No envían los pedidos tal cual son, llame a la sucursal para comentarles y no saben dar soluciones, de por sí me hicieron llegar la pizza equivocada y tardarón en traerla mas del estimado de tiempo que te dicen. Y sobre todo la equivocación a su favor

No puede ser que se tarden 90 minutos en una entrega y que nadie te avise que hay demora, según por la lluvia. Y que las telefonistas no tengan idea de que está pasando. El servicio en esa tienda es deficiente y siempre hay algo que lleva años sin corregirse. Que pena que si quiero una pizza de Dominos debe ser ahí porque no hay opción a seleccionar otra tienda

I ordered a large Texas BBQ pan pizza and received one that was anything but pan-fried. The crust was raw and there wasn't a drop of BBQ sauce in it. I've already filed a complaint because this isn't the first time I've had a problem with this branch. If you can go to another location or buy pizza from somewhere else, that would be a better option.

The service isn't very good. They're slow to serve you. Even though there are many people at the counter, none of them help you. And they yell at the person who should be serving you 😡😡 And then they treat you badly.

The dough was sooooo thin and lacked flavor :( you could barely taste the butter on the bread. For that, a lirusisa is better, as they say. I ordered through the app, and the guy at the register told me I had absolutely no change. The manager came right after, opened the register, and gave me my change. I'd never been treated like that in a store before.

I ordered a pan pizza. Check out the photos of what they sent me. It looked like a normal, thin crust, and the cheese didn't reach the edge (plus it was cold, an hour and a half later). Draw your own conclusions. It's better to go to another branch.

I ordered a Dominator pizza, and they really messed up by just stretching the dough out, which ended up looking like a cookie. I filed a complaint on their website, they sent me an email saying they'd call me back, but they never did. Yesterday I bought a Little Caesars pizza, and it was nothing like Domino's—the price, the service, and the taste were all terrible. Look at the size of the box and the size of the pizza. If you have the chance, find another Domino's location if you like them. I recommend other pizzas, not this rip-off of a chain.

I have ordered through Rappi several times, and it takes them 4 hours to say it was delivered. I press one to find out what’s going on and they don’t answer or act like they don’t know or leave you waiting. They told me they would send my order again. They sent me the one they had prepared 4 hours ago. It arrived cold and the food had the sauce absorbed. I work in the kitchen and it seems to me like a completely incompetent branch. If you are going to buy something, do it somewhere else. This one specifically does not represent Domino’s.

It's incredible how my pizzas arrived, when I opened them they had a key with oil inside 😢, the delivery guy had a bad face and besides his gift I really hope they improve because disgusted is not enough, he also demanded more tip 😕
