Got the cutest donuts from here during halloween time

I had to ask for the girls name so that I could leave this review bc I just couldn't believe how nice and pleasant she was when she took my order and she saw that I order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a medium coffee and I didn't order a hash brown but she spoke up and said " we have a $6 meal deal all you have to do it add hash browns to ur order and this will only come to $6.48 instead of the almost $10 I would of paid. So I order that all the time but only Gabriella told me about the money I could save by doing the 6 dollar meal instead of having me spend almost 10 dollars everytime I order that. Gabriella did an amazing job with taking care of the customer instead of just letting me spend an extra 3 bucks everytime I order that.

Food and service are always 10/10. I get a croissant breakfast sandwich and a coffee nearly every day. Sometimes it gets really busy and crowded but thats because its an addition to a gas station. But even in peak times with 15 people ordering I never have to wait more than 5 minutes.

Shame they have to have such a teensy location, but the coffee, food, and experience is always pleasant. They're fast and remember orders well. I enjoy this location!

It's a Dunkin Donuts... You know what you're getting. Staff is really nice though!

Good sandwich but very slow service.

Employees are friendly, service is relatively quick, open 24/7. Parking is horrible though.

They were good, it was busy this morning and everyone was still pretty quick about getting orders out. Coffee was great!!

Always have a pleasant encounter with the employees. Never an issue with orders and they are complete in a timely manner.

As many know this is one of my favorite chain,this one seems to be geared towards college kids. The one thing is the bathroom was not the cleanest,no hand soap and there was a bit of a odar.

Some times food is quick other times it can take a bit. Just depends on the staff working and orders that come in.

Got employees who loudly swear and complain about working at dunkin in the back and they kept forgetting my hash browns.

Small dunkins inside gas station. Coffee is good. Looks like a dunkins, so it must be dunkins.

It's okay but not a full service Dunkin Donut, just in a convenience store

They sadly made many mistakes with my orders. Yet they are friendly. So you take the bad with the good lol

Came in this morning to pick up a mobile order, they were swamped but getting through orders pretty quickly. I ordered a coffee and a donut and had about a 10 minute wait. When I got my coffee and waited a few more minutes for the donut, they had continued on to other orders. I asked about the donut and was met with a barista and her foul attitude saying “I’m completely out of that donut I don’t know what to tell you.” No one had told me this beforehand nor did the app notify me about being out of stock, one of the other employees offered me a different kind. I would have walked away had I not already paid. That girl and her attitude are rotten. I will not be giving anymore business to Dunkin after this encounter.

I love Dunkin' and am hooked 9n their Lattes. I have had great experience with weekday trips to the Caz Dunkin'. This was my first Saturday trip there and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered 3 things online, when I got there, only my Latte was on the counter, I had to ask for the rest of it. And the latte was horrible. Same latte I order every time. The weekday crew makes it excellently every visit. But I ended up throwing this one away it was so bad. Avoid this location on Saturdays.

My understanding is that some restaurants make their doughnuts on premises, while other "satellite" stores bring the doughnuts in from Dunkin restaurants that do have doughnuts making facilities. The Cazenovia store, inside a gas station/convenience location appears to be a satellite store. As a result, its doughnuts can be stale, especially later in the day. Their coffee is good, as are the sandwiches and other offerings. As to price, I think they all are over priced. Personnaly, if I want a freshly made doughnut in Cazenovia, I head to the Tops supermarket down the street. Be aware that Tops runs out of doughnuts pretty early in the morning, and they only make one batch each day. I've read some of the other reviews. Generally I'd say the staff is friendly and competant. But like any business, you'll occasionally come across someone you don't like. 98% of the time, the staff is nice and helpful.

Inconsistent coffe is good one day and cold.and terrible the next

Order is never made correctly and I always ordered assorted munchkins and they only give me glazed chocolate and regular glazed, I didn’t know that’s what assorted meant, only getting two kinds lmao

For a small town this place should have better service.. I came in to order and the shift manager along with 2 other girls stood there as I stood at the counter waiting to order they felt the need to finish what they were talking about before coming to take my order and then just seem to do it iin a manner as tho I was just a person looking around lost... wouldn't recommend this place... go to mcdonalds.. at least u know what to expect... The service industry has gone down hill

I ordered six donuts and dunkin “didn’t have any of the ones I ordered” so they gave me the “next best ones” which ARE THE LEAST FAVORITED DONUTS THEY HAVE!

Do not come here, ever. I will never be back. This is the worst Dunkin. They always get your order wrong and there are certain members of staff that are super rude and will toss your food at you from across the counter. The picture is also their idea of a wake up wrap.

If you see the large yellow haired blonde lady with the attitude and glasses working, run as fast as you can! Takes her 20 minutes to make a sandwich, and by the time she’s done, she will practically throw the order at you. Exceptionally rude to say the least. Moves like a turtle with a mood problem. Wish I knew her name, but she should be fired!!! Will not be returning to this location EVER

They are slower than the caramel substance they put in their coffees. They could probably keep up with demand if their manager wasn’t chain smoking in her car. The app doesn’t never “on” for this location. Should be zero stars.

I was there earlier and the were so unbelievably rude they tried charging my friend for something she didn’t even get and wouldn’t give her her money back, they had no reason to be rude to us.one of the guys said to the other lady he was going to take a while to make our drinks, unbelievable

Every time I have gone there, They have messed up my order. This morning, I ordered a Large Hot Cocoa and the cup was only filled up half way. I also ordered hash browns which were burnt to a crisp! I understand people have bad days, But this place seems to be every day!

I asked her if it was, in fact, the donut I ordered and she insisted it was. Bit into the donut to find that it was a normal fry cake. Ruined my morning.

If I could give this place zero stars and still be able to submit this answer I'd be a lot happier with this. You can expect poor customer service, from a young girl still looking like she's in highschool. She was not polite at all. "What else" after everything my boyfriend and I said. And when she "tried" to be nice with a "have a good night" it was far from meaningful. Not to mention she's a careless cook. I probably won't come here this late again.
