Luis on the night crew makes the best sub I've ever had !!!! Everyone should be training by Luis....I couldn't believe the taste difference from my last visit to today. The girls here act like the cost of the food is coming out of their paycheck !

Back to their good ways. Its subway, so you should know what to expect from the food, I always base my reviews on service received at fast food places. They have been good the last couple of times.
Typical Subway with small sitting place. Host was good and courteous. Good for light meals. Ordered veggie delight and got it as per my expectations. Plenty of parking.

Michelle and Naomi were very helpful even know I was getting a little upset but they helped me and made it better and also made my day better thank you lady's you guys are absolutely a blessing and deserve a raise.
They didn't give me roast beef on my club. Put tomatoes on it. My husband didn't get his green peppers or banana peppers. Guess that's what you get on an app order. Never going to do that here. I love Subway and to think I don't tip Subway, but when I do, things wrong.

It's close to home so I could enjoy a tasty sub sandwich, even some zany that most Subway restaurants come up with, like that Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. 🥪 I didn't know they had decent soups in their menu and I will say that if a place has a deliciously great cheese and broccoli, then it will compliment your meal! (At least for me it did) 🧀 🥦 🍲 I must say that their breakfast menu was pretty good for me since I never ordered from there, and the steak, egg, and cheese sub sandwich was made well, and the spinach that I told to add made a nice a touch. 🥪 🥩 🥚 🧀 🌱
They take good care of their customers. If they are out of certain items like guacamole or the watermelon/cucumber water they are quick to bring some from the back. Unlike other locations that have told me they are not allowed to put any more out later in the day. This location always has what I want and they never say no. That's good customer service.

The people are nice, but service is slow and they don't know how to make the sandwiches. You usually have to tell them what meat needs to be on the sandwich.
Reasonably clean and the staff was quick to take care of my order. Food was hot and tasty too.
Overpriced. Not what it used to be. No longer offer black olives. The menu changed for the worse

11-6-19 @ 11:50am. It's like the perfect dysfunctional family here: The one that prepares the bread/meat/toast is the mom, keeping it together. The dresser kid wears a look of "why me?" while the checker is that know-it-all sister that doesn't feel like she owes you a damn thing. 3 stars for basically doing what I asked, but making me feel like I'm the dad that left them.

Floor was dirty and vegetables looked really old. Hope I don't get sick. One plus was it was nice and cold inside. Nice place to get out of the heat was the only nice about my visit today.
The food was good but unnecessary for a random guy come in and say that he is going to call the cops on a girl that works there if she goes to his house again...very unprofessional
They made the place look nice. Now all it needs is someone to train the employees. I went to get a sandwich and there was a alarm going off and one of the employees kept shouting "turn that shxx off". And there was another couple behind me waiting and another employee was on the phone looked around the corner and went back to talk on the phone. They didn't even cut my footlong :(

The young lady was very abrupt, speaking slang to match the heavy rap music coming from the speakers. And I'm sure that when a customer comes in wearing a health department uniform, you probably would want to put your mask on over your face while serving them. The employee did not do this the entire time I was in the store. She proceeded to make my sandwich and pick my cookies while wearing no mask and not washing her hands. This is unacceptable by any standards!! Even individuals in under developed countries are wearing masks in public places!! I will not be going back to this store again, which is a shame since I like the nail shop next door.

Worst customer service , came around 9:20pm young lady seem in rush and not welcoming and I told her what I wanted and she messed up my order and cooked the items separately to add to the sub afterwards , she also didn’t want to take my rewards as I tried to scan and told me she couldn’t do it . Very disappointing
Other than Ms Nell this is the laziest and rudest bunch of people I have EVER ran across. They act like you are cutting into their talk and gossip time by even going in a placing an order. The manager is just a bad.
Wanted something simple to eat for dinner after being on the road from where I live costal ms. Sooo stopped here at this subway on a Thursday evening at 7pm and well this place is by far just NASTY the health department NEEDS to possibly close the door's on this location the food was mixed and not fresh at all drink spilled on the cabinet so for sure I'll never return I took one bite and throw my food away walked out the door's...
Nina was behind the counter. She was rude, and rushed us, then told us she didn't care if we were going to tell management. She raised her voice at my husband ..never had an issue at a this subway before. I will never go back.
Had old bread from the night before , my bread was so hard and stale, called to talk to the manager and he hung up on me. Do not recommend, so UNPROFESSIONAL!

Very rude and disappointing. I did an online order and was scolded because I did it while in the premises... thankfully I'm a cool guy and just wanted a subway sandwich.
Ordered an online order 30 min in advance. Had to wait another 30 min to get my food after I got there. The new melted sandwiches I ordered came in a vertical brown back with the whole interior of the sandwiches were at the bottom of the bags.
Was charged $3 for a drink I never received. The manager is rude. Gunna find a better lunch spot now with people who appreciate my business.
I had a 5 star review but not anymore because theres flys all over the food im truly disgusted and no a/c working either I can't believe they torture the employees like that and customers. The flys are seriously just disgusting. Ok, so to start off their customer service is horrible. The only pleasant staff there was the young boy they were training. Unfortunately, this does take place due to his error but on with the review. My mother, two daughters and I went here to get some food for a picnic. I told the young man that I wanted 2 kids meals and proceeded to tell him what I wanted on them. I go down the line with my daughters' sandwiches while mine is toasting & my mom is ordering. The woman handling the condiments yells out, "what do you want?!" in a very, "hurry up. I don't want to be here" tone. So I tell her just lettuce, mayo & mustard because they are kid sandwiches. Apparently, the young man had made the sandwiches 6" instead of 3" which I hadn't noticed. So what does this woman do? She cuts the other 3" off and throws them away RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY MOM & ME. Now, I was shocked. My mother was pissed. She told the woman, "Oh, you are going to throw it away. I was wondering what you were going to do with that after you cut it off. So you would rather just throw it away then let your customer keep it and explain the error?" My mother calls the woman out in front of everyone. Then the manager turns around and says, "Well we could let you keep it but then we'd have to charge you for it." She treated us like we were TRYING to get something for free. I'm sorry but I didn't make the mistake and I don't feel I should pay for their error. My mother was right, if it's just going to go in the trash ANYWAY, why wouldn't you keep a client and let them EAT the food instead of throwing it the garbage to be sent to an over populated landfill. You are out the money for it either way! What did you accomplish besides wasting food? Not only did the manager handle the situation very wrong, the other woman behave very rude but then at the end the manager says to me, "I'm sorry but yeah we would have to charge you if we let you keep it." And I very calmly told her, "That wasn't the point. You just threw it away anyway and my mother is right. What you did was wrong." Then I walked away. Wasting food, horrible staff and apsolutely terrible management. There are PLENTY of other places that have better quality food and customer service. Go to Hobo's Sandwich Shop down the street. It's certainly worth it. They have GOOD quality food, the owners are supper friendly, and the price is pretty fair. We will not be returning to this Subway or possibly any other.

The biggest issue I had is the lay's potato chip bag we got with our food. It looks as if someone saw a tear in it (let it be from a person or a mouse) and just taped it back together (pics below). I will not be coming back to this restaurant or any of the surrounding.

I've been going here faithfully for 8 years. 8 years. Today, I ordered 3 foot long sandwiches. I asked to see the meat. They refused. They kicked me out of the store and threatened to call police. A big guy came out from behind the counter and put his hands on me and literally pushed me out the door. I stumbled and almost fell. Owners beware... your employees are despicable. I have paid you thousands of dollars over 8 years. I will NEVER set foot in your store again. I will tell my neighbors, who are all local.
Went there this evening. The lazy boy working in the back told a customer ahead of me they were out of tomatoes. The next lady ask for tomatoes so he went to the back and got them for her. Extremely slow poor service. Out of meatballs. Out of chicken. Why would a sandwich shop be out of your main ingredients? Don't waste your time at this joint. One star is too much for this place.
If you order online then you shouldn’t have to wait in line to pick up your order. The fact that you think it’s cute to get loud with a customer is beyond me as well. Respect people’s time and don’t be ghetto when YOU feel disrespected because you think im rude because I was rude until the employees feel they can be rude. Learn some customer service.

When I displayed being upset by slightly elevating my voice, Yasmeen accused me of screaming at her. I was not even close to screaming. She offered no solution except to say that it had already been picked up. I showed her in the app that it was not ordered in or for DoorDash, however, she blew off my proof of purchase on my phone and offered no further solution again. I demanded a refund and the Manager's name and phone number of the person above her and She WALKED AWAY and REFUSED to come back to the counter. I asked both Miriam and Tania to get her back to finish the interaction because I wanted the phone number. They refused to bring her back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS TRASH... I'm sure that the food isn't bad, but ya know...
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today. I am currently pregnant and for obvious reasons I can not eat food well cooked or heat up. I asked for a toasted footlong with chicken and the lady only put teb seconds. I trusted this was okay but I could not eat the sandwich due to how cold the meat was. If she knew she could not heat up my sandwhich right she shouldve warmed the chicken correctly. I always order the same sandwhich and never had this problem in the past. I asked for her to do me a new sandwhich correctly since I could not eat the one I paid for and she refused. I will not be returning to this subway again.

Original Review - The old ladies that work here during the week are THE ABSOLUTE WORST people I've ever dealt with at a restaurant. They are so incredibly rude and mean. It's impossible to get something made how you want because of how terrible they are, it's as if they hate their job to the max. I had two of the SAME EXACT sandwiches being made, and asked for heavy pickle. One lady quickly popped off saying "I can only make one sandwich at a time!". Like, ma'am, you job isn't that hard and you are literally putting the pickles on both the sandwiches anyway. They're the worst. Luckily, subways are everywhere.
I went today for a promotion they told me they had and when I showed up ordered my food they proceeded to tell me that it finish already when I asked them again right before they made the sandwich the lady miriam was lost and confused and nor helpful at all I give this place 0 stars if I could for the employees they have there she was rude and when.
