The pasta dish we ordered was good. The boneless chicken was good. Unfortunately, my thin crust pizza was pretty burned. Because it was overcooked, it was pretty dry. Two out of three so I was nice and gave 3 stars. It was the store on Walnut Ave in Chico CA.

After many, many times eating at the establishment, it's time to dig in. I ordered 5 medium pizzas from this store on 1/29/21, got home and was immediately turned off. ALL of the pizzas were devoid of pizza sauce, the chicken pizza had 6 small pieces of chicken meat, the bacon was burnt, a total of 5 pieces of salami was on the 2 pizzas that were ordered, 1 pizza was thoroughly overcooked, and the mushrooms were only applied to half of the pizza. Include the fact the store employees were totally dismissive and rude... you get a pizza store that "phones in" its work ethic, and has stopped trying to make a good, edible product. I will no longer patronize this business, and instead will focus on better pizza places in town. Hell, even Lil' Caesars pizza is better at this moment.

I ordered an alfredo pasta from them like I always do, only to find there to be barely anything in it. I don’t pay $8 for a basically empty bowl.

If you want something that tastes like a frozen pizza with extra salt this is the place for you. There is a reason your pizza is $7 and not 20. Their costumer service is the only reason they get 1 start. That, and they don't have an option for zero starts.

I really like Domino's, and this is actually my favorite one to go to because it's the closest to my house. I order a pizza off the app and it was burnt and had garlic sauce on it looked really gross when I came back in to the store the employee was rude about the situation like I did something wrong made me a new pizza but that should have went in the trash in the first place I live up in Magalia and If I didn't check until I got home I would have been out of luck

I've ordered from this location is only 1.3 miles from my home. I've had nothing but bad experiences after giving them many tries. Slices of pizza missing from my order, left in the dirt outside the front, God knows where they delivered not to me. Tonight pizza left Domino's on Walnut @ 8:43 PM at 9:21 pm still not arrived called asked to speak with manager you grant old me he was manager after explaining the situation he told me to pickup next time and then hung up on me. There will be no next time and I will be calling BBB to file a complaint. Owner needs to train his staff better and they should not be allowed to lie about their position

Tod them to bring change for 100. Couldn’t even do that. Delivery took 30+ mins then guy told Us he couldn’t take the 100 we specified we had. Never ordering from here again. Had my pizza in hand after waiting for so long, then got it taken away because he couldn’t break 100.

We called back after they said they would talk to the driver and they hung up on us. Won't be returning to this location.

I ordered a pizza for a friend who just got out of the hospital. It was supposed to be delivered, the app said it was delivered, but Friend never received pizza. Looked on ring camera. Nobody ever came to the door to deliver the pizza. I called the next day. They were willing to make another pizza, I had to take the time out of my day to drive all the way down to pick it up, they would not refund my delivery fee. They would not accommodate me in anyway for the inconvenience that they cause not to mention my friend who just got out of the hospital, went without dinner.

I called to ask when my pizza that I ordered online would be ready and he had no idea whether it had even been started in the process. I asked if he could go and check the oven and he said no. I then asked if I could speak to the manager and he said no. He said that they were making 45 pizzas and he could not help me. The least he could have done was to be patient and polite if it’s gonna take 3 hours then just tell me that. Never ordering from here again.

Was ordering from here weekly for the kids. For the last couple of months they have regularly gotten my simple orders wrong. They do not inform customers when they are out of an item, with one of their employees even telling me I was lying about ordering something because the app wouldn't allow me to order it if they were out. I recommend any other pizza place
