Although I'm on a diet, I merely ordered 2 sides of white and brown rice, which, honestly speaking, was amazing because it was cooked alk the way and tasted amazingly delicious without having to put any kind of condiment on it! 💛💙💜💚❤
Yes, it is clearly a chain. But not all chipotles are equal. This one has done a great job with prep and cooking, I am just glad I work down the street and get to enjoy them as frequent as I do.
The staff greeted us as we entered. They were enthusiastic and attentive. We were moved through the line quickly. The food is not hot but warm enough, and tasty. The portions were just right. We went to the same establishment two days in a row, that's how much we love the food at chipotle. I took the remainder of my food to work, my colleagues were envious, as I warmed my food up.
Best customer service! I’ve had to speak with Manager Molina concerning two different orders. She is both courteous and attentive and she handled both occasions quite professionally and pleasantly. Carson South Bay Pavillion Chipotle is and will continue to be my first choice. Thank you Manager Molina for a job well done!!
Great service!!! Did an online order for my job. They had it ready right on time didn't even have to wait. Sandra the cashier was very nice and friendly. She made sure my order was put together without a hitch. I'll be coming back here more often for lunch.

I asked for a burrito, Chipotle handed me a small planet wrapped in foil. This thing has its own gravity. I had to rotate it like a globe just to find the first bite. Took me 3 days, 4 naps, and a moment of self-reflection to finish it. 10/10 would risk my digestive system again.
I went on Sunday and ordered my food and it was amazing. It was so great. I came back again the next day ordered the exact same thing, but it wasn't as good. The rice and the meat was cold. I did not like that. But other than that, I have no complaints again when I attended the 1st day. The food was warm. It was delicious. The food was amazing, but the wait was a tad bit longer than usual. And I've noticed that recently the portions are getting smaller.
I ate at Chipotle's, it was the first time I've ever had hot food. It has always been warm and good, so I applaud the staff. The beverage area is always a challenge it is always in need of constant attention.
When they first opened up the food was tops... It's a roll of the dice on food consistency to quality ratio. But still a much healthier choice over fast burger places.
I came with my coworkers for lunch. They are usually pretty busy. They have plenty of staff to keep you moving through quickly. I would say the quality of food is alright. Nothing real special. In my opinion 10 for a burrito is a bit much that's not including a drink. They are an ok establishment. I will come back again sometime.
I’ve been to quite a few Chipotle’s, but none have had much flavor quite like this location. They’ve seasoned everything pretty well and their meats looked tasty and juicy. The young woman who took care of my order was very easy to communicate with. She offered me the option of guac, which I was hesitant but agreed to. I didn’t realize till I paid for my bowl that it was an extra $2.25. Service was great minus her not notifying me of the extra guac charge.

He does a mix of black + pinto beans; I stuck with only black. He gets sour cream; I skipped it. But I did not skip on the corn, smooth queso, and shredded cheese (yes, both, and yes, worth it). Everything slapped (as you kids say). Flavorful, fresh, and filling without being too heavy. I’ll definitely be back—especially since I’ll be living in Carson temporarily from January through February 28th before my permanent relocation to Hawai’i in March. Highly recommend grabbing the carne asada + chimichurri before it’s gone.

The food is never hot !, the servers are cutting back on the portions they are giving.
You can get a great service here but it all depends on who is working that day and time. I eat here often, about once a week, and most of the time they are friendly and their portion is adequate. But today unfortunately I encountered a server (haven't seen her before -- maybe new) who looked angry and stayed that way the whole time she was serving. Not only that her portion was way small, especially the meat. I hardly tasted any chicken in my chicken bowl. Please train your staff (esp. new ones) properly so that we get consistent amount of meat every time. I felt like I got rip off today from that angry girl.
Seems consistent throughout all their restaurants, avoid the chips, Pretty salty for my taste. If taking out, just get a bag from the grocery store & you'll be much happier.

The line goes through relatively quickly. Though I find it pricey for a fast food chain. $7 or 8 for an Entree (Burrito, Tacos, Bowl, or Salad) without a drink or side. The food tastes good, but I would prefer going to a Mexican restaurant and sit down in a more relaxed environment for those prices.

The chips are absolutely stale. My first time experiencing that at Chipotle. They are worse than stale. I am absolutely disappointed. I will be going to Walmart to get lime chips to go with my food. I probably will not go back to that location. The staff was wonderful, but sometimes the chips is all that a person wants.

Food is good. Major Con: There was a small furry dog on the table with its owner at this place. I don't want dog hair in my food. If the dog isn't a help aid it shouldn't be allowed inside! That has to violate some public health restrictions.
Came in for lunch. The food was okay, but the location ruinned the experience. Shortly after ordering a chicken bowl and sitting down to eat, an employee began to mop the floor, only the entrance way. Not only is this disrespectful towards the customers, but it demonstrates the level of training employees recieve. I suggest Chipotle re-train there employees on customer service and how to properly mop.
Ordered online wasn't ready when I arrived 10 minutes past pick up time. Second time in a row its happened. Update 10.16.22. This location has poor customer service. They never greet or welcome you. All they way is what can I get you. So impersonal.
They were in such a rush that they didn't add my meat to my bowl. Thankful I didn't get charged either but still. I didn't realize until I go home and my bowl was meatless.
Very stingy with the portions when I went...There was no rush and the line looked freshly restocked, so I'm not sure why the guy was not properly filling my burrito. It didn't even seem like he did one full scoop (which is the standard and what I'm usually okay with). He was even stingy with the guac, which is extra. Since I've worked in plenty of fast food restaurants before, I always try to show a bit of grace whenever I go out to eat but it's getting tiring. Chipotle's prices are increasing, so it shouldn't be much of a problem if a customer asks for more of something...The guy had the nerve to ask if my burrito looked okay and I thought that was funny. Of course I asked for more portions though. Despite that problem, I had no issue with the customer service. I know these types things tend to be a management problem. From my understanding Chipotle employees get scolded by management for giving out too much, so that's why I don't attack the workers personally for it.
I had a bad customer service today. I walked in with my daughter! We were ready to order and stood there for a cool 2 minutes, they didn’t greet us or asked if we were ready to order. The girl took her sweet time fixing something then decided to come help us. I was really close to leave.
Went to support a fundraiser for my cousins school and the customer service was just bad. For starters the food was bland like they didn’t season it. And on top of that the Guac which is $2.45 extra had no flavor either. Probably won’t be back to this location. And the food server gave attitude when asking for the mild sauce on the side
Went in about 20 minutes before closing. Was practically being pushed out. They didn't have any more ingredients left. Their services was rushed and they didn't seem to care if they were rude about it. Avoid coming here to eat.
I come here sometimes and never received 5 star service. But today takes the cake Me and my pregnant wife entered and asked if they were still open and they said yes. My wife proceeded to say hi to a man with long hair and tattoos on his face. He looked at us dead on our eye, said nothing and proceeded to do what he was doing. I felt disrespected and unwanted. This is rude and not fair, despite him having tattoos on his face, we did not judge him and proceeded to treat him with kindness by speaking, all for him to look at us up and down. why couldn’t he have the decent to speak back. On another instance I came here and asked if my drink was in the bag, the cashier stated he didn’t know and said to check. This location makes us feel very uncomfortable and not wanted. When a customer is nice enough to speak the least you can do is speak back.
There was a very long hair in my bowl. It wasn’t just at the surface, it was in between the food, I had to pull the hair out with force. Absolutely disgusting. Will never return to this location again. Do better.
Bad customer service. Who ever owens this spot needs to do some serious customer service education classes. Rude, and very unfriendly. I ordered 2 salads and one burrito. And my burrito was wet from having too much of the sauce. She gave me the meat from the bottom of the pan. When I asked for fresher meat they refused. I will not come to this location in the future.
I don't know what happened on this trip to Chipotle but I am sorry to say the food wasn't good. Actually I can say what happened exactly- the food we were served wasn't fresh -the steak was over cooked but probably was just sitting around too long in the warming tray, same with grilled veggies which were soggy. Who is managing the the food quality, if the food is not at the companies standard - the decision should be made TO NOT SERVE IT. Really dissatisfied- we should've gone to Pura Vida Mex Food - honestly there you never get a bad meal.

I really dislike giving low stars to a place my kids love to eat at all the time. I will not use the word hate here. But I dislike the long lines at this location, I dislike having to wait over 30 minutes in line to find out when I get to the front to start my order to find out they ran out of all the meats I want on my kids' burrito and/or burrito bowl now they tell me I have to wait again because they just put the meat on the grill, I dislike when I suggest they use the to-go section to fill my burrito bowl order, they tell me no. I try not to post negative stuff, but it's getting to be a recurring event at this location. I'll have to drive to another location to get better customer service, meats with no attitude about me inquiring about alternatives to fulfilling my food order for my kids. That's my opinion at this Chipotle location, maybe you might have a better time, more meats, good attitude when you go. Good luck and that's my review for this Chipotle location.

Didn't even get to eat. 1 star for walking into zombieland. Not one word said to us as we stood there awkwardly waiting for the pleasant sound of "bowl or burrito?" All 8 of the employees were either hung over or just having a bad morning.
I went there 2 weeks ago and spent $15 in a burrito which came all wet, I needed to ask the girl to add more rice and even so it was bad, Im about to order again and checked the reviews and with no hesitation I will be ordering from other location, also to the employees: TREAT OLDER PEOPLE BETTER! YOU WONT BE PUNISHED IF YOU ARE POLITE.
My mother just called me today in a way because the employees today were being rude to her. She’s a kind woman and elderly. Manager, Please have a talking to with these workers about their behavior. I’d like to add she’s a recent surviving cancer patient and has issues eating. Don’t be rude to customers who aren’t rude to you.
I didn’t wanna have to say this, because I really love chipotle have for years but this location it gives chipotle a bad name because I know their food taste good. I’ve went to other locations and had their food and was always satisfied but this location since they first opened, their food is not good at all, the guacamole was bland and not made correctly. The steak was not seasoned or cut well. It was a lot of the fat still on the steak I had to keep spitting out my burrito. I honestly think they need to close this location for a while and really train the employees because it’s just something about this location. Their food is not good and I know chipotle food is good. I eat it all the time .
Man I should have read the bad reviews before ordering here! Spend 17$ on a steak burrito that DIDNT EVEN HAVE NO STEAK in it at all! HORRIBLE waste of money should have just gotten In and out .

Now I know why I don’t go Chipotle. $4-5 tacos. Hardly no meat. Workers skimping and hard to tell the prices. Never again. You can tell the workers don’t care. Can’t wait for in-n-out to open there and take away their business .
