2/16/24 update: I went inside for a late lunch (~3pm). I was warmly greeted by Cahmal. He was very energetic. He took my order and immediately made my malt. My hamburger and fries came out within a minute of getting the malt. The hamburger was hot and delicious. My fries were barely warm… Very surprising and unusual for Freddy’s. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the burger and malt. Delicious! The young lady taking our order inside the restaurant had a very flat affect. However, the burger and fries are absolutely DELICIOUS and always hot and freshly prepared for your order. Grab a shake with it, too. YUMMMM! The restaurant founder was a veteran. God Bless him!🇺🇸

Grabbed a quick lunch here, eating inside. Plenty of clean spaces for dining. I had the kids meal, see picture. It's a single Patty hamburger and I included fries with it. Also I had a small chocolate malt. Burger was hot and delicious with toppings of my choice, plenty to eat! Large volume of shoestring fries, as well, which were hot and delicious. Wish they provided ketchup in something other than the many little packets, however. Overall, a great experience and a interesting combination of ice cream and burger joint.

Food was great! Service could use a bit of work and the front wasn't very clean. There was an off smell. But that was not reflected in the food

First time eating here and my first impression was the food was great a little too much seasoning on the burger, but overall pretty decent. One thing I noticed is they really need to clean the tables and booth seats they were very nasty. I has some hand sanitizer in my purse so I cleaned the table and booth myself, if management reads this please clean the tables and seats!

I wanted a shake but I didn’t realize it was a concrete so a bit disappointed in that, burger was too salty but it tasted good just needs less salt, good pairing with mushrooms though. And cheese curds are really good better than Culver’s. Not bad just wish bathroom was more cleaner.

We came here for the first time today, August 18th and had dinner. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. The team in the kitchen when we picked up our food were also friendly. The burgers were overcooked to the point of being burnt. It made them near gross. They were not very busy, so I'm not sure why they got burnt so bad. The fries were good, so that helped. The eating area was nice and clean, but the cold air return vents were nasty disgusting. See pics. They desperately need to be cleaned and most likely all the duct work needs a deep clean. Regardless, I'm sure we will return.

For the most part a nice experience. Except our 3 piece Chicken Tenders had a bad, really bad, grisly fatty strip that was inedible. Burger was good. Fries good. Drinks good. Soft serve good. So 4 Stars. And I am certain if we were not in a hurry the excellent Staff would have corrected it. But, we had an Appt. to keep and went about our way….. So my opinion is Burger, yes! Fries, yes! Chicken Strips, be careful. Over all Go Here.

The onion rings look better than they taste. They provided no sauce which I was sad about. Pumpkin Pie Concrete was legit. Better than Andy's in that it doesn't make you feel like you're sick after eating it. Whipped cream, spice and crust bits were all delicious. Another day we tried a regular hamburger meal. Show string fries aren't for me and they carry Pepsi products so my substandard Diet Pepsi didn't make me fall in love. The burger was fantastic but you have to ask for mayonnaise because they only put mustard on it. I'd go again for ice cream and maybe just a burger.

Great service as always but they gave me the saltiest burger I've ever tasted in my life. I don't know what happened but I know this has permanently ruined Freddy's for me.

Just terrible. For us to review our order multiple times & it was repeated back correctly, yet given to us incorrectly is very frustrating. You could also tell that they were in need of new frying oil and a good clean on their grills. Left a nasty taste in the mouth. No napkins or plastic utensils given for our meal either. Not to mention, their phone number listed online and on the receipt is a non working number. I was not driving 20 minutes back to have my order remade or for a refund. A complete waste of money and time.

Whoever the lady is at the drive through window working on 9/25/25, at lunchtime, needs to be trained again. She literally didn’t say a single word to me, looked at me like I was a problem, and then sat tapping in the window waiting for a burger to be made. Rude and annoying. For the price of y’all’s food, customer service should be better. Next time I’ll go to in’n’out, and get a better burger, for a cheaper price, with nicer people.

I've been a loyal customer for 4 years as I work around the corner. I will say they have gone through some employee changes and rough roads. For the past year now, it's been really awful. I went there yesterday and as you can see this is what I got. The woman who took my order was rude and didn't seem like she cared for her job. When I placed my order, I had to repeat myself 4 times because she was interested in doing other things. That would be fine however, I was the only one in the drive-thru. I wouldn't have a issue for this however when I drive away and get a burger slapped in a bag not even close to being together, no napkins, terrible service, and waited for around 10 minutes. I will say I've had some great experiences from this location. Within the last year, the customer experience has been extremely awful, and the burger I received in the foil bag is a great example of how the customer has been treated over the last year.

I placed an order from Freddy's through Door Dash on 8-7-2024. However, I checked my order and realized the top bun and the fry sauce I had requested on the side were missing. I tried calling Freddy's multiple times but never received a response. This experience left a terrible first impression. Furthermore, the food was lukewarm when it arrived. I recommend avoiding this establishment due to the poor service. I ended up disposing of the food because I didn't trust it.
