Affordable and a -lot- of food. Excellent value. We appreciated the fresh add-ons options (actual avocado, cabbage, jalapeños, etc) and the killer hot sauce collection as well as excellent customer service and chats. Will stop by every time we pass through Chico!

This was a great quick lunch on the go, food was made as I was standing right there. It was very fresh and the burrito was made on a 15 inch tortilla, it was huge! That was the part I was most pleased about. The guy that was serving me was not skimping at all with the ingredients at all. The chips were made fresh that day and the choice of hot sauces was amazing so many there were a few that I had never heard of before. In all this was a great place to stop for lunch. I was in and out of there in less then 30 min. The customer service was great too, i was created as soon as I walked in and helped right away too. No wait. There was 2 people in front of me but they were being helped by other associates.

Really enjoy the quick service and food tastes. This is comfort food for me. The size is substantial so you may want to split an order. Clean and well kept environment. Almost forgot, they have a drive-thru as well.

Clean place, good food, many tables, and access to the restroom and sauces. Yhe prices have gone up recently, so that's not cool but it's still affordable compared to many resturants.

Portion size was huge, food was decent but certainly not the best burritos I've ever had, and service was fast and good. All in all a decent place to eat but nothing special.

Burrito Bandito offers the same watch me make your food as Chipotle. It has been at the bottom of the skyway long before Chipotle came into existence. The burritos are huge and so is there price tag. For a double meat, because their is never enough meat, will cost you 13.00 and odd change. Also I find the burrito itself bland and need to have hot sauce to give it taste. Still when I am hungry Burrito Bandito is a place I stop to pick up some food.

I literally hate to write bad reviews, but I don’t want another person to have to go through wasting money. This is the second time I’ve ordered In both times, everything is burnt. Not Worth it.

I honestly don't understand what all the fuss is about this place. I felt like I was walking into a children's playhouse. The place was so confusing. There were hot sauces scattered all over the place, so and I had no idea how to order a soft drink. The menu is very limited, and when I placed my order, the server started making my burrito and didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, which I did. But after processing my order, I'm glad he didn't. $20 for a lousy burrito and bottle of Gatorade. I have never spent so much money on so little food. The burrito was maybe only one grade above what I can get at Taco Bell. Really. I can't for the life of me figure out how anyone could love this place. I was expecting an authentic Tex-Mex restaurant, instead I basically got a lousy Tex-Mex version of a Subway. The hot sauce was literally the only thing worth getting. The only cool thing about this place was the music and the cacti. The prices certainly aren't worth the quality of the food. You're better off going to any old Tex-Mex fast food place.
