Eat restaurant

Pernottando al Brixia ho cenato nella struttura e non posso che dire TOP. Qualità alta e gusto impeccabile. Il servizio invitante e disponibile senza essere invadenti. Dei veri professionisti.

I was on a quick trip to Italy to visit a customer in Castenedolo. They recommended me to come to this hotel as it is 5 min away by car. Literally! This is perfect to organize the business logistics but may not be the best solution for a person with few allergies and intolerances. I had two options: driving to Brescia or Verona. Or trying the restaurant in the hotel. During the booking, I asked for gluten-free breakfast and they confirmed. As I was a bit tired and didn’t feel like driving anymore, I tried the restaurant. After all, if they could give me gluten-free breakfast, they would for sure be able to serve gluten-free dinner. What a choice! They had gluten-free bread (which they served only unfrozen but not baked). Then the waiter helped me a lot finding what to eat. Actually they could adapt almost everything. My choice was a “beef tartare” that was really, really, delicious. Then the “Macheroncini with cherry tomatoes and basil sauce” which they prepared with gluten-free pasta. And for desert, I listen do the waitress who recommended me the “babarese” (I think this is the name). ¡Excellent! ¡Their service was very efficient and the food even better!

Best food I’ve had during past week in Italy! Stopped at the roadside to have a work call and ended up discovering a superb restaurant!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per cena. Il locale è ben tenuto e non è proprio consigliato se ci si vuole abbuffare. Piatti stile gourmet ma davvero buoni. Prezzi alti, ma commisurati alla qualità offerta.

Pranzo di lavoro con colleghi. Ottimo cibo e il servizio con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato !

Situato all'interno del Blu Hotel Brixia. Fermato a cena una sera perché all'interno del Hotel Brixia. Locale pulito e tranquillo. Cucina buona con piatti ricercati ma da migliorare. Porzioni abbondanti come il prezzo. Servizio cortese e disponibile.

Ristorante piacevole all'interno dell'hotel. Menù vario, personale molto cortese ed attento. Prezzo leggermente alto per la tipologia di ristorante.
