Have tried many items on menu. Really like the egg rolls. And they are very inexpensive.

The eggrolls and Philly Cheesesteak are top notch! Loved the dipping sauce for the eggrolls. The Hot Pastrami was good as well, but not as good as the Philly. The Teriyaki bowl was just fair.

Just tried them for the first time. Generous portions, and the food was fresh and delicious. A solid choice for pho or teriyaki for sure.

Good food. Prices are good. Kinda interesting they have breakfast, burgers, and even some Chinese food. But it All seems good. I've been a few times

What a great place I miss this Place met my kids there and had some pho and they had big sandwiches and everybody walked out super happy the owners are very nice very amazing very helpful I recommend this little place to anybody who's traveling through Chico there's such a new way of assortment of food from Asian to American to mediterranean is just a really wonderful place

Eggrolls bomb. Saice is so good. Love the Philly really can't go wrong. Its nice cozy spot family friendly. Quality services and food.

I always love the Philly cheese steak! Breakfast croissant is great with mushrooms and melted cheese.

Great food! My partner and I came to Kathy's because his brother highly recommended it. I got veggie egg rolls, not pictured because I inhaled them, and pot stickers. My partner got sour, spicy chicken larb, and deep fried beef jerky. Everything was excellent! I can't recommend Kathy's enough! My partner loves spice and even Thai hot dishes usually aren't spicy enough for him, the spicy larb was enough to make him sweat and struggle! He loved it so much! Everything has great flavor. The mural on the wall was really cool, it is world themed, like their cuisine.

Ok I came here specifically for the Khao Piek Sen which is a Lao chicken noodle soup, and I was not disappointed. The noodles are made fresh. I asked for a wedge of lime, added fish sauce, chili oil, soy sauce and hoisin sauce and it was FIRE. Try it like that if you decide to go. The fried beef jerky is really good too it has a teriyaki ginger flavor to it and the crab ragoons were nice and crispy. They had mango sticky rice but I didn’t get the chance to try it so i’ll be back.

So, I said "What is this mysterious Kathy's Deli everyone speaks of" Well, it just turned out to be about the best Delicatessen in Chico! Don't get me wrong, it's not worthy of a two hour drive...but it is worthy of stopping at each and every time you're in Chico! ☆☆☆☆☆

Their meat was excellent quality as well. Wasn't used to the way they made the crab ragoons but it added to the fun of trying a new place. Plus they give you a fun sticker and if you order take out they put your noodles in a plastic tupperware so its easier to put your noodles in the pho! Was a great experience.

best chicken pho in town. no fat on the chicken, chicken is shredded into medium sized pieces and all the flavors mix together so well. best pho in town.

If your a Pig on the hunt for the Best Cheese Steak sandwich in Northern California Kathy's is where it's at. well worth the 2hr drive.

I stopped in while waiting at the laundromat and got a side order. I was bummed that you guys closed early at 6:30 and not 7 cause I was gonna order take out for dinner. Oh well. If I’m here I’ll try again

The customer service was great, the egg rolls were delicious, & the price was right. They have a great menu & I look forward to another lunch visit in the near future!

This place is a great place to visit anytime during the day. Though, the place is largely famous for breakfast time. Sweet small clean place. Friendly staff and the girl at the counter is very sweet. Their "regular" sandwich is enough for two I feel. It's huge enough, very well stuffed. Try chicken pita. Egg rolls and spring rolls. Philly chicken. $2 for fries and they come alot to serve two people. I love this place. The painting on the wall is epic. Done by local artist Oscar.

I like to stop by when they are not too busy. The have good foe soup and sandwiches. They take a little while to make the food so if they are busy prepare to wait a bit.

Terrible service didn’t know what a cheese steak was. Over charged for it charged extra for cheese on it then tried to charge me again for drink after already paying for drink wake up!!! No customer service bearly acknowledged I was there , sitting when should be cleaning!!! Won’t return! I get we all have off days but way better options available

I literally live around the corner from this place, so getting there 1st thing is EASY. That's about the best thing I can say about this "Deli". To start, they're never open when it's advertised, or not on time. I've repeatedly gotten there at Opening only for them to inform me that they are OUT of something, such as eggs, hamburger, gravy, chicken, etc... The portions are small compared to other establishments, the chicken can be tough and over-smothered in sauce to compensate, egg rolls are extremely greasy, and the rice is clumpy. Kathy's will serve you exactly what THEY want to get rid of during any given day. Good luck getting a Moco Loco!! UPDATE...as of 2/7/22, it's still the same restaurant, still the same food, still the same service. It has a cult following with the college students... but most "Foodies" will avoid it and choose better establishments. UPDATE, 5/30/22... Still NO major change to the review, other than reduced hours now that the students are gone for the summer.

Seems quite odd that if you are gonna eat somewhere and you are paying $10.00 for a sandwich, $3.00 for a drink, and ice water is free, but if you purchase a bottled drink, they charge you for a glass of ice to enjoy your purchased drink from, mind you it is the same glass the free ice water comes in.
