We really like their food. Everything we have tried is very tasty. Your first margarita is free ! They aren't very strong but you can always add a shot.
The food was really good the service was fast a nice and the prices were very reasonable
Great service. Great food. Friendly waitress. Even came running outside with my cell phone I accidentally had left behind.
Very good food and excellent service. Food came out quickly. Great selection on the menu.
Always good service. The food is good, and I like their salsa. Nice colorful atmosphere. My favorite local restaurant to go.
Service was great, food came out fast, food was plentiful and delicious. Not a single complaint. Highly recommend
Very good food. Great service. First time eating here. Will go back.
Great place .. very nice decor. Prices were very good.. service was good as well. Even though they are doing construction on the street In front of this place it was well worth it. Made for a quite dinner for my husband and I.
Went to lunch after church and had the chili relleno. It was very good was very different also was not breaded I have what they call the combination chicken and steak. I will definitely have it again.
I had to wait a little bit for the food but it was all worth it. Those fried pork chops brought me back home, chips and salsa were great! I will definitely be back!
Stopped here for lunch while travi g around the area. Great food, friendly service. The tortillas are perfectly thin, and the salsa is served warm. The brisket tacos and beef fajita tacos were on point! You can't beat the prices either. Fully expected to pay more. Inviting atmosphere including a decorative pond with a waterfall that adds a calming vibe to complement the murals throughout. Plenty of large, corner-style booths so bring friends!
The food and our waiter were both amazzing!!! Food was decently priced. Our wait time was very small. Great environment for kids. We loved it.
Had the Caribbean Salad and the "Mayan" Salad was light and delicious.

They have the best rice!!! It’s so delicious!!! Everything on the menu is great in general!!! Love to eat here with my family!!!
Very good food. Hot , Fresh, and tasted good for a good price. The margaritas are to die for. Love the Mango. But over all staff is nice , clean restaurant, and plenty of parking. Waitress could of come around more to check on us it was not busy. But that did not take away from her great OVERALL service she provided. Every time in town from Dallas we stop by..

Did was good, and very reasonably priced. Lunch menu is served until 4pm. They don't have alcohol in the margaritas, so that's the only bad thing
Very pleased to find a restaurant with atmosphere and great food in Center. Extra cool that it's on the historic town square. The service was friendly and very attentive also.
It's ok... the food was very small portions. The taste was nothing to brag about. I got enchiladas my friend got nachos. The nachos were pretty good. The margaritas are the only thing that saves this place.
Good south of the border food. Tortillas appear to be made on site. Salsas that came with complimentary chips were average but a smokey flameado salsa accompanying my gordita tacos was excellent. Meal prices are reasonable made even better by the complimentary tequila margarita given with the meal! I'll eat there again.
Great waitstaff, very attentive. The salsa and green sauce is great, and I like that their chips are yellow corn and not flour tortilla chips. Food was excellent and seasoned well. I do wish they had cilantro lime rice as an option, and instead of just refried beans, they have an option for black beans or refried black beans as they are healthier for you.
My husband, four of our grandchildren, our daughter Krystal, Krystal's ex-husband, and I ate at Las Margaritas. The food was good. I enjoyed the chicken fajitas! The restaurant was clean. The restrooms were stocked. Sadly, the floor is very slippery, probably due to the attractive indoor fountain. Recommended!

Delicious food. My date and I ordered fajitas, which was plenty for two people. The meat was tender and well seasoned. Even though the amount could make 2 fajitas each, we were given just two tortillas total. We ordered two more after we finished the first. We drank margaritas, which you are given one free per customer. We requested two more, which we were willing to buy but they don't sell them to customers, which we thought was odd. The atmosphere and service was good and our server very friendly. The prices are moderately priced.
Its great for the area and options you have. The only thing I didnt like was the flautas. Past that the service was good and the rest of the food was decently seasoned.
Everything was great. Food was flavorful, and the waitresses were friendly and helpful. This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in Center, Texas. I had the beef fajitas. They were moist and tender. Previously, I had the chimichanga, which was great. I will eat here again!!
Pretty environment with beautiful living plants everywhere. Great service. Well priced. My friend loved her spinach Quesadilla. I got the brisket tacos and honestly they weren't what I anticipated. The meat was cut in thin strips and had a lot of gristle. Green sauce and everything else was delicious 😋
Las Margaritas is definitely our favorite restaurant in town. LOVE the green salsa/avacado sauce stuff! We basically come sometimes just for it! And really, the food has never disappointed. My only complaint is the nachos are really small (please pile on more chips people!) and the bathrooms desperately need updating (they are definitely sketchy 😬) but we'll continue to enjoy our visits there nonetheless!
The service was wonderful, warm, and friendly. The chips and salsa, both red and Verde, were terrific. I had the shredded chicken nachos. They were simple, but good. The fajitas and enchiladas looked mouthwatering and hardly a bite was left on their plates. My boyfriend had the tamales with chili. He said they were okay, however they used to be much better. He was really looking forward to those, too, and was the whole reason we met there. Whenever I come this way, again, I will stop in again.

Salsa amazing, cheese dip was hytop easy melt.. and food is just plain. Service is good.. its not authentic or texmex more like traditional with very little flavor. Chips are hard as a rock and stale.. price was good considering what you get not packed like rancho grande so quick in and out if you want a quickie
Food was good it’s Tex mex but waitress was rude she had a stank face and was in a rush
Service was good and prices were OK. I didn't like the weaken margaritas. Steak was over cooked, sent back and came out rare. He wanted a medium rare. Both were tough. Again, it's what you get when you order a Steak at a Mexican restaurant. LOL
Food is just ok. Service sucks so much to the point that my father had to ask a waitress for the people next to us food. They had been waiting an hour and turned out they had just forgotten it. It's ashamed because it used to be way better.
They really have too many choices on the menu. Food is average, but not bad. We had a descent meal and didn't have to cook.
I was disappointed in the red salsa. It is usually very good, but it tasted like pizza sauce today. My food overall was bland and not their normal tasty lunch special. Maybe it was annoff day for them.
The hostess Natalie, who was also our server was great. We came from out of town when the power was out in part of Center , East Texas, and Louisiana. She said that they were about to close but checked with the kitchen to see if they would cook for us. They said seat us. The food was bad, but the hospitality I can not say enough about.

Food was umm ok, service not so ok,
Unfortunately the steak quesadilla was not chewable and the queso came from a can. The road noise from two TV's blaring an Indy car race did not help. Considering the wait staff were friendly and punctual and the number of positive reviews... perhaps we visited on an off day.
Food is good but the service is severely lacking. Waited 20 mins for them to bring us drinks. Waited another 15 mins for them to take or order. They brought out every one's food but mine. Had mine bagged to go because after waiting over 30 mins just to have the order placed everyone was ready to go by the time the food was brought out. I know it's not fast food but it shouldn't take that long. Half the wait was just for them to take the order. Plus they didn't have any chips ready and it was the dinner rush. Poor management is hurting this restaurant. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.
Good food the first time we went....we went again today, I got the same dish, very disappointing. First, my order was wrong, then the rice was gross, it was too wet, couldn't eat it, reminded me if magots. The salsa didn't taste the same. How can the food be different?? Follow the recipes, duh! We won't come back.
If I give 2 stars its only because our server was nice. The food was brought out in less than 5 minutes. Although many reviews here think fast is better, let me tell you good food takes time. I had the chimichanga and it was not good; I am picky but if you mess up this dish your cooks aren't good. For a deep fried dish it was barely warm, the cheese didn't even melt. My friend ordered enchiladas, they did not look appetizing and were not good either. Not that I'll ever be in Center again but would not visit this place again if I were.

It wasnt that good. The beans was watery nothing had salt not flavor what so ever. Chips was over cooked. Green sauce was too watery and had not flavor. The rice was overly salty. The salad had wayy too many onions. The guacamole wasn't even guacamole it was just an avacodo smashed. They had there mucis wayy to loud. And the people in back was wayy to loud laughing and yelling.
We stopped in yesterday evening while visiting Center, Tx. It's a small town and East, TX so I didnt expect true Tex-Mex and tried to keep my mind open and enjoy the family we were there with. 1st, the free margarita... Mine was nothing but the margarita liquid mix with no tequila. When I ask for a shot of tequila in it, I was informed they dont have a liquor license. The food.... Son ordered a steak that was dripping blood. We sent it back to be cooked a bit more. What came back was pure fat and gristle (sent it back, removed from check). Mine, ordered #58, 3 beef tacos, pico, cheese and guac, rice and beans. Ask for no cilantro or onions. Was served 3 tortillas with some sort of ground beef mix? (Maybe pork or turkey?) Plain on stale tortillas, Rice and beans. Ask for pico and cheese and guac per menu. Ate 3/4 of 1 taco (it was not up to my tastes so I stopped eating) Daughter, chicken taco. Pretty much the same issues I had. Hubby enjoyed his. The plan was to stop by Whataburger on the way back to the hotel to get son something to eat but hubby and I both became violently sick within 5 minutes after leaving. Daughter didn't make it much longer. (Thank heavens we had 2 hotel rooms with bathrooms and the lobby had a bathroom!) Son ended up picking up a TV dinner while we all clutched our guts. The chips and salsa were very good though!
I went here yesterday with my UIL pros and poetry team and it was absolutely terrible. Service was bad and everything. The chips were stale. I ordered nachos with a side of sour scream, the nacho chips were stale and burned and they didn't give me my sour cream but still charged me. One of our girls couldn't compete in finals because she threw up right after eating it. All of us including our coach felt sick we couldn't even move. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend eating here.
Group of 10 came in and place was not busy at all. After an hour we still didn't all have our drinks, orders had not even been taken. When we asked about drinks we were told "sorry it's stressful" and still left with no order taken. Do not recommend this place to anyone. We are from out of town and only stopped because of good reviews that were very misleading.
I never knew it was possible to screw up TexMex food in Southeast or east Texas but this place did it. Worst Mexican food I have ever had in my life. The meat on the taco, I was not even sure it was beef. It might have been goat meat. The beans where so watered down it was crazy and absolutely no flavor in anything. The rice tasted like shrimp fried rice from a Japanese restaurant. The Diet Dr. Pepper I ordered was carbonated water with coloring in it...... no flavor at all. The beef enchilada; where's the beef??? The tamale that I had I don't see how they get away with calling that a tamale. Even the chips where way over cooked, almost burnt. The only thing that was half way good was the queso and I think that is because it came out of a can.. When the man who I take it was the manager asked me how everything was, I told him the truth. He gave us a 15% discount on the meal. He could have gave us the meal for free and that would still not be enough to stop me from making this review or even make me want to go back to that place again.
terrible, bad food quality and it didn't taste good and also barley any meat in the tacks
Three tables came in, ordered, ate, paid and left. We still sat waiting for our ticket AFTER I was brought the entirely wrong plate and the server NEVER came back to check. My son ate his entire dinner before she came back to check on us. They were NOT busy, at all. Food was okay.
Took my dad there for fathers day and when we get in the waitress asked of we were going to tip her and if anything else would have been open we would have left, but ordered a large queso and was never delivered got charged for 6 kids meals and we only ordered 5 waited until 30 mins after we got our food to tell us they didn't have my dads steak, wanted refills and they would not make any more sweet tea. Got there at 8 and did not leave until almost 10. My dad really enjoyed the resturaunt and that's where he wanted to go but based on this experience he said he won't be back and the dinner was a disaster. Asked for a manger at the end and they said there was no manager on duty which is poor business etiquette on their part.
My fiance and I arrived for dinner for.our anniversary and it was a complete disaster. I ordered a margarita and was given one in a cracked and broken glass mug. It was replaced. The chips and salsa were.okay, but once our food arrived things really went south. First off, I ordered fajitas on a hot plate, and the plate was warm at best. Fajitas are usually sizzling from the kitchen. The rice and beans were cold and to top things off my fiancé's food was also cold. The thing that caused us to leave without touching our food was the long black hair in my fiancé's food. It would not have been so bad if the manager was being so rude and going off on the nice waitress in Spanish. I think she assumed we didn't speak Spanish, but I actually do. We will never go back.
