I grew up in this town and eating this pizza has always been a real treat. The staff is very friendly. Even when it's busy it goes by quick. Favorites to try: are the Cheese Pizza and if you want something more adventurous, the BBQ Chicken. If you can’t eat cheese, try the pizza with sauce and toppings, still holds up. And the real star: the ranch.

I haven't been here in a long time like 3 years or longer it was excellent I had the deluxe a salad and a Coke and the price was really good If you're looking for a place to eat some good pizza and the inflationary prices are not affecting this pizza I recommend it excellent price and food.5stars

My family LOVES the Cedar Park's Mr. Gatti's Pizza!! Their pizza is always on point and tastes DELICIOUS with the Rocking Ranch for dipping! The gluten free option is just as delicious too which works great for our kids with food allergen needs! SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO CANDIE FROM THE CEDAR PARK LOCATION! Gurl!!! You absolutely made my day! I could tell that you were very busy from the wait time on the phone to the efficiency of your greeting but I can not tell you how much it meant to me that you took the time to listen to my needs and make recommendations that you knew would fit my family based on our conversation! You went above and beyond my expectations and usual experience with call in ordering and really added value to my day! Thank you so much! I usually love this place and also get my lunch runs. Until today. Michael from inside gave me attitude. Telling me to go wait in my vehicle or somewhere else like he had a problem with. I was just waiting in the shade patiently by the front. I didnt need his attitude. Please teach him customer service.

Some of these people are ridiculously picky with their orders from this Mr.Gattis. I've been seeing some low ratings for silly things like, "oh, the toppings weren't over the whole pizza." Come on guys. This Mr.Gattis always does a great job with putting toppings all over the place. Sometimes, they do it too good! Me and my brothers have been going here for the past 5+ years, and they never skimp on the toppings. This location is so good, they still acknowledge those silly people to make it right. If you're the kind of person who loves thin crust pizzas with lots of toppings, this is the pizza place to go. The sauce is also pretty different from other chains, but in a good way!

I've never been but see them all over so my son and I stopped in for lunch. The lady was friendly and told us about their special that day a LG pizza w 3 toppings for $7.99...can't beat that! We ordered, took out home and loved it! We will be back especially with football season around the corner! LOL

Oh Mr. Gates the deliciousness of your pizza knows no bounds. Always hot and fresh, and delivered in a very timely manner. Today’s pizza was no exception. One bite and I felt like I could just melt right into it. And just when I thought you couldn’t get any better, you add the Honey BBQ wings to your menu. The best, hands down. I’m pretty picky about my BBQ wings too. Love my Gatti’s, always have, always will.

One of the Austin original pizza delivery options. The pizza sauce is tangy and the dough has a great flavor with a tinge of sourdough maybe? Their cheese is real and is apparent when you taste it. One of the iconic delivery pizzas to be eaten with their amazing ranch dressing. I still love their apple dessert pizza but I prefer it on their thin crust (it normally comes on their deep dish crust).

The best pizza around! The pizza sauce is just the best flavor and with your added toppings it can't be beat! The pizza rolls are on the smaller side, but packed with flavor. The cinnamon sticks are a must and just add icing on top of the cake.

Gattis is always been great since I've been in Austin for the last 30 years. And they're still great especially at this particular Gattis. The staff is very friendly and listen to what you want done if you special order and if for any reason they mess up they take care of you

I moved here back in 2016 and ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza for the very first time. I immediately fell in love. No where else in all of my years of travels have I encountered such a unique and wonderful pizza. This store never disappoints when they make it. Something about the blend of smoky cheese flavor and buffalo chicken along with their in-house ranch dressing sends me to heaven. Thanks for keeping it around and thanks for never disappointing when I order it. As well as the Superoni that I order, on occasion, with a root beer. Also another great and flavorful combo! Cheers to Gatti’s Cedar Park for being a one-of-a-kind pizza store!

The normal pizza was good mainly because the sauce is very different from the usual suspects in Cedar Park and Leander. But the PAN pizza was just awesome. Definitely worth another stop. We would have tried these guys sooner, but you can't schedule orders before they open and they are not on uber yet.

Cheese sticks good as always. Even though it was almost closing time,they made them for us. Yummu.

Some of the best pizza you can get for a low price. Absolutely the best ranch dressing you'll ever have. This particular location is small and does not have a buffet.

My co-workers love this pizza and although I'm not particularly a fan, we often order it for office parties. The sauce isn't exactly my cup of tea, but I can see why others like it.

Small place for takeout or delivery. Pizza is usually good but last time a bit dry and took awhile for delivery.

Went here thinking we could order pizza and sit inside and eat it, not realizing it was just a place to place an order and pick it up and take it wherever you wanted to. Had a very small table and two chairs for people waiting to pick up their order. Went someplace else.

The sauce is pretty gross but if your really hungry you won’t notice it, DO NOT eat more than 5 pieces if your the slightest bit lacktose and tolerant, I ate 10 pieces of gattis cheese pizza earlier and it has destroyed my bum and my small intestine. And my farts smell so bad my cats don’t want to be around me.

Update Jan 2025 Had an OK pizza/salad dinner from Mr. Gatti’s tonight. Decent, not good/great. It was delivery this time, arrived on time. Salads as before, not fancy, but all ingredients were super fresh. Blue cheese and Italian dressings were average. Pizzas were loaded with toppings. We tried an original crust and a this crust. The thin crust is supposed to be the same as original only rolled out thinner. We couldn’t really tell the difference. Sauce and cheese both good. Pizzas needed a few more minutes in the oven, crust was a bit “raw doughy” on the top. We’ll likely order elsewhere next time… Oct 2024 Last minute dinner decision this evening… carry out from Mr. Gatti’s Cedar Park. It was good! A throwback dinner for us, we used to have Mr. Gatti’s regularly back in the day, but with all the good pizza places around, we don’t do “the chains” very often…. We had pizza, wings and salads. The pizza (The Sampler) was good, tons of toppings, and served hot out of the oven. My +1 like ranch dressing on her pizza, I’m a crushed red pepper fan. Crust was good, sauce and cheese good portions! The wings were not crispy, the menu says oven baked, but not baked crispy, just chewy. The hot sauce was amazing, one of the best we’ve had in awhile, blue cheese dressing for dipping of course! The salads were crisp and fresh, about 5 ingredients, not fancy but adequate. Looking at some of the historical ratings for this location, not great… we had a good experience. Carry out order was ready in time, nice staff! Pizza and salads good, wings OK. Recommend this location for Mr. Gatti’s…

Service is pretty nice. The food is pretty good. I would recommend cleaning the tables outside, because I can never sit there without fearing of spider that stay under the tables.

First pizza joint I have found in a long time with anchovies as a topping option. My puzza was cooked perfectlyand I was not charged for packs of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes like Domino's.

Not sure if Mr. Gattis has just gone down in quality in general, or if we ordered on an off night, but other than the cheese pizza we ordered, all of the food came out over cooked, dry, and crispy. Not the quality I remember from Mr. Gattis for so many years.

Need to make sure you read the order correctly. Had to wait an additional 15 for them to remake the pizza.

Giving this a 2 because the pizza was at least decent, sauce pretty yummy. But pretty sad and disappointed i went to go check this place out for the first time and while picking up my pizza after ordering online was met with a bit of rude customer service. Pretty unfortunate. Even the way they handled the pizza felt tempered. Hopefully there new employees they are looking to higher make the place less grouchy. Also no notification or call or anything letting me know my pizza was finished I just had to wing it. The timer online said 60 minutes. I went to pick it up at around 45 and the pizza more luke warm then hot.

Tastes like they use actual bleach in the flour. I literally taste bleach in every bite! And the pizza always tastes dry too. If you have any other option, take it!

Ordered pizza from here. Overall pizza was not bad but dough was raw inside, so it wasn’t cooked all they way in the middle. Bought it for kids but ended up not giving it to them since it wasn’t cooked all the way through.

An employee here tonight actually HIT MY CHILD WITH THE DOOR. Was paying no attention to what she was doing and should be fired immediately.

Haven't ordered because their website doesn't have a menu. The websites tell me what pizzas they have but not the sizes and not the prices. Why is there not just an option to see a menu. I don't want to go into ordering food without knowing what I'm paying.

I Order cinnamon sticks ,associate said it would be about 10 minutes or so ,so I waited after 25 minutes of waiting we drove through the window again and ask if it was ready it had been ready for 15 minutes guy did not call us or anything Mr gattis gas gone down hill I got the food and the cinnamon sticks were warm at best and soggy will never be eating gattis again and if any one asks i will tell them your better of getting pizza at a gas station

The website says they close at 11pm, but when I called at 10pm, the person that answered the phone didn't say hello just said we are closed and hung up. If the time has changed they need to update the website to reflect those times.

They never respect the "well done" option ordering online even going so far as to ask when we pick it up if we really really want it done that way and we always end up with an undercooked pizza if we dont check the box first.

I tried to order pizza for 10 minutes may never answered hung up twice. I'm actually in the parking lot and I just don't want your pizza anymore going to Domino's

Mr. Gattis has down WAY downhill. They don't have any delivery drivers! So you end up waiting for an hour for some stupid doordash driver to not deliver it properly! Also the quality is worse, I don't remember Mr. Gattis tasting this cheap! For shame, you keep raising prices yet cutting quality.

We ordered our pizza at 8:30pm and was told it would 45 minutes to a hour for delivery, we got a text saying that the pizza was on its way at 9:20pm and then again at 9:45. Trying to get through on the phone was a joke. I had to call another location and have them transfer the call so I could speak with someone. At 10 minutes after 10pm and was told that our pizza was on the way. I guess unless you can pick up your order yourself, I would not order from at least this location.

Ordered a half pepperoni half beef pizza and got a Supreme. We tried to go inside to let them know so we can get it corrected but the lobby was closed so we were forced to wait in a LONG drive thru line. After we FINALLY got back to the window, we let the girl know what happened and she asked with attitude, "So which one do you want?" To which we replied... "What we ordered, what is on the receipt!" What type of question is that?? She said it would be free although they had already charged us. We had to wait an extra 20 minutes on top of what we had already waited.. that was a whole hour for what we thought was a simple order.

No Ranch, i paid for ranch, extra ranch, icing for the cinnamon sticks and I received none of that. The only reason I enjoy Mr.Gattis is for the ranch. Very upsetting, I expressed my self to Emma there and she explained that the manager would call me back, he was too busy to make an order right with a customer. Very sad customer service, would not recommend this place to anyone, do not order from here. Will the Assistant Manager called me back and advised me he could remove those items for me and give me a refund for the ranch, $5 on a $80 Order, but that’s not the point. I didn’t have ranch in my fridge, I eat pizza with ranch, and so now I can not enjoy this, I advised him I would bring the whole order back and would take a full refund, even though they delivered it to me. He said he could not do that, since the rest of the order was not messed up. I am reaching out to corporate regarding this issue.

Pizza is always great. They may benefit from a second location. This one seems to be very overwhelming for the employees. Although, the employees seem to try to be nice and friendly. They are overwhelmed and it shows.

Born in Texas and raised here.. Mr.Gattis is one of my parents! I have loved that pizza all my life, and can not find any other fast food pie that even comes close.. But.. all good things must end.. and apparently they are no longer delivering their own food.. I had my last pie delivered on a moped in 40 degree weather, and my soda exploded in my face and all over my desk. (i should have been more cautious) shame on me!.. I just opened it up! Then, of course the pie was not hot.. And finally, the gentlemen that delivered (third party dlvry srvc) frankly gave me the creeps, and did not appear well groomed, or clean.. I'm glad he's working! I'm glad the pizza was delivered.. But.. I just can't do it anymore.. Thanks for the memories..

Ordered pizza for three small children, waited an hour and then the store called to tell me they couldn’t deliver it. Extremely frustrating considering I now have 3 very hungry smalls kids to feed and have to wait even longer for something else to get delivered. I feel like they could’ve notified me a lot earlier.

Never go here on a Friday! They aren’t able to handle the demand. I placed an online order at 5:15, according to the email it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 5:40 and the line was going into the street. When I got to the window I was told that they gave my order to someone else and I needed to pull around to the side. It’s now 5:55 and the only thing I’m seeing is cars pile up while the line grows.. If I didn’t have three kids (ages six and under) who are hungry and are waiting with me I would just leave.

Even when they are slow they can't get a pizza out in under 30 min, on a Friday it takes hours and they have cars backed out in the street, probably a public safety Hazzard. They are so many better pizza places, but I guess that is personal preference.

Actually screws up every order I have done which is only twice. Will not even pick up the phone to answer for anything, order included. Do not ever eat here as this place makes terrible pizza and service is non existent.

I havent been or ordered Gattis in years, since they closed 99% of there stores that served the buffet at lunch and dinner, thought they were great back then. Then my wife brought some pizza home from work, she said it was from Gattis, so I decided to order some (take out) for dinner, picked it up and brought it home, it was cold and under cooked(Cedar Park location) and there pizzas are much smaller than other pizza place(Pizza Hut, Marcos). what a waist of $30.00, will not be going back.

This has got to be the worst service of a delivery service for pizza ever. Took two hours to get our pizza, no call to give us an update, they have done this numerous times to us. Never ever again will we order this crap again. I don't see how they stay in business. Very bad managed location. Awful just horribly awful.

Gattis has gone down in service as well. I came 5 mins more late than the quoted time. But the order was not even started. I had to cancel the order.
