Jimmy’s is my go to. Their chocolate chip cookies are literally the best. I’ve tried them all and they own that contest. Also their red velvet cookie sandwich is so addicting as well. Both cookies have the perfect texture and flavor. Can’t wait for them to bring the red velvet back. But maybe not because I would order 4 of them at a time. They’re so good! The man who delivered my sandwich was very nice and super quick! I didn't catch his name because my dogs were barking. Originally, I wrote a 2 star review because I was new ordering at Jimmy’s and didn’t realize I can leave the bread in. Taking it out would sometimes give my sandwich a weird crunch that kept throwing me off. I didn’t know why sometimes it was good and then sometimes not because my hubby would order and leave the bread in and that’s how I liked it and I didn’t know I had to choose leave in when I would order. My bad for the low star review before! I was confused! Love you guys!

I order from here all the time. They are fantastic. Today I was delivered what I thought was the wrong item. I called them up. The dude on the phone was really polite and helpful. I realized the wrong order was caused by a tech problem on my end. The guy on the phone quickly helped to get the correct sandwich sent my way. I feel like he kind of went above and beyond his job and I really appreciate it. Thanks a lot, and this is still my favorite sandwich place.

Don’t usually write reviews, but today I had a great experience at this location. I had a rough day and ordered online. When I arrived I noticed I needed to add food for my son for later. One guy was super nice and took care of me quickly with a great, positive attitude. Honestly lifted my spirits, I appreciate it brotha! Ps - The new(ish) Toasted Ultimate Italian slaps so hard ✌️

The customer service is always awesome. They're quick to answer the phone and take the order correctly, and the staff is always friendly. I've never had a mixed or messed up order from them. The price is very reasonable, and the delivery service is on point.

Super-fast service and good #6 option for veggie sandwich is always appreciated. The staff here are pretty nice despite all my last minute orders :)

Not so freaky fast at all!! Yesterday my wife placed an order for us and it took almost an hour for the order to come to our house. Literally like 55 minutes. According to Google Maps, it's only a 4 minute drive from Their Location to my house. I will give them credit on the sand which is yeah, they were excellent!

Called to just ask for a replacement or refund, the guy said “yeah you got what you ordered have a good day” and hung up on me. Called back to speak to a manager and he said is the gm and hung up on me again! I wasn’t even upset or anything just was expecting a correction. Other locations are always super friendly and accommodating. I think even this one has corrected mistakes before but perhaps it was a different manager?

I go inside, and all the tables are pulled out so no one can sit. Then the guy tells me they can only make 6 sandwiches—and the two guys ahead of me ordered all six. So basically, no more sandwiches left, and I got turned away too. How does a sandwich shop like Jimmy John’s run out of bread 30 minutes before closing? I run restaurants myself, so I know this is just poor planning. As I’m sitting in my car writing this, I’ve already seen 5 more groups walk in and get turned away. It’s obvious they’re purposely trying to run out early so they can close up. Between the tables being cleared out and no bread left, it’s pretty clear they just want to be done for the day. Really disappointing way to run a business

I’m frequent customer here and everyone here is pretty friendly, except for today (I order the exact same thing every time). They messed up part of my order and when I asked to remake the partial order, they claimed it’s how it’s supposed to be and refused to fix it. When I asked for the manager, they claimed to be the manager, Mitchel Garcia, and asked me to leave. We used to order from this location regularly, thanks to Mr. Mitchel Garcia never again. This person was extremely rude and unprofessional. And according to other reviews, it’s not the first and probably not last occurrence.
