Spectacular in its post-Covid reopening! They've reinvented themselves as a rotisserie, with delicious and exquisite recipes. Homemade cuisine with a modern twist sets them apart from classic rotisseries. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including the classic "Gildas." Excellent service from the owners, attentive and friendly at all times. We'll be back because we're eager to try more. Highly recommended.

My sister took me there by chance, and I loved everything: the patatas bravas, the hummus with eggplant, the puff pastry. And the dessert. Plus, I've known the couple who run it for 30 years. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Great food.. Good quality tapas, lovely dessert We paid 80 euros for 4 people including drinks. We were sufficiently full. Tapas cost on average 6 to 7 euros. We ordered 9 or 10 tapas in total.

Exquisite tapas of prepared dishes, nothing fried. The best: hummus with eggplant chips, tuna with salmorejo and ham chips, homemade Russian salad, and many more small dishes that change constantly. Ideal for a light dinner with friends or a partner, accompanied by a good wine pairing. The place is small, but on weekdays, there's no problem finding space. It's right across from the Castelldefels library.

Pol Picas (Mr. Picas)

A very nice place to have some tapas or pinchos in Castelldefels. Small local, original and good. It’s obvious that one of the bests hits are gildas simce the name.. Try also the bravas inspired on a classical bravas place in Barceloma. They have nice combos options and a lot of wine cups that you can try. Just go for vermouth time or lunch, even dinner, a nice place to enjoy.

We arrived a little late and... They forced us to eat quickly and literally kicked us out to close. They charged us €57 per person for four courses, meager portions, and a dessert that was more than subpar. A complete rip-off.

The vermouths cost €2, but they serve them in a small glass with a huge ice cube, so there's literally only a finger's worth of vermouth. The patatas bravas were just okay, and the fried eggplant was ridiculously expensive for the tiny portion. Plus, they slice it so thin it falls apart when you try to pick it up. It's overpriced for what it is.

The vermouths have more ice than vermouth (€2). The "Tomás" bravas are similar to the bravas at the Tomás bar in Sarria in that they have potatoes (€5). And the eggplant chips with hummus, we had to dip the hummus with our fingers because the chips break because they are so fried and thin (€8). They are very small tapas. Not worth the price. We had to go somewhere else for a real dinner. The gildas were good, though. We'll be back. Haha.
