Food is always excellent.

Was looking for something truly spicey so I ordered the hot and spicey mei fun. I wasn't let down. The flavor was simply awesome and exactly what I was craving. I will definitely be back just for this dish. Definitely recommend for the spicey lovers!

I came to Arcade NY to drop off freight. Decided I wanted some Chinese food for the night. Came here and was glad I did. The service was top notch, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious!! I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!!

Edit: So I ordered my regular again Broccoli with Chicken and they did right by it this time 50/50 like I originally asked. So now I'll give them 5 stars because they definitely improved on my order and even gave me a small discount on my order this time because of last time. I love how fast they are literally say 15 mins and it'll be ready and I got there early and my food was ready within 3 minutes of being there. Food was hot and fresh. And tasty like always. One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area for sure. Thanks guys for listening and improving. I live right around the corner from here and usually the food is good and plentiful. I always order the same thing Broccoli with Chicken combination plate. I ordered the same thing like always and they always give 75% of it broccoli and carrots and maybe 25% chicken. I love Chinese but they really do rob you on the chicken portion. Come on guys.... should be 50/50 on the portions I don't like spending $13 for a tray full of Broccoli. Hopefully they fix that.

I live right in town so I eat at this place just about every night. I what’s feel happy and welcome when I’m there and the food is great. Sweet n sour chicken, Mongolian beef. It’s all great. This is the best place to eat and run by great people. Very fast. Very easy 10/10

I've been nothing other than impressed with this restaurant since the day it opened many many years ago. The best Chinese food I've ever tasted. I'm partial to the chicken with broccoli. My kids can be picky about what they eat but they all love the sweet and sour chicken. And the service is especially outstanding! Some of the nicest, most generous people you will ever meet! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased to say someone from the restaurant read my previous review glad to say that they have changed the fryer oil and for sure you can tell . today I gave this place a chance again and I'm glad I did back to classic Arcade food king 👑 keep up the good work and keep that oil CLEAN . so that being said you went from 1 🌟 to 4 🌟's from me GREAT JOB DON'T SLACK BE CONSISTENT . I will review again soon! Of you like this post please "like" it...

The food tasted pretty good but the broccoli was hard and uncooked. We spent over $40. We probably will not go back because of the hard broccoli.

Food got really bad. They don't give u enough for what u pay for.. They Really Got Bad on Their Food and their Portions. They seem to have a Problem Cooking There Broccoli Soft. It's Always hard and Nasty

Tried here many time different things . Every time the food is awful no taste, no spice to the general tso .the new owners need to go to Chinese cooking glasses and learn the techniques of flavors and dishes

Been eating here for a long time. The place is going down hill. The chicken is stringy and disgusting. Can’t even cut with a fork. Done and will now order from different Chinese restaurants around the area.

Worst food ever! Ordered out from 14 miles away got home to eat and it tasted terrible, had a Burt taste to it! What a waste of my money and time.

Being a customer of food king for years I ordered Chicken and garlic sauce tonight and there was only 3 pieces of chicken in the whole thing. It tasted great as always. But when I contacted the owner she was very rude and very nasty and never offered to make up for anything. So disappointed and disgusted with the arcade food king. As a business owner I would never treat a customer like that. The customer is always right. Think twice before you order from arcade food king

I wish I could give this place zero Stars. Years ago the food was delicious, unfortunately over the past few years the food has seriously gone downhill. My friends and I spent $70 there two nights ago, four of us, and the food was inedible. I will never eat there again and I hope this review finds people and deters them from spending their money there. It's definitely not worth it.

Definently getting worse.We gave them 1 more last chance.never ever order again.sweet sour chicken(corn starch balls) smaller than a quarter very few were larger.garlic chicken was more like garlic vegtables. Although garlic sauce was good.definetely not worth the price.We are so disappointed again.

Order was 2x chefs Special General Tso's chicken and 2x crab rangoon. All in all I'm quite disappointed. Good 1.It was ready on time and all of the items were in the bag. 2. The rice was the only acceptable part of the meal. Bad 1. Fryer oil not changed recently making food taste like old fryer oil. 2. Barely any filling in the crab rangoon, aprox. a quarter teaspoon. 3. Barely any sauce on the chicken, it was nearly dry. 4. Chicken way over cooked and tasted of dirty fryer oil. 5. Chicken cut along the muscle grain instead of across making it very stringy and difficult to chew. 6. No spice to speak of even though this dish should be spicy.

Probably one of the worst Chinese places I’ve ever been to. Pork fried deuce tasted spoiled. Sweet and sour shrimp was smashed shrimp, breaded and fried, never seen anything like that before. Wouldn’t recommend.
