We ordered our first ice cream birthday cake for our daughters birthday party and not only did the cake taste awesome but there was so much care taken to make sure the cake design was just right. I've never had anything but dessert from DQs. Ordered a burger, chicken salad and fries. All were very tasty and prepared well. Staff are friendly and courteous. Definitely worth trying or frequenting when you're hungry for a quick bite.

I have eaten fast food rarely in the past 10 years. Was craving vanilla milkshakes lately. I tried others but this DQ made a great shake. Really expensive food though. I could have gotten a whole pizza for what I paid for a combo at DQ. Nice staff.

I must say I was reluctant to try this DQ after reading the reviews. But went anyway. I had a really nice meal. Steak finger basket and some & Jalitos( the main reason I come to DQ). The counter staff were very friendly and the restrooms were clean. People are quick to leave bad reviews so I'm glad I can leave a positive one. Enjoy.

I'm ashamed of the number of times I've been to this particular DQ. Always fresh (as far as fast food goes), always good. Sometimes the drive-thru can be a little slow, but they're sure to get the food to you correct and as quickly as possible.

I came in for a late(really late) lunch, and was greeted as I walked in by the cashier, Jeremy. He took my order and asked all the questions needed to make sure my order was accurate when it came out to me. The burger was fresh, and hot, cheese melted perfectly. Fries where hot and crisp. Adrian, the manager stopped by to check on myself, and other guests as well while I was there. The restaurant(and even the restroom) was clean, and neat, and very presentable to guests. They’re short staffed like everyone else right now, but are definitely making the experience worth it for the guests. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location!!👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

My family and I love coming here for tasty treats. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. I enjoy the décor on the wall. They have some nice history of Dairy Queen, along with historic photos. Good value, and a nice place to stop. The staff are kind and professional. Come on by!

I ordered a Dilly Bar through the drive through window. The first thing I always notice when using a drive through is its cleanliness. This DQ has the cleanest drive through of any fast-food restaurant I have visited in the DFW area. Their attention to this area makes me trust their food and management. Just went for ice cream. It was super busy but running smoothly. I couldn't believe how many people were ordering meals. We usually just go for the ice cream. The manager had a good system here.

Great experience at DQ! We called before going to the store to ask about a birthday cake and got quick, helpful information. We’re regular customers and used a coupon for an 8-inch Chocolate Blizzard cake. Delvin provided fast and friendly service. Thanks Delvin and DQ for making our day❤️

The cup I got my blizzard in said “The Best Treats and Eats in Texas” and it wasn’t lying. My blizzard was delicious. The chocolate brownie extreme is a go to at this place. The Hunger Buster was cooked very well and was incredible. The cashier taking my order was very nice and even brought my food to me at my table and flipped my blizzard upside down! Will be coming back!

Visited for dine in service. Restaurant was clean and employees followed safety protocols. I had steak finger basket which was served piping hot. Awesome! Meal was tasty and plentiful at a fair price. I recommend this Dairy Queen!

One of my favorite restaurants to go to. Although, this time it feels like that the chicken strips were cooked long time ago and refried. Other than that, everything was great.

I hadn't been in a DQ in decades 😳 but seemed to bring back some wonderful childhood memories. Had the chili cheese dog. Pretty good. And a banana 🍌 split. Very Good 👍

Not sure about this place. Went 3 times and ordered 1 small dipped cone and got a different price each time ranging from $1.09- $3.24. Asked about the price when it so different and got a shrug

I wish more customers came here. Clean, open and bright. Prices are in line with similar places. Taco Tuesday has $1 tacos and I like that the kid meals include an ice cream dessert. There are also $5 lunch deals during the week and weekly deals on the app. Employees are helpful.

My husband loves the dairy queen soft ice cream so we stopped at this location coming home from supper elsewhere when we saw it as we drove past. He didn't notice as we drove up that both lanes directly in front of the store had arrows both pointing south so we technically drove the wrong way while parking. Awkward!

I eat here about 5 or 6 times a year. This is a relatively new store so everything is nice and clean. The food is average DQ quality. Slightly better than most fast food "joints". If you like DQ, I recommend this one.

Great fast food. It's almost like you're eating at the State Fair. Only, drawback was when you order your food through the drive-through they make you pull into a space and I had to wait 25 minutes for my food.

2 Med Pineapple Sundaes cost over $9 with tax! 😠 Had to go inside because the drive-up had 6 six cars in front of me. After waiting over 15 minutes to move up ONE car, I parked in one of the curbside parking spaces and went in! I believe the problem seemed to be not enough staff. I got in line at the drive-up at 7pm. Got out of line and went inside at 7:17. Did not get waited on until after 7:26 and finally got my order to-go at 7:37! There were customers behind me waiting when I left. You could tell they had been trying to clean up because there were several piles of of dirt that just needed to be swept up. The person who waited on us was nice however. She confessed to being "a multitasker". And handled it well as far as I could tell. But she definitely needed "more hands on deck!"

I go here for their tacos and for a Blizzard. Tacos are crisp and good and you can’t go wrong with a Blizzard. My favorites are the French Silk Pie and the Heath!

Ordered Large Blizzards Turtle Pecan and chocolate...no pecans, chocolate or caramel. Just big cup of soft serve. So disappointing!

Love blizzards but the customer service and training lacks. You can spend more than 30 minutes in drive thru with only 2 people in front of you. When you get to the window, the young girl seems irritated you’re there.

Food was great quality, actually one of the better DQ meals I’ve had in a while. However, staff is WAY too focused on the drive thru and pays no attention to the lobby. After waiting 20mins for my food, they asked me if I was still waiting and then finally brought it out a few minutes later. I wasn’t the only person in the lobby waiting.

Blizzards were well made and delicious, but a huge issue and would strongly recommend. Is when a drive thru order wants 2 blizzards, 1 know which blizzard is which, 2 and/or mark them. My buddy and I went through, he ordered the Jurassic chop and I ordered the Twix. We both never had either one. And went we got them we didn't know which was which, so we asked the drive thru worker and she gave us the wrong answer. And I maybe slightly allergic to peanut butter.

Its a nice location and we come here often for a chocolate dip cone. Today i decided to order a peanut butter blizzard and it was horrible. It had like one scoop of ice-cream and the rest was watery with some gross peanut butter. Very disappointing :( gave it 3 stars because the only the chocolate dip cones are usually good.

I had the chili dog it was okay, the hot dog itself wasn't that great. It was pretty big though, I was full. The service here was a bit slow even though there weren't a lot of customers. I think I'll stick to going to DQ for their ice cream.

I love Dairy Queen. I have loved it since I was a kid. Food was ok. My fries were cold. It took too long to make my order. The guy at the register is amazing. I forgot his name but he was amazing. Love you guys! Just tighten up the quicker service. Thank you!!

I had driven thru Oklahoma a few days prior & stopped at a dq for the first time in many years. It was so good I wanted dq again. Imagine my excitement when i found this one . However, it was a disappointing visit. The menu was missing several of the good choices from the Oklahoma location. No A1 burger. I really wanted some yummy chicken & dumplings. Unfortunately, they sold out before I arrived, so I ordered the steak finger basket & a burger combo. 30 to 40 min later, we finally got our food. Without the dipping gravy, it comes with & the burger was made wrong. If they would mention they were out of the gravy, I would have ordered differently. Instead, the steak fingers were not very good, plain & I wasted my dinner funds on a meal I didn't get to enjoy. So my leftovers are still in the fridge waiting on some gravy. I planned to get dessert afterward, but with no good dinner, I had lost interest . Plus, there are no cotton candy blizzards like Oklahoma. Maybe dq is only good in the country. Hopefully, it will be better next time. Otherwise, I guess it may be another few years before I return again.

The pandemic hit this location really hard. Not the same it was 3-4 years ago. It’s not fun going to DQ anymore. You’ll spend closed to 30 minutes in the drive through line.

I ordered an online pickup and when I showed up at the specified time my order hadn't even been started yet. There were no other customers in the store and the employees were in the back screwing around not doing their jobs. Employee started making excuses saying the online ordering machine didn't make noises when they got an order. Yea, hard to hear it when you're not doing your job. Food is good but employees are irresponsible teenagers.

Stale taco shells...Tacos were not tasty...lots of lettuce and tomatoes, small amount of beef with shredded cheese and stale taco shells.

Ordered one simple thing a cheesecake blizzard without strawberry in because I am allergic. Guess what I found in my ice cream when I got home? Strawberry. Seriously ridiculous.

Just made it then 8 minutes before closing at the drive through. Cashier started to ask for my order, then after taking it says “ sorry we are closed”. Complete silence on the other end now, when asked about closing 5 til now. So drove to Chic-Fil-A at closing, was able to order and still got “my pleasure” with a smile.

Only people in line, wrote on my wife's cheeseburger with sharpie, shoved it under everything else, looked like a spread deck of cards when we pulled it out. Specifically asked about the number of steak fingers, still shorted, and charged me for, the 6 I wanted and paid for instead got 4. Change the fryer grease please... probably the 2nd review ever, but if 1 thing was good and/or right I wouldn't have said anything...

Staff was rude when I ordered my food gave me attitude. I asked for no tomatoes on my taco salad due to I'm allergic and they still gave me tomatos. When I told them I asked for no tomatoes and I can't have them on my food they just gave more attatude. Gave me looks like I was the biggest inconvenience. Then Everytime I get a taco salad it comes with salsa at the other 3 locations I've gone to. They don't have salsa as the dressing so there not on the same page as the rest of the chain. I should have just gone to Rosas Cafe they have salsa and treat me better. Won't come back. They need to learn better customer service!

Subject is " Paid $10 for a Microwaved Burger Meal.. I ordered a Chicken Meal around 3-4pm 11/9/23.. When I got my order the whole sndwhich was hot. The bun outside and inside - the Mayo,Lettuce, everything inside . I had not eat al day so im was hungry My stomache has been aching/unsettled, (sick) last night and today. I'm on my way now to the doctor - if anything is wrong -caused by this resturant- my troubles, my leaving work to go to this doctor - im getting a lawyer involved.. (My thought is that the chicken sandwich has been precooked/made or something).. This Dairy Queen used to cook food fresh. I guess that has changed anlong with the pricing..) I do not recomind this resturant there are much better ones around

Horrible service! I would not feed the burger to my dog for fear of him getting sick, meat was undercooked, bun was cold, 1 pickle, 2 cheese slices were damn near frozen, asked for jalapenos on my burger, there were 3 slices and a jalapeno tail, no bacon available, fries were cold, over 20min to get an order. Never going back to eat any food there, maybe ice cream..... maybe

Horrible experience, I ordered our daughter's birthday cake online. When we arrived to pick it up my daughter said they spelled her name with a "B" and not a "J", they wrote it in cursive (which I'm not even sure why they would write "Happy 7th Birthday Jazmyne" in cursive) they changed it and didn't tell me it would mess up the icing. I was already upset so when they were done with the cake I just left. When we got home is when our daughter realized they used the wrong colors. When I pulled up my confirmation order form through my email I realized we did in fact order the pastel gem streamers and that is not what we got. Instead we got the primary gem streamers. I hope a manager contacts me. I have a screenshot of the cake we ordered vs what we received. This is ridiculous.

I ordered twice thru door dash and you cancelled my last order and said you were closed. This was at 8:45 pm and you didn't close til 11:00 pm. My door dasher was sitting outside when you cancelled my order. Do not order from this store because they can not handle their clientele.

Ordered a steak finger basket on my way to see family in the hospital. Fries were soggy and not seasoned, bread was soggy and cold, and the gravy was so watery it wouldn't even stick to my fries. When I called to let them know one manager was very nice and another was rude. All I wanted was a refund for the horrible food, but instead I was told if I wanted a refund I needed to leave the hospital and come back up to the store. I'm pretty sure that's not how things work. A situation that could have been handled very quickly but wasn't. I would give zero stars I'd I could ✌️

We ordered to our hotel as we have before. This time was a total fail. The food was cold. Chicken strip were cold, fries were not filled up. Like a sm French fry in a large box. My hamburger bun was so soggy it looked like they washed it. Blizzards were like runny shakes. ithe wrong flavor.

The onions rings were not edible, I’m sure they had been out under the heat lamps ALL day. And the chips to the nachos were stale along with the shells to the tacos. People really just don’t care at all about the work THEY choose to do. Really disappointed.

Called tell manager that I had pecans in my blizzard, which I did not order because of allergies to nuts. While asking about the issue, the on duty manager talked over me, and continued to do so very rudely. When I was finally able to speak, I asked for the contact information for her boss; she refused, and then started to talk over me again. Very unprofessional conduct! This manager doesn't know how to own l work with customers and should be fired.

I've been here several times and never had been served the worst food ever tonight. My bread was soggy, the meat was old and dry. The lettuce and tomatoes were soft and limped. Apparently this food had been sitting for quite some time. Even the french fries.

They can’t make a proper blizzard if their lives depended on it. Over multiple visits, it comes out all sloshy like a shake. If it’s the machine that’s broken, be upfront about it and let customers know when they try to order it. My favorite excuse was that “it sat on the counter for too long.” Well, why did it, if the place is literally empty? Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location.

Walked in for lunch on Sunday..... nobody at the counter to take an order. Two employees were sitting in a booth eating..... casually got up a couple minutes later and took our order.... then after waiting to get our food, the two employees and I suppose the manager were all being really loud and goofing off at the counter. Just really unprofessional and uninviting environment. I can understand how working on a Sunday might not be ideal, but if you don’t want to actually work here, find a different job.

Great service by the cashier, I believe her name was "Nyla" she was running back and forth attending everyone, she has a great attitude, and attended to every customer. On the other hand whoever the manager was, or whoever was in charge was very unprofessional. She shouted in front of customers to the cashier, im not sure if she was under duress or can't handle the lunch rush but she definitely needs better training or she needs to step down and let someone lead by example and not create a toxic environment.

Store open until 11. In the drive through at 9:30, it does not move at all. Got out of line at 9:45 to go in. As I approach the store, two employees sitting outside eating food yell across the parking lot that the dining room is closed and to go to the drive through . When asked what was going on, as the line wasn’t moving, they inform me and my family that there are only two people working, as they are too young and had to clock out. Left and went to Braun’s and I won’t be back.

Rude!! I ordered a kids meal for my son and I assumed that he would get a treat because the menu that you order from at the speaker says that kids meals come with a treat. I went to the window and the cashier was a young man that was rude and acted as if he was in a rush. He handed my blizzard out the window and said "here". No greeting or anything! Then, I explained to him that my son would like a small vanilla ice cream in a cup. He rudely said Yea, a cone in a cup. I didn't know that was what they called it and as I was trying to explain it to him he cut me off and walked away. Then, another employee- the manager I assume walks over and he is holding the ice cream. He said do you want me to add this. I said, "No, the kids meals come with a treat". He acted as if I was going to steal the ice cream. He started demanding the kids meal bag and I was confused so I asked what he needed. He said I need the paper off the bag. Huh? The receipt? I was looking for it on the bag and I told him that I did not see it. Finally, he explained that he needed the coupon off the bag because the treat is usually for the next visit. Just tell me that and don't act like I am trying to steal an ice cream! Customer Service goes a long way. I see exactly why there are lots of 1 star ratings for this place. DAIRY QUEEN- PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS FOOLISHNESS TO CUSTOMERS BEFORE HAND. I DON'T COME TO DQ OFTEN SO I DID NOT KNOW. RUDENESS, BEING SHORT WITH CUSTOMERS AND PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHY I DON'T EAT AT DQ IN THE 1ST PLACE.

I usually go for lunch at this DQ since this location opened but today I stopped at this DQ had to use the bathroom and so called manager was very rude and insulted me for using the bathroom. I don’t like to write bad reviews but as someone who works in the food industry , complaining about a customers request in front Of the customer is absurd. I requested my taco salad be made separately so my shell doesn’t get soggy, the cashier wrote in the note and sent it in. Before I could sit down the young lady in the kitchen is complaining about what I ordered.

Everyone here is rude, they don’t pay any attention, they talk back. I placed an order at the window, just to have half of it repeated back to me wrong at the window. I slowly one order at a time repeated myself, each time it was taken down wrong. I told them I was getting tired of having to repeat my order for the 6th time when there was only 3 meals with 3 side items. Finally a man came to me and said if I can’t let the lady do her job I needed to leave. I told him what he thought that was if I repeated the order back 5 different times one meal at a time she read each meal separate as I said it then at the end said something completely different. He said my order was too large for her. I face palmed and said really? He said I needed to leave. I’m not one to leave reviews but I’ve never had a good experience here and have never had my order correct. If the order was to big for her, and he was the one who took my order at the speaker then they both need to go.

This location is disappointing. I ordered steak fingers and got burnt chicken sticks. The bacon burger with everything had one piece of bacon, no tomato or pickles. It was a sad order. I went back recently to give them another chance. I hate giving bad reviews, but this place needs to get it together. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it and I got a burger with lettuce dry with no sauce. I asked for unsweetened tea and got a sweet tea with no ice. I would go to another location if you crave DQ.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo (#4) on Sunday, 4/2/23, at 11:45 a.m. I waited at the drive up window for about 4 minutes and was asked to pull into a numbered space because "they were making my food fresh." They brought my food to the car a few minutes later and I headed home - a 6 minute drive. Imagine my surprise to find my "freshly made" food was stone cold. The fries were cold and dried out and the burger wasn't even warm enough to soften the cheese. This was my first visit to this Dairy Queen and I think it will be my last. I'm going to call and ask to speak to the manager; we'll see how that goes.

Horrible experience at this location due to Scott taking orders in the drive thru line. He was irritable, agitated, and very rude and I hadn't even ordered yet! I came inside to order and his rudeness continued. He said he was the "manager". Well the "manager" needs some customer service training. Will not be going back here.

Horrible service, Ordered a medium blizzard with oreos cheescake , strawberry cheesecake blizzard and they gave me a regular strawberry SMALL BLIZZARD. Not to mention I asked about cheese curds in he stated they dont have any there waiting on the truck , when i could clearly see the cook in him talking while shutting down.. I will not ever go back to this Dairy Queen. I set in that line for drive thru for about 15-minutes. (Plus a truck a head me) waited just as long. They drove off, so it was finally my turn. A person says we will reopen at 10:00am come back then we are closed. It was 10:02pm Thursday night. So I was in that line before 10:00pm. I have been at other drive thru's before close to closing time they have never done that before. They ask are there any more cars behind you. I don't care how bad I want a ice cream. I will go somewhere else or go another Dairy Queen. Have been to other Dairy Queens and always been waited on if I had been in line for awhile, they always say sorry for your Wait can take your order. I not ever go back to the Daily Queen in The Colony, Texas area.

I haven't eaten at Dairy Queen in years and I decided to go because I was craving steak fingers. My steak fingers were harder than a brick and cold. My order came out extremely fast ft and I didn't think much of it because I was tired and hungry. I should have looked at previous reviews before I went to this location.

The service was great until all four of us orders which was 2 Blizzards, one vanilla dip cone & a chocolate shake tasted SOUR! We returned and got a full refund.

I can’t really speak on the Service or atmosphere we went through the drive thru tonight. I live like 3 miles from the place by the time I got home my burger was ice cold, and had 2 really long hairs in the burger as well, the chicken/steak fingers we ordered Were so hard even my dog couldn’t chew them. I could go on about the food but you get the idea. Will not be returning.

Absolutely the worst experience at dairy Queen That my daughters and I have ever had we ordered 2 chicken baskets and a kids meal first of all the prices were outrageous at first I was excited it was taking a while that meant we were getting fresh chicken but that was the farthest from the truth when we received are chicken baskets they were burnt and hard you couldn't even bite into the chicken it was so hard the toast was also hard as a rock you couldn't cut it with a knife also hair in the food we asked for a replacement it took it took awhile we finally received our meals but were out of time to eat so we had to leave we never got to eat our food we spent way to much money on this food to have such bad experience this location needs help oversight something we will not ever return to this location again thank you

I typically never write reviews, but this experience definitely warranted one. My wife and 3-year-old daughter came to DQ for dinner after picking her up from daycare. Understanding that it was Free Cone day, the waiting times were going to be longer than anticipated. It was a complete mad house in there with people standing in multiple lines and many just waiting around. The left side of the restaurant was a long line of people waiting to get their coneys and the right side were people standing in line trying to order. Luckily the line to order was short b/c most people were confused on where to go as there was no direction. I did witness people upset that they waited in line to get their coneys when they were just trying to order. We proceeded to go to the right line and was able to order fairly quickly (less than 5 min wait time) and also got our coneys quickly and grabbed a table. We waited about 20 mins and we saw a lady bringing out orders and I asked if we needed to go get our food at the front or do they bring it out. She said they would bring it out so we waited longer. Long story short, we waited over an hour and we began seeing people that ordered after us get their food first. I went back to the cashier line and waited so I can talk to them. When I got the front, it looks like they missed our order and she said the drive thru typically gets priority. I told them how are people that ordered after us getting their order first?! We only ordered a streak finger basket and a burger combo, so it wasn’t a huge order. There was some sitting area near the registers so I decided to sit there for a bit hoping that my order would be expedited now. As I was waiting, the cook (whose name is Juan Herrera), came out and pointed at me and said to tell that guy to wait longer. I was in complete shock. Look…I understand that he was probably frustrated being very shorthanded (apparently the only cook on staff that day), but that was totally uncalled for. He continued to curse and raise his voice at me, and we exchanged a few words. In the end, I did receive a refund, but I’m just so upset about how the restaurant handled the situation. We didn’t even get an apology or anything. I do not mind waiting for food or even if our order was missed, a simple apology and assurance that they will get our order out would have diffused the situation. But it really felt like blame was being placed on us due to them being frustrated. All in all, it was an hour of wasted time, and we left starving still (imagine having a toddler w/ you to make it worse). If I could leave a negative star review, I would.

Garbage experience, ordered a number 3, Large with a Coke, Steak Finger Combo, small Heath Blizzard, Large Mint Brownie Blizzard, wad asked to clarify this order 3 times, got to window and Blizzard was missing, had to wait and run a second transaction while my Wife's Blizzard is melting and food getting cold. Get home and my Triple is only a double...this seems to be par for the course at this location. Gonna be going a little further from now and hitting up Culver's.

I ordered a 8 inch blizzard cake from Uber eats. It’s a $37 cake. They told me all they have is vanilla and chocolate for 8 inch and won’t let me switch to the 10 inch one. Then they just gave me an old cake with discount price on it while they still charged me the whole original price.

I get blizzards a lot. I walked into this location and you don’t even get greeted. All the girl at the front said to me was “delivery?”. She assumed I was DoorDash. The worst part is regularly when I go here, the blizzards are pretty much melted already. They even put a lid on top of my blizzard because it was so runny and milky. I won’t go to this location anymore.

I ordered the Nacho Deluxe and got this... Literally just Nachos, Cheese and Jalapeños that I said not to put on it. It's missing beef, lettuce, diced tomatoes, and refried beans. Will not come back.

My order wasn’t complete and everything was cold! I ordered through Postmates for the first time and this is the experience I was welcomed with. The manager was nonchalant about my blizzard being left out and when I call back because I realized everything was cold no one answered. This is the chicken basket I was delivered.
