I love this place! Management is really friendly and professional as well as the staff! My first visit here was a great experience :). The kind young lady who was our cashier made suggestions and friendly conversation. And the food was amazing!! I tried some sort of cinnamon bagel with the maple smear and it was SO good. I went up to try and buy a decaf coffee, however, they were already out for the day since it was almost two. Because they saw how bummer out I was, they made up.for it by giving me a not one, but two free beverage and free bagel & smear coupons. I love the Einstein Bros Cedar Park location! Came back today and breakfast/coffee was delicious! My family and I will definitely be back for more :)

I have been to this location on several occasions, both dine-in and take out, and have had excellent service from the Mgr, Amber, as well as her staff each and every time. Amber always greets me when i walk in. One time there was a male Mgr on duty( i didnt catch his name) but he was nice too. For the recent negative review, ( by the person who came in the 2nd door at 2:02pm AFTER CLOSING), why do you feel so entitled? These workers get there at 4:30am to open at 5am in the early morning, and the hours at ALL the locations are the same, so why should they accommodate you when you come in after hours?! I wasnt there but I find that review hard to believe. The staff has to clean up and prepare for the next day. I think it’s rude and selfish to post a complaint on a store that works non-stop on their feet to provide their customers with good food and a clean environment. Granted the 2nd door should have been locked, but still, have some mercy! Just doesnt sound at all like the staff at this location….🤷🏼‍♀️ I give this store a 5-star for 2025!

The bagels have always been soft. Service inside and in the drive thru has been great. The store is open and welcoming. Only problem is that parking in front is limited due to the other businesses in the small area.

Clean and nice ambience to have a decent good breakfast. The signature bagels are our favorite, farmhouse and brisket bagel is a must try. There is ample staffing in the store and the line isn’t that bad and cleared fast. Do register their Einstein Bro app on your phone to earn points for food redemption in the future. If you want to try their wide variety of regular bagels, you may take the receipt, go online to give them feedback to help improve their business and earns two regular priced bagels treat from them. Will return and visit the store soon.

My recommendations: Jalapeño bagel with chives smear Everything seasoning bagel with jalapeño smear. I was there before 9AM and they were serving hot bagels n with good quality. We spent 15-20 minutes in the drive thru behind 1 truck. When we got our bagels, they were toasted but cold. And our coffee tasted burnt and the caramel macchiato was nasty. I’ve been to several other Einstein’s and it’s never been that long to receive service and cold bagels. This location definitely needs some improvement.

Waited 20 minutes for my 2 bagels when there wasn’t a single other person infront of me in the drive thru line. I had to pay an extra $1 per bagel to get it with butter so $2 total and this is how they did them…. very disappointing with the quality, price, time, employees.. everything. would not recommend unfortunately. Literally no butter. Just a plain bagel… very annoying. Do not waste your time at this location.

This Einstein Bagel genuinely puts me in a bad mood. The workers must be overworked and underpaid and the only thing served here is attitudes and sold out bagels. If you want a bagel just go to HEB and get one because these workers will make you feel like crap about not only your order, but your life! You guys are mean and I feel sorry for you. General manager cooper needs to fire some people!

Came in literally today and got two bagels online. I left and got to work to eat them. One had hair in the cream cheese and the other was way too hard to even chew. So trash try went. What a waste of ten dollars. I’ve tried calling three times and it keeps taking me back to the main menu options after it rings and rings. A bit ridiculous because they had like 10 employees while I was there and no one could pick up a phone? I won’t be back.

This location seems to be deteriorating very rapidly. They served sandwiches after 30 mins wait and they were served cold. Excuse is that the toasters are broken and corporate won't listen to us. The manager got the sandwiches remade. Seems, they microwaved it this time. But waiting for 45 mins on breakfast is too much. Time to avoid this shop. Seems corporate is just focused on crunching number rather than food and service which is the core of this business.

I swear this store has an order success rate of around 30% (if I’m being generous). Today’s screw up was in the Drive-thru. I ordered an “All-nighter” no cheese, to which the response was “What?” I repeated, “one all-nighter no cheese” and again “What??”, repeated “ALL-NIGHTER NO CHEESE!!” and finally had it repeated back to me. I pulled up to the window and verified that they got the “No cheese” part. When I got home and opened it up I ended up with a dry egg sandwich.. No bacon, no chipotle mayo and whatever else was supposed to go on there. Just the egg on a dry bagel. I’ve tried too many times without success to patronize them again.

Awful service. We ordered 3 bagels when they clearly had plenty in stock, then waited 10 minutes only to be told they’d run out. No apology, no acknowledgment of our wasted time, just a shrug. And this has happened on two other occasions and hence the review. There are plenty of other options on this street, and we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

I went to Drive thru and the cashier was rude didn’t even did greetings and just looking at the computer and she couldn’t even do my order correctly and after repeating 3times she told me to go to the window and still couldn’t get my order right and one guy maybe he was a manager he came and asked what was my order and how i want it . I got Nova Lox with extra Lox which i paid $5.30 extra to get EXTRA , and Total paid 17.49. And the receipt i got no Cashier name just DT . I love Einstein Bagels but Definitely I’m not going to them anymore they need to work on how do Customer Service better and do order right please when we pay extra . Hope they read this and do something about it .

This store only meant for bagels dont buy any fancy ones. Its waste of money. Attached their advertised photo of garden egg sandwich and the one i received. I see spinach with big stems and 0.1 % scoop of avacado. And half baked hash brown. You morning will ruin with if you think of breaking fast with fancy sandwich.

We ordered to-go for two bagels toasted with some schmear. The person at the counter prepared and gave it in the bag. Once we got home and opened it, we saw that the bagels weren't toasted enough and they had so much schmear on them, it was soaking the bagel. There was a tub of schmear on each. Taking a bite of bagel didn't even feel like eating bagel. Horrible.
