Bella's Sports Pub

Been going here since college, this was my group of friends go to bar back then, we still meet up there to this day when we're all back in town, small, locally owned, great bar food and honestly you can't beat a Sunday there for the games... Bella's is and will always be a Chico staple for me... can't got wrong with the wings, nachos, tats, burgers.... just go there... you'll have a good time!

Haven't been here in 7 years but it is one of the reasons I want to come back to visit Chico. Best. Wings. Ever. If you're daring; try the inferno wing challenge. I got my picture on the wall and wore that shirt proudly for years.... however, I did regret the challenge for about 24hrs afterwards.

We were in town a few weeks ago. This was the only place that had the Packers game with sound. The wings were fantastic. Spicy Thai peanut was out favorite.

Food and and atmosphere is amazing! Chef Andy makes miracles happen in that kitchen! 10/10 highly recommended

Bella's has become Chico's favorite sports bar. Most popular among the fans of SF Giants and 49ers, but also a staple for great food and a lively atmosphere. Bella's is always fun and friendly.

Hand dipped corn dogs were amazing! So were the tacos & Fiesta tots. Great Happy Hour!

UPDATE. -BELLAS will be relocating just around the corner and im juiced! . Bigger floorplan with more room to mingle. Expected to open in May or June Ok drinks. Chill vibe., But i dont think they understand the concept of a jukebox. You will pay your had earned money, you will find the song you like, but it will be changed by a bartender that "isnt in the mood".

Great new location. NFL Ticket to watch out of market games. Nice desingand feel. Back patio has potential too!

Bartenders are always super sweet and nice. They always remember you and your drink if you're a reg. And there's a jukebox!

Went in at happy hour. Tried the Fiesta tots, which were amazing. We also tried the onion rings with BBQ sauce. Rings were good, the sauce was very good. We also tried a hand dipped corn dog. I am not a fan of con dogs in general, but this one was good. My wife really liked it. The bartender was our server and he was very attentive. I would definitely come back for the Fiesta Tots

The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Greg the bartender made it feel like home. Jonah, who was working in the back and cooking came out to make sure my food was good. It was and amazing experience.

Food is great. Decently priced. A few finishing touches short of a Fatality, but I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so that doesn't mean much. Staff is nice and the AC is wonderful.

BBQ is amazing so is franks hot and sundevil, but there staff is also on top of it always bringing napkins and asking if you need anything. I go here frequently and have never been disappointed and I always refer friends who have never been there before.

Soild menu great drink beer specials. Soccer games are watched here. Awesome Wing Wednesday specials... $2 for 3 wings with beverage....great flavors huge huge wings. Friendly not trendy.

If you're craving a corn dog and it's nowhere close to May (when the fair is in town) go to Bella's. You won't be disappointed. And always order some wings.

Love this place! I recently had some issues with my tab but they were very quick to respond to my problem. Helped me resolve it within the day. Really appreciate that! Loaded tots are my favorite and the back patio is really becoming a cool spot to hang.

The other drinks like the Washington apple, kings mule, and the purple pucker was gross to me and my friends but i suppose you would have to try them to get the idea .. wouldn't recommend tho.. the fries were good as well. If you want to eat make sure its before kitchen closing around 1030ish .

Some of the nicer/pleasant/knowledgeable crew left a couple years ago. Did and now Really does have dbag male bar tenders, and female bar servers who literally just do Not have a clue in this world.

I have lived in Chico for 33 years and never had an awful experience like I have at the new bella's. The girl started my order and before I finished told me I needed to pay right now to her and order from the bar moving forward. She messed up my order and I had to ask her three different times before she even looked into it. After she realized she messed up she still charged us for the food she didn't put on and my friend had to wait for his fits while everyone else ate. No apologies just charged us and looked annoyed about it. I felt like the waitress was was very unprofessional and should have not taken our order of she didn't plan on actually serving us. I'll never go back to Bella's with the amazing options that are downtown. Hard pass off you want good service.

Wow my first time there last night and DEFINITELY MY LAST TIME! Never in my life have I ever came across hostile workers and as a customer you would think you could speak with a manager and put in a complaint about an employee being rude but nope 🙅🏻‍♀️ not the case so be ware these people stick up for their employees and treat situations as if they're cops running the law smh! 🤦🏻‍♀️ and reading previous reviews just makes whats I say that much more truthful! 😐 I have been to other pubs and bars ect and NEVER EVER came across any issues up until tonight and I was the SOBER one because I had to be the driver for my friends tonight! I only wanted one drink at their other bar they own and couldn't even enjoy because of an employee but that's ok I'm leaving ZERO stars!

Don't expect the bouncer to do anything if you get attacked by anyone. This is the worst bar in Chico. Just go anywhere else before you get assaulted.

If I can put 0 stars I would bellas steal from people drinking every person they add tip even if the person doesn’t want to tip an unprofessional person y be forced to and when I asked for my receipt it wasn’t provided especially after seeing that the tip was added after signing very unprofessional I can’t believe they take advantage of people drinking

I'm pretty sure this establishment has been around long enough to hire people who aren't coked up and degrading towards your paying customers. I love bellas and the opportunity to watch local talent but not if it's going to be managed like this.
