Today, January 1, 2025, I went to Santo Gallo, Squadron 201, and they placed the already-roasted chickens on the tray where they were preparing the raw chicken. When I told them, they denied it and said, "Oh, we'll clean up right now." Terrible behavior from the elderly man, rude and unhygienic.

Be careful when buying here, especially if you buy a "combo." It's happened to me twice, and once to a family member. They refuse to give you a receipt and always try to charge you for the sides separately, even when you specifically order the chicken as a "combo." They overcharge, claiming it's a system error and can't be canceled. The first time I went, they pulled this trick on me and charged me for an extra side. On subsequent visits, I've realized that this is their scam at this branch.

The salesman was a real clown; I asked for necks and it turns out they're only available for purchase through an app. What a joke!

I ordered a chicken with sausages, necks, and baby potatoes, but they called me to tell me they didn't have baby potatoes. They refused to cancel the baby potatoes, claiming it wasn't possible, and that if I could, I had to cancel the entire order. But this isn't the first time I've ordered there, and it has been possible to cancel. Very bad service, really.

The chicken was burnt and very dry; it was obviously from yesterday. I had to throw it away. 😡😡They also don't give you a receipt; you have to ask for it, otherwise, there's no way to file a complaint. I've bought here many times, but the last three months have been terrible. I'm convinced I won't be back.

They say they open at 8, but by 9 they still didn't have any chicken. If they're not going to have any, at least change the hours. The first time I came they didn't have any chicken necks and the mashed potatoes tasted awful.

Warning! We bought 3 chickens, sausages, and chicken necks yesterday for a gathering, and 12 of us ended up with severe diarrhea. It's been over a day, and we're still feeling sick. It's irresponsible to sell food in that condition. Don't buy from here if you don't want to get sick. Terrible experience!

I don't recommend them at all. The attendants are very rude. They're disloyal. And the truth is, it's not worth leaving my money there. In my case, I went shopping and they told me I'd have to come back in half an hour, and then they told me I'd have to come back in an hour. Even so, I came back on time, and when I arrived, they refused to deliver the items around 8:30 p.m., which makes me think they prepare for the next day and offer products that aren't from that day. I'm a frequent customer who won't leave his money there again.

The afternoon clerk has a TERRIBLE attitude. Even when the product is ready, he always says it will take 15 minutes, and he increases the time for every person who asks. He takes ages to ring you up, or he simply ignores you. Awful service.

I ordered fresh chicken to go, emphasizing that it had to be from that day since it wasn't on the grill. The employee confirmed it was, but when I got home, I was disappointed to find an old, dry chicken. At least be honest when offering your products. I used to buy from you twice a week, but I won't be back.

When we arrived we asked how long it would take for them to be ready, they told us 1 hour, we waited that long and when we lined up and ordered them, they didn't want to sell them to us, they told us that "they're no longer coming out" even though there were 3 lines of chickens on the rotisserie, it's not fair that they say they'll be out in a certain time and then change it and no longer want to sell. Although they serve us reluctantly, we liked to buy at this branch because they are always freshly made and they are good, but these deals are not worth it 😿😿
