A true Chico local, and a heck of a nice guy recommended the Walnut location for Domino’s. We, of course, could not resist this weekend 50% off all pizzas. One thing for sure: not all Domino’s are equal in terms of service and quality. The ingredients may be the same but who makes the pizza, and what kind of attitude governs hers/his actions make a substantial difference. Not to say that management of a particular location is not vitally important. After all, what kind of pizza someone hungry can really expect from Domino’s? Well, today in Chico, CA, I got a thin crust Extravaganza, made to the highest standard Domino’s is possibly capable of, meaning ingredients dispersed in fair amount, that pleased us to no end. In some locations 50% off guarantees a let down, as if whoever is preparing the pizza decides to save the establishment some silly idea of money and penalizes the customer with below par finish because of the discount. Not today, we got a very decent one, better, in fact, than supposedly better rated pizzerias. At the end of the day a talented, willing to do a decent job, is all it takes to elevate a place. Take 50% off for a total of $11+. Nice job. 4 Stars ⭐️ 8/1/2024 This is the story and I’m sticking to it. Call me naive, gullible, or any adjective I might deserve. I got an email from Domino’s CEO or someone high on the ladder. Telling me that in all the years of Domino’s existence, they never had a better pizza than their recent New York style pizza, how proud he is of this one, and invites me to see for myself at the discounted price of $11.99 for a large, 3 topping pizza. Yes, I know this email was sent to countless customers, and curiosity got me again, coming from a top honcho in the multimillion company. $26 later I open the boxes after picking them up. First Pepperoni, Sausage and Mushroom. Second Olives, Mushroom, Ham. Pizza was definitely no New York style, dough was thick, not thin and malleable, dry and simply said: a disaster. In other words I was lied to by a supposedly credible executive. This attests to the fact that this franchise set me and my family up. Hey, Domino's ORDER ONLINE Domino's® Rewards HI LUIS! I gave the atmosphere a low score only because there is no dine in. The food is good, especially for the price and not having 1 hour long wait time for pick up. I like the bacon, chicken ranch pizza and the jalapeño cheese bread. They always have good specials. Personally I dont love the red sauce, but my roommate does, so I guess it just depends on preference. I have always had really good customer service experiences, even when it's busy on a holiday like Halloween.

I remember when Dominos had the thirty minutes or its free deal, so I was hoping for those days. I Hoped that the company would strive for the high standards as a chain they began with. That being said I appreciate what this Chico location did, their service is awesome ….
The pasta dish we ordered was good. The boneless chicken was good. Unfortunately, my thin crust pizza was pretty burned. Because it was overcooked, it was pretty dry. Two out of three so I was nice and gave 3 stars. It was the store on Walnut Ave in Chico CA.

After many, many times eating at the establishment, it's time to dig in. I ordered 5 medium pizzas from this store on 1/29/21, got home and was immediately turned off. ALL of the pizzas were devoid of pizza sauce, the chicken pizza had 6 small pieces of chicken meat, the bacon was burnt, a total of 5 pieces of salami was on the 2 pizzas that were ordered, 1 pizza was thoroughly overcooked, and the mushrooms were only applied to half of the pizza. Include the fact the store employees were totally dismissive and rude... you get a pizza store that "phones in" its work ethic, and has stopped trying to make a good, edible product. I will no longer patronize this business, and instead will focus on better pizza places in town. Hell, even Lil' Caesars pizza is better at this moment.
I ordered an alfredo pasta from them like I always do, only to find there to be barely anything in it. I don’t pay $8 for a basically empty bowl.

If you want something that tastes like a frozen pizza with extra salt this is the place for you. There is a reason your pizza is $7 and not 20. Their costumer service is the only reason they get 1 start. That, and they don't have an option for zero starts.
I really like Domino's, and this is actually my favorite one to go to because it's the closest to my house. I order a pizza off the app and it was burnt and had garlic sauce on it looked really gross when I came back in to the store the employee was rude about the situation like I did something wrong made me a new pizza but that should have went in the trash in the first place I live up in Magalia and If I didn't check until I got home I would have been out of luck

I've ordered from this location is only 1.3 miles from my home. I've had nothing but bad experiences after giving them many tries. Slices of pizza missing from my order, left in the dirt outside the front, God knows where they delivered not to me. Tonight pizza left Domino's on Walnut @ 8:43 PM at 9:21 pm still not arrived called asked to speak with manager you grant old me he was manager after explaining the situation he told me to pickup next time and then hung up on me. There will be no next time and I will be calling BBB to file a complaint. Owner needs to train his staff better and they should not be allowed to lie about their position
Tod them to bring change for 100. Couldn’t even do that. Delivery took 30+ mins then guy told Us he couldn’t take the 100 we specified we had. Never ordering from here again. Had my pizza in hand after waiting for so long, then got it taken away because he couldn’t break 100.
Their food is pretty good but they undercook the dough on occasion. Make sure to get it cooked extra. Had an issue with them not delivering to the correct address and they were very combative and accusatory over the phone. It was disappointing to have that interaction. We called back after they said they would talk to the driver and they hung up on us. Won't be returning to this location.
I ordered a pizza for a friend who just got out of the hospital. It was supposed to be delivered, the app said it was delivered, but Friend never received pizza. Looked on ring camera. Nobody ever came to the door to deliver the pizza. I called the next day. They were willing to make another pizza, I had to take the time out of my day to drive all the way down to pick it up, they would not refund my delivery fee. They would not accommodate me in anyway for the inconvenience that they cause not to mention my friend who just got out of the hospital, went without dinner.

I ordered two large pizzas at 6:15 today. Was informed the order would be ready in 18 minutes for car pickup at 6:33. I arrived at 6:40, 7 minutes after expected time, after waiting I walked in asked for my order and was informed they hadn't even started it yet and I was 5 orders down and it would be at least another half hour before they start my order, so I canceled it. I am very upset 😡 I stopped what I was doing and drove there for nothing on 8/1/2025. When to their customer service site it is worthless Sticking with Costco Pizza Not planning on ever going back!!!

Was ordering from here weekly for the kids. For the last couple of months they have regularly gotten my simple orders wrong. They do not inform customers when they are out of an item, with one of their employees even telling me I was lying about ordering something because the app wouldn't allow me to order it if they were out. I recommend any other pizza place
