Absolutely love this place! Kinda new to TX and was introduced to Lupe by a coworker. And my husband and I weekly regulars now! 😁 love all the food and margaritas. Never disappointed by this place. Serving staff are amazing and we have a favorite bar tender too! Love the free appetizers of chips, salsa, and beans included with your meal! Actually my favorite part of my meal. Great fajitas. Atmosphere was a little loud for my liking. Service was good. Whatever that bean salsa type item they serve with their chips was amazing. I’m pretty sure I could’ve made that a meal all on its own with some of their amazing corn tortillas. Great little place to come on vacation.

The Lupe Reposado. Possibly the the best Margarita I've ever had. No joke. Good TexMex is getting to be endangered-species worth around Austin, but you can find it here. That, along with the good service and atmosphere give this place a rating of Seriously Dang Good.

Had brunch at Lupe Tortilla and it hit the spot — their lime-pepper fajitas sizzle just right, and the Chile Con Queso (with extra chips on the side) was creamy and addictive. I also loved their Tableside Guacamole — fresh avocados, lime, a little kick of jalapeño — made watching them prepare it kind of fun. The staff were friendly and relaxed, always checking that we had refills or extra chips. The atmosphere feels cheerful and casual — perfect for a weekend Tex-Mex fix with friends or family.

First time visiting Lupe Tortilla and we loved it. The ambiance and vibe were great especially for a sunny Sunday spring afternoon. Our service was very good a little slow at times this possibly was because so many people came out for the spring day that they were understaffed. The food and drinks were great and the variety on their menu was something that will have me returning for sure.

Update; We've have been here numerous times for dinner and the food and service is always great. We will continue to come here. We came here for the first time on June 27th and had dinner. We were seated right away and had great service. The food was really good, so I'm sure we will be back quite often. Karen, our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Had the hot chicken puffy tacos and they were pretty good. Next time wife and I are going to split some fish tacos. Dining room was very loud and service was a bit slow. Overall though we like it. Salsa was spicy and the beans were delicious.

Been going to the original for years and happy to see the chains from it continue the same service and food. Only issue of the meal was the bacon on the shrimp were not cooked to crisp and had a chewy texture. If theyd been left on the charbroiler a minute longer it would have been better. It's a vibe if you're into expensive Mexican food. Visual aesthetics are good. But the food is mediocre and pricey. They're really into the fajitas, which are fine. The beef fajita is machine tenderized and stretch like Chinese finger cuffs. Sure if you're not into authentic Mexican food and have a fat wallet, it's a perfectly fine 4.5 out of 10. There's nothing wrong with the food, it's just overvalued/overpriced. Beans and queso are spot on though. Get some drinks and appetizers. You'll be fine. Have a friend pay.

Disorganized. Appetizer never came, food arrived 1st. Canceled Appetizer. Had to hunt down a salt Shaker. Asked multiple times for napkins before we got them. No silverware, sitting in front of a burrito with nothing to eat it with. However, waitress did try. Manager said hi at seating, never checked in again until we were leaving. Could have used her, but she was a no show when it mattered. If this were an economy place, it'd be 1 thing. I would have thought that Lupe Tortilla would be a more professional and pleasant experience for my wife's birthday. Now I know!

Food and service were good, but something I witnessed during my visit was very concerning. While dining, the restaurant was hosting a private event for a company called "First Choice Wellness" that was giving a presentation to older attendees about stem cell treatments. These types of dinner seminars are commonly used to market expensive medical procedures that are often not FDA-approved for most of the conditions they claim to treat. According to our server, events like this have been hosted repeatedly, sometimes multiple times in a single day. Seeing what appeared to be a medical sales presentation directed at seniors in a restaurant setting was deeply uncomfortable. Major health decisions should be made with a personal physician after careful medical guidance, not during a sales-style dinner event! Afterward, I tried to learn more about the organization and was unable to find clear information showing affiliation with a hospital, university, or established medical provider, which added to my concern. I am not suggesting the restaurant endorses the content of private bookings, but allowing health-related marketing like this (especially when it targets older adults) raises serious concerns. I hope management takes a closer look at the types of events being hosted. If you or a family member attend something like this, please consult your doctor before agreeing to any treatment. The food and staff themselves were great. This review is shared out of genuine concern for the community.

Tonight was my birthday, so to celebrate we went to Lupe Tortilla, I have been many many many times to the location by the Domain, but this is the first time we have been to this location in Cedar Park. I added us to the waiting list online as it was Saturday and I knew it would be busy. The text confirmation said it would be a 25-30 minute wait. This is to be expected on a Saturday night, but for our table of two we waited an entire hour. When we finally were seated the hostess said "wow y'all must be hungry!", and yes, we very much were, but in the interest of being polite and civilized I just tried to keep a positive attitude about it all. We waited a good other 15 minutes waiting for our waiter to even approach the table, and we ordered right away. Waited another 30 minutes for the food only for our order to be wrong. By then I just really wanted to leave, even though I had really had my mind set on Tres Leches cake, if I had known I was going to be spending 2 hours of my birthday being hungry I would have just eaten at Taco Bell. The manager seemed to think it was humorous, and although she tried to "make it right", there's no need. We will never be back again. The food is delicious, but I can slaughter a cow, process the meat, marinate the meat, and flame grill the meat faster than they could even sit us at a table. Never again.
