell me they were closed. I also repeated myself to which he said whatever. I asked if he was going to cancel it and was completely ignored. I went to the window and no one would answer. I sent in 4 inquiries before finally receiving my refund because they kept going to that store being ignored. My final email went to corporate, and I got a refund. That happened 11/15/23 and I finally got an answer 11/29/23. Reading through other reviews, it seems common that night shift will claim to be closed.

My husband came here about 20 minutes ago and ordered 4 fresh tacos and large fry & it was not made fresh at all. He bought the tacos home and the cheese was not even melted! The fries were old you can tell they have just been sitting under the light. At 3:30 AM I’m expecting to have some FRESH HOT FOOD & they have failed to do so. My husband did let me know how the guy seemed to have an attitude. I have tried calling them 6 times and no one answers, I will be calling corporate tomorrow.

We went through the drive through on January 1 and it took us 45 minutes to get our order. There were 2 employees working and 10 cars in the drive through. Not fault of the employees but the management is in fault

Ordered tiny tacos, onion rings and curly fries. The tacos were stale and I couldn’t eat them at all. The curly fries were not fresh and very stale as well. And I never received the onion rings in my order so I’m unsure if they would’ve been good. I only live a few minutes away from the restaurant and the Uber eats driver brought the order to me quickly so I’m sure the store just served me day old food. Was not worth it at all. Maybe it was just a bad night but for everything to taste bad/old and for them to miss items that I purchased makes me add this location to my do not eat from again list.

What I ordered was correct on the outside menu monitor and it was repeated correctly through the drive thru. Once we got our food, it was incorrect & the receipt was wrong too. They literally gave me a burger without buns. I opened my box for the buttery jack and the only thing that was literally in the box was meat, cheese, lettuce, and nothing else. It was probable missing some other things too. That is dishonesty! All they had to do was say they were out of that Item. They had the audacity to put I ordered a no buns buttery jack on my receipt. That's a form a fraud to me. Will never eat there again. I also ordered 2 cheesecakes they only charged for one. The cheescake mistake is not such a big deal even though they was wrong. They purposely changed my order & put something totally different on the receipt. All they had to do was say they were out of that item and ask if I wanted to order something else. It's that simple & easy!!

Horrible Jack in the box. Workers are slow and rude all the time. Especially the little boy who works the drive through at night. I waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes, finally got my food, but no receipt. Got home, no burger on my cheese burger. Called and asked for a refund, but could not get a refund because I did not have the receipt. Again. He didn’t give me a receipt. Who manages to forget the burger on a cheese burger

had a very unpleasant experience at this Jack in the Box location today. The drive-thru greeter was extremely rude and rushed us while we were ordering. She repeatedly interrupted and then stated that we were “running up her meter,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. As customers, we should be able to place an order without being rushed or spoken to disrespectfully. Fast service should not come at the expense of basic customer service. This interaction made the entire visit uncomfortable and disappointing. I hope management addresses this, as no one should be made to feel like a burden for ordering food.

Dear Jack in the Box Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally report a very disappointing experience at one of your locations today. The food quality was well below acceptable standards. The tacos were cold, and the burger tasted stale and unappetizing. My son and I had been moving all day and were extremely hungry, so we ate the food despite the poor quality, but it was not an experience we should have had to tolerate. More concerning was the environment inside the restaurant. While waiting for my order, employees were using profanity nonstop. One employee working in the kitchen complained loudly and continuously, cursing throughout my time there rather than focusing on food preparation or customer service. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. When my order was ready and I approached the counter, I also noticed that the employee at the register had visibly dirty fingernails, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. I wanted to speak up at the time but felt I was in a hostile and unwelcoming environment. As a business consultant, I can say confidently that this is exactly how businesses lose customers, revenue, and eventually face closure — through poor product quality, lack of professionalism, and failure to maintain basic service standards. I am sharing this not simply to complain, but because this experience reflects deeper operational and management issues that should be addressed promptly. I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be handled and whether compensation will be provided for this experience. Thank you for your time and attention.

I pull up and theyre not even reqdy. Asks me to wait. I end uo waiting more then 5 minutes which is crazy since theres no line or anything.. I finally get to order and i have to literally yell cause they cant hear for whatever reason. Then theres no spicy strips even though its on the menu. Like have a sign at least then.... Probably not one of the best experiences at any fast food place. Not sure if ill return.

This place needs to shut down. Dirty. Bad service, rude, didn't seem like anyone wanted to help. I waited 5-10 minutes to be attended even though I could see the crew standing around talking. They lost the order then just gave me whatever they wanted, they gave me a burger that was not what I asked for, they put extra onions when I said NO onions.. it all almost seemed deliberate how poorly the service was but I'm not from the city so it can't be personal.. maybe they're just no good in general and it wasn't a one off smh.

My visit to Jack-in-the-Box in The Colony, Texas was nothing short of a disappointment. This franchise's service is abysmal. Despite reaching out to their district manager, my concerns were met with silence, adding to the frustration. What caught my attention was their advertised "angry" taco, a tempting promise that led me to choose it. However, upon ordering, I was informed they didn't have it available, leaving me questioning the reliability of their menu and the accuracy of their promotions. The lack of communication and unfulfilled offerings make this particular Jack-in-the-Box a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience. Please see photo of the fact that they advertise a product they are not actually selling. Total LIE.

It’s open 24 hours but none of the workers would take my order. I pulled up to the window because no one was answering the speaker and there was cars there. I saw 3 workers standing around taking pictures. They looked at me and then acted like they didn’t notice me. I will never go here again.

Horrible! We were 3rd car in line and we LITERALLY waited for 34 minutes in drive through. BOTH cars in front of us took forever! They should have asked them to move forward if they had that kind of problem. We pulled up and got hot, awesome food, but no Amaze-Balls food is worth waiting 34 minutes! Poor time management.
