The 1pm shift know what they doing today! Ordered the 4 for 4, fries perfectly fresh, chicken nuggets was extra spicy like they used fresh batter on each one. Now it’s 45 mins later & i’m just getting started on my jr bacon cheese w tomatoes (they listen).. y’all it’s still hot and ready! Good job y’all, very satisfied (:

Very rarely does my family eat fast food. But when that occasionally late night outing and extremely hungry child does neccesitate something quick, this location provides exactly what it's there for - the correct order of cheap food, served out of a window, with a courteous smile and fulfilling special requests. While the food is nothing spectacular, they serve you exactly what you expect, and how you expect it. What else can you ask for from a fast food restaurant?

This is the best Wendy's in the DFW area. Very clean and food tastes great! The manager goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I highly recommend this Wendy's location off Sam Rayburn Tollway Hwy 121 in The Colony.

This has turned into the absolute worse Wendy's in the country as far as food quality goes. My double stack tasted like it was dipped in the grease trap and my wife's chicken wrap was made with a torn tortilla and losely wrapped so she had to eat it with a fork. Never again at this location.

Delta Colorado place is my go to for the 2 for $3 breakfast specials. English muffin with cheese or sausage patty and some spiced, fried potatoes. Great way to start a day.

We’ve never had a problem with this location. They double-check orders, seem to work well together, and make good food. Iced coffee’s not my fave, but that’s a personal opinion.

I live in Frisco I come all the way over here to this Wendy’s because I’ve been coming here for the 10 year 10 year that I’ve been in Texas and then when I tell you, the lettuce is cold the tomatoes is cold. The meat is hot. the cheese is hot. They have the freshest freaking burgers on the planet next to In-N-Out yeah and I chose them instead of In-N-Out. Good job Wendy’s especially this one here in the colony big bag with a junior bacon cheeseburger well-done on the burger, please no pickles just put everything on it. That’s fine. Let me get a diet Dr Pepper. No, just a medium ranch. How much for your small Frosty’s I see it. Thank you. Got a sugar-free root beer. Let me get the sugar-free vanilla root beer instead of diet let me get the sugar-free vanilla root beer sick of Dr Pepper. That’s all just water. What’s up Caesar got that classic name Cesar the ancestors will be proud. !!! Great job guy

I switched from Chipotle's to Wendy's. Apple Pecan Salad with Pomegranate Vinaigrette dressing, for a total of $9.30. I rarely eat at fast foods, but I'm on the road. The apples are crispy. The chicken is moist. The cranberries are moist, pretty good deal.

Mario was the Nicest person I have ever dealt with at Wendy's. He treated my Elderly parents like we were His family. I never met him before but it felt great being treated so well. We only spent $14.07 but Mario treated me like I bought $100 steaks! When someone treats my parents like Royalty, it means the world to me. Way to go Mario!!!

I went through the drive thru for my grandson! He's two and ordered chicken nuggets. The line was long but it went fairly quickly and his order was correct. The employees were friendly. My grandson seemed more than happy with the food. He ate it all!

I mean its a Wendy's. Its a nice Wendy's on the inside. It has 2 TV's and new furniture. If you are looking for gourmet food, reexamine your life decisions. Otherwise, yeah I guess it is not that bad. Plus the have one of those new Coke machines with like 300 drink combinations, so there's that.

Picked up the bacon egg and cheese biscuit along with a drink. It was pretty good. Normally you don't get enough bacon to last with the sandwich, but this one had plenty. Now I am not sure if I prefer the sausage or bacon biscuit. Oh well, guess e will have to sample the sausage to find out.

Bought a Biggie Bag with the Chicken BLT sandwich for my pregnant wife. Got home and found that all they put in the sandwich was chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise. My wife was sad, and so was I.

Went through drive through. Lady running the headset was extremely friendly. Kid at the window went out of his way to make sure my order was correct and that I had a straw. Typical Wendy’s food. Was fresh. Fries were hot.

Placed mobile order easily, they had it in their system with no issues! Food was all correct. Why 4 stars: We were the only car at first, and it was incredibly long wait. They did give is our drinks and frosty first, but no straws or spoon, and frosty started to melt, and never came near the window until food was done.

I come to this location alot, they messed up the order but it wasn't that big of a deal. They had it way too cold inside and I guess some supervisor was there, but he did not seem professional at all and was really annoying. Plenty of other places to go, but nothing beats that 4 for 4.

Food is always so-so, but it's fast food so I don't expect gourmet burgers. The workers are always friendly. My issue is that the manager today (older blonde lady) was not wearing her mask properly. The mask should go over your nose. I do not believe that she does not know this or understand how to properly wear it.

My wife has hearing issues, she can't use the speaker board as her hearing aid doesn't help with amplified voices thru a speaker. The menu says to pull around to the window for help and when she does the managers and workers act as if it is the most inconvenient thing they had to do, lots of long sighs and evil eyes from inside the store.

Place is alright. Double check your order. Got a sour cream/chive potato. Ended up with no sour cream. No straws for drinks. And forgot to ask. But the also didn't ask me what sauce I wanted for my nuggets too. Luckly I have ketchup, sour cream and straws at home.

I find it frustrating that you pay $12 for a chicken sandwich combo meal and ask for 1 ranch cup that's maybe a 1oz of ranch and it's $.50....Get out of here.

It was a last minute choice for my lunch break. The food was okay but it took a long time to get my order and by the time I got back in my car to go back to work I had exactly 3 minutes. My lunch break was at 12:30 the Wendy's was 4 minutes from my job.. so after finally getting my order and driving back to work like a Nascar driver...I ended up walking around work with my burger fries and nuggets in my coat pocket and eating whenever my boss wasn't looking 🤦🤦🤦

Not the same as it used to be, although I got a great deal using a coupon I received in the paper. Food was good, I guess, but portions are so small and the fries were unsalted and soggy. That seems to be par for this area, so 3 stars. Parking was easy and plentiful and the location was mostly clean on the outside. As far as taste, the adults in our party finished most of their meals while the hungry kids barely touched theirs at all, not even the fries.

Haven't has Wendy's for a while. Stopped by this location and the cashier gave a viable as if he did not want to work. Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with a small chili. Price is not what it once was. It's understandable that cost of goods went up but spending $20.+ on lunch at Wendy's for a combo and chili?..

I could not review the atmosphere or the service because the indoor (low staff)was closed so had to quickly run through drive thru. Food was okay as usual I mostly wanted fries and chili which are always good but kind of luke warm this time around. I'll be back and hopefully they get more staff hired

Woman in the drive thru was excellent. Great attitude and really great customer service. But the Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers we ordered were awful. They were basically cold and tasted terrible. The nuggets were ok but even the tea had an odd taste. Great service but food was not good. It was late so I'd give them another chance.

Fast service & very friendly. Place is very clean (too much light). Most of the time they mess up the order. Ordered breakfast sandwhiches this morning - got them all wrong. not eating out again - not until they go all robotic. Maybe the cost will go down and they can get the orders right.

Just like any other Wendy's. The place was clean for the most part, only a couple of tables needed to get a wet cloth passed. Service was quick and the food consistent. I do notice that in the last couple of years they've increased their prices but it's still a value place compared with other restaurants.

$10.89 for a #4 DECEMBER 19th 2020. That is a lot of money for some salty fries and a moldy taste ice tea. All the fries where the bottom of the batch short and super salty. The chicken sandwich was .50 cent extra for cheese and the half cut tea was sooooooo sweet. Not half and half for sure. I am not a As@hole but that for was just so-so and the moldy tea was disgusting. Mainly that is a bunch of money for not so good food ........ for about 2 dollars more I could of gone to a sit down restaurant. I wont go back for awhile. Give it time for a new work crew and manager to take over. Or if a regional team member reads this member they could do some retraining ....... just a lot of money to me. Should of just left without my lunch......or paying for poor quality Food

Maybe it is just me but the quality of the meat has totally gone down. Not a good experience. Plus they forgot our straws and no napkins after I spent 45 dollars and 20 minutes in the drive through.

The driver thru was extremely slow. Requested extra tarter sauce on the fish and there was barely any. The fish wasn't worth the price. Definitely not a Lent location this year.

A bit annoyed. Nobody was in line except for one car already waiting for food. I sat there 10-15 minutes before asking for a refund. Clearly they messed something up with the car ahead of me. Rather than asking them to pull to the side to continue helping people, we ALL had to wait. A good 4-5 cars at least behind me when I left. This is poor management. They should have known how to handle this better. I don’t go there often, and it’ll be a while before I return if they can’t manage a short line during slow business hours.

For the first time (for me), very disappointing. Although the order on the outside board and the receipt were correct, I had two incorrect items (out of four). The fries were obviously old - they were lukewarm, limp and greasy. Maximum temp on the chicken sandwich and nuggets was warmish. I was there at 7:00 pm so maybe they had done a lot of pre-cooking anticipating a dinner rush but nothing I got was freshly prepared. Yuck. The employees were pleasant which is why I gave two stars instead of one.

The hours of operation online and everywhere else state that this location closes at midnight. However multiple occasions I've gone up there and the store has been closed at 11:45 or even 11:30. This is doing their customers a disservice. Someone should please look into this from corporate. Otherwise change your hours online or show al different window of operation.m0

Quality of the food was fine. The main reason why I was not satisfied with my experience at this Wendy's was due to the speed of service. There were two cars in front of me when I pulled into the drive thru area at 7:35pm. It wasn't until 8:03pm that I was able to pay the person at the window. It was 8:07pm when I pulled away from the restaurant. I am upset because the primary reason my family and I chose to eat at this Wendy's was for the speedy availability of food. We regret choosing to go here due to the fact it took over 25 minutes to get our meal and pull away. I have eaten at many different fast food locations and this was by far the longest I have ever waited in a drive thru in my entire life. When I asked the host why it took so long I was informed that the team was short staffed that evening. I then asked if I would be able to have some type of discount for the inconvenience. She went over to her manager and when she returned she told me that he would remove one of the items we ordered. However, when I returned home it came to my attention that no item was removed and I ended up paying full price for my meal.

The nuggets were good but the fries weren't salted at all I asked for extra syrup in my natural strawberry lemonade and the guy wouldn't put it in the drink even after charging us for it after that when we asked for it he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well I forgot and closed the window in our faces

The drive thru was rude. I got to the window to find out the JBC was no longer apart of the 4 for $4. No biggie, give me the $5. While trying to pay, I was told to hold on while she took the order of the car behind me. Took my money and then got to the 2nd window to have my food shoved at me. Had to ask for napkins and salt/pepper by waving my hands to the guy. Poor experience at lunch time that was not busy at all. At least the fries were hot, but the JBC was eerily warm.

I ordered through the app 15-20 minutes before the person picking up arrived. The food wasn’t ready so the person in the drive through pulled her, that would be fine except for the fact that not a single thing was hot nor fresh. Also there were no sauces in the bag.

I got the takis meal. The pictures should speak for themselves lol. I opened the bag of friend at the window and I asked whoever was at the window if that was all the seasoning, she said yes and she couldn’t add more. Even after I shook the bag it stayed the same lol. She handed me my order and sent me on my way pretty fast and the sandwich itself was fine. Only two good things from this interaction.

The people who work here are so rude, slow, and constantly messing up orders. A manager, at least he said he's a manager, was extremely rude to me tonight. He didn't give me a receipt and my order was wrong. When I asked his name he ignored me as did two other employees that walked away. It was ridiculous. I had to pick up a doordash order from this restaurant. The instructions say to pick up from inside. But the door was closed. So I tried to pick up from the window. Some guy yelled at me, and said I should wait the whole line of cars. He was extremely rude, and Wendy's lost a customer.

I only come here because all other fast food in the area is either closed or busy. Every time I come half of my order is wrong and the people at the drive through always have an attitude like they have better things to do. Sad to see as wendys was one of my favorite places to come to growing up.

The manager at this location was very rude. He was upset because we had a big order and they couldnt get it correct. He shut the window and walked away after i asked if he was upset because im trying to make sure my order was right. After going inside because he dudnt return to the window he then refused to come speak to me or give me his name and corporate phone number. I will never return to this location. I have a video of everything including the nasty food on the floor and him employees drinking at their work station. I am very upset and I've never been treated this way especially when spending my money. If corporate or someone does not contact me thid video and location will go viral on social media. THIS IS ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Ordered a salad.....a salad and guess what a LONG BLACK HAIR!!!! Aren't they wearing nets on their heads???? It was in the lettuce. I may never order another salad from there. So if you buy one check before you put it in your mouth and feel it's!!

The manager (dont know his name), tall with glasses is very rude. Every encounter I've had with him has been rude at the window. He never says thank you. He's quick, will argue with you and issues no apology with mistakes. I've let it slide for many times but tonight was the last straw. I wont be going back to this location simply because of him and hows hes treated me every time I go through the drive thru.

This location is dirty and disgusting! Went thru drive thru and bought a $7 salad that's not only small but I got to work opened the container and it had a big long black hair in it! Left my job a 2nd time drove back to the window asking for a replacement salad and my $ back. Mgr offered either or but wouldn't give me both. Terrible Service!

I just got home from Wendy’s and my strawberry lemonade tasted funny, I smelled it but couldn’t put my finger on it. Later my daughter brought hers to me and stated that it taste and smelled like nail polish remover and that’s exactly what I was smelling in mine. I’ve called up there 10 times with no answer and the mailbox is full. I want to speak to someone ASAP!!!!

I was worried this location might be closed as most everything is after midnight. I looked online and I saw that the drive thru is actually open until 1am. I pulled up and drove up to the drive thru speaker where I was ignored by 2 employees for over 10 minutes. I thought maybe the drive thru speaker was broken so I drove to the window after 5 minutes. On the pick up window is the hours again. Dine in closes at 12 and drive thru 1am. I kept seeing a red reflection on the stainless steel through the window appear then dissapear multiple times. I decided to pull forward a little bit to see what this was. After a minute I see a man peak his head over the corner to look out the pick up window. I wave and he proceeded to hide behind the wall. I also saw a woman in a black shirt walk by in the distance. I honked my horn and waited for some sort of response. Nothing. At this point I decided to leave. Worst customer service doesn't even touch this because it was literally the only time I have ever been ignored as a customer. It sounds like a fake story, however I have this all on video because I myself couldn't believe it.

This is the worst Wendy's I've been to. I've gone a few times since it's the only Wendy's on my way home and every time I go I know there will be something wrong with my order and their drive thru is always slow and their fries are bad. I went tonight and got a 4pc tender meal. They forgot the sauce and they only gave me 3 pieces. Train your employees. I'm never going to this location ever again.

Horrible experience at this location, not only once but 4 times. This morning no sausage for breakfast baconator sandwich. So asked if they could just substitute wedges instead she says yes. Get too window pay for food then she shorted me on change, and on top of that no wedges in my bag. So went back to window for her to tell me that don't have change and eant substitute my sausage for wedges. Calling corporate today it's not ok to steal people MONEY..

The worst Wendy‘s location in the area !! Drive thru, more like drive and wait. Drove up to the speaker and no one greeted me or asked my order even though it wasn’t that busy I had to drive up to the window. Then they hand me an incorrect order I had to point that out to them and the staff were so rude . Never getting food at this location again.

Pulled up asking for a 4 for $4. Lady said they don’t have them anymore! I said since when? As I literally just got a Wendy’s four for four at the one up in Frisco last week. She said probably about a month or two. I said wow that’s crazy and then the old lady had the audacity to say anyways we don’t have them, Read the menu! Absolutely rude and combative.

Came here yesterday with my girlfriends to grab a quick bite to eat after a concert. The restaurant seemed to be closed, as the lights were out, but as drove up to the drive thru, we heard the fast food worker speak. First, he’s very rude. He cannot handle or hear a simple order. Second, he cannot multitask. We needed to ask a question while paying, and he kept putting his finger up while he was talking. Poor customer service. Lastly, the other workers purposely kept the lights out to stop people from entering the restaurant and making drive thru orders. Overall, very lazy and unprofessional.

This place is an absolute freaking joke! Whoever owns the franchise location should have it taken from them! News Flash you imbesols, You're the only restaurant in the area with a closed lobby you asshats! Regardless of staffing issues or not, other establishments have worked around the same problem, but not you clowns! This location has literally made me hate Wendy's all togethe.. As I count how many people walk up to the door to go inside ( 7 in 10 minutes) no sign on the door explaining anything. By far the worst run franchise I've ever seen.

I'm not a fan of Wendy's; but after working a 14 hour shift I was too tired to drive out of the way for food, so I decided to stop here since it's up there street from my house. The gentleman working there were very nice; and gave good service, but the food is another story all together. The fries were disgusting & bland, the strawberry lemonade tastes like syrup, and the bacon on my sandwich is completely black. Even better when no on picks up the phone 30min before closing. The customer service here is TERRIBLE. The fat mexican manager is RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Needs to be FIRED!! The chic that hands the food out the window a little better. She at least apologized!! There needs to be some training at this location, I will NEVER return!!

It was not good. I askednfor fresh and no salt on the frys. The burger was not cooked all the way and was not even hot when i took a bite of it at the home depot next door. The spicy 4 count nuggets was cold and rubbery. The frys had salt on them. The drink was the only thing that was ok.... that place has me not to ever go back to Wendy's again

Whatever manager worked @11pm on 06/02/2021 SHOULD BE FIRED !! I’ve never experienced poor customer service as I have at this place. At this rate it should be shut down or hire whole new management!! My order wasn’t just wrong but there was also a bug in my food & they refused to take it back !! I’m disgusted with this place & I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!

Never seams to have their act together. Never ending of new employees in training. Had to wait 5 minutes past opening time for the manager to unlock the door. Then had to get the cash register up and running and the coke machine did not work inside the restaurant. They had to fill our drinks at the drive threw machine. Really dude Really !

Decided to give this place another chance, since management responded to my last negative review. My wife and I ordered the same things we always do, we were even asked at the window to repeat our order. We had high hopes, but we were let down as usual. Despite the numerous times we repeated our order, we were given THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT WE REQUESTED! This is the umpteenth time. It's as I said before: either this is intentional, or the staff is woefully under-qualified for the job. Do NOT waste your time or your money.

Don't ever use this Wendy's! Employees are extremely rude and very slow. Waited in line for WELL OVER 10 minutes to be told that they could not make change for the bill that I had. Absolutely ridiculous. No where is it posted that they do not accept bills any larger than X or X!! The manager who could care less about my business came to the window and said that it is a company policy that after 10 p.m. they can take no bill larger than a $20 bill. Most of the time if they cannot accept over a certain dollar denomination there are stickers on the Windows stating that. He could not show me anything that prove that company policy would not allow him to take my money . I am also in retail management, and I know that where a customer is concerned I can make change - it might take me a moment, but change can definitely be made. I would have gladly waited a few moments for him to get in the safe to get me my change . Since the management cares so little about their customers then looks like this location lost my business for a lifetime and I hope that everyone else follows suit because all around horrible experience! Had I have been the manager I would have gifted a customer and $8.39 order SOLELY because they waited so LONG in line due to my employees incompetence but I especially would not have made my customer feel like I didn't care about her business no matter what!

Went to Went here last night through the Drive Thru. The food was old, cold and tasted terrible. The female worker in the drive thru had a very unprofessional attitude as well. Like it was bothering her that she had to do her job. Her comments were far far from friendly or customer service oriented. 'F' this place!

By far one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I live close by so I eat there a lot. Almost every time I go there boys are always rude and the stores always disgusting food and garbage all over the floors. One time I lost my cell phone and went in there to ask if they have seen it or if they could check their security cameras and they told me that they don't even have security cameras there what kind of joke is that. Also tonight I went there and all the doors were locked and when I did finally get in they told me it would be 30 minutes before I can place an order I go back later on and go up to the drive-thru on my bike and asked if I could check out by the through the drive-thru by chance since there is nobody else there in line and I got no reply but as soon as I drove off somebody else pulled up and they answered them right away. The only reason I continue to goes like I said it's close by and I do enjoy Wendy's

Sunday very bad service nobody was there by drive through at 8 am on 11/13/2022 , nobody was inside the Wendy's they showed up 8.15 am terrible service I ordered croissant sandwiches extremely dry and cold and there's no coffee. This happened two weeks ago Sunday Wendy's wasn't opened I didn't post because sometimes it's ok but if this happens all the time then it's not good managers have to take care morning schedule and quality of food as well the worst wendy location

Food is not fresh. They don't follow instructions. French fries were cold. Chicken sandwich was probably prepared hours ago. Not worth the drive and $$.

So I have given this place many chances! No more. What moron forgets to put everything on the burger? So done with these clowns. I will never go back if I dont get a refund for this. This is unacceptable!

I am a delivery person and frequented this location on my route when in the area. I purchased 2 #1 combos and had a bad experience with the food temperature. The fries were cold, overcooked, and soggy, I immediately tried to call the location for 2 days and was not able to reach them. They would not answer their phone! On my next route near them, I stopped by to inform them of my service issue and asked them to please replace my food. The manager, who is named Jenny, informed me that they would not replace the food without the return of the purchased product that my complaint was about! I informed her that I had made several attempts to contact them without success and informed her that the meal was purchased as lunch on my route for me and my driver. I informed her we ate the only thing suitable which it was also cold. I informed her of the unsuccessful attempts to reach them, informing her that I could show her 2 days of unanswered calls to their location. She wasn't interested, I asked her how she was able to justify using an excuse that a person who purchased their lunch consumed part of it and did not replace it when the issue was food quality was bad and unable to immediately contact them? She informed me that it is their policy, and she stood by it! I will not return to this establishment again!! Horrible food, service, and communication 😪!!!

Placed a simple order number to extra mayo sweet tea , frosty vanilla since the other two was not available then can back and said chocolate was the only thing left wth, also order a number 4 chicken with extra mayo , we get back to our hotel and fries were rocks and the number . Had mustard and ketchup, the number had no mayo at all fries were rocks , has Wendy really gone down hill that bad ? More since we are not from here but another part of texas

The absolute most UNPROFESSIONAL. Terrible customer service. Cashier needs training, including the manager. RUDE! They became upset after they got my order wrong. Told me the inside was not open return the wrong order. She said I had to get back into the long line. Instead of her walking to the next side like the guy did to make the return. Lazy Idiots. I asked for a duplicate receipt they said this wasn't possible 🥺. Won't be back. I choose Sonic!

dawg i should have believed the reviews on apple map i gave them a benefit off doubt 😭 forgot the sauce & drink completely flat i should have trusted my guts & pick a different place to eat😂 chubby ole guy with the glasses hands me my food & shuts the glass & i said to myself bruh he must really hate his jobs & with the food i got serviced with it shows

Went through the drive through the sprite my wife ordered look brown. When she asked to replace it the drive thru lady rolled her eyes. Why would you sell a sprite with a splash of coke. As we drove away I noticed they forgot our fries. I went to get them as the fry guy gave me them the same drive thru girl kept giving snarky looks. If you don’t like working in customer service don’t do it. Get it over your entitled attitude and maybe you will get the order right.

We came here about a week ago. Pulled in to the parking lot and started getting out of the car to go inside to eat. Keep in mind the sign said the dining area was open til 9 and we got there at 8 as soon as the manager saw us he ran to the door to lock it. And told us to go through the drive through. Very bad service and extremely rude. If they're going to close early they should at least change their sign on the door. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Went on 3/21/23 @ 4:50 pm and only drive through is open. No sign on door to say, "dinning room closed due to staffing." I stopped going to Popeyes due inconsistent store closure without signage to alert me. I understand but teach your folks how to handle this better, like putting up a sign in the window. I would have sympathized and gone through the drive thru.

The people seemed nice but they told us they were out of baked potatoes which was fine, just get fries instead but then they forgot all of our fries and drinks. We asked for them only to then get only one of the 2 missing fries and all the wrong drinks and push us through the drive thru. Overall just a bad time and not worth the money we spent!

Be careful! This location will automatically upcharge you! Always ask for a receipt and look at what they charge you. I asked for regular and they gave me a medium then said regular now means medium.

Never coming back. This is so insane. $5 for some fries and then they charge $0.50 for 1 dipping sauce. This place is going out of business. You can't take advantage of people forever

Edit: October 22 2025, STILL BAD. Made the mistake of ordering here again. Paid ~$5 for a drink. It tasted rancid. If management wants me to bump up this review, just do the following: Film yourself anonymously going through the drive through as a regular customer, ordering a large chocolate foam drink, and drinking it. You'll see what I mean immediately. The food isnt terrible, just slightly above the quality of microwavable food. The drinks are actually designed in hell. Edit: October 18 2024 DO NOT EAT HERE! They don’t eat their own food, clearly, because THEY’RE STILL GIVING OUT SKINNY STRAWS FOR SHAKES! What else are they skimping on? I paid $30 for two trash meals because of the SpongeBob colab. Dropping my review to a 1 star. Edit: As of May 27th 2023, they still give you skinny straws for shakes. Kinda ridiculous. Let me know when this is fixed and I'll bump my rating up. Previous review: They only gave me 1 straw for all three milkshakes, and the straw they did give me was too skinny to let me drink my milkshake properly. The fries were way too salty. The sandwich was stale. I get that it's just fast food, but this is ridiculous.

I just want to say yall need to learn how to change the grease and not serve food that is hard as a rock because you cooked it in old grease. I really wanted my money back but was too tired to drive back. I will never come back to this location again

I went for the $8 JBC meal that is advertised online and on the app only to be told Wendy’s is no longer offering it. Also they served me Taco Bell-esque shredded lettuce instead of the leaf.

I placed a mobile app order. My sons went to pick the order up. When they got there the guy told them someone else had already picked up the order. They told him that he gave it to the wrong person. The guy did not want to remake it even though he is the one who made the mistake and gave the order to the wrong person. I drove up there and we had to have the cops come to get our order.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken nugget kids meal. Asked if they had juice and was told they only had orange juice. Pulled around and they gave us a bag with 2 sets of chicken nuggets, no fries or drink. We asked about the orange juice and the worker AND manager both tell us they don’t have orange juice, only apple slices. What?! How does that even make sense. Still didn’t get the fries either. Never going back and don’t recommend this location.

Im a 18 wheeler driver looking for something to eat. Pulled into a safe spot, get out and tried to go in an order togo and the door was locked (8:30am) the worker told me that i had to order from the drive through. I explained to the worker that I was in a semi truck and could not go through the drive through. The told me to walk to the drive through window and order there. This would have not been a problem if it was not raining. So I left. I think your customer service needs to improve or look at a better scenario on how letting customers in to your establishment. ( by the way this was the second store this happened at in one day)

This Wendy’s is just not very good. Very slow and they get the order correct about 50% of the time. Just got home, checked the bag and they gave me a bun, cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato... no meat patties. Find a better place or just the bite the bullet and check everything EXTREMELY thoroughly.
